my experience with Sam Hall was nothing but professional and friendly. I was interested in buying a diesel engine for my ram 1500. He allowed me to spend two or three hours on my own driving a demo diesel. He also was very helpful once I bought the truck to help me set up my phone email and text messaging in the truck. This is the third ram truck that I have bought from the dealership. In fact I don't believe that I would ever go anywhere else when it's time for me to change vehicles.

I had never heard of Jeff Drennen before. I live two doors down from another Jeep dealership and happened to run across Jeff Drennen which was over thirty minutes away. I choose to go to Jeff Drennen because they had the vehicle I wanted and a salesman willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. I applaud Blake Watts for calling, leaving messages, emailing me and when I did answer the phone, talk to me about my wants and needs. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I made a snap decision to come to the lot and take a test drive. Blake met me with a smile, found my vehicle and answered all of my questions. I decided to go for a loan and see where I was after that as far as financial concerns. I was approved for a better rate than I thought and for a period of time that fit into my budget. Even though the paperwork took a long time to complete, I was given the courtesy of something to drink, a new vehicle ready to leave with me that day, a full tank of gas and a wonderful feeling that I had done the right thing. I love my Jeep. It is perfect for my daughter and me. We are extremely happy to have given Jeff Drennen our business. Keep up the great work. When the time comes for another vehicle in the family, we will be going back to Jeff Drennen and having Blake Watts help find us another gem!!

I shopped on line and in columbus for the best deal on a ram 2500 to my surprise the best deal was at Jeff Drennen in Coshocton! I found exactly what I wanted at a columbus dealer but could not get the dealer to discount the truck so I found myself calling all dealerships within a 40 mile radius of my home. I called and got Trista on the phone and she said she would find the best price and locate the truck I was wanting. I now tell everyone I know to go see Trista at Drennen's Thanks for all your help

Tried and tried to buy a car from this place and its "here is the price take it or leave it". You can go out of town and save a lot of money and get a better trade in value for your car. I do not think the owner knows what goes on here.

I contacted this dealer after seeing their ad for a Jeep Liberty on Cars.com. The dealer's internet sales mgr. responded within 30 minutes of my e-mail with dealership hrs. of operation, as I had mentioned the vehicle that I wanted to inspect. Upon arriving at the dealership the very next day I was greeted by a salesman. I asked for the person who had responded to my e-mail and he appeared. I was then told that the vehicle that I came to see had been incorrectly priced in the ad and that I had more or less wasted my time by traveling 60+ miles to the dealership. I asked the internet sales mgr. whose mistake this had been and he had no response, no alternate price, and he offered no apology.
