We have bought used vehicles from Jeff Kies for years. We have watched this business grow for a long time. The integrity of the Kies family is so refreshing and their selection is amazing! they are very nice untill you have a problem with your car then good luck getting them to fix it, they have no in house service dept. they have to send it out to some local and thats if you can get them to fix it at all. never again!!!!!

Always a great experience. We just knew we wanted to buy from Jeff, and again were not disappointed. They make the process fun. They are fair and open. Made us feel great about the whole experience. I bought a car and picked it up Friday. When I went to go to work Saturday morning the car did not start. I called the minute they opened and told Chad kies what was happening. He said it was probably due to the cold and he was going to send someone out to look at it. By 3pm I hadn't heard anything so I called. Chad came to jump it at 330pm but that didn't work because the battery was shot(which we already knew). He said he didn't have any tools so he was going to find someone to come bak out. I don't hear anything all night. At 8pm I finally called the number chad called me from and he said there was nothing he could so until Monday morning. Why he waited all day is beyond me! If I didn't love the car and have wanted one forever I would tell him to install the battery and drive it right back to the lot. I have always gone to buy here pay here's before this and have been treated 100 times better. Do not buy a car from here!

I usually do not review places of a business i have delt with, but this time i will.. i have purchased probably 8 or 9 vehicles from jeff over the past 30 years . I have sent many people to Jeff and have never gotten any negative feed-back . I was on my computer this morning and was on Jeff's site and saw where someone kind of through him under the bus.. All i can say he is probably the most respected car dealer in the area and it would not surprise me if the folks that say they are not happy are problably another car dealer in disguise.... After reading some of the reviews that immediately show up on Google, I was a bit skeptical on what to expect from this dealership. But after communicating my desires, Chad was able to get me approved when none of the other dealers were able to despite their "Guaranteed Credit Approval" banners. The environment is very non-pushy and the sales people here are very willing to help you with whatever you have on your mind. Plus, the bumper-to-bumper warranty with unlimited miles offered on their vehicles is unbeatable when comparing to any dealership.

I had to get a new car and I heard from a friend the Jeff Kies was a great place. Being an hour away I shopped locally and found my local dealers didn't have what I was searching for and didn't want to spend the time to find me anything. I took my friends advice and visited Jeff. Both him and his sons were very nice, let me drive many cars until I found one that suited my needs. They didn't try to pressure me into what they wanted to sell me. I ended up buying a car from them and I am extremely happy I made the trip. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new used car. thanks!!

I just wanted to recommend this dealership for anyone in the area. I delt with Adam who was very helpful. He was understanding with my decision not to purchase as I was just gauging the prices on used cars. Wasn't pushy at all, but made it hard for me to walk away. Very accommodating .. I read reviews on jeff Kies before my purchase, most are awesome . I live in Syracuse and will not hesitate to send my friends and family to their dealership. I saw a car on the internet, went to the dealers web-site and it had all the info i could think of, even a carfax report.. I called and talked to Adam kies and made an appointment. drove down to the dealership and ended up buying the car,, I have recommended these guys to all my co-workers.. nice cars and good family business....You can truly see why Jeff has been in business for 30 years and such a loyal following...

I was in the market for a used car and Jeff Kies had a very good selection. Once I decided on the perfect car for me I was happy to see There were no high pressure sales, the sales team was very well informed about the cars and any minor requests I had were promptly taken care of. I can say that 100% of my experience was good! I would also like to add that im a long time area resident and have had not so great experience from other local dealers, Especially when it came time for repairs. All my needs were taken care of by Chad Kies ( my sales person )

Just purchased a vehicle from Jeff and his boys. saw the car on the internet, they described the car perfectly and even sent me more photos. I like the idea that their web-site had almost all the info need , even the Carfax.. I drove 3 hours, bought the car and they gave me exactly what my car was worth on trade..Jeff ,Chad and Adam were awesome, my van was full of gas, I got a super interest and they didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need or want.. If your looking for a normal experience, check these guys out !!

I found a vehicle I was interested in online. My search led me to Jeff Kies's dealership. When I got there the vehicle was spotless and ready to go. The sons I worked with were very professional and answered all my questions honestly. I would recommend this family dealership to anyone. They are simply great. I recently totaled my car and I have never bought from a dealer before, always felt very intimated by them. one of my co-works refereed me to Jeff after her wonderful experience. I drove down and they were awesome! Made me feel right at home and at ease. I told them what I was searching for and after test driving a couple cars I found the perfect one. It was no pressure, I bought what I wanted and LOVE my new car! Very nice family business, I worked with his son Adam and it was a very wonder experience. I traded the dodge 1500 back into them. Bought a 2005 F-150, broke down before their 30 day warranty, 75 miles from their facility. Son ( salesman) told me to get it to nearest repair shop. 50.00 tow, 65.00 labor, total 124.20. Son stated he will pay the bill to fix it. Repair shop called them, wanted it repaired by their shop. I drove it down, stalled in traffic, got it their. Shop fixed it 195.23. Wife spoke to father, little heated, refused to pay the 124.20, did not authorize it. What was I suppose to do ?

It's a family business with a brand new facility. Customer service was fine. I have had no problems with the vehicle as of yet. I would recommend them to anyone. They were more helpful the the big auto dealerships and took the time to make the customer happy
