Great service getting an oil change and tire rotation! Called up to make an appointment and told the gentleman I was going on long road trip at the end of the week and forgot to get an oil change. And that I wanted to see if there was anyway I could get in by then. He got me scheduled in two days. I wish I knew his name because he was very friendly and enjoyable to speak to. Jeremiah Franklin assisted me when I got there and was great to deal with. He told me it will take about a hour and it was finished in 40 mins... When does that ever happened! Will never take my car anywhere else!

February 22, 2021 Another great experience. Today, I purchased my first brand new automobile. This has been the best service experience yet. I was given an excellent price for my trade and an outstanding deal on my new 2021 Grand Cherokee. Every touch point was exceptional. Great place to deal with. I appreciate fair pricing and no BS tactics. This was my 2nd purchase here and I intend on making my next one here as well. The whole process was also reasonably quick, taking less than 2 hours from test drive to walking out the door with keys. Highly recommend shopping here. They are far better than other Wyler dealerships I have dealt with.

I wasn’t able to get an oil change prior to leaving DC for a long overdue visit to see my mom. I had no issues getting an appointment when I made it to town. The staff was amazing and even went above and beyond to assist me with some warranty updates. I won’t hesitate to call my next visit up if I happen to need my vehicle serviced.

Dave and the entire team at Jeff Wyler are awesome!! They did a phenomenal job understanding my wants / needs and setting me up a car I love the same day I walked within my price point... which is impressive especially in this market! Everyone was a mix of professional, friendly but no awkward or cheesy sales people, didn't try to oversell or put me in something I didn't want, very hospitable and first class service.
