I cannot say enough good things about Honda’s service department. They have taken care of me like I am family. George always gets things taken care of in a fast and efficient manner. I will always want to buy a Honda because of their service department on Dixie Highway! Update 6-11-20 Not sure what happened but for the last 2 times, I have experienced a very long wait for an oil change. Plan to spend several hours for the wait with no updates. Update 9-24-20 Jordan restored my faith. He did an outstanding job job getting my car in, replacing the battery, and following up in the work. Thanks for being a reliable service!

David Y was such a joy to do business with. He was very attentive to if we needed anything (drinks, snacks, etc.) He had a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel like he'd known me before I stepped foot into the dealership. By far the best buying experience that I've ever had!! The whole staff for that matter were above excellent!! I'll definitely recommend anyone to visit/do business at this location!! **A year later... David ended up being the typical used car salesman and promised services that were never delivered. He ended up leaving their location shortly after I bought my CR-V. I never got my cleaning, detailing and full tank of gas he promised. And the "three years" worth of oil changes, ended up only being three oil changes. Thus far the remaing staff still seem to be friendly and attentive.

I feel very comfortable taking my Honda Accord to Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall. Every time I come in for an oil change Mr. Jordan Lewis and Mr. Brandon always greets me with a smile and knows my face and my last name. I love the fact they remember me and they are always very helpful. They have 5 stars in customer service.

5000 mile service on new Honda Civic, oil change , complete safety check, fixed a soon to be flat tire, in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. Kudos to Brandon Jefferson the service advisor and Jacob Meredith the service technician. I look forward to the same excellent service in the future with Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall on Dixie Highway. Great staff and great customers service. I had an appointment scheduled for the week and could not make it, so I called and they informed me they could squeeze me in on my off day. Worked out well. I appreciate you all replacing my damaged fog light. Keep up the good work!
