Overall friendly staff. However, they get their money one way or another... "NO" is never understood as "NO" when you say no the first or second time, and then they'll do it again when you sit in front of the "Finance manager". Put your defenses at maximum, because unless you want $3500+ dollars of protections and features you don't need, be prepared to first get offered a loan at a higher interest rate, and then, as if by magic, they find a better loan _IF_ you buy protections and products valued at over 3K.

The gentleman who helped me both times I came to Jeff Wyler Honda, Shane, was a complete angel to me. When my catalytic converter was stolen, he comforted me through my panic and talked me through every step of the repair. He was just as kind when I came back for an engine check light. Truly a wonderful person. I'll come back to Jeff Wyler Honda for all future repairs as a result of his diligent attention and compassion.

I just had my first oil change with my 2021 Honda Odyssey - Shane was my service tech and as always explained everything to me before and after. Also let me know that when my 36 months warranty expires, I should talk to Honda for a warranty extension to protect from major repairs - as Always I got and get great service fromJeff Wyler Honda

Tom Frede is an awesome salesman who is very knowledgeable in all areas of the sale. He sold me an Accord Touring that I love. If anyone needs a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Tom Frede I recently had my car serviced at Jeff Wyler and Josh was the service advisor who did a wonderful job.
