Edited to add: other issues discovered after my original post included a visibly low tire and an empty antifreeze reservoir. I did receive a call from the dealer and am satisfied with the resolution. I changed my rating from 1 star to three stars. This still never should have happened but they did make it right. Very upset about my service today. Went in for a prepaid oil change. Was talked into an additional $500 worth of services. That’s fine. What is NOT fine is the huge puddle of fluid in my garage that leaked from my car after I got home, and the filth left all over my car - inside and out. What looks like antifreeze spilled on the front (and virtually no antifreeze in the reservoir), pools of dried liquid throughout the engine compartment, greasy fingerprints and smears all over the driver’s door (inside and out), the sun visor and the roof liner. I now have to pay more money to address all of this. Very disappointed - I expected far better.

Been meaning to leave this review for sometime now a family member of mine dropped off their vehicle at the service department. And they were Very skeptical because they’ve been taken advantage of a lot when getting her car serviced. But she’s a believer now and will go nowhere else and got me going to their service department. I must say truly professional and enjoyable experience won’t trust my car with anyone else!

The service and professionalism was superb. I was able to get all my service and updates completed at one location. The tires I purchased were priced the same as other discount stores. The service center gave me friendly advise as to what was needed and all completed in timely matter.

Jeff Wyler CDJR did a great job in taking care of my new car purchase. All parties involved were very courteous and thorough. The lines of communication was good and that was important as my ENTIRE purchase was done online sight unseen. I can only imagine the process, if done in person, would only have been even better

My husband and I were looking for a Jeep Wrangler for myself. My husband has purchased his Dodge Ram there a few months ago so we decided to go back out there to look for the Jeep. Derrick was his salesperson and he didn't disappoint this time around. We had sent him a few choices online and low and behold there was one of them ready and running when we got there. I did look at a few and test drove another one before choosing the one Derrick had waiting. The process was seamless and Derrick's attitude made our visit much more pleasurable than your usual visit to the dealership. Thank you Derrick for taking the time to take care of us like we were family.
