Paid for tire rotation with Wyler Care, I believe my tires was not rotated I am the kind of person that checks my tire pressure by checking on the dash, right before I pulled in to get my car service I checked my tire on front driver side was 32 back driver was 37 passenger side was 36 in front and 35 in back when I got my vehicle back I left and went 1/2 mile down the street checked my oil and tire pressure oil pressure has not be set back to 100% still on 17% where it was, also tire had the same pressure in the same position as I said above they could have not been rotated. I didn’t take a picture and it was their word against mine so I let it go, was called at home asking about my service told the lady that called me the same story she said she would talk to the manager that is as far as that went. I have 2 more Wyler Care and will be using them then that’s it. I will be making sure I have proof next time I am sorry do not trust them now.

I arrived at Jeff Wyler Florence Buick GMC to purchase my vehicle that had just come off lease and Bobby Rose went above and beyond to assure the process was easy for me. After answering all of my questions and getting the paperwork together very quickly, he sent my car off to the service team for a full inspection, and when the process took a little longer than planned, he arranged for me to drive one of their cars home so I didn't have to wait in the store and he personally drove my car to my house once the inspection was complete. I cannot say enough positive things about Bobby. He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and enjoyable to work with. I love Buick products and I definitely trust Bobby to help me purchase or lease my next Buick in the future.

This dealership is one of the best, if not THE best that I have dealt with in my lifetime. I have previously bought many vehicles at different dealerships and Jeff Wyler GMC is at the top! From my first contact via a phone call, they were nice, patient, understanding, and extremely professional. Then to mention they stayed later than normal hours as I was driving 3 hours to get there just to have a test drive. I finished my paperwork and everything else the next morning. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and very professional at their jobs. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, check out Jeff Wyler Florence GMC and ask for Bobby Rose, you won’t be disappointed!!

Bobby was great to work with. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were considering. No pressure, just service. And I don't recall the name of the finance person we spoke with but he was great as well. All around just the kind of car buying experience I would hope for. Sadly not the same everywhere, but great for you!

Dave was a great sales person! The whole team is nice! There’s seriously no pressure and that’s why they stay busy! I went to check out an Encore and ended up buying an Envision. Dave was knowledgeable and answered my questions without trying to “sell me” on the details that didn’t matter to my needs. I’ve always had great service from the Jeff Wyler dealerships!
