Brought my car here for a check engine light and was quoted $2000.00. Brought the car to another shop and was quoted $450. What JCL said was wrong was completely false. Also, when I called to let them know about the situation, Mary Beth was nasty and hung up on me with no understanding of my unsatisfying experience. The only reason I called to let them know is because I used to use them for one of my cars. (Small stuff) i had respect for them because Chris is very kind and polite, but now I won't ever be going there again. I also have a few family members that use them. They also will not be going there anymore. Mary Beth, you lost 7 customers, but I guess that doesn't matter. You have a nice weekend as well! 😊

Awesome job on my 20 year old BMW Z4. Very professional, reasonable and very nice people. So nice to deal with really great staff that take time with you and your car. I will certainly spread the word about this Hellertown, Pennsylvania treasure. My car will return..and do should yours !!❤

This is the best place with the best people. I bought our bmw i3 rex from here and even though it's far away, always return for servicing. No "used car salesmen" here, they are legit knowledgeable and friendly people who will take the time out of their day to answer your questions and concerns. Superb

I worked with Chris and the team at JCL for years both as a vendor and as a customer for repairs on my E39 M5 as well as an E92 335i. I cannot speak highly enough of the shop and I can attest that the level of work done here is easily dealer level if not higher. JCL stands by their work and have the knowledge to keep old and new BMW's going for years. If it wasn't for leaving the area I would continue to be a loyal customer.

They installed a stealth hitch on my 2013 BMW X6M on 09June202. They installed it a week early and they showed me how to use it before I brought it home. The price was fair and the quality of work was perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
