purchased brand new 2015 sport outlander mitsubishi all wheel drive. car is just one year old, i have 12,000 miles. every tire is worn on outer edge,, took back to jeff dambrosio service manager said that i have SOFT tires, ????? what i never heard of this in my life. i have purchased other new cars in my life never had worn tires less than a year.. i also purchased a extened warrranty fo rpremier tire and rim..why would purchase a 850.00 on junk tires..?? i contacted joe dambrosio he doesnt care ,, contacted mitusbishi motors they dont care.. i am contacting the better business bureau and my attorney.. please use caution when you go to this dealer!!!! i had to wait over three hours when they looked at my tires.

They have the stock and variety of a large dealership with the personal touch and comfort of a small shop - I would recommend Jeff D'Ambrosio to friends, family, and strangers because I know there isn't anyone better. I had a poor experience with another VW dealer and the moment I walked into Jeff D'Ambrosio, their general manager came over and personally apologized and said that they were in the business of making customers happy and were going to work hard to earn my trust and my business. I worked with Jake Jewell, John Duffey and Tyler Jackson and I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure. They answered all of my questions with patience and expertise, walked me through the differences between the cars I was interested in and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. This dealership is 30 minutes out of the way for me but it was work that 30 minute drive to walk out with peace of mind, an AMAZING price, excellent customer service and the keys to the car of my dreams.

Diego made our experience one that we will not hesitate to return. He seems to have a gift for, not only, realizing, but also, honoring the customers' needs. Today's businesses seem to, exponentially, be more focused on what's important for themselves rather than the customer, and with no shame. With that being said, I was pleasantly surprised by the approach Diego used with us when we were looking at the VW R. He was attentive, yet listened. He was knowledgable, yet respectful of areas where I lacked. He was real, which I appreciated. Most of all, he was not overbearing. I think probably for his benefit too and it works out for all. Based on my experience, he is an asset to the company because he doesn't work hard, but he works smart. If you're looking for someone to deal with, I recommend Diego. He will most likely be handling 3+ things at once, yet, make you feel like you're his only customer.

Made the deal thru TrueCar; I was amazed at the excellent price I received on my VW GTI via TrueCar and Jeff D'Ambrosio... nearly $5,000 less than other dealers not part of the TrueCar system... no hassle, no negotiating. When my wife and I arrived, we were greeted immediately by the internet sales manager who delivered us right away to the VW sale agent. We did most of the financial paperwork beforehand - on my phone on the way up! - so within a short period of time, we discussed the VW loan with their finance agent, got the new car detailed, received some guidance on the vehicle from the sales agent, and were on our way. In addition, my particular car had several options and the dealership had a few different cars with those options - that was nice... they had enough cars to offer me a choice despite a pretty particular set of options.

My wife and I had been looking for a car to replace our old VW which we lost in an accident and the staff at Jeff D'Ambrosio couldn't have been more accommodating. Nick Paparo gave us a few different options to consider within our budget and we ended up with a great car at a very reasonable price. When compared to a few other VW dealerships in the area it is clear that the level of customer service here is superior. We would recommend giving Nick a call if you are in the market for a vehicle.

From the moment I got out of my car and Diego Lamar walked right up to me with a stern handshake ready to help me, I knew this would be a pointed/good experience. I have bought many luxury cars in my day - Maserati/Mercedes, etc and he trumped those guys - and this was a VW. There was another salesman from this dealership (Tyler) who I handed my card to, told him to call me to follow up and I NEVER heard from him. Bad mistake Tyler. Almost turned me off from the dealer completely, but before I could walk into Jeep next door, Diego was in front of me ready to go. HE, in my opinion is a great salesman, and Tyler - well - shame on him for not calling a qualified buyer. I drive my Maserati in to the dealer and that does not make him think I am worth his time? This review is to tout Diego and to help Tyler understand that ALL follow ups are important. Great job Diego. My experience with you and Joe D'Ambrosio will bring me back when I am ready to buy my Jeep/play car. Alfie - even though I did not buy from him - had an awesome demeanor and I almost bought a car from him b/c I liked him so much when I met with him for Jeep. He's also a keeper

I'm super happy with my experience so far with the 2008 Ford Expedition I purchased from this dealership. My salesman was very helpful with helping me find what I was looking for within my price range... As well as helping me get a loan where my monthly payments were what I could afford. I came back to Jeff's looking for my second purchase. I decided to come back to Volkswagon. It's my 3rd VW, the first two were 1960's bugs, and my new car is a Jetta. My Sales Consultant, Christopher Caruso, is great! Chris is professional and friendly with a great welcoming smile. Chris answered any questions I had regarding my 2016 VW Jetta. I just picked up my car yesterday, and today was my first drive into work in my Jetta, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! I love the look, I'm finally in a black car which I wanted for years, and I'm once again driving manual (stick) shift which I prefer over automatic. This manual transmission is amazing, such a breeze to drive, and my car handles so well! The financing process at Jeff's is fast and painless. I walked out too my car at 4:00 after work recently. And saw my front tire was completly flat. I immediatly called over too the service department at vw. Andrew answered and advised me that if i made it over before 5:00pm , they would be able too help me. All said and done. They had me in and out in no time at an inexpensive cost. Andrew was a pleasure too deal with. Will certanly recommend the service department too all my co workers!

I stopped by this dealership a month or so ago just to check out the Sportwagen. I was a bit hesitant at first given the size of the dealership. I was introduced to Jeff Deacon. I told him I was only out checking out various models and brands, and was not buying a car that day. Despite this. Jeff was more than happy to show and take me for a drive in a Sportwagen. There was absolutely zero pressure. I happened to notice the GTI while I was there, and thought about the GTI over the next few weeks. Over this time, Jeff did not pester me one bit. I emailed Jeff to schedule a test drive of the GTI, as I had limited time windows secondary to having my 2 year old daughter. Jeff answered all of my questions, once again, zero pressure, and even helped me check to see if my bike would fit inside the GTI. Even at the point of checking the bike, Jeff did not pressure me one bit. He even suggested I check my toddler's car seat fit, behind my (the driver's) seat.When it came to negotiating my trade, and the price of the GTI, it was a simple process, again, without heavy handed tactics.Throughout the process, Jeff was always available to answer any questions by phone or email. He always worked with my schedule (and around my toddler's schedule)Upon delivery of the GTI, Jeff took his time to show me all of the features of the carI will highly recommend Jeff to all of my friends that may be interested in a GTI. He far exceeded any expectations I had when purchasing a car!!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped in for a look at an .:R32, the vehicle was in exceptional condition! Previous owners treated the vehicle with extreme care. Thank goodness right? The staff was very polite, very helpful was not pushy at all, except for some chocolate cake which I regret not having but none the less they where wonderful. My sales associate was Jeff Deacon, the man is a fabulous person. Now, my own opinion, he's the best person in the building. Their very lucky to have a sales associate like him. At the end of it all, I happily drove home in a great .:R32, and of course I do still have smile on my face, and shall for a while now! I went to this specific dealership based on a promotion my bank was having. The offer was for their dodge dealer. I knew they had a VW dealer also so I asked if I could use it for VW. The sales rep at Dodge did not hesitate and gladly walked me over to the VW dept. Sales rep Jeremy greeted me and away we went. Jeremy asked me all the right questions and took on a used car that I owed on. The entire staff was delightful and courteous. The next day I came in and picked up my car. I was in a rush to pick up my daughter so Jeremy gave me an IOU for a detail.

Stopped to discuss on a Wednesday possible purchase of a VW GTI by my daughter, Tyler Jackson reviewed options and brought one which I was very interested in but needed to wait until my daughter was available to see it on Friday of last week. Upon our return Friday, Tyler immediately came out to inform me the red GTI was already sold and worked with us to show all available options both new and used and after review of a monthly payment expectation we found the used GTI we purchased. Tyler did all he could to ensure our outcome was successful and my daughter is very pleased with her car. I have purchased cars from Jeff's dealership for 20+ years and Tyler made our experience in purchasing a vehicle on a scale of 1(low) to 10 (highest) a 10. His professionalism and service to get us the car we wanted for a payment in the area of what we were looking to spend was top notch and as always will refer anyone looking to purchase a car to Tyler and the dealership. I told Tyler when I met him the first day my experience with Jeff's dealership is that you are treated with a high level of respect and customer service and once again was not disappointed. When I took a left hand turn off of Route 30, at 8pm, I thought I was going to Cracker Barrel for dinner. Instead, one hour later, I was driving home in a new (for us! - it was a 2012) Tiguan. Our salesman, Richy Shepps, was excellent. He was informative and made the whole process very easy. I couldn't believe that in one hour, I was leaving with a new car. The owner of the dealership even took the time to stop by and say hello and gave my 11 year old daughter a small gift. The whole atmosphere of the dealership was very entertaining, everyone seemed very happy to work there and you could tell there was a lot of energy in the building! I ended up going with a closer VW dealership because D'Ambrosio would not provide a free loaner. My engine light came on and the gentleman said it could take anywhere from 30 min to a couple of days. This is unfortunate and definitely a deal breaker when choosing where we buy our next car.

Two years ago, my wife and I wanted to buy a car from this delarship but the experience did not go well because the saleman we dealt with either was bias about us bying a car or underestimated us. However, we just bought a brand new 2014 VW Passat SE and it was a total different experience. The saleman Erik and his Manager Neil went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted as well. Actually, we were even given a free car repair tool kit which can come handy should you need them. I certainly will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Additionally, if you are buying a VW car there, buy it with warranty extension contract because it is really offered a great price with premium coverage.

I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and especially my salesman Edgar Floyd. Edgar is by far the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Even though I asked a LOT of questions Edgar was very respectful, helpful, and took the time to carefully answer each one. He was able to help me pick out not only a great car for myself (Jetta TDI 2013), but also one for my father (Jetta TDI 2014) and mother too (a used Toyota Corolla 2009)! I can not say enough positive things about this dealership and especially Edgar. Everyone there goes above and beyond to help the customer, but Edgar went the extra mile. Edgar was always professional, patient and trustworthy. I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of my limited car knowledge or pressure me into making a decision. And when he said he would call me back he always did! (This is very rare I have come to find out in the car dealership world). This Passat is the 6th new car I've purchased. My wife and I are still amazed at the professionalism and ease of this buying experience. I never got a headache, felt any type of pressure to purchase or tension in the showroom. This is the way cars should be sold! Jeff Deacon is a very personable sales rep. From the beginning " just looking" stage to the purchase, Jeff was wonderful. The leasing of this car was a most surprising, enjoyable experience. At no point, was Jeff pushy. This transaction was extremely easy. In addition, when we have found it necessary to return to the dealership, he has made a point to say hello, and check to make sure we are happy with our Beetle convertible. Speaking of the Beetle, it's a wonderful little car! Quality build and craftsmanship, and loads of fun to drive, top up or down! I can't recommend Jeff Deacon and D'Ambrosio VW highly enough!

Everybody I worked with at Jeff D'Ambrosio was extremely courteous, knowledgable, and professional. They gave me a better price for my 2013 Jetta SportWagen than I ever imagined. I tend to be a very meticulous car buyer and I ask A LOT of questions. The individuals I dealt with were 100% patient with me and answered everything to my satisfaction. I bought our Dodge minivan from the same dealership last year and had a similar (great) experience, so clearly the commitment to customer service starts from the top at this dealership.

I had a fantastic experience from start until finish. I worked with Jessica in sales, and her manager Jon Smith. They made the most of my time and gave me a very aggressive price from the beginning. They both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to work with me and my schedule. Upon arriving to the dealership, I immediately felt welcome and not at all pressured. The dealership was clean, inviting, and all staff were warm and friendly. The whole process was seamless. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM JEFF D'AMBROSIO! I worked with Jerry and Tiffany first, and they were great. But Alfie Yanatelli was patronizing and condescending. He tried to talk me into spending more money than I wanted to buy a car I did not want or need. I could not wait to get out of there and left feeling icky. What was worse is that when I got into my car to leave, it smelled of cigarettes. I was too upset to go back, though, and just drove away feeling angry and gross.I ended up buying my new Volkswagen at YBH VW in Newton Square, PA. They are FANTASTIC -- honest, honorable, and gave me a GREAT GREAT GREAT deal on my car. No haggling or shady negotiations. They will tell you what car they can get you and at what price, and they will honor their agreements. They want you to have the car that you want and to feel good about your purchase. Go to YBH instead. You won't regret it.

Took 2006 VW Passat into Jeff's VW service for noise in the front wheels. They originally said it was the ty-rods and the one side would need to be replaced. After the $350 service the noise was still there. Then they said it was the tires, so I bought 2 brand new tires to see if there was a difference. The problem was still there and they said it was probably an alignment issue. After complaining to them about there work they did the alignment for free. Well, it still didn't fix the problem. We decided to take it to K&S auto in Frazer, Pa. They said the bearing was bad in the one wheel and fixed it for $300.After calling JEFF D's VW service multiple times to tell them of the problem, There service advisor would not return our calls and pretty much thought we would go away. I will never take another car to get serviced there. As you can see by my experience, they are a 2nd rate outfit, at least the VW part. I am posting here to make sure other people are aware of this and to be prepared if they do decide to use them.

From the time I got to the dealership until the time I drove out with a new leased car I was treated with friendliness and respect. Jerry Halloway let me test drive two cars. There was no pressure to buy, he gave good information, answered my questions and let the car sell itself. Excellent. When I went to pick up the car we found there was a miscommunication with the finances. George worked the numbers and I was able to drive away with a new Jetta. Nothing was too much for him and he did it all with a smile.My experience with this dealership has been very positive and tho there are dealerships closer to my home, I will probably return to Jeff D'Ambrosio's for service.If Jerry and George are representative of the rest of the crew, they are a great group of people. I really was not in the market for a new car. Fate pushed my hand when my 2002 VW Jetta died and I had to get a reliable car within 48 hours. I shopped on the internet and posted my choices, within 1/2 hour Jeff D'Ambrosia dealership called me to offer their services. Jon Smith was kind, imformative and gave me a quote for a trade in. Since I didn't have a car to get to the dealarship Jon offered to send someone to pick me up at my home. I went the next morning, drove 3 cars, deceided on a model and then Jon worked his magic. I got a beautiful 2011 Jetta at a price I can afford at a time when I was not expecting to buy a car. Jon and Bonnie were very professional, kind,& efficient. There was not a time I felt pressured or treated like I didn't know what I was doing. I highly recommend Jon and Bonnie for honest professional service, it was the best car buying experience I ever had.

To make a long story short...I stopped in this dealership to look at a used 2009 VW GLI I had seen a few days earlier in the lot. After speaking with the sales rep (Jerry Holloway), it turned out they sold this vehicle a few days prior. Instead of apologizing and moving onto the next customer, Jerry took the time to understand my situation and realized I needed help in finding what exactly I was looking for. After looking through the used lot and being unsuccessful, he took me around back to browse every and all recently sold/traded in vehicles they had. Again, unsuccessful. After a new 2012 VW GLI caught my eye and a test drive later, Jerry hooked me up with what I was looking to pay per month and walked away with a brand new 2012 VW GLI with a very headache free sales deal. --First time car buyer/owner.

My daughter was looking between two delaerships for her first car. The service we received at Jeff DAmbrosia and particularly Dave Baldwin was excellent. This is not the first car purchased at this dealership and each time we have left feeling as though we received excelleent service and value for our money. We never felt pressured or rushed at any time.I would highly recommend this dealership and when visitng ask for Dave Baldwin.

Our experience with this dealership was excellent. From the time that we walked into the VW building until closing the deal we were treated with respect. I felt as if they really wanted to help us and that they went out of their way to make the transaction as easy as possible. I know very little about cars except that I love my Jetta and knew that is the type of car I wanted to buy. Upon entering I was greeted by Chad, who immidiately asked all the right questions making me feel right at home. There is nothing more important to me in a sales person than someone who is dedicated to finding what you want versus just trying to make a sale. Chad and the whole staff couldn't have done a better job. The sales process was seamless, professional, and more fun than I have ever had purchasing a car! If you are in the market for a new or used vehichle I wouldn't go anywhere else! And remember to ask for Chad!!!
