I am extremely upset with my last visit. I was in for an oil change, rotation back in June and inquired about my brakes as I was getting ready to take a vacation. I was told I still had a ways to go, I asked how long and was told it varies depending on how it is driven. I told the guy my weekly driving mileage and he said I could possibly have up to a year. This time, I am told not only do I need breaks but now I need rotors. Had I been told I was near needing breaks, I would have taken care of it immediately, this would have avoided rotors which would have saved me money, Being told 2 months later, that I need both and it is $700+ is ridiculous for the front only. I have never been dissatisfied but this really makes me mad and has me considering if I will come back, let a lone buy my next vehicle from you guys. I believe I was mislead and not given the accurate information as a means for me to spend more money. 2 months later! I realize employees are hard to come by but every since DJ has been gone, I haven't seen the same face. I rely on these individuals for expert advice. not needing brakes 2 months ago, having time left to going to I need breaks and rotors asap is beyond ridiculous.

I drove from the Pittsburgh , Pa area because I couldn't find a vehicle to fit my needs. My experience here was excellent, the atmosphere of the place and employees was upbeat and they made sure I was comfortable. Shout out to my salesperson Madison went above and beyond. Rachel in finance knows what shes doing and makes sure the numbers line up to customers expectations. The whole process was easy and I will definitely be back in the near future to purchase my next vehicle. I was in and out, this is what the vehicle buying experience should be. they were supposed to change my oil change, do an inspection, and rotate my tire. usually that would required them to put air in my tires but they were under the recommended pressure after they were done . now I'm questioning what else the might have skipped or if the even did the tire rotation or inspection. they got three stars because the people were really nice and it didn't take long
