After intense internet research including our area and up to 100 miles away, we chose Jeff Schmidt Cadillac to purchase our 2016 Cadillac XTS. Upon arrival we were greeted by our salesman, Rob Sanders. He was very professional but yet very personable. We initially were not certain as to whether we were interested in the CTS or XTS. Rob helped us determine which model was better for us as we were trading in an Escalade ESV which was much larger than a sedan car. Rob also was very patient and helpful during the negotiation process. Jeff Schmidt Cadillac's prices were competitively priced with other dealers and they also were fair on our trade-in value. We had a very positive experience.

By far our best experience in 43 years buying a car from a dealership. Rob Sanders was our salesman. Rob was professional, friendly and courteous. He did not pressure us to buy the extras and came back with a fair trade in. We were treated well by all of the sales staff and would definitely buy from them again.

Anthony Leet and Hunter Alsip are the greatest. They always treat me with respect, and I greatly appreciate that. They do not make me feel stupid if I ask a 'stupid' question. That has not been my experience at other dealerships. Jeff Schmitt Cadillac knows what true customer service is. They could be used as an example. I switched Cadillac dealerships for my service needs because Jeff Schmitt personel were so much easier to deal with. In addition, they actually had my car ready when they said they would. No so at the other dealer in town. What a contrast when it comes to treating customers as valued individuals. I can't say enough good about Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. You need to give Anthony, Hunter, and John Shum raises. John supervised some work I had done on my paint. Outstanding service. Keep up the good work.

I want to recommend Jeff Schmitt Cadillac in Beavercreek, Ohio to anyone planning to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle, regardless of make and model. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle yesterday and the experience I had with the folks at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac was outstanding. I had been looking for a specific pre-owned car and looked at a number of vehicles. I found several that I liked but never the right car for me. I found a Jeff Schmitt vehicle on line that I thought may be the car I had been searching for. I drove 60 miles to the dealership to test drive the car. The car had been detailed and looked great. The test drive went very well and I was definitely interested but still had one more vehicle to check out. Two days later I drove back to Jeff Schmitt Cadillac to finalize my purchase. The purchase of the car could not have been any more positive and enjoyable. The price of the car was very fair and the process went smoothly. What stands out above else for me was working with Rick Elkins, Sales & Leasing Consultant and Matt Shear, Cadillac Sales Manager, Pre-owned. Rick and Matt are professional, knowledgeable and very personable. They make the purchasing of a vehicle the feel good experience it should be. Jeff Schmitt is fortunate to have these two gentlemen representing his dealerships. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, any make or model I would encourage you to make Jeff Schmitt Cadillac your first stop. The next time I am considering a vehicle purchase I will gladly make the 60 mile drive to Jeff Schmitt Cadillac to work with Rick Elkins.

ANYONE INTERESTED IN SELLING A USED CAR TO JEFF SCHMITT NEEDS TO READS THIS FIRST!!I received a letter in the mail claiming that increased demand for used cars led Jeff Schmitt to be interested in purchasing my car. After calling the number in the letter, I was directed to the Jeff Schmitt website to fill out a form with information on my car and receive an "instant offer" for my car which could be redeemed at the "participating dealer" (Jeff Schmitt). I filled in the information, including my VIN number, and received an instant offer. I was called to see what I thought about the offer. I said the offer was marginally interesting (somewhat lower than I hoped). I was told that very often the actual offer is higher so I made an appointment to take the car in to the dealership for their review. After their review, they offered me $3,000 less than the "instant offer"! I was told that my offer was from KBB (even though the KBB service was offered as part of the used car purchase program on Jeff Scmitt's website) and that Jeff Schmitt did not have to honor it. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and left. My skepticism about the value of this program was confirmed. I definitely would not recommend this program and perhaps this dealership to friends or family.

I was charged $183 for a leak and that was my 4th visit for the same freaking leak!!!!! This is my 3rd time paying, why should I have to pay a dime for something that was not catched b4???? They say its a new leak, was it a new leak the other 2 times I paid for a leak????????????????? This Is exactly why people do not go to the dealer, they are always trying to get money out of you. at a minimum that $99 diagnostic fee should have been waived!!!!!

I am not sure, what the young man name was that helped in the service dept., but I would like to say, that he was very pleasant and very helpful. I also would like to comment Cody Helton, he was a really nice sales person. While my car was in service, I was looking at newer Cadillac, and he went out of his way, to assist me, with the matter. Wanted to purchase a new Cadillac and contacted Jeff Schmitt Cadillac thinking they could help, because well, they're a Cadillac dealer. Crazy right? They didn't have the vehicle I wanted on the lot but they agreed the could locate one. While I had no issue with providing the requested the deposit ($5000), they would only bring in the car if I would agree the deposit was non-refundable. How's that for portraying confidence in the Cadillac brand - worst salesmanship I've ever seen. To add insult to injury they then wouldn't provide the dealer info for the guys that had the car. I'm just amazed at this business model. No where else have I seen this. I've ordered vehicles for years from all sorts of different dealers and never has a dealer taken such a tact. I understand weighing risk but for a military customer with top tier credit and twenty plus years of continuing active service I'm surprised at the unwillingness to try and close what seemed to be an easy deal.

I purchased a used vehicle from Jeff Schmitt just over a year ago. The purchase experience was par for what you would expect when buying used a car. In addition, I had body repair work done on the vehicle as part of the deal and another which I paid for. I had several workmanship issues which I had addressed immediately. However, I have experienced continued electronic issues with the automatic rear hatch shortly after the "repair" was made. (Incidentally, the vehicle was sent out to another dealership because Jeff Schmitt couldn't get the rear hatch to work after they disassembled it) Once I finally got the problem diagnosed, the Toyota dealership said the wiring on one of the rear sensors was "mangled". It is obvious to me that this occurred when the door was disassembled/reassembled. I spoke to the manager of the body shop who said the work on the portion paid for by the used car shop does not come with a lifetime warranty but apparently the work I paid for does. I also talked to Clay Alsip, the manager who said it was more than likely a failed sensor and regardless of my immediate problems with the vehicle; he would not warrant the damage. His final decision was based on the age of the vehicle (2013 with about 30,000 miles) as he believes it was likely a mechanical problem with the part. I am not satisfied with this explanation or the manager's final decision. As a Jeff Schmitt "preferred" customer, I am stuck with the cost to finish the job properly.Before you stop reading, I am reminded of another incident with the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group that involved a salesman running a credit report without my permission or knowledge. (I have the letter from the finance director apologizing and requesting removal of the inquiry) The negative ding on my credit was discovered during the final phases of a mortgage application. Bottom line is that doing business with this company could cost you time, frustration and thousands of dollars!Screw me once shame on you. Screw me twice shame on me! I will never do business with Jeff Schmitt in any facet and will recommend that my friends and family do the same. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Brian Edwards, Jeff Rhinehart, & Marty all worked to get me the best deal available and to get me in a vehicle that I would love. I had previously purchased a 2011 SRX in May of 2015 from this dealership , but wasnt happy with the limited features the vehicle had. I took my concerns to Jeff who put me in the hands of Brian. I never had a salesman ever work so hard to see to it that I'm completely satisfied. I leased a 2015 SRX. Brian is the man! I'll be back for my next caddy in 3 years.

Extremely impressed and very satisfied with my total experience at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. All warranty and recommended service work for my 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe have been spot-0n ! Mike Putnam, my service advisor, is a 10 all the way. He always finds a way to get you the service you need when you want it, whether it be scheduled or spur of the moment. Also want to say that the mechanic working on my vehicle is one of the most professional mechanics I've met. He listened to my concern and dug in head first to solve intermitent issues that could not be reproduced at drop off time. I was willing to not leave my vehicle for service because I couldn't clearly show him the problem, but he convinced me to leave it and he would do some research and give the car a really good look over. He fixed the issue first time around that another local dealer couldn't in 4 trips over a 6 week period of time. So, now I drive 15+ miles each way past the other dealership just to get an oil change at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac, and smile about. Nicely done Jeff Schmitt Cadillac!!!

We were looking at a 2015 Cadillac SRX. My husband wanted to get me something nice for my 50th birthday. We stopped in and sales person Rick Elkins provided us with answers to many of our questions! I knew financing would be no problem because we have excellent credit. The finance portion was very well presented and delivered without any doubts. I have been just watching commercials on the 2015 ATS and once I saw the black coupe in the showroom floor I was lost for words, then this young gentle came to me and ask can I help you, I said yes he said my name is Zack what can I help you with, I said I like that he said ok I have one just like it did you want to test drive it while you wait for your CTS, I said sure, it was over from there on. The car was great, which made even more special was Zacks knowledge about the car which really sold me. I told Zack it would take a lot to get me out of my blue 2012 CTS my baby.. I guess Zack worked his magic and met all my demands to let the CTS go..I must say that Zack Long is an outstanding salesman which needs to be recognized by his boss! after my experience with Zack just kind of made me a Cadillac owner for life..Not to forget about the A plus service department from day one since I've bought my CTS. I look forward to working with Zach, Rob finance Mgr and the entire maintenance crew, job well done continue great work and I will definitely recommend family and friends to your facility.

I bought my 2015 SRX Cadillac at Jeff Schmitt because I heard that the service department was excellent. I had my first oil change and I had made an appointment. Good thing I was early since there was no sign for Service just a door for Body shop. I drove around the facility twice and finally parked the car got out and a very nice lady said that for service you just drive it into the garage......problem being there was a car already parked there. This kind lady moved the car up and I moved mine in. I was showing her where I had gotten some sticky stuff on the left side near the front. She told me they could definitely get it out. She then had me sit down and wait for service advisor. I sat there for awhile and finally they called someone to take care of me....he finally came over to the desk and looked up my account and immediately took a phone call. Another service advisor came over seemed nice enough....asked me to sign the agreement and asked if I wanted a free wash for my car, and I said yes please. They told me to go in the waiting room which had stairs.....no ramps and I had just come from the orthopedic doctor and didn't need to be putting stress on my knees. I waited for over an hour while people that didn't even have an appointment came and went. Finally they said my car was waiting in front. That surprised me since everyone else had been told the car was being finished and they would drive it around for them, while mine was just pulled out of the garage sitting in the middle of a busy area. I got in the car and the car was still wet. The sunroof had water spots all over it, the wheels they had put shine on the tires but the rims looked like they had thrown dirty water on them. I got into the car.....my radio wouldn't turn on.....I finally got it to my station (a Sirius station) and still no noise.....they had turned the volume down to 0. I got home and the sticky stuff still looked the same....there was water spots all over the car along with finger prints and now I see a light scratch on the left side back. I have been in many service facilities I have never had them return my car looking worse than it did when I took it in. I am going to write to GM and let them know what happened. Hopefully it won't be a problem to transfer my service to another dealership.

Once we decided to trade our 7 year old convertible for a small SUV or crossover we looked at everything up to and including the Cadillac SRX, the Mercedes, an Audi, a Lexus, and an Infiniti. There's lots to love about all those vehicles and the pricing was similar. For us it came down to the deal and the service. Zach Long at this dealship really helped us. While Mercedes and Lexus were interested in selling us up to a price point we didn't want, Zach really listened to us and helped us not only pick the SRX but the right version with the right features for us all within our budget. I had been researching and considering purchasing a Cadillac CTS Vsport for some time now. I was on the internet and I saw an ad for the exact car that I wanted from Jeff Schmitt Auto group and couldn't believe the price. I thought it wasn't a serious deal and living in California, I thought the transaction might be very difficult to complete. However, I call Zachary Long at Jeff Schmitt and he was great! He confirmed for me that the exact car I saw was available and the price was legit. My friends thought I was crazy to buy a car from Ohio site unseen and have it shipped to me in California, but Zach answered all my questions and put me at ease. I was able to purchase the car easily. Since I live in another state, the process was a bit longer than normal, but Zach kept in touch throughout the entire process. I now have a gorgeous new car and all my friends are jealous and can't believe what a great deal I got. I would definitely do business with Jeff Schmitt Auto group again!!!

This place gets a 95%. I've bought two cars here and brought 5 to the service side. The service team is phenomenal, especially Shonda, and you know you can trust them. Which is highly unusual. The sale department is almost perfect, the used car sales manager could use a little buffing out, but Bryan makes the place top-notch. I would and do recommend them to everyone I know.

My parents purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruz from here, drove it a couple days and then it started making a god awful sound. My parents took the vehicle in for some touch up work that was promised when the vehicle was purchased and the work was great, however they asked about the noise the car was making and the service manager said it wasn't making that sound when they purchased it and they would not fix it (for one I was there during the purchase and if it would have made that sound we wouldn't have purchased it). I called the Chevy dealership in Fairborn and spoke to a not too friendly advisor, so I gave it one more shot and called Miamisburg and spoke with Nicole who was very friendly and helpful!!! The salesman and finance lady was wonderful when the vehicle was purchased, but I will never deal with the Cadillac dealership in Beavercreek again. Service manager really needs to learn how to treat people, especially the elderly!!

As far as the experience of buying a car is concerned - this one was much less painful and grueling than most!! I went in dreading the idea of the whole process, but came out very pleasantly surprised! I found a used car online, made contact that way, scheduled to drive up to see the car a few days later. I worked with Tyon Brown, and he did an excellent job of actually making the experience painless for me. As a single girl - we always go into dealerships ready to get taken advantage of ... and treated like we are stupid - but that certainly did not happen to me. Tyon was great ... I actually received a fair, and I feel honest deal both on my trade-in and on the vehicle I purchased. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

my 70 yr old mother purchased cadillac in 2012, had a few minor issues and then a major issue w tires wheels..although i think the culprit for the defect lies within the wheel (giavanne wheels) sales manager and service manager worked together w me to resolve the issue..The issue in fact wasnt by any means the fault of dealership but despite that Marty and Dale went above and beyond to get my momma back driving a car w inflated tires...A big thank you to Marty and Dale and the vogue tyre distributer who all came together and offered a legit deal to rectify any issues...it even says more about dealer that they were dealing w Giavanne wheels that werent warrantied nor was dealer responsible for defects in wheels they no longer sell....Had a fantastic experience w the Jeff Schmitt management team!! Dont ever believe this business is sketchy, i dont believe the COMPANY ever was,,,..in fact, "SKETCHY" moved on to do his business elsewhere (my opinion)..JeffSchmitt is sure to be a more successful company with their current management team...lots of effort, very considerate and concerned...and im overly satisfied with the resolution plan!! I have always taken my Cadillac into this dealership for service. But every time I have it serviced,it is always a large amount. With that said it really upsets me when I spend over $800.00 for repairs , they never wash my vehicle. I also have a ford from Beau Townsend, when I take it in for a small oil change, they always wash the car. I believe if you spend that much money, or any money, you could include a wash.

after weeks of scouring web sites and newspapers, I saw what looked like the perfect car at Jeff Deals. I contacted them by e-mail and they kept in touch via e-mail and phone. Not pushy, just communicative. I was able to drive up and see the car on a Saturday morning. They called to confirm on Friay night. When I arrived, Dakota was waiting for me with the keys. Within 15 minutes,we were out driving. The car was showroom clean. I wasn't able to talk down the price, bu I don't feel that I overpaid. Sales transaction was very quick and easy. They informed me of extras, but did not get pushy about it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had just finished wiping it down (it had rained during the test drive). I was a little surprised that I did not get a follow up call within a few days, but I'm vy happy I made the trip up to Beavercreek.

I had a not so pleasant experience a few years back at the Jeff Schmitt location in Miamisburg. I was reluctant to visit the Beavercreek location but it had the model and price I was looking for in a used car. I was dealing with the internet managers until I was confident that I would make the trip into the dealer. I was met by Dakota Williams and I would say I had a very good buying experience. I knew there wasn't much room on the internet price based on the length of time the car was on the lot and the inventory we looked at across a couple hundred miles so I simply ask Dakota to make me feel like I negotiated something to get the value I wanted. After all was said and done Dakota and Nick got us the deal we wanted. Well done Gentleman.

We found him to be extremely helpful and he went out of his way to be helpful!. His gentle manner won our confidence, he wasn't at all pushy, but he guided us into the purchase of a pre-owned Acura TL. Because we liked Dakota, I will soon bring him my business again for either a Corvette, CTS-V, or Camaro ZL1. I am a retired airline pilot with an extensive sales background. We recently purchased a used SRX from Jeff Schimitt. Our Rep. was Dakota and he couldn't do enough for us. He went above and beyond to answer all questions. As we toured the dealership you could tell that the emplyees enjoyed their jobs. I highly recommend Jeff Schmitt Cadillac and ask for Dakota. you won't be disappointed.

Brian was great. He as there for us as soon as we got there. Our 1998 Mercedes Benz broke down- right in front of the Cadillac dealership. Brian was willing to help us get our car fixed, even allowed us to use HIS car to get parts. Needless to say, it was an easy decision to buy a car from him.

It had been over a decade since I have purchased a vehicle, and car shopping has significantly changed since then. I had a good idea that I wanted to replace my aging car with a newer Dodge Charger, so turned to the internet for most of my price comparison shopping. A handful of searches narrowed me down to right vehicle. Jeff Schmidt had one in particular that looked in good shape from the pictures, and the miles were under the annual average for a vehicle that age (2012). The car fax report had nothing to spike my spider senses, and the price was quite favorable when comparing the value of the vehicle to Kelley Bluebook, and other similar vehicles. After a quick verification with the dealer that the vehicle was still on the lot, I made my way down to Jeff Schmitt in the afternoon. The salesman, Zach, was very accommodating, and upon showing him the advert Id printed, had the vehicle ready for an inspection within minutes. Despite the cold temperatures, I never felt rushed or pressured into making the purchase. Zach, was upfront and honest with all the information on the car, to include the final price of the vehicle after all fees and taxes were added in, so there was no surprise at the end payment. Zach was also comprehensively knowledgeable concerning the follow on support Id receive from the maintenance garage for future tune-ups and oil changes. Overall, my buying experience felt very comfortable, stress free from high pressure salesmen, and I am very pleased with my new(ish) Charger. I would definitely recommend this dealer to someone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Jeff Schmitt Cadillac (Beavercreek) continues to impress me with their friendly, professional, and very respectful staff. Yesterday, I went in to inquire about my inoperable 5 button keyless remote. My salesman, Blaine Vencill was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. However, Shanda (Service Manager) was very instrumental in resolving the issue and getting me on my way again. I have been totally impressed with the entire experience at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac: from my initial inquiries, our purchase experience and the continual maintenance care for our 2013 Cadillac XTS. I purchesed a used Cadillac from Jeff Schmidt, and was treated like I was buying an new 60k vehicle. Both my salesman Zach, and the service manager Loren were more than accomodating in working out a couple little problems with the vehicle, and providing first class service. I took a chance on a higher mileage vehicle than I would normally purchase hoping being a dealer they would stand behind their product more than your typical used car lot, and I was not dissappointed. I would definetley purchase from them again.

We have had new Cadillac's since 2002 our salesperson at Jeff Schmitt's was Blaine Vencill. He was straight forward, attentive and knowledgeable during our initial visit at this dealer. During our conversation/s he listened to our concerns and wants never wavering from what expectations we were looking for. We had the new 2013 CTS picked out and the conversation was basically the pricing. Mr Vencill final price was lower then what we had researched via internet. The process was smooth during entire time. We elected to pick our vehicle up a week later and he demonstrated all aspects of vehicle operations to us. The financing phase was just as equally smooth, Josh was pleasant and did not pressure us into unwanted after market items. He answered all questions of him. I would highly recommend this sales person to all future buyers and the dealership, they appear to have more of a selection then the ones in surrounding area. As I have read other reviews, Cannot elaborate on the service dept (hopefully never in a bad way) but they have contacted us in a follow up manner, which is good!. Highly recommend this dealer and Blaine to anyone.

I bought a preowned vehicle from Jeff Schmidt Cadillac. Even though the vehicle was a Toyota, Zachary Long explained all of the features and options of the car. He even picked up the Toyota from another dealership so I could test drive it at the Cadillac store, which is more conveniently located for me! After the test drive, Zachary and his manager Nick worked with me to arrive on the right price, then Zachary thoroughly explained the steps of the buying process since this was my first car purchase! Finally Joshua Long found me a great financing plan with a really low interest rate and went over all of the steps that would happen after the purchase in minute detail. Overall, I had a wonderful experience buying my first car from Jeff Schmidt Cadillac; I feel like I was treated fairly and I would highly recommend Zachary Long to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

When we purchased our 2010 CTS last year from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac, we were so impressed with our salesman, Malcolm that we knew that if we ever purchased another cadillac, we would return to Jeff Schmitt and look for Malcolm. We also are very impressed with the service department. Loren and Shonda always go out of their way to be helpful and resolve any issues that we had with the 2010 CTS. With that said, we returned to the dealership again on February 1, 2014 to drop off our vehicle for service. Keep in mind that we drive from Milford, Ohio to Beavercreek because we do not trust anyone else to service our car. While there on February 1st, we decided to look around the lot and seek out Malcolm. By the end of the day, we were driving home in a brand new 2013 CTS! We are thrilled with the professionalism and courtesy that the people in this dealership show! So hats off to Malcolm, Loren, Shonda and Josh! We will be back for service on this vehicle too. We purchased a used Buick park avenue from Michael. He was extremely friendly and listened to all of our concerns and needs. I came in there with a folder of questions and research that I did on the car, him and the company. He listened to everything I said and answered all of my question the best that he could, without getting impatient with me. So after test driving the car we heard a sound from the back end, that could have been a bad tire. We expressed our concern to Michael and he agreed that it needed to be checked. He had the service department look into it before we signed the papers. The following day he informed us that they were going to put two new back tires on the car, so we came in and signed the papers, trusting them that the issues was resolved. We picked up the car the following day, however after driving it on the highway that night we realized it was not the tires, and we brought in to our mechanic to take a look at it. He informed us that it was the air shocks and it was unsafe to drive. We called Michael to let him known, however he was on vacation at this time so we had no choice but to have it fixed right then. The next day we went in to let him know what had happened, Nick the sales manager informed us that he would get with Michael once he was back and let us know what they would do for us since we had to pay for the repair ourselves. Michael contacted me the following day and told me that he spoke to his manager and that he was very sorry about our situation. He was a man of his word and told his manager that we all agreed that the issues needed to be fixed before purchasing the car and that it had not been done. He asked us to bring in the repair cost and that they would refund us the amount. I was very shocked to hear this, we had already paid for the car and signed the papers so they could have said sorry and been done with us ,however they our more about the customer and our satisfaction then just about a sale. I am extremely impressed by their customer service in the sales area and will be returning to them when it is time to purchase another car. I will ask for Michael since I know he is a man of his word and that he is about customer satisfaction not just a sale. I would also like to mention my father purchased a new Cadillac last year, from a young sales man there however, I do not know his name, but he was very pleased with him also. Bryan was referred to me by a friend who previously bought a car from Bryan. I was not that interested in a Cadillac , but I went to see him anyway. Bryan was great as he was not high pressure but knew his Cadillacs. Bryan had us test drive a few cars and eventually we decided on a new one. We live in Westerville, OH. After many calls to the local Cadillac dealers in Columbus and even out of states, no one can locate a specific Cadillac CTS-V sedan my husband was looking for. I was browsing on-line and sent an email to Jeff Schmitt Cadillac dealer. I was contacted right away and was put in touch with Bryan Edwards. Not only Bryan found the car of my husband's choice of color, he found one with the RED calipers, requested by my husband. Bryan stayed in touch with us throughout the process from negotiation to financing to closing. The whole process of buying this specific car was so quick and smooth it's hard for not to ask "what's wrong with the local Columbus dealers?" We are so happy with Bryan and the dealer. I bought a new 2013 Cadillac CTS on July 31, 2013. The initial purchase was painless and seemed rather smooth; however, it went down hill from there. When I went to pick up the car and finish paying, it took over 2 hours. I had to bring the car back (I live over an hour away) as the front license holder needed installed and the lug nuts were not on the tires - this was a quick and good experience. Then -- after only having the car 6 weeks, when attempting to start it, a clicking noise would occur as if the battery was dead. One morning the car totally shut down while attempting to start it and I was actually locked in the car. I took it to service that day where it was left, as the window was also leaking. They had the car for a week w/o finding any problems - leaving me to deal with it. Of course, 6 weeks later it did the exact same thing; however, this time I was in parking garage 50 miles away from this dealership and from home. Jeff Schmitt gave me the number to roadside service and left me to deal with it myself. In the meantime, all my belongings got locked in the car, including the keyfab (which is not suppose to happen) and I had to have my husband bring me the extra keyfab so I could get into the trunk and release the doors to obtain my belongings. Since I was in a parking garage, roadside service was unable to find a tow truck that would fit and advised it would be at least 2 hours, I had already been waiting an hour for them to find someone, so I left the car. The next day, the car was towed to Germain Cadillac for repairs. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the car to duplicate the problem. I contacted my sales person at Jeff Schmitt and advised I did not want this car, as I knew it would happen again. I was told that they would work with me in possible getting a 2014. That was 3 weeks ago, and I have yet to hear from him. On the other hand, the service man at Germain continued to try and find the problem, going as far as hooking it up to a computer and driving it home to see if there was any read out of a problem. Fortunately, in 2 days they were able to pinpoint the problem and as far as I know it has been fixed. I commend Germain for taking the extra step in trying to resolve the issue. As for Jeff Schmitt and his team, I will not buy a car/truck from them again.

I've been quiet, but it's been on my mind. I purchased a Cadillac several months ago from them and later found out I had been really taken. I found that the salesperson had lied about multiple things on the sale of the car. I blame myself for not digging deeper before buying, but you would think a well known Dayton area Cadillac dealer would be honest. He told me the car was turned in by a person that bought a Cadillac every year and it had never been wrecked. I found it had been wrecked on the right side, but no frame damage. I also found that it was not traded in yearly on a purchase of another Cadillac; it was because it was a lemon, it had fuel system issues and they could not repair noise issues with the car to satisfy the customer and they gave him another car. There were other issues (lies), but these were the two biggest. I will not buy from them again or any other Jeff Schmitt dealership. Jim

looked online seen a beautiful Cadillac, I've always been wanting a Cadillac since I could drive. Ive been to too many car lots and the same answer was always heard..NO cant get you financed. I filled out a credit app online they got in touch with me and told me to come in for a test drive. arrived at the dealer and someone come out as soon as I hit the lot and found my sales person for me within 15 mins of being there we was in the car taking it for a test drive. after the test drive we sat down and did paper work. and finally I got a yes your approved, everybody worked hard and was very nice very informational willing to show what every button in the car does they explained everything about the car from the tires to the sunroof didn't miss anything. finally they cleaned it up real nice handed me the keys and said congratulations.....if ever I need another car I'm going to JEFF SCHMITT and I strongly recommend that if your looking for a new or used car head over to jeff he and his team members will really take care of you!!!!!

I was looking for a great used car and found a new favorite dealership as well. Rob Sanders was my sales person and he made sure that we were comfortable and understood everything there was to know about the 2003 Cadillac CTS that we were interested in. He was very personable, knowledgeable and courteous. I had been looking on the internet and visited the dealerships that had cars that I was interested in. I found that all of the people at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac far exceeded my expectations and surpassed the others two fold. We recently purchased a Cadillac SRX from JSAG. Malcolm Worth was a wonderful sales consultant. He was very mild mannered, patient, listened, and calmly dealt with our requests, questions, and changes. He worked hard to obtain the best trade-in value for our van and to locate the SRX we required. On the day of purchase, Malcolm took the time to inspect the SRX (even sent it back to detail to clean interior 'smoodges'), locate the all-weather mats, point out features, and fill the gas tank. Bryan was very helpful with the supplier discount account information. John did a fantastic job with the finance paperwork.The following week the SRX went in to be pinstriped and Malcolm made sure it was completed to satisfaction. We appreciate their customer service!

As my husband and I pulled up and got out at the dealership, we were immediately approached by the salesperson, Timothy Sawyer. We were greeted in a very welcoming and professional manner. The customer service was excellent. We told the salesperson what vehicle we were there to see and he was more than happy to show us the vehicle after going over some preliminary information. Throughout the test drive, Mr. Sawyer continued to provide us with pertinent information about the vehicle and answered any questions we had. When we decided to go forward with the purchase the paperwork was all processed in a very timely manner and Mr. Sawyer really worked with us to get the deal we wanted. On the last leg of the purchase we were introduced to Ian Quinn. He finalized all of the paperwork, went over everything in detail, and answered all of our questions. Mr. Quinn was very personable and professional. Overall, we left with a great new vehicle after having the best experience we have ever had at a dealership.

My wife and I had been to a lot of dealerships looking at new cars. We were treated well everywhere we went, but the experience we had at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac was by far the best. Our salesman was Eric Lower, and he could not have been more friendly and helpful. Shopping for, and buying a new car can be very stressful, and Eric has that demeaner that automatically makes things seem less stressful. Every question we had was answered in a way that we could easily understand, and we had his full attention. After we selected the car and color we wanted, and the paperwork was being completed, I changed my mind and chose another color, and he assured me that his main objective was to make sure we were happy with what we got. Also, his sales manager-Martin Ziegler wanted to make sure we were receiving all the attention we needed, and asked if there was anything more he or Eric could do to make our experience better, and my answer was no. We could not have asked for better service. I will tell anyone interested in buying a Cadillac to go to Jeff Scmitt's, and specifically ask for Eric. If we receive that same attention from the service department when that time comes we will never go anywhere else.

When customers want to test drive a veichle they want to do it without a salesperson sitting in the back seat. This to me was intimidating. We felt pressured into purchasing this veichle and all the add-ons. I know salespeople need to make a living, but that really bothered us. We wanted to look at other cars, but didn't get to. High pressure salespeople were the reason Bill and I went after hours just to look around. Tim you really need to back off and let people have space and a chance to look around. Otherwise the service was good.

This dealer does a large volume and therefore has a good selection and large inventory. Also has a large network for further selection of used cars. All the people there were very professional and courteous and our sales person Malcomb Worth was a perfect example. He returned emails to me on his days off work and always offered to do more than just what was expected. I like using Cars.com and Jeff Schmitt Cadillac does a good job of displaying their stock and giving complete info so you can do your research.

Looking at Ford Mustang, been doing a lot of searching online. We live an hour and a half away from dealer. We called in the morning to set up appointment to look/test drive car. Well we were only able to look at the car. They completely failed to mention that the car is in the shop and replacing engine and won't be ready for several DAYS. They said they would make it right and bring the car to our place when ready for us to test drive, we will see if they hold true to their word. Extremely disappointed in customer service and communication within the company.

The dealership was easy to find, the facilities were very nice, and the Nissan Titan I came to look at was in excellent condition - just as it was advertised. Dale Drury was a wonderful as well as an excellent service representative. Whenever I came in he made me feel like part of the family. Dale always made sure I received impeccable service at affordable prices. I am pleased that he has been promoted, yet, missed him in Beavercreek for our last service visit. When we returned to Texas we found a previous problem was going to cost us over $1,000 to fix. I found Dale at his new Columbus Jeff Schmidt location and after discussing the issue with him, took his advice and went to the Cadillac dealer in Grapevine Tx and explain the issue to the service department manager and representative there as Dale had informed me to do. Ultimately, the price was dropped to $635 which was an agreeable price after all that we have gone through with the particular mechanical problem. I will be calling Dale next week to inform him of our great pleasure and deep gratitude! Thanks to Jeff Schmidt Auto group for making sure to employ people that work with integrity and provide excellent customer service! We will miss Dale Drury and Jeff Schmidt Cadillac!

The salesman was helpful, and worked to get me a better rate for my financing options. The finance department was fantastic. The buying process was easy, and the service was just plain excellent. Once negotiating started, the pressure ot buy was high, but worth it. Buying from this company is a very god choice. They're backed up by MotorTrend as well, so there's another plus. Overall, it was a great experience.

At first I was totally ignored by several sales people standing around on the floor at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Once I did get somenone's attention and requested the sales person I was there to see, Michael Jackson was very helpful in helping me determine which model was best for me. Michael explained the features of each model and I explained my needs. We test drove several models until I found the one perfect for me. I love my Cadillac XTS!

I woke up one morning wishing to buy a car. I was previously looking at BMW's and so I decided to switch my shift to looking at Cadillac CTS's. I scoured the internet that morning and found a black cadillac CTS at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac that fit my price range. I did a quick KBB search to see if I was getting the right deal on it. After I figured out KBB value I thought of what I wanted to pay in my head and left to make the trip to the dealership. As I got to the place I was greeted by Kris, who was extremely friendly. I was a little taken back because at the BMW dealerships I wasn't taken seriously because I was a 24 year old kid who actually could afford a nice car. Anyways, Kris took us out on the test drive and I knew I wanted the car. He was friendly and gave all the features of the car. We got back from the test drive and we went inside and talked numbers. After to ho-hum of wheeling and dealing I ended up getting the car about $2,900 off of sticker price which was good. Everything was good until I had to deal with Ian. First I gave the dealership a number of a rep. from my bank to call for financing. After talking with Ian he said everything was smooth after I gave him the number of the bank. Come to find out he didn't talk to my guy I had wanted him to. Next he tried to sell the extended warranty as if it were part of my financing with the bank. I was about to sign it until I saw the final dollar value, which was not the agreed upon price. Once I caught it his happy mood changed and he seemed angry at me. Through the whole financing process I kept finding little white lies in him. He told us a story where he was having his first born child soon, but then said he had five year old that flushed his keys down the toilet because he was trying to sell me on one of the warranty options. Good try buddy, but I am not buying. He kept butchering my receipt and it took him 5 tries to get the contract right...come on man by this time I have spent way to long in your office. Finally after he gets his paperwork together I sign the deal and drive away. Two weeks later I get a call by the "man" Ian Quinn to hear that he used the wrong form and needed me to come in to the dealership to sign the right form. Forget it man, I am not coming in your time to come sign the form you should have been using, I live 2 hours away and just put in a 15 hour day at work. I eventually drove up on the weekend and signed his papers he should have been using in the first place. Anyways Kris rocked the deal, no wonder he had some best salesman award on the desk. That cat Ian really killed it man, I dont really trust the guy.

I moved up to a pre-owned certified 2006 Cadillac CTS after having multiple new cars in years prior...I purchased it in August 2009 and never loved a car more than that one! It was beautiful, drove, and rode like a dream! I was impressed by the low mileage and how nice it was for 3 years old. Steve Vangorder recently spoke at a lcval event I was assisting with and I gave him my business card and joking mentioned that I'd like to move up in the world again. He in turn gave my card to Marty Ziglar who called me within a day to introduce himself and offer his assistance. He than had Eric Lower follow up with me multiple times on my interest in trading up to a new car. Eric spent a lot of time listening to exactly what I wanted, why, and my budget concerns. He showed me a car that was exactly what I wanted and met both my practical needs and desire for a candy apple sports car. Needless to say, Eric did such a great job nailing exactly what I wanted and was so AWESOME to work with that I purchased and drove home a 2013, Candy Apple, Premium CTS4 2 door sports coupe with the chrome cockpit of a small airplane last Saturday!!! My friends are drooling and I will defintiely be sending Eric my buddies looking to buy a new or used Cadillac.

Three years ago we bought a cadillace at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. We liked it so much, we decided to trade it in there again. Our salesman was Rob Sanders. He was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was the nicest person, he listened to everything we said we were looking for in our new car. He took his time, and helped us get the payment that we wanted and the extended warranty. He spent several hour's talking to us and working out our deal. We sat in the lounge and everything was really clean and nice, and we even ate a sandwich, while we watited. What other dealership would offer you food. Rob talked to us about his family while we waited, and so did we. The office staff was very friendly, and was checking with us to see if they could get us anything. The loan officer was very nice. I will definitely recommend Jeff Schmitt Cadillac to people we know. I would definitely tell them to see Rob Sanders. When we want to trade in our car in the future we will definitely go to Rob!!!!!

We went to Jeff Schmitt Cadillac to trade in our cadillac we bought from them three year's ago. Our salesman was Rob Sanders. He was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! He spent time talking to us about what we wanted in the new car purchase. He took us around and we went outside and looked at the car and test drove it. He was excellent in showing us how everything worked in the car. He took the time to help us work out a deal in what we wanted our monthly payment to be. While we waited he talked to us about his family and we did too. The dealership was very nice, and the lounge was also. He even took us back to the lounge and we had a sandwich while the loan officer was working out our deal with the bank's. How many place's would you go to buy a car and end up eating lunch. Nobody but Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. The loan officer was very friendly and was very helpful to us explaining what all the loan paperwork meant. I will definitely recommend this dealership to people we know, and send them to see Rob Sanders.. Years down the road, when we decide we want to trade in again, I will definitely be calling Rob on the phone.

On February 28, 2013, we purchased a new, shiny red 2012 CTS-4 Coupe at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Our salesman was Rob Sanders, who did a good job of showing us many features of this beautiful car and working with management on a reasonable deal (we traded 2 used cars -- a 2002 T-Bird Convertible and 2010 Ford Taurus), although it took awhile. We have been back to the dealership several times since with questions about some of the car's many special features, and each time we were courteously helped. On our most recent visit today (March 9), we had questions about the navigation system and since Rob was busy with a customer, Mike Jackson offered to help us and we left the dealership with more knowledge about the navigation system plus a clean car (he took it through the carwash for us also). We agreed on the price and financing. But when I politely declined at puchasing what I felt were unnecessary add-ons, salesman Bryan Edwards' tone of voice became aggressive and confrontational. This badgering continued for several minutes. I felt like he was trying to intimidate me. When he left the room, my adult daughter remarked that she was suprised that I had not walked out of the dealership. Salesman Eric Lower came in shortly thereafter, sold me one of the add-ons at a reduced price and saved the deal. The last two cars I puchased were a BMW (2012) and a Lexus (2010). With the exception of this very unfortunate experience with one of the sale team, the overall experience at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac was at least comparable to the personal service I have experienced at other luxury car dealerships; a beautiful showroom, personal attention to detail and a warm welcome from Jeff, the sales manager. Wish I could have given them a 5; Eric and Jeff certainly earned it.

Blaine was well informed, personable and easy to work with. Our intention was to shop around for a high end vehicle. Blaine sold us on the SRX on our first visit.Jackie obtained a excellent low interest rate (less than 3%), but she seemed unfamiliar with the computer systems necessary to obtain the loan. We spent an excessive amount of time waiting on financing.

My husband, John Nance, & I leased a new car from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac last November, the day after Thanksgiving. We really love the car, & decided that we wanted new wheels. The salesman that helped us get the car is no longer working there, so Rob Sanders took over for him. We feel fortunant to have Rob as our representative there. When we asked him about different wheels for our caddy, he started looking at wheels for us right away. It took some time, but he found some we liked, placed the order, and stayed in touch weekly on the status of the order. We had our new wheels put on at your facility yesterday, and they look great. There were some problems with getting the wheels to fit, but Rob made sure to get what was needed, and the staff at the shop did a great job putting them on and making sure we were satisfied. We had been looking on line to purchase a premium vehicle to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary. This was not a high priority need, just dreaming about it.My wife and I visited the local dealerships, read all the local advertisments andwere disappointed with the results. One dealership advertised, a vehicle, told us it was available and 10 minutes later as we were approaching the lot we received a call stating that the car was sold. Another dealer in town advertised a price on a vehicle of interest and when we got there it was an E-assist and had 20,000 miles on it.In contrast to the above, when I contacted Jeff Schmitt Auto Group on a vehicle of interest they wanted to know " when are you coming "? Then much to our surprise, they stated ( they will have the vehicle " prepped and ready for our review " upon our arrival ) WOW! The courtesy and customer service didn't stop there. The minute we met Kris Redick, our Sales Consultant, Jeff Van Gorder, Sales Manager and Ian Quinn, Financial Administrator, we knew we were in Trusting hands. Kris took us for a test a drive explained all of the car accessories and features, not once, but 2 or 3 times. Then on our behalf, Kris negotiated a great purchase price with Jeff much to our delight and Ian reviewed all of the sales documents for accuracy making sure we understood all of the financial and warranty elements of our purchase. Had a wonderful experience at Jeff Schmitt. I knew that I needed to replace my car soon and was worried about repair bills. Kris and the rest of the people at Jeff Schmitt jumped right in and went to work for me. They showed me cars...steered me in a good direction and helped me to get a car that I was not only comfortable with but they eased my burden as a mom raising 5 kids alone and made sure that I got a warranty that would protect me from repair bills for most of the loan's term. What a burden to have lifted off of my shoulders. Thanks guys!

First off,I would buy another vehicle from them again.My wife and I were very please with our salesman Bryan Edwards and the whole Jeff Schmitt Cadillac Auto group. We may have not been in there buying a new fancy cadillac,but they made us fill no differant.Answered any and all of our questions,we bought a nice quality used Honda Odyssey at a nice reasonable price. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars on buying process is it longer than I wanted to negociate the final price,wasnt a bad experiance just longer than I wanted,but I did get the Van for the price I wanted, not much haggling from the salesman,just time consuming. Like I said,I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Bryan Edwards and his staff again

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. No high pressure salesmanship, but salesman was knowledgaeable of all the features of the cadilac SRX that we were interested in driving/buying. Allowed/accompanied on both test drives and described all the various features of the vehicle wht I was driving it. During the negotiation process worked with his manager to portray our cost objective/goal. Upon completing the deal had the vehicle prepped while we were working on signing all the required paperwork. A very painless process.

Purchased a 2008 Escalade that was shown on cars.com. Seemed to be some confusion on getting email, 800 number response, I kind of got lost in the shuffle in the beginning. But ended up getting Eric Lower as my sales rep. He couldn't have been more helpful. Double checking what was reported on line, verses, putting his hands on the actual vehicle. He and the business manager Ian Quinn were both easy and patient to work with. I say patient because this being my 4th vehicle to buy on line. It is my first to have shipped and I didn't physically get to see it or drive it. It arrived perfectly as stated. Thank you so much for keeping me faithful in my trust of mankind.

Kris was great, price was fair, except for all of the add-ons to the price of a used vehicle. Had to work to get the price to the advertised price online. Wanted to add underbody coating, warranty, etc to the price. It was a good experience and would buy from again if i am in the dayton area.

Amazing customer serv. this is where I will buy ALL of my cars from. Tom was awesome. He showed me everything about my car. I drove 3 1/2 hours to get my new car from Tom & will do it again. I recommend getting the dealership protection plan. When your car breaks, they fix it right & even give you a free rental equivalent to what you drive. Just recently had my car destroyed by a large deer at 70mph & I'm going to have my car taken to this dealership. If I'm having my car taken 3 1/2 hours from home, they must be doing something right.

Came in for a used car,ended up with new one. The staff was very friendly, even the ones not involved in the deal. The deal on the new one was much better than the other dealer was on the used one. This was a great experience. They were very informed on the different models and features. I am glad we went to Beavercreek.

Visited to inquire about a 1997 Buick. Dealer was unable to finance the vehicle and provided an alternative 2004 Buick for me to view. It was a much, much nicer car and was not significantly more expensive. Price of the car was more than 15% below blue book. Was able to finance the purchase, through the dealer, despite credit problems, in very little time. Dealer paid me a high amount for my trade-in. Car needed minor repairs/tune-up and service was performed immediately, free of charge. Mr. Sanders was knowledgeable, accommodating, congenial, and professional. Financing/paperwork did not take a substantial amount of time and was executed nearly painlessly. I am very, very impressed with the service I received and with the vehicle I purchased.

As I began looking, Kris had all the information that I needed about the vehicle and the how the process works. Being a new car buyer, I was pretty skeptical about the process. I have heard a lot of horror stories of car salesmen who pressure you to buy a vehicle. This was not the case. There was another chrysler 300 located at another jeff schmitt dealership that I also wanted to take a look at. Kris had the vehicle brought down to me so that I could take a look at it. The entire experience was a delight. The entire staff was very friendly and open to negotiate the price and packages of the vehicles. I ended up buying a 2010 chrysler 300 and love it! I would recommend Kris Redick and the Jeff Schmitt group to anyone looking to buy!

Went in to look into a vehicle that I had viewed on the website. I was greeted by Mr. Tyon who immediately answered my questions and calmed some of my fears about purchasing a used vehicle. He worked very hard for the sale as I was not looking to purchase for awhile. He explained the process and warranty options and I came to the conclusion that NOW was the time to buy! He set realistic expectations, explaining everything as we went along so there were no suprises. Working through the financing with Jax was smooth and easy! Both her and Tyon fought for the best rate and options for my budget and needs, NEVER pushy or overwelming! This was hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! We did a little internet shopping before our visit and had an idea of what we wanted. We were met by a very courteous and professional Blaine Vencill upon arrival. Blaine spent time with us discovering our needs and wants and by the time we were finished we drove our desired DTS home. Although it seemed the paperwork portion of our visit seemed to take a long time, we are still satisfied. I stopped by for something minor a few days later and again was very satisfied with my treatment. It is very rare to find truly honest people any more in the car business. I think we found some here. We will buy here again.

We did some internet shopping prior to our visit and had only a vague idea of what we wanted. We were met by Blaine Vencill upon arrival. Blaine was courteous and professional and eager to answer our questions and suggest options to meet our needs. Although I felt that the paperwork time was quite lengthy, we left as satisfied customers driving the vehicle we wanted. I visited the dealership about a minor issue today and again left as a satisfied customer. We will recommend Blaine and this dealership. Rob Sanders was a really good sales person,very friendly and helpful!Greg in finance was not as pleasant and made me tear up in his office! he made my experience of car shopping horrible! He would tell me he would call me back whenever he would hear back from the banks.He never called nor did he return the many calls I made to him..I was getting the run around by him.I was and still am a little upset at the confusion he caused and I never got a straight answer to why it took almost 2 weeks for me to get the car i wanted..I had 5000 dollars cash for a 13755 priced Yukon Denali! however Rob sanders got the ball rolling and after 13 days of being run around and missing 2 days of work,i was finally able to get my dream car!THANKS ROB YOUR THE BEST!

Salesman sold me on all the extra stuff done to the car like enviromental package and other services I would receive. I was led to believe that was included in the sticker price since I never agreed to buy any thing extra, but they added over $4000 to the price of the car, never saying a word about total price, just getting in my payment range. I feel they are deceptive in hiding extra cost that most buyers will not want or need.

After totaling my car in an accident and going to several car dealerships only to be turned away due to my bad credit I finally went to Jeff Schmitt. Eric Lower at Cadillac really made me feel comfortable and went over all my options. Based on my credit there weren't a lot of options and most of them pretty unsavory but he told us about a sebring he had just brought in on a trade & it ended up being the perfect match for me. For an older car it had great mileage, runs great, excellent condition. He listened to everything I was looking for and made it happen even with limited resources. I am confident that as soon as I can raise my credit score I will come back to Eric to help me find a new car!

I had a great experience buying my car at the Beavercreek showroom. Everyone there was very friendly and courteous. Blaine helped me fine the car I wanted and we finally got to a reasonable price for the new car and also my trade-in on Thurs. evening, even though we kept him after closing. Then, on Sat. I met with Rob to finalize all the the paperwork. I am very happy with my car.I have always wanted a white Cadillac, but never available when I was in the market for a new car, I have previously owned two red Cadillac. So glad when Blaine said that this car had just arrived a few days ago because I thought I was going to buy another red one until I test drove the white one and I fell in love with it on the spot. Rob and Blaine are both terrific gentlemen to deal with when buy a new car. Since my experience at Jeff Schmitt's I will recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car. Visited Rob to purchase a used Kia Rhondo. Price online was in my ballpark, and the mileage was hard to beat. Drove down to visit Jeff Schmitt's Cadillac dealership and inspect the car. After a bit of negotiation was able to secure a price I felt reasonably comfortable paying. The car was in good shape except for a few minor dings, but the customer care options they provide should alleviate those concerns. Overall the experience was as pleasant as you could expect from a business negotiation, with the staff being attentive and interested in closing the deal.There are two minor blemishes on the affair. The first was that the final finishing of the car was rushed. This is partially my fault (I live more than 1hr. from the dealership, and was closing on a weeknight) but I had to remove some adhesives from the dealer stickers myself. I feel like there should have been more attention to detail paid, but all things considered this is not a major strike against them.The second is that there were only a single set of keys for the car. Again, the dealership provides complementary care packages that will allow me to receive a second set of keys free of charge, but I was requested to way a bit before doing so. In the interim I am stuck with a single set of keys, which is a bit annoying.Overall I would certainly do business with this dealership again. The facilities were spotless and the salespeople friendly. They were willing to accommodate my request to have the car for an extended test-drive while we secured local financing without complaint.

In spite of the impression the commercials might give (and that isnt Jeff in the commercials), the experience at the Cadillac dealership was professional and comfortable. In May, my husband and I visited Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. While looking on the lot, we were almost immediately greeted by the salesperson named Larry. He seemed friendly enough at that time and we began to tell him what we were interested in. Larry went above and beyond to go to another Jeff Schmitt dealership and drive a vehicle we were interested in to his lot for us to test drive. That was pretty much where the friendliness ended. To make a VERY long story (one that continued for over a month) short, we were told that day that we were in agreement on a deal, price, monthly payment, etc. The only catch was that we needed another five hundred on our down payment. My husband and I said that would be no problem in about a week's time. Then after a few days of not hearing back, we found out that the car we wanted had been sold. (Larry was "supposed to contact us if that happened, as the dealership would not hold the car for us.) So the search began again for a vehicle we were interested in. After spending almost an entire Saturday searching inventory, my husband and I found the car we thought we would purchase. We stopped into the showroom and talked to Larry. We told him we had found our car, but it was on the Nissan lot. We told him, and quite plainly, that we had the exact down payment that day and we were ready to make a deal. Larry left to go talk to his manager, and what he said to us when he returned left us speechless. He said, "We do not have time to deal with you today. It is the end of the month and your deal will have to wait until Monday." We were adamant and again told Larry that we had the money on hand right then. Not one time did he offer to write the deal up on paper, take our down payment to hold the car. He left us with "I will call you Monday." Monday came and we heard nothing. Tuesday came and we heard nothing. I began to think that this car too had been sold out from under us. I checked the online inventory and could not find the car we were interested in. So I called Larry and sure enough this car too had been sold. After hem hawing around and trying to explain how this could happen, Larry said he had no idea that my husband and I had the money on hand that Saturday when we stopped in. (Not sure why he would not have known since we both told him numerous time, except for the fact that he did not care and did not want to make a sale.) Larry said he would begin searching for another car for us and would get in touch with me the following day. Again, I heard nothing. Not even a call saying he was still looking. If he said he was going to call, he should call even with just an update. Eventually, I was told that another sales person was handling our search. I contacted that person and he had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. He put me in touch with another salesperson. We just kept getting the run around. It was a total mess for the beginning. Larry was not nice to us, he did not spend time with us, he reminded us of someone who only wanted to sell to people who could pay cash for a vehicle. That very next Saturday, we went to Jeff Schmitt Mazda, right next door to the Cadillac store and were treated like royalty by a salesperson who will continue to receive our business, Sam. We were taken to their Fairborn store and drove a car back to the Mazda dealership and purchased it THAT Day and drove it home. We are thrilled that Sam came to our rescue. If you are searching for car, do not, unless you want to waste nothing but days and days and be treated like you mean nothing, work with Larry at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac.

Visiting this dealership and working with Eric definately exceeded our expectations. We drove there from Columbus to see a used car we saw on auto trader. We called ahead and set up an appointment to see a very popular used car. The people on the phone were really great, offering directions and telling us the sales manager to ask for when we arrived. Before we arrived the sales manager called to confirm our appointment and see if we had any questions. When we arrived everyone on the floor was very nice. We work with Eric, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We didn't feel pressured at all and honestly felt reassured that he would do what he could to help us in any way possible. He went through all the information about the dealership (which we were impressed with) and about all the extras with the car. He wasnt pushy and was extreamly respectful of our wants and decisions. We did buy the car and I would, and already have, recommend this dealership and especially Eric to anyone. He made us feel so at easy and did not act at all like the negative persona given to car salesmen. I wouldn't want to buy a car anywhere else. We had to wait a long time to do our paperwork because they only had one person there and we were with a 5 month old baby. Dispite the fact that we were a little annoyed by the wait, Eric was super the entire time. He helped transfer our items from our old car to our new car and got our daughter a balloon. While we waited in the showroom he talked to us about some of the models inside. He was definately well educated about the Cadillacs and their features. My husband asked if he could have a pen, and dispite the fact that they are not 'give-away' pens, he was happy to give it to my husband. Overall this was a great experience mostly because of working with Eric. They followed about a week after we bought the car to ensure we were happy. We were there for 4 hours with a 5 month old and missed dinner with my sister (who was visiting from Indiana), and we were still so impressed by Eric that I can say we will be back.

We went to this dealership to look for good used car to upgrade my main vehicle. I was interested in a Cadillac or Lexus and they had many options to choose from. Michael Jackson was our salesman (yes, really) and he was a standout from experiences we have had with other dealerships. As my interests changed while we looked, he adjusted well and showed other options. (I thought I wanted one thing, but once I was actually inside, I didn't like it as much.) As we test drove vehicles, he answered all our questions. Best - when we asked a question he was not prepared for, and did not know the answer, he did not try to make up an answer. He said he didn't know and would look it up when we got back to the dealer. We eventually found a vehicle that was much more to my liking, but were not ready to sit down and negotiate. Michael was understanding and did not push for us to sit down right then. Everything about the dealership, Michael, and Jacks, the business manager, was professional, straightforward, and friendly. Just the way car-buying should be.

Salesman Brandon Amstutz did a great job making a sale. He worked very hard to sell us the new 2013 Cadillac XRS. We would recommend him to our family and friends. Only complaint we had was the cleaniness of the car was not the best. There was several black marks on the seats and the door panels, the windows were very smeared. Brandon did remove some of the black marks, however, when you purchase a 56,000.00 car we expected a little more time in detailing.

These were the most committed men to delivering exceptional service of any dealers I have ever experienced. I am a former Mercedes and my husband jaguar car owners and we have been to top dealers in Columbus who claim to be great at customer service. They can not touch the service we received Rob paid attention to every detail and he even made sure our eight year old was comfortable when we had to work with finance. Ian was a man of his word and delivered. Integrity and first class. That's how we expect to be treated and the teamat jeff Schmitt exceeded.

While looking for a vehicle online I came across a 2008 white Avalanche at Jeff Schmidt Cadillac in Beavercreek. Our grandson had a soccer behind the dealership and after the game we drove thru the lot and saw the Avalanche this was on a Sunday....at that time we did not talk to anyone....after thinking about it we drove to dealership the following Thursday with the hope it was still there. Upon arriving Brandon Amstutz approached us and asked if we would like to test drive it? Brandon was very attentive and helpful with info on the truck....pretty much sold us the vehicle. Then took credit app and gave to Finance mgr Ian Quinn. He came back and took us to Ian office where we proceeded to sign the paperwork. There were some spots we wanted looked at and Brandon arranged for the vehicle to be brought back the next Monday. We are very pleased with the expierence and would buy again. Thank You

After visiting Dan at dealership and test driving a car we left because of time constrants. We continued to make offers over the e-mail and thought we had an offer from him on price. As it turned out he and the dealership came up with that as we were there to finalize the deal that they would start at the original price and we were given excuses as to why they could not come down to the price given to us in the email, also was not told the car had only 1 key and the cost for key is 240.00 dealer item.

Jeff Schmidt Cadillac does a good job of working with customers on prices without coming across with the "pushy salesperson" approach you sometimes experience at other dealerships. Also, despite being a Cadillac dealership, they other various other used cars to appeal to many different customers. I have set some very difficult requirements for himto find just the right car foe me, and even though he has not found it yet, he calls me on a regular basis to let me know what he has that is close to what I wanted. I am very happy with him, and when he does have what I want, I will be getting my next car from Eric.

My husband and I decided to trade my SUV in for a bigger one. After shoping around and test driving a few we decided on Cadillac. My husband found one on line at Jeff Schmitt that we were really interested in. Went up there on a Sunday and our sales person Brian did everything he could to find this exact one. Come to find out that it was not at the dealership yet. However they had the same one just a different color. We test drove that one and fell in love but still wanted to Red one. They were able to locate the Red one and we decided to make the deal. All through the entire process we felt very comfortable with Brian and the Finance department. I was very impressed with the respect that they gave us and that they were willing to listen to all of my concerns and thoughts. Thanks for a good experience.

eric lower did a reasonable job of showing the 2011 cadillac cts wagon ... after driving the car ... it did not deliver the performance I wanted ... the dealership tried to upsell me to a new vehicle .... the process was very time consuming

I got the privilage of working with Kevin while I was looking to trade in my car. Kevin was able to make great suggestions on cars for me based on what I was looking for and what I could afford. Kevin was not the typical car sales guy. He was very friendly, not pushy and was willing to spend multiple hours with me. I truely felt like he wanted me to have the car that I wanted. I never felt rushed. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

It was by chance that my Husband and I stopped at this Cadillac dealership. We were only POSSIBLY looking to buy. We ended up being there for at least 8 hours but it did not feel like it. They really wanted us to leave with the car that we wanted (loved) but could afford. Kevin and Jeff made that happen. It really meant a lot to us that they let us take the car out for lunch and even offered to get us lunch. Great sales move, by the way. I will be honest, I was tired and ready to go by the end of the day. But I am also pregnant and had not planned on spending my entire day at a dealership. It was only Kevin and Jeff's great attitude and willingness to get us a deal while bending over backwards to do it that kept us there. I am still getting used to driving such a special car. It is a luxury that not a lot of people get to experience and we thank Kevin and Jeff for that!

Went into the dealership looking for a new CTS. Kevin was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't get the normal annoying aggressive sales pitch that you expect at a car dealership. My only knock on the dealership is the management. They seemed reluctant to bring in a car from another dealership (was looking for specific color/engine/and premium trim setup). This had nothing to do with Kevin. I would definitely return to Jeff Schmidt Cadillac as long as he is working there.

I have never had a more pleasant dealer experience than the one I had with Jonathan. He took the time to answer every single question of mine and he did it with a smile. He never pressured me like most other dealers and did his best to find me the car I wanted. He explained the car and its features in detail, almost as if he built it himself! He's a outgoing and honest person to do business with. I would recommend him to ANYONE.

We typically buy a new car every ten years and hardly ever look forward to the process. Larry Buehrer went out of his way to make us comfortable and really listened to our needs. He didn't mind that we made three different visits to the dealership to ask "just one more question", and even brought the auto to our home to see if it would comfortably fit into the garage.

Larry actually was willing to talk to me and made feel welcome. A lot of the other places I shopped made me feel like a bother or that I wasn't serious enough to take up their time and wanted to move on to more "affluent" looking customers. Also the dealership had a vast selection of cars and trucks.I found exactly the truck I was looking for and they helped me to get the financing and payments I wanted.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a used Nissan Frontier pickup at this dealership. The negotiation process was professional and I believe that I got the truck for a good price. The dealer followed up perfectly on a body shop repair and even took the truck to their sister Nissan dealership for completion of a recall. Larry Buehrer is an excellent salesman and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Larry and Jeff Schmitt Cadillac.

My saleperson Eric was very pleasure and easy to communicate with. He is not too aggreessive which is a turn off for me. The dealership allowed me to take the vehicle home for a longer test drive which has reall y given me a better appreciation for the vehicle's performance. Recently my husband and I were looking for a dependable used car for our daughter. I told the salesman, Eric, what we were looking for and our price range. He took the time to find and show us only the vehicles we would be interested in purchasing, with no stereotypical salesman pressure. Since we were buying used, we did search the private market as well and ultimately bought a vehicle that route. But when the time comes to buy again, I will definitely go see Eric.

We needed a car for our daughter. Eric asked questions and really listened to what we were looking to buy. No time wasted looking at cars that were not of interest and no pressure to buy. Great experience and will go see him again next time we plan to purchase.

Eric showed me a couple of different SUVs on several visits. He was friendly and knowledgable without putting a lot of pressure on me to buy unless it was the right vehicle for me. I liked that approach and will return to this dealership/salesperson in my continuing quest for the perfect car for me. Not a typical car salesman, Dan Sharrett did everything possible to put us in a new (used) Honda Accord at a price we couldn't turn down. Everyone was very polite, had wonderful customer service, and did not try to push hard anything we didn't want as options. The store was very clean, organized and well maintained. It was a pleasure buying a vehicle there and I would not hestitate to return when I need another vehicle. Actually, it will be the first place I visit. EXCELLENT customer service!! Dan, my Sales Consultant was superb and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed as if I were buying an expensive new model! The entire support team was outstanding, including the Asst Mgr who welcomed me, the Service Mgr who met me at the car to address questions and finally the Business Mgr who stepped through the paperwork. Kevin was our salesman, he was very friendly and very helpful. I hadn't got to drive the car yet so I was going to put $100 down so I could look at it first when it was done. We decided to go ahead and fill out some paperwork to get me financed. Dan Johnson came in and asked for 3,000 dollars, he said that the car was ours but we had to pay all of the money down. He was very rude, didn't introduce himself or say who he was. He wasn't professional, and didn't seem to care about what we had to say, he just wanted the sale to be done. We didn't know what happened to Kevin.. he was the one dealing with us for an hour before. After a little longer we put $100 down and Kevin called me after the weekend to tell me my car was running. Ian Quinn was extremely helpful. He got outstanding rates for me. Kevin and Ian both were very friendly, helpful and professional. However if I had to deal with Dan Johnson again I would have lost my $100 and gotten a car somewhere else.

I would just like to say that Brian was very helpful in my purchase of a 2005 Hummer H2. There were a couple of items that I felt needed to be taken care of for me to finalize the deal. With this being stated they were taken care of with no hassle. Thanks again to Brian and staff for a positive encounter. After contacting dealer about XM radio and OnStar that I was told by salesman was free for three months. I was informed that it wasn't. I was told it only applies to 06's or newer. Onstar was activated after contact with dealer. Still waiting on 3 months of XM Radio.

Was not anticipating the additional "Pro-package fees and etching fees" that were not built in to the price, but added in to the paperwork at the end. I would tell my friends to be leary of this. After driving 2 hours one way to see the car we really didn't want to leave without it. We were serious about purchasing and had planned to pay the advertised internet price with the tax, title, and possibly some other SMALL sort of docking fee or whatever. I was taken back at the additional $1500.00 that was not disclosed. Looking back, we should have sent an email to Kalene before we made the trip about an exact out the door cost. I will be sure to do that the next time when we ever do this again.

Eric didn't pressure us and said numerous times even though he would like our business, he wanted us to get the car that was right for us. It seems like the internet would have changed the way used car salespeople work. However, such is not the case at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. I drove over two hours to look at a car that had been through their 72-point mechanical inspection & was told at the end that they couldn't sell it to me. The salesman promised to bring it to me & then claimed that he couldn't because of the nice weather (when on the test drive he claimed that the nice weather kept people away). He easily said one lie after another & I decided not to buy the car because of the way I was treated. I am happy to say that I did find a better car at a lower price elsewhere. If you're looking online for a car, make sure you know as much as possible about it before driving over there.

March 8, 2012 I drove an hour away from home to purchase the exact car that I was looking for, that I found at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. The entire process initially went very smoothly. Blaine was nice and the finance guy was nice as well. At the end of the visit, I was told that I could not take the car that I bought home with me that day. They claimed that it had just been traded the day before and the cadillac certified mechanics and the auto body people would have to do a complete check before the car could be taken. That sounded reasonable enough to me. I was told they would try to have it ready by Monday only to be called later and told it wouldn't be ready till Wednesday.......1 week after I bought it. I was frustrated but I thought..at least they are going to be checking it really well before I get it and catch anything that might be wrong. I was finally able to pick my car up on Wednesday March 14, 2012. I drove my car for 6 days and suddenly the transmission would no longer shift out of 2nd gear. This Cadillac only had 32,000 miles on it. And I did have a 100% warranty. I was trying to stay positive and calm since the cost would be covered under my warranty, but a transmission problem at only 32,000 miles would seem like a big problem to me. So after only having the car for 6 days, it was now in the shop for this issue. So on Tuesday March 20th I took my car to a dealership (NOT Jeff Schmitt) for service. After 10 days in the shop I was told that they had to put a whole new transmission in the car. The mechanic said that the transmission fluid was totally burnt worse than he has ever seen and ALL the clutches etc..were ripped apart. There is no doubt that this COULD NOT have happened during me driving it for 6 whole days. So apparently when the "cadillac certified mechanics" at Jeff Schmitt certify a car for resale, they don't even know how to check transmission fluid. The transmission fluid would have been bad before I bought the car. So did they NOT check it OR did they check it and just not care......either way is a total joke!! Then I have emailed and called numerous times to bring this to someones attention and have received NO phone calls or returned emails. I will never return to Jeff Schmitt and I will make sure that NOBODY that I know will either.....

We were absolutely impressed with Bryan's integrity and overall experience of buying our Cadillac DTS. He asked the right questions and heard my needs and wants in a car. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, including Kiki, who prepared the financing. This dealer put it all together for me whereas several other area dealers had price, delivery, or lease issues that they would not negotiate. The sales staff worked out the best lease deal, found a car that met my desired configuration exactly, and had it available when I needed it. The sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly.Jeff Schmitt is the only dealer I would contact if I want another Cadillac.

Jonathan Recko was the sale. I came in solely by chance on my search to find a reasonably priced used car. I expressed my criteria and he showed me a few choices. After I made a decision, the deal was done. I felt no pressure, which is rare to find, yet I received the knowledge, respect, and superior service which represents the cadillac name. I couldn't be happier. Don't be fooled by the young face! Ask for Jonathan by name, you wont be disappointed.

I can't say enough about Dale. I had a hard to detect problem with a leaking fuel injector and Dale made it a point to get to the bottom of it and get it resolved for me. He called me after the fact to make sure the problem was totally resolved and said that if I experienced any related problems just to drive there without having to make an appointment and he would look at the car right then. Dale made me feel that he really cared that I was satisfied.I haven't had good experiences in the past in dealing with various dealerships and so I was quite leary, but now I will go to Dale any time if I have a problem or need regular service for my car.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Escalade ESV from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Not only was the vehicle a cadillac certified pre-owned, but it also came with a Motor Trend warranty as well. I read about the Motor Trend warranty before getting to the dealership, and had a good idea of what it covered. Mike and the Jeff Schmitt team were very knowledgable about everything including the warranty service. I appreciated working with a person who was also very honest. Too many times you go to a dealership and feel like you are being pressured by "slick" car salesman, but I didn't feel that way here. Overall my buying experience was great, Mike Jackson and the Jeff Schmitt team did a very good job working with me to get a great price. Another thing that I thought was very cool about buying a car here is the service department. When I was test driving the vehicle I was asked to park in the garage area when I returned so I could meet the service department managers, also Mike's idea. He said that he felt the customer should feel like an important client not just another car buyer, which makes the buying experience here even better. I bought a used car once before and it wasn't a very good experience. So the thought of buying another used car made me nervous, especially since my credit is not good. But from the moment I walked into Jeff Schmidt Cadillac I felt comfortable. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I really didn't think I'd be able to buy a car but Dan Sharrett, my sales rep, made me feel better with his certainty he could find one I could afford, despite my credit situation. And he did!! Dan's Financial Manager worked hard to get the financing I needed and as a result - I love the car I bought! It's the nicest one I've ever owned. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Dan Sharrett, to others and I look forward to the day I walk in there and buy my first Cadillac!

Our sales associate was wonderful and went above and beyond. Very friendly. We picked the car up in the evening, after dark, so we did not realize the interior was dirty in several areas. New vehicle was delivered from another dealership with a few hundred miles on it, which was very much appreciated, but it was obvious the car was not detailed prior to our picking it up. There are several areas of the interior that we needed to clean when we arrived at home. Very good experience otherwise.

My comments ar twofold: 1, my thoughts of my salesman and 2, my thoughts on the dealership practices after the sale. Salesman. Dan Sharrett was a very professional salesman--stayed with me all the way throughout the purchase process until the deal was complete and has made himself available since the sale to answer any questions I have about the cadillac--a very energetic, enthusiastic, and professional young man who loves his job! Need to be more like him.Dealership practices. I do wish the dealership would stop the emphasis of the dealer add-on services "after the sale is complete." Additional services such as credit life, gap protection, dent repair updgrade services, etc. I had to listen to the business manager--who was extremely nice--explain all the additional services which took unnecessary time to get everything complete. My goodness--the warranty provided by Cadillac is more than sufficient! I have never been presented with so many different finance and insurance products. Although I did not allow this issue to distract me from the great experience I had with purchasing the car, I would have enjoyed the experience better if all these "extras" were not emphasized so much from the business manager. One example and please think about what I am saying: "I am buying a cadillac, so it should be obvious that I'm doing ok with my finances or I wouldn't be buying a cadillac right? Once the deal is done someone is explaining to me how credit life would help me if I couldn't make payments?" That made me feel a little embarrassed.

I was told by service department my car was ready and just had to be picked up by 8:oo. When I arrived at 6:40, I paid for the work done but had no keys. After about 15 minutes of waiting I spoke with John who was rude as hell and told me that I didn't talk with anyone from his department because they close at 5:oo.There was apparently some communication problem somewhere and instead of taking blame for it John blamed me.Complete joke this place is.Respectfully,John A. Jeff Schmitt Cadillac is an outstanding automobile dealership My salesman, Larry Buehrer, spent a couple hours completing the paper work/ sale, instructing me on the many features of the SRX, taking me on a test drive, and answering all of my questions. Also, he helped me set up the phone service, obtain my ONSTAR, and MX/Sirus services. He knows Cadillacs!!! He followed up his sale using both e-mails and phone calls, making sure that I was happy with my SRX. When I had a question I could call him...he always had the answer. When I lease or buy my next Cadillac he will be my salesman. Jeff Schmitt Cadillac knows how to treat their customers. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I was completely satisfied with the sales and service that we received at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. We had been looking at pre-owned CTS' and just happened to be out in the area, so we stopped in to see what they had on the lot. Tom walked the lot with us explaining all the different features and functions that each car I touched had, and trust me I wandered from car to car to car. Unfortunately there were no pre-owned CTS's that interested me, and Tom was okay with that. He said that he would keep an eye out for what I was looking for and contact me when something came on the lot. Well as my husband and Tom were talking I started to wander and the rear hatch of a 2011 SRX was opened. The rear track system caught my attention and I asked Tom how it operated. He proceeded to show me how the track system works, and from there he went over many of the features that this vehicle has to offer; right down to the cup holder that can hold tall drinks or by flipping the switch hold a shorter cup. Tom attention to detail was terrific. He quickly figured out that I really did not care about MPG's or engine size, but it was the little things that got me excited about this vehicle. Again, the cup holders, the ability to extend the leg support on the driver side seat, the rear backing camera! I am happy to say we ended up buying a brand new SRX, and I LOVE it. Tom even had balloons and a big bow on the car when we came in to sign the paperwork. Overall, I was, and still am very thrilled with the treatment and follow up care that we have received from Tom and the rest of the staff at the dealership. I would recommend Tom Liptak and the Jeff Schmitt Auto family.

Bought a 2002 Cadillac Deville Oct 31, 2011 picked it up on Nov 1, 2011 when I got the car they only had one key and wanted me to pay $40.00 for an additional Key. Took the car home and within three days had to return it for service because the car shakes when it gets up to 63 mph, the lighting on the instrument panel/steering wheel half works and the check air bag light comes on. Took it in for service and the Service manager was not even authorized to do the work necessary to fix the car to the specification that it should have being before it was put up for sale. If I wanted the lights and the air bag problem fixed it will cost me $900.00 So bottom line I will never buy anything from the Jeff Schmitt Auto Network again.

My husband and I went to this dealership to look at a specific pre-owned vehicle. I had looked online to price various SUVs. The prices at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac were very competitive with the dealer that is closer to our home. Also, the inventory was great! We ended up purchasing a 2012 SRX instead of pre-owned. We decided to do this because of price, color, and a fantastic trade-in on my Highlander! Blain V. was not pushy! He explained, we decided. He was very personable and easy to talk with about various options. He kept in touch with us even when he wasn't at the dealership. Returning our calls was very important to us. We would recommend this dealership and feel it was worth driving 50mi. from the Mason area.

I first visited a Buick Dealership and looked at a LaCrosse and Regal and was ready to purchase a Regal when my Dad recommended I check out a CTS since I really love them. I had previously owned a CTS but felt they were out of my price range. I had already been preaproved for the Buick for a payment of $450 mo. On a whim, I did call to talk to a sales person at Cadillac and it was Blaine who helped. He wanted me to come in and talk to him, so made an appt for later that day. Once I thought about it, I called back to cancel because I felt the Cadillace was out of my price range since it was aprox $10k above the Regal. Blaine convinced me that he believed he could match or get very close to the Regal payment so he took some info down and went to work. He called me back later and asked if I could go $500. I said, no, I really didn't want to go that high on a payment so he asked if I could hold on. He came back and said he could get me in a CTS Coupe with no extra options (i.e., sunroof, heated seats) but the basic coupe came with many nice things on it so I said okay to $460. He said he would have to have the car picked up and would be there in a few days. Once it was there, he called, told me to give my info to the finance mgr over the phone and to come in that evening to sign the paperwork. I did and he called me to tell me all was set and I could come in at 8pm that evening. When I got there, he had another guy come in to tell me that I didn't qualify for the $460 a month payment but I coud qualify for a $505 payment. Really???? Hmmmm, wonder how I qualified for $450 with Buick? I told them to forget it, that I'd go with Buick and walked out. A few minutes later, Blaine called to say the next day, they could call to try to get better payments thru GMAC/Ally. My question to him was, "Well, if that was an option, then why not tell me when I was there?" I have financed the last SEVERAL cars thru GMAC/Ally with no problems, no late payments - the last car I had, had payment of $445." So, I went with Buick and I'm so glad I did. I love my Buick Regal and it came fully loaded (except navigation). Fairborn Buick/GMC rocks. They went WAY overboard to keep me as a customer and I so appreciate all they did to make me happy. NO WAY will I ever buy another car from Jeff Schmitt anything. My last car was from Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet and their service department stunk. I should've known Jeff Schmitt Cadillac wouldn't be any better. I miss Roberts Cadillac!!!

I was very pleased with my experience at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and helpful. Chris Boehmer was especially helpful and I appreciate him taking the time to work with me and get me to the deal I wanted on my new used car. As a first time customer at a car dealership, it was a very rewarding experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and plan to continue my business with them in the future.

Well let me start off with some info im 17 gonna be a senior in high school worked since i was 15 and have 4000 dollars to spend and i was looking to buy a second car.so i seen a nice car with low miles and i called to get the information about it and they wanted 4995 which is good i wanted to pay cash and like i said i had 4000 dollars cash, so it was close to my price range so i asked for there hours and they told me from 7am to 7pm , so i drive 45 minutes away to go to this dealership at 8 am and wouldn't you know there's nobody there. So i call again (while waiting at the dealership) and ask why there closed and they tell me "well our sales department opens at 9am but we get here at 7 am to take calls and do the auto body" OK so that fine and all, maybe it was just a little misunderstanding. so i wait until 9am by this time the doors are unlocked, so i go in and wouldn't you know it, nobody! so finally at 9:30 i see someone who works for the company and i ask him "where is all the sales people" and he replies " um i think there in a meeting they usually have one at 9 am" ok so ive gotten false info twice now but this isnt the worst. i finally get to talk to a sales rep about the car. i drive it its nice but hasn't been detailed yet, out of alignment, has bad brakes, the leather interior is ruff, its a 98 and its 1000 above kelly. ok so we go in his little office and i ask him "OK whats your bottom dollar?" i tell him ill do 4000 out the door tax and title included he says "wow ok that will be really hard but let me see" so he gets up and comes back and says "well all i can do is 4995 and you pay tax and title" (this means he has done nothing for me, because that's what they was asking.) so i get up and say well man that's just too much so he says "well ok let me go check again", so he gets up leaves and finally comes back to say "well he wont come off at all" and really we should be asking 5995". so by this point im mad i had wasted 5 hours of my dad and for what??? ALL I REALLY WANTED WAS FOR THEM TO TAKE 4500 CASH OUT THE DOOR, but no they cant even take 500 dollars off. name another big name dealership that is so tight for money they feel that they cant even take 500 dollars off. i mean they sell 60 and 70 thousand dollar cadillacs and there that hard up for 500 dollars?

From the time I walked in the door, I felt comfortable with Larry. I was able to be very candid and up front as I let Larry know my expectations. He was very knowledgable and went out of his way to ensure I was treated like a valued customer. I had been to 3 different dealerships prior and did not feel comfortable with the sales associate and immediately walked away. Customer service begins with the sales associate and ends with the senior leadership. Even after I bought the car and drove it off the lot, I returned to only get the same respect and service as before. I have been to dealerships that could care less about you once off the lot, but the entire group at Jeff Schmitt understands how to treat their customers. I was very impressed and have already recommended Jeff Schmitt and Larry Buehrer to friends and colleagues. Im going to sound like a commercial, but the Jeff Schmitt experience is not a slogan, it really is true representation of this dealership. Kudos Jeff Schmitt!

The salesman was exceptionally patient with all of my questions and helped me find just the car to fit my needs. The dealership definitely caters to its customers and works diligently to to make each sales transaction go smoothly. The salesman was excellent, very professional. He was able to assist me by showing the different styles, models, and makes of cars. I never felt pressure to purchase at anytime, even after the initial deal fell through due to circumstances beyond my control, however after I handled some personal business we where able to finalize the deal. I would like to thank Mr. Buehrer for assisting me with my purchase.

We purchased a pre-owned Trail Blazer late on Saturday knowing there were a couple of minor issues. I was told by the salesperson to bring the vehicle back in to the service shop on Monday to have the issue checked out and although they had to keep the vehicle overnight to have time to receive the needed part they gave me a loaner to use for that evening. I have been very satisfied with the outstanding treatment we received during the purchase and service both and would recommend doing business with Jeff Schmitt Cadillac to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

This dealership is by far the best Cadillic dealership in the area to deal with.The sales staff treated my wife and I like gold. Other Cadillic dealers in the area treated us like we were just wasting thier time.We got what we wanted at a good price and had fun at the beavercreek location.Other Cadillic dealerships keep their cars locked up and oh forget about taking one out for a test drive with out a sales person with you at all times even in the parking lot. But not the case at Jeff Schmitt Cadillic in Bravercreek... ALL of their cars are unlocked so you can jump right in and check them out. As for the test drive well it went like this...Heres the key go take it out, stop get something to drink od eat talk about it see you when you get back.. all on a hand shake and trust... So if they trust the buyer like that alot needs to be said about trusting them and we do trust them as they trusted us. We bought a 2005 Escalade Ext and just love it.
