I had been browsing for a truck for over 18 months. Wasn't looking to buy the day we walked onto this lot. John spoke to us as person & not a sale. He treated my wife & I like family. John & his entire staff were friendly, open, & transparent about their inventory. They were honest & displayed integrity throughout the entire process. We left that day with a truck that we know will last a long time in our family. When it's time for a newer vehicle, my family isn't looking too far past J & C Auto Sales in Vineland.

John and the crew from J&C are always professional and a pleasure to deal with. I bought a company work van through them last year and it has ran great with no issues once so ever. I had such a great experience the first time around, they were the first place I stopped when I was in the market for another company truck. John went out of his way to find me a specific style vehicle within a specific budget. He found me a great truck! Had such an amazing experience working with John from J&C Auto...he helped me drive off the lot the next day in a great SUV for a great price. All the workers in the office are so friendly and willing to help with all the little details. I was so stressed out going into buying a new car with all the choices out there, but they just made me feel so confident and at ease. If anyone's looking for a new car I highly recommend J&C Auto. I just purchased a jeep wrangler from J&C and so far its running great. The process of buying it was smooth and easy everyone was nice to work with. I bought the jeep with a hardtop on it and when I was going through the process of purchasing the vehicle they threw a soft top in at no additional cost , keep in mind that was not in the original listing. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a used vehicle from J&C Auto sales. It only came with a pass inspection warranty. About a week of having this vehicle I had multiple problems with the transmission and the 4 wheel drive. I took the vehicle back and they said they would fix the issue. Unfortunately the problem came back three more times. At that point I have had the vehicle about 2 months. I was very frustrated as was J&C since the issue has not been resolved. John gave me the option of turning the vehicle back in for another vehicle. He could have very well said you bought it as is. But that did not happen. He not only took the vehicle back but he also gave me a nicer vehicle for all the frustration I had to go through for no additional costs. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord Coupe from this dealership. They were great and treated me with respect and like I was a part of their own family. I think this website has the other reviews mixed up with a different J&C Auto Sales in north jersey. Many of this companies reviews are positive on other sites. All around great recommendation for a new vehicle.

Wanted to find a 4X4 truck for my son and he did a lot of research on the internet and stumbled upon a vehicle that was a good distance from our home but we decided to make the trip to J&C and it turned out to be a great decision. They had a great selection and the staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and they were not the typical high pressure car salesman type. We took a test drive and did a full inspection of the vehicle and found a few minor things that needed repair and while negotiating the price they offered to fix most of the major items identified. I would recommend J&C to family and friends looking for a honest, easy to deal with dealer that has great prices on their fleet.

I have been in the Marine Corps for 20 years and integrity and proffesionalism are very important to me. JC Auto sales in Vineland NJ brings both attibutes. When I arrived at the dealership, there was no pressure by any salesman. They told me to take a look at all the vehicles and if I had any question just ask. After three different visits to JC Auto Sales, I finally decided on a 2003 Dodge Dakota. Before purchasing this truck I spoke with John and asked for some minor maintenance to be corrected as this is a used vehicle dealership. John ensured everything was done to my satisfaction. One thing I really like is the CarFax history report being on the dash of every vehicle for sale. I could see everything about the vehicle to include any recalls and all maintenance records. I have always purchased new vehicles so was very leary of buying used, but I am extremely happy with the deal I recieved on my Dakota. JC Auto sales has a great selection of trucks and I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the hunt for a reliable used Truck.

I've had the most terrible experience with J&C Auto. Had to call several times and still haven't received the title. They haven't sent the title 20 days after purchasing the car and the employees are very disrespectful over the phone. I would never recommend doing business with these people. Also, the car just wouldn't start after 4 days and I had to spend over $800 just to get the car to start!

I bought my truck here and the whole process was very simple. The people working there give you a lot of information and they have a free carfax. Everyone there was very professional and I got a great price on my truck. I called ahead and scheduled for a test drive. They had the truck ready for me with no problem. They have great prices and I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Would highly recommend, they are not pushy or annoying sales people , hangling over you to buy. Gave me keys to car and let me go over it with out any bothering or hanging over you. Took vehicle for a quick ride and even then no one came with me to haggle to buy. Car needed new tires and they took care of that for me with price and then got me new tires at there cost, also fixed a few other minor things I saw I wanted done and even they caught a small engine noise that I really thought was nothing, but was a little more than I would have expected and they also took care of they issue, and did not try coming back to me with any extra charge. Today I had my own mechanic test drive the car and he was totally impressed on how nice of condition the vehicle was in. Was and sure will continue to be a great experience with this dealership. If and when I need a replacement pick up, I'll be sure to visit them first and see what they have. See you guys when plates come in,, Thanks again Bruce

I drove 3 hours to buy a car that had check engine light on and was running rough, which they didnt tell me anything about until i got there. Also the pics of the car were hiding damage that wasnt shown or mentioned on the car. Then looking at the leaks coming from the underneath of the car, I asked what the price would be after all the additional problems/ repairs and they were rude and waste of time. They have a sign bring your mechanic, unless you want to buy something that has hidden problems then Yes BRING YOUR MECHANIC. go elsewhere then these scammers.

John came out to meet me in the lot. Normal introductions. I already knew what I was looking for so we didn't need to look at much. Got the keys, test drove it and loved it. Met with Vince the credit manager signed the papers and went on our way. It is nice to see three family members names on their business cards. I drove an hour to by my first used vehicle, and was very skeptical until I saw the place. This was a real, genuine, family operated firm, I think most of the family was in the room! Nice people, many nice cars & trucks, and the truck I saw advertised was exactly as advertised. Even the minimal negotiation was honest, direct and no-pressure.

I had aquired about a truck J&C had for sale and to spite my regular phone calls no one would ever call me back. I finally got ahold of the owner and he said to come on by and we can talk about financing and the numbers. The truck they had seemed nice in the photos so i made the 100mi drive to their location. The owner wasnt there so i got the keys and looked at the truck. It was nothing like they described. They said it was state inspected and the tires were literally bald and the fuel filter looked like it had never been touched on the truck, ever. I walked back inside and threw the keys on the counter and drove the 100mi back home. 5 minutes later the owner called me and no i didnt pick up, funny how he then found my number.

A friend and myself both had bad experiences with trying to purchase a car with them on two different occasions. They give you the whole round around treatment, if they tell you some vice president of some bank is coming... DONT believe them, the MANAGER told my friend to don't waste his time if he's not going to buy it just because he was asking questions, I had a problem somebody and the manager wasn't helpful AT ALL.. he's very RUDE. Overall a bad experience. I told them myself I wasn't going to recommend anyone to go there.
