My experience at Kings Nissan is always very pleasant! From questions, to making appointments, to vehicle service, this dealership is always easy and the employees are all very nice. Whenever I need vehicle service, I work with Service Advisor Chris who is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I especially appreciate that he does not beat around the bush when we discuss my vehicle! Rather, he is straight and to-the-point, which makes my vehicle service experience much easier. The Service Department is awesome! Jeff is very professional and really takes care of his customers. He is great! Overall I come to this location based on great customer service in the Service Department. Do t know much about the rest of the place since I didn't buy my car there. I bought from Enterprise Car Sales. I do know there is a vending area just inside the door but nothing more.

I work with Chris Bennett when I come for my oil changes and by far... has been the best consultant I've dealt with, with any car I've ever owned! Not only does he listen to the issue I may have if any, but he will make sure he goes the mile to fix it or check into without me feeling like I'm bugging him or lying about my car that I drive daily(another dealer made me feel that way that's the reason I started coming to Kings Nissan) I may be a woman but I was taught a few things about having a car. But anyway...whatever Chris says he does and he gets you in and out and make sure you know exactly what's going on with your vehicle. Thanks Chris!!

The service rep was very easy to talk to and very helpful in listening to my issue. He confirmed that repair would be covered by warranty and ensured I had a loaner car while they fixed it. Very seamless. Only complaint is that 80% of the time when I call the service department there no one every picks up which is a pain.

Samir was our sales person he was very helpful and very pleasent. Everyone was nice and helpful. This is my first Nissan. The interior lighting is not very bright. Love the Blue tooth and the 360 radius turning. Wished the head light were auto hate having to turn them on and off. So far great gas milage will have to see how it handles in the snow. No place for items except the glove box. Plenty of leg room. Trunk is a nice size.

When I moved to Cincinnati about a year ago, I started using Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan for all my service needs. When my current lease was ending, I decided to go to them to find my next car. I am so glad I did! Brandon Yates, the sales associate I worked with was great! He was so patient while I kept comparing different models. He took me to several other offsite lots where they keep extra inventory so I could see those as well. Once I finally decided on a car, he worked with me on the details of the sale without any pressure. Everyone that I met was kind, courteous and very professional. My wife came to get her oil changed and felt no comfort or concern from the service department. She was meet by the service greeter but then no level of contact or communication of any sort from the service writer. That same day I had my car serviced and could tell that the service writers had their heads buried in the computer. They do not acknowledge you when you walk up and seem to be distracted / imposed by a customers presence. The counter or lack there of it self makes you feel like you are imposing on there time. My wife has been to the service department 3 times and has had the same feeling each time. I can see why she is intimidated and dissatisfied and now unwilling to return another time. So at this time I will be required to switch cars and take her car too. I recommend you have a female service writer.

I came in late after work on a Tuesday just to look around and ask some questions. While I was there, I found the Rogue that I wanted and the whole team was so friendly and helpful to me even though they had to stay past closing to finish my sale. Samir explained all the new features of the 2016 Rogue to me since I previously had a 2013 and he very thoroughly went over every detail of the car with me. We called our salesperson, Dexter on a Monday with in need of a quick turnaround to purchase a car for our son. After outlining our required price and features, Dexter went right to work and sent several cars within the hour. He set up a test drive for Tuesday afternoon and we purchased the car that night. I come in to claim a free prize from something I recieved in the mail and possibly look at a new car. Terrible mistake.I am there for 10 minutes and i hear some guy yelling and cussing over the mircophone. He wanted all the salesman up to the front desk.The ammount of un professionalness i am about to bring up is asburd. I never will consider another JeFf Wyler car ever again, and my immediate family is huge, and they will never again as well.The manager starts by screaming at the top of his lungs about something, i couldnt really understand. Keep in mind, this is all within 20 feet of multiple customers, in the open. Every customer heard. He not only threatened their lives, but said that since he was a police officer as well, "after the ambulance came, he will be back in 30 minutes to really end their lives". There was at least 45 f-words said in a 3 minute period. I was literally scared to death. I was shaking. I had to leave.First of all, I worked in sales for 10 years. Yelling at a salesperson is probably the single worst thing you can do. Selling is about attitude. If i saw/heard this at A BAR, i would of left, none the less a vehicle dealership!I actually made a purchase from a more peaceful dealership today. Calm, cool and collective. More of my cup of tea. Relaxing. I have boughten SERVERAL cars from Jeff Wyler. Actually all of them. Not anymore, after seeing how this is how they treat their salespeople. Mad or not, it was by far the most uncomfortable i have ever been in my life.

After visiting other dealerships where the saleman tactics were less than engaging , Scott Ross was a breath of fresh air . He was extremely professional presenting a great approach with no pressure in the least . Samir Abuyaghi was awesome as well in helping to close the deal. He stepped in as a champ and helped when we came back the next day and Scott was not available. Lastly we must mention Chad and Ritch in management. They were also instrumental in making our car buying experience a great one . After the purchase we realized that there was a hitch cover missing that was not attached when the previous owner traded in the car . On a follow up call from Samir this issue was mentioned and he immediately got busy to rectify the problem .Great guys doing great business !What more could you ask for ?

I had a recall on my vehicle and was due for maintenance. I arrived early and they got me right in. It did take longer than they said it would, but it was also clear that it might because of the recall and the amount of recalls they were doing. Everyone was very nice and the waiting room was comfortable. They were great people.

I scheduled for one issue & asked about scheduling for oil change & regular maintenance after arriving at Jeff Wyler Nissan. They offered to take care of the maintenance since I was already at the dealership. That worked for my schedule that day & saved me another trip. They also checked to see if there were any recalls on my vehicle without my inquiring about it. In general, the customer service I received was great.

Just bought a new Maxima, and the experience was great. They let me test drive the car home to check fit of golf clubs and luggage and let my family see it. Then we openly discussed price and came to fair agreement. Signed the papers and went home. The next day, they discovered an issue with the particular car i purchased, and they called to tell me about the problem. A couple hours later, they found an identical replacement and had it prepped and ready for me that afternoon - a day before i requested to take delivery. People understand problems can happen, and it's satisfying when businesses are transparent about it and then just fix it. Had a fun drive in my new wheels today, and I can recommend Wyler Kings Nissan.

Our experience through the car search process was great: we were always greeted by smiling front desk employees, and our sales person was knowledgeable and remembered us by name every time we visited. But after deciding to buy the car on a Sunday afternoon, we were at the dealership for another six hours for the buying process. They were busy with several purchases at the same time and understaffed. We were never told what each step of the process would look like, so we never knew how long each step would take. We would sign a paper or make a decision and then wait another hour for the next step. We didn't understand our numbers and payment until the end of the day (three hours after they closed) when we met with the finance manager, who did not have much sympathy for our wait. I would like to recommend the dealership for their service through the decision process, but not the buying process. I think they have the potential to be better, but they need to work on explaining the process to their customers upfront and being more transparent on timing.

You will be better off at a Buy here Pay here in the ghetto. I purchased an Infiniti G37x from Jeff Wyler for $18,500 in sept of 2015. Two days later the battery is dead. I call Jeff Wyler , guy on phone essentially calls me a liar. Then he calls me back and apologizes and tells me he is having personal issues at home and sorry he took it out on me. Yes this actually happened. I replace battery, not Jeff Wyler. A month later the Body Control Module goes out. Infiniti of Dayton replaced it and Jeff Wyler did pick up the $1400 tab. Earlier this month my wife and I get back from outta the country, go to the parking lot and car won't start. This was on August 1st. Today is the 23rd of August and Infiniti just found the problem after 3 weeks and a car payment later. Needs entire wire harness $3400.00. Jeff Wyler sold me a $18,500 car that has required $4800.00 in repair work in the first year of ownership. And I've been without the car for over a month combined in that span of time. Their 50 point inspection is about as good as the kid who inspects car at Jiffy Lube. So Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!

Chad is a great young gentleman with a great future ahead. He helped me with the financing. I hate purchasing cars because of past high pressure sales people but the sales people here were courteous and pleasant to work with. Their follow-up was great and I have already recommended this dealership to my co-workers. Lisa and John were great to work with and we appreciated Robby going out of his way for us. We had to have some minor maintenance work done on the car and the service department was great. I do not recall their names but again I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have owned several models from another 'make' of car over the past 25 years. We were looking to stay within the same brand, but I loved the exterior of the Nissan Murano. I ventured on to the lot one day to see the inside. Lisa Hamby greeted me and offered a test drive. The interior exceeded by expectations as well and had all of the options / features I was looking for in my next vehicle. If I could have built my perfect Murano, the exterior color, the interior color and the options I was looking for were in this particular vehicle. They offered an extended test drive so I could keep it overnight and my husband (who really struggles with most dealerships) could take it all in and look it over without feeling pressured. We then did our homework and found that ratings were high on this vehicle. We returned the vehicle the next day and agreed on a purchase price / trade in value for our vehicle (the process was smoother than most). We had our daughter in town so decided we would come back later to pick up the vehicle when it was ready. Lisa called and offered to deliver it to us and pick up our trade so we didn't have to be inconvenienced - much appreciated! I ordered all weather mats for the vehicle and rec'd a call 3 days later that they were in. I went back to the Service Dept to pick them up and although I don't have his name (sorry), there was a guy that was extremely helpful in helping me locate the mats, carried them to my car and even gave me plate screws and put the plate on the front of my car. So far, I've been very impressed with this dealership!

Because of a August Lease advertisement I saw on TV I ventured into Jeff Wyler Nissan at Kings Auto Mall. I was met with a sales professional that listened to what I was looking for and in about 10 minutes had a car that had all of the options I was looking for and we were off on a test drive! Throughout the entire sales process he was courteous, honest and applied no pressure. He knew I was going to look at other dealerships. I did and I went back to the Nissan!!

Franco was on vacatio, so we spoke with Brian and Sean, who were very helpful. When I decided that the Nissan Murano was the car I was going to lease, Franco came in during his vacation and spent the whole afternoon with me to make sure everything was done correctly and I had all my questions answered. I was not planning on buying a new car but he showed me that I could buy a new car for almost the same payments as a used car. I purchased my car from Samir back in September 2015, he took amazing care of me then. It doesn't stop there, I've had three oil changes since and Matt has always taken superb care of myself and my vehicle . Plus, the guys are all friendly with my wild five year old. My dad was an ASE certified tech who worked on my cars his whole life, recently passed way from Leukemia. This is LITERALLY the best place to go for service if you like fine details, shorter wait times, and a family like atmosphere. I could never thank them enough plus it isn't overly priced and they don't try to add an extra arm in "needed services" for your appointment. I absolutely trust and appreciate Matt!

I never would have considered upgrading my car if I had not received a call from Dexter Lesueur who informed me of the $0 down and ability for me to drive away with a 2016 car. I was not even thinking about a new car. I feel like Dexter is my personal shopper as he listened to what I wanted, and then went about making it happen. I absolutely wanted a remote start, but walked away with other bells and whistles including a sun-roof. All this at a price that also was one of my parameters - to not pay more than I already am.This is the second time Dexter has taken care of our car buying needs. He is an absolute asset to the Jeff Wyler association.

I found a 2004 ford f150 on wyler.com for a reasonable price. I went to test drive it but did not expect to buy it because my credit is not great but they were happy to work with me and accepted my trade in and now its mine. I honestly could not be happier. 5 years ago we bought our first Nissan. We met Dexter Lesueur and we explained we were just looking and not quite ready. He respected our request to not be hounded for a sale and at the same time kept new info in front of us for vehicle options. Being a salesman myself i felt his follow up was well timed. After the sale Dexter kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going well. Again, with my business experience i think his approach is one that will bring back customers, therefore building a group of repeat customers.We also are pleased with the other team members at King's Nissan as we went thru the purchase process. And the service department understands we don;t want to be there longer than we need to.We just got done buying our 3rd & 4th Nissans from King's Nissan and could not be happier, again, with the expericnce.

I bought a 2015 Altima this past September, about a week ago I began losing pressure in my left front tire. I went in for my appointment and they pulled a 3 inch bolt out of the tire! They plugged my tire free of charge and washed my car out of pure courtesy! The associates were very helpful and they truly care for their customers!

Had to bring my car in because of a whine I was hearing while giving it gas, would do it sometimes only. Justin lent me a rental when I called to check on it that day he told me to use the rental for another day because they couldn't replicate the noise and they were still checking it out. I rarely visit Dealers for car service. This visit was not bad. It would be nice if Jeff would put some coffee in the waiting room along with the free wifi and television. Shuttle service is not available for people who arrive early for an appointment.

Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation everyone from the service manager to the mechanic who worked on my car were awesome , especially the service manager. He kept me informed of everything that was going thru out and when done the mechanic answered my questions about the tire rotation I have a very slow leak in a tire so I can keep an eye on it,he told me to bring it up there when I need air and they would put it .That is AMAZING customer service the entire service department is awesome

The experience was amazing from start to finish. I was allowed to bring it in at 8am for 10am appointment. I received a free ride to my work and told I'd get a call as soon as my car was ready. My Car was ready and hour before my appointment!!! AND Evan was already waiting for me at my work to pick me up to go get it. The guys at the shop were unbelievably amazing! Franco Trovato provided excellent service and expertise during my purchase of a new Maxima. Not only was I completely satisfied with the purchase experience, Franco also worked with the service department to replace a busted tire during a holiday weekend. I was amazed to find the tire was more than $100 less expensive than the "discount" competitors. I am expecting to return in the near future for transportation for my two teenagers.

Lisa (Tabatha is the name I gave her) was very helpful and courteous. She is new to the Nissan team but was knowledgable and has a great personality. Hang on to her she will be a great employee. Sean David stepped in to assist in the price negotiation and was a true professional. Finance guy Rich Greco was very friendly and knows his job. The service dept has been very good to follow up with a few minor issues. Only negative was that the dealership was very busy and seemed to not have enough help. With that said they still did a very good job it just took a little longer.

Having recently moved to Cincinnati, and my car needing some maintenance, I sought out the local Nissan dealership. I called one day and took my car in the next (in Dayton, it always required a 3-5 day wait). Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan completed the work the same day. Unfortunately, it was more than I thought was needed when I drove in, however, Matt worked with me to help me understand what was truly needed vs what was optional at this point. He even found some coupons for me to help defray the additional cost of the work done. Going to a car dealership, for any reason, is one of my least favorite things to do. However, on this occasion, I walked out of Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan knowing I had been treated fairly and professionally. Without a doubt, the single most professional dealership I have ever dealt with.

Lisa was the only one that responded to my online inquiry with an actual price and availability of the vehicle that I was interested in. Many dealers said that I needed to stop in to get a price or see their inventory. In today's world that just too old school. This showed me that Lisa was willing to work with before I even stepped a foot on the lot and earn my business even if other dealers where much closer. The only issue was waiting forever for the finance guy, and then I was rushed through in minutes. In the modern internet world we should be able to speed that process up so we could just swing by get the keys, sign and drive away.

I went to Jeff Wyler Nissan for an oil change on my 2009 Murano and I left with a new (to me) 2015 Murano. Christian was awesome to work with. He is very pleasant and eager to be of assistance in any way possible.My service manager, Matt, is awesome too. I have never had any issues with my service appointments. He is very pleasant and always keeps me informed on any issues with my car.One thing I was NOT happy about was that the $250.00 sales credit in my Nissan One-to-One Rewards Program was not applicable to the purchase of my used car. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I have all my vehicle maintenance done there. Why are loyal, repeat customers not rewarded for purchasing a used car and able to use the $250.00? The program looks good on paper, but it doesn't do you any good unless you purchase a brand new car ... that stinks!

I am very happy with the experience I had at Kings Nissan. This was my first new car purchase so it was very stressful. Though the process of haggling over price was long and tedious, Dave continued to check in, even after management had taken over. I had a great experience going into Jeff Wyler. Our salesman, Samir, was willing to work with what I wanted. After days of searching for the perfect car, I found the Nissan Rogue, which checked everything off my list, and then some! I was pretty specific with what I wanted, I mean who wouldn't be when they are putting that much money into a car? I also had a price I wanted to stick around. He was able to work with what I wanted and was not pressuring me to do anything. He took his time explain everything about the car buying/leasing process and then again with showing me everything in the car. Samir was in no rush to get me out of the test drive, like most dealers seem to be. He spent quality time showing me everything and allowing me to get the full experience of the car. I am very grateful for him and his help. I would definitely recommend him as a sales representative and the dealer as well, they were honest and seemed like they truly cared.

I greatly appreciated a "no pressure" sales approach and Franco was personable and very patient when answering all of my questions. I enjoy the frequent coupons I receive in the mail. I've found that having an oil change at a dealership is an advantage. JW checks out any other concerns I have. The service writer supplied current coupons useful to my additional service needed. I was very pleased with the use of a courtesy car while my car was being repaired. (I do suggest that the interior of the courtesy cars should be cleaned before each use). I'm always treated with kindness, courtesy & full explanations. Convenience is also a plus! I'll be back!

Mike Sharp was the guy who met me back of the lot! He proceeeded to spend the next 6 hours of his and MY saturday showing me telling me and driving me around in the nissan altima sr that I fell in love with! Sadly at 6 oclock that night his finance team came to me and said NO DEAL!I walked away went home researched other dealers in area found same car better price was ready to buy from them!!! Mike emailed me said he was sorry we couldnt make it happen I told him all good found SAME car down the road cheaper headn over there to buy. I received a call from Mike Egan about a great end of the month deal at Kings Nissan. After losing my husband this past January after 33 years of marriage I was left with a dilemma of owning two cars, one older and one newer. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. I have worked with many dealers and the biggest challenge I have is closing the deal after the prelim numbers are given. The negotiation back and forth is just agonizing and a complete buzz kill on something that should be a positive event! The best thing of all is when the dealer came back with the prelim numbers, they were almost identical to what I found when researching online so my lease payment was within $5.00 of where I wanted to land. No need to haggle!!!!We worked with John Powell and he was very helpful in identifying the differences in the different models we were considering. Of course we started with the vehicle that had all the bells and whistles but John appreciated that this vehicle was intended for a new driver and worked to make sure we got only those selections that were important to us as a family.

Our family had honestly left out Nissan as manufacturers of a minivan. Boy were we wrong! After our very first experience going to look at a Nissan Quest, we were sold. The quality and upgrades you can get for your money are phenomenal!! We had a great time with James Oakley, going on a test drive and trying out the navigation system. After learning we had been shopping for a family vehicle for four years, he helped us put this to rest. Negotiations were short and sweet and we left the dealership with our van in time for a family dinner.

He asked and I didn't want to disclose so I told him I gave him full.Instead he texted me my nissan feedback which should be confidential. his text was "You wasted me"I was sorry for him and was willing to change the rating for sympathy. We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to find and work with Samir at Kings Nissan. He was very educated on his brand and our particular vehicle (2015 Pathfinder). We did not have the best credit history possible due to mistakes when we were younger however he assured us that he would not only get us approved but get us the best deal possible on our vehicle. Christian the sales man is far from his name....After you tell him what you want he claim he's trying to get you into that car but then bring you the most basic car ever. Then he promises to add some of the things you want in order to "satisfy" you the customers but then tell you oh no there isn't enough to finance that so your gonna have to come out of pocket for it. But instead sales you a warranty that you don't even want that could have paif for the gap in the financing issue for the seats and the auto start. Then after being promised a second key verbally, via email and text they want you to look at your owe paperwork in order to get out of giving that to you. This dealership is very unethical and only care about themselves and not making the customers happy. I was very unhappy in the practices of this dealer they take advantage of you when they know your in a tight spot.

We were able to test drive without an escort, which was low pressure and helped us make an educated decision independently. We had already visited the day before and had done extensive research online and with other dealers. We are very happy with our purchase and with Christian! He even called the next day to check in and make sure all was well.However, as a woman, it was super frustrating that the next sales manager refused to make eye contact with me and insead spoke directly to my husband throughout the entire negotiation. (Even though I was purchasing the car). The staff was thin, so it took almost 7 hours to purchase/drive out.

After a week of intense online and actual shopping for a replacement for my totaled car,I found myself exhausted and discouraged. I was sitting in a parking lot at the Kings Auto Mall and saw the Nissan dealership. Deciding to make one last effort, I walked in the door and was greeted by Isaac Williams. He knowledgably and patiently looked through the cars for sale on the Wyler website. He was professional and sincere. There was a car that was perfect for me. However it was at another Wyler dealership about an hour away. So Isaac made an appointment with me to come back several hours later and he drove through Friday evening rush hour traffic to bring the car to me. It was the perfect car for me and it was even red! I'm so happy. The whole experience from the moment I walked in the door was refreshing and encouraging. Other staff members, even non-salesmen, were friendly and cheerful. The management was welcoming and helpful as well...even as they stayed after closing time while I waited as my car was detailed. Thanks to all of you who made my experience memorable.

The staff there was friendly and helpful and took care of us like we were part of their family. His customer service extended beyond the sale which was really important to me. There are good dealerships and there are great ones. The difference is going that extra mile to satisfy the customer. I came last week to the Nissan after I received a call from Christian ( my sales man since 2010) that there is a better deal, probably with lower payment. I arrived and a asked about Christian,,Mr.Samir helped me and I picked up a new Rough2016, but with higher payment and $1500 down payment.

Joe was very helpful with my car buying experience!! I absolutely hate when you walk on a car dealership lot and your followed, or told what will work best for you and what type of financial agreement works best for the dealership!!! Kelli was very friendly as well!! I had a bump or two during my experience but overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would go back myself :)

We went to the dealer to find out more about the Nissan Murano but was not planning on buying it right away. After we spent some time with MJ, he gave us all the information we needed without pressuring us into buying it which made us comfortable enough to make the decision to buy the car. Today I walked into Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan saying to myself I am not leasing another Nissan I just want to know if I can get out of my current lease (6 months early) and lease a different make of car. I have loved my last three leased Nissans but just wanted something different. I walked in the front door and this gentleman with the warmest demeanor, met me at the door, his name was Samir. I reiterated my thoughts to him about not wanting another Nissan and he assured me that he would walk me through the different Nissan options and if I still wanted another brand of car he could help me with that.Samir shared with me all the different Nissan models that were available and before I knew it I was saying what I was willing to test drive and what I wasn't. I walked in thinking I wasn't trying anything! Samir's ability to listen carefully to his customer, his patience and ability to connect, transformed me into leasing a beautiful 2016 Nissan Altima.I can tell Samir likes to make his customers feel that he truly does value his customers which isn't always the case in today's society.As Samir took me around to meet the guys in service (Matt) to the finance guy (Ritch) everyone at this establishment was top notch and very personal.Leasing a car every three years is not always a fun thing to do but Samir and his team made this a pleasurable experience.

We had been on the market for a specific equipped Altima and Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan was the only one in the area with the one we were looking to purchase. The internet group convinced us to visit their dealership, that we would be treated with respect and given a fair price on our trade and the vehicle we were interested in even though it was a 2016. Skeptical, yes but we decided to put them to the test. We were greeted with a smile, they took us right to the Altima, on the road we went and in our opinion the Altima still stands to be the best value for a mid-size sedan to this day. We were given a respectable offer for our trade and a deal was made. Within an hour and a half we were back on the road to Dayton with a brand new car, no reservations or regrets for the deal we made, just great big smiles on our face. Thank you Jeff Wyler internet team and finance department (Richard W. Greco) for a wonderful experience. Hope to deal again some day. I have already recommended this dealership.

I was in today for an oil change and I had a service light that had come on the day before. The oil change was fine, no problems. They then said that my service engine light had come on because of a gas cap issue which was taken off, put back on and the light was reset. He mentioned that he wasn't sure why the light was on so they had reset it. (hoping it wouldn't come back on). Well I didn't even make it home (about 3 miles away) before the same service engine light came right back on. I also asked if a plastic cover piece located near my lower driver side windshield could be replaced and he said sure, never to mention it again. I called after I had left to see if I could get the part ordered and I was forced to leave a message which went unanswered all day. I was out of there before noon so I had at least expected a call back, I heard nothing. I thought that taking my Nissan to the dealership would be a good thing to do, thinking they would really have a little respect for Nissan owners. I will definitely not go back there again. I felt very rushed out of there. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but think that everyone should be aware. If you have a good mechanic, stick with them because going to the dealership is not what it's cracked up to be.

This is our 4th Nissan. We have acquired our last three from Dexter Lesueur. As some know buying a car is a big deal and can be stressful. Working with Dexter is always fun but extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable of Nissan products and helps with finding the right car. He took the time to explain each option while looking and again after purchase. He sent a follow up email to ask if I had any questions after driving the car after a couple of days. He also helped with discussing the right financing for me.

I'm an outside salesperson and travel a great deal for work. Its always a pleasure to get an Altima as a rental car. When it came time for a new car, I knew it was the one for me. The King's automall made it easy to shop around for a few choices before stopping into the Nissan dealer there. The sales rep, Jim Oakley, warmly welcomed me and we briefly discussed what I was looking for. I was lucky they had the top end 3.5 SL Altima in stock, with all the possible features. I love this car! They made the purchasing process easy and assisted me every step of the way. I didn't feel a strong need to haggle or negotiate, as the deals and trade-ins were a strong value. I did like that they met me halfway, and I didn't feel I was being held out on, or had to push for a better deal. Overall I enjoyed the experience and have been recommending Nissan and Jeff Wyler Nissan to my friends and family. Thanks guys!

Very pleased with my recent experience purchasing a Nissan Rogue SL. As my first time purchasing a car, and as a female, I felt surprisingly comfortable with the salesmen at Kings Nissan. They did not try to hoodwink me and I did not feel pressured. I got up and walked away from the deal my first time in and drove away a happy customer my second time in!

My mother and I are both part of the Nissan family and it was time for us to trade in our current vehicles and upgrade to 2015 models. David Hale was the salesman that assisted us on Saturday when we came out to Kings Nissan to test drive the new Murano and Pathfinder. After several hours of trying to reach an agreement on numbers my mother and I left without the new cars but it didn't stop there. Through out Saturday evening and Sunday David and I emailed back and forth when he finally stated he found my car and it had everything I wanted in it. My mother and I went back on Monday and both of us ended up buying brand new 2015 Pathfinders (different trim packages and color of course). We could not be happier with the deals we received or the service and determination of David. Cincinnati is lucky to have him!

In the market for a used car for my 16 year old son and was drawn to the make over executed the Wyler Kings Nissan. I had bought two cars from this location under different management and was very pleased to see the efforts put forth by the Wyler family in both the facility overall as well as the sales pro's working there. I was able to walk the lot without pressure and I approached Franco with questions. He was very knowledgable and honest in regards to my search and offered many great ideas. We ultimately searched through the vast Wyler inventory to find a tremendous deal that made me very happy. I appreciate Chuck and his willingness to listen and provide me with a very fair deal that closed quickly. The business manager was swift in his paperwork and explained what I needed to know. It was great experience and would recommend them to all. Although I won't be in the service dept anytime soon I have always worked with Justin on my other cars and he could not be any more helpful. Glad he is a part of the Wyler team.

Both my sons went to get a car for me (Their Mother). They were very impressed by Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan first and than with the sale person David Hale. He greeted them when they pulled in the parking lot. Which really impressed my sons. Was very professional, pleasant and willing to help us get the best deal. In the spur of the moment I purchased a Nissan Frontier for my husband for Christmas. I walked up to David Hale, a great sales person by the way, and asked to see their Frontiers. After seeing the Frontier, I knew it was the right truck for my husband. We started talking price and felt that I wasn't being jerked around because of being a woman. We went in not expecting to buy a car right away, but we were very pleased with the service of our salesman Samir, and all the other Nissan team members that we encountered that day. They were up front, and very willing to ensure we had a great experience. After purchasing the car, we were told about the tenure of the service department and the dedication they have to doing the job right - a very refreshing change from other dealerships that don't even discuss their service department when trying to sell a car. We have never owned a Nissan vehicle, but if the experience owning the car is as good as the experience purchasing the car, I know we will be very happy with our new car!

Samir Abuhyagi was great to work with! From the moment he stepped out onto the lot to meet us, he was respectful, polite and not overbearing. He really listened to what we were looking for and was accommodating through the entire process. Samir is knowledgeable about the vehicles and very willing to answer all questions. He looked for what we wanted and had it delivered in a timely manner. He wasn't pushy and he was willing to work with us on the price and our trade-in. I bought a new Nissan Altima SV 2015 from here. They give you good interest rates and are very friendly. They don't directly ask for your ssn like other dealers. Its been a wonderful experience and I love my new car. I would definitely recommend it to people around Cincinnati.

When I went To Jeff Wyler Nissan I was unsure of which vehicle I wanted to buy. I met with Franco Trovato who showed me several different cars and helped me decide on the Nissan Versa Note that I bought a day later. Franco worked personally on getting me the right car at the right price and even had the car I wanted delivered to this dealership from one of the satelite dealerships. I would highly recommend buying from Franco and the rest of the Jeff Wyler family.

He explained everything about a lease and after taking the Rouge home for my son to see and letting Christian explain the lease to him, I was convinced this was the best deal for me.Christian is professional, honest, explains things in detail and gets you the best deal available. This was my first time shopping Nissan and Jeff Wyler in particular. I must say I must pleasantly surprised. My salesman Jim Oakley was very attentive to my car buying needs and did and outstanding job helping me with my selection which was motivated by #1 price and monthly pymt, model, trim, options. The dealership is very nice and comfortable and the people come out of the woodwork to assist you and earn your business. My only complaint (which is minimal) is when I first arrived no one came out to greet me, which was actually fine because it gave me a minute to gather my thoughts before being bombarded with the sales pitch. My salesman Jim Oakley was actually assisting another customer when I first arrived, but rushed right over to help me once he was finished. For a minute I thought he was the only salesman working.

tl;dr: If you want an easy car-buying experience, Joe is the right sales consultant for you and you will not regret asking for him by name! Right as we stepped out of our car, Joe was there to greet us, with a great smile and an easy-going demeanor. It speaks to his go-getter attitude that he was ready to be my sales consultant as soon as I stepped on the lot. He easily fielded questions and definitely was familiar with the inventory on the lot, but was never ashamed to admit when he didn't know an answer. The whole car-buying experience was really easy with Joe. He was never pushy, and genuinely just wanted me to find the car of my dreams. Joe's the kind of salesperson who is willing to go up to bat for you, and that's just the kind of person I want on my team; looking for a car is excruciating enough without having a salesperson who cares about you. Once I was ready to sign the paperwork, Joe was still around to answer questions that would pop up. In my previous experiences with other salespeople, they seem to disappear into the nethers once a deal is reached, leaving me in a lurch and feeling quite abandoned! Even when Joe wasn't around, he was checking on the cleaning of my car, and every so often, he would check in on me as I waited to sign the paperwork with the finance office. I just knew that I didn't need to worry about the details because Joe took care of them for me. If you're looking for a sales consultant who's willing to work for you and with you, then Joe is your guy! P.S. I was completely satisfied with my car buying experience at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan too! I didn't feel like I had to jump through hoops. They didn't try to oversell me, and were super efficient. Samir was the most genuine sales representative I have ever been blessed enough to work with. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. Mentally, I had already made my mind up on what I wanted and he was sincere enough to ask if I was ready to see what we could do or if I still wanted to look around (I was debating between Nissan and Ford). Samir really impressed me with his ability to truly listen to what I wanted in a car and what I was concerned about. He adequately answered all of my questions. He thoroughly showed me how the car drives during our test drive and went over how to operate my vehicle after the purchase. He really did take care of me more than I thought was possible from a sale's representative and I'm beyond happy with my purchase. I know I made the right decision driving 30 minutes to Kings Nissan instead of the other locations. Everyone should make their purchase with Samir, he listens then delivers. On top of that, he is highly professional with a great personality.

We arrived at Jeff Wyler after visiting three other dealerships. A bit tired as it was later in the afternoon. We had narrowed our search down to two vehicles and wanted to see the Rogue oene more time. Upon arrival we were met by a very personable and friendly /enthusiastic sales rep named Samir Abuyaghi. In a very charming manner, Samir asked a few introductory questions and quickly showed us to the vehicle selections, and pointed out the trim / options of each. We already had a color and model in mind when Samir showed us a color called Midnight Jade. Which we test drove and ultimately purchased. Samir answered all of our questions and was very patient, humble and professional. He demonstrated all the features of the Rogue with such confidence and ease.. It''s difficult to express how comfortable Samir helped us to feel. Throughout the process, until the the time we left, the three of us were the only ones left, Samir was dedicated and truly concerned about us. That's right I bought a new 2015 Rogue. I even thought the dealership may be about to close as it was near 8 pm but my salesman Mike Wesselman happily greated me and explained the new features(spilt/hide storage, blu tooth/sat radio/chassis control for road stability) and took me for a lengthy test drive. I liked the car.and knew 2015 would be gone soon so he and some finiace personal stayed late to complete the purchase..

I drove a Nissan Murano. The salesman went with us. We explained this would be a highway vehicle for my commute. Our salesman took us to one exit and instructed us to get over at the next. I was not able to change lanes or truly drive on the highway. The salesman was pushy attempting to get me to sign a form stating I would take the vehicle that night if they got the price where I wanted it. I refused because this was my first drive and I wanted to take it overnight. When we sat down to discuss financing they came back with an estimate of $790/month with over $5000 down. They refused to negotiate or work with me. They stated, "to get your payment where you want you would need to put $25000 down." I laughed and walked out. I just closed the deal on a $48,000 Ford Edge with 0% financing. with a great payment. Your loss Nissan on the sale! I will never recommend this dealership!

Last Friday we decided to stop in at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan to see what they had available in a 1 or 2 year old model Murano SUV. And the color scheme made us instantly fall in love with the vehicle. We talked with Mark Shafer, a relatively new salesperson at the dealership, and were instantly put at ease. There were no high pressure tactics employed during any part of the negotiations and we never felt pressured to take the deal at any time. Customer service at this dealership is also amazing. While waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned up and delivered, Mark took us around the dealership showing us where everything was and introducing us to all of the people we would be dealing with in the future such as service and parts, etc. Upon delivery Mark made sure that everything was working properly in the car and that it was sparkling clean. Mark also followed up several times after I got the vehicle home on a few different questions of mine. Mark definitely went out of his way to make the buying experience a very pleasant one. The finance manager, Rich Greco, was also very pleasant to deal with. In total I would say that I got a very fair deal and a super pleasant buying experience. I'm so excited with my new Nissan Juke, and the sales man Dexter Lesueur is wonderful. The only thing I was not so happy is that the steering of my new car was shaking when I speed down. I don't get why a new car has this problem. When I went to the service center, they said it may because of some violent stop, which I didn't. I only drove the new car for three or four times, and only one time in highway. But, the good thing is that the salesman and the staff in service center are very nice. Overall, I love my Nissan Juke and we had good time with Dexter.

I brought my 2010 cube in for an oil change and the muffler was noisy. We assumed it was just a broken bracket or something minor since the car is only 5 years old and has low miles..It was a shock to find it needed a complete new muffler, almost $1000. The service associate tried to get it covered under warrenty but no luck. I needed to wait for a part to have the work done. In that time I called the Nissan number provided to lodge a complaint. I spoke with a woman and told her while I didnt really expect anything to come from this, I had to voice my complaint that this car needed this expensive repair so early and that if it needed a new muffler every 30k miles I would be upset. She called me back on three separate occasions to get information to try to help. I told her as well as the Nissan service associate how much we loved the cube and that it was a shame this was clouding our opinion. When I went back to have the work done the service manager covered it at no charge! I was floored and delighted that they cared so much about the integrity of their product!! Way to go Nissan!

On May 20,2015 I purchased a 2013 Lexus ES350 vehicle from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. After we had completed the purchase and were ready to leave the lot the salesman, Vince Meinking, handed us a single remote key fob. I advised him we needed the second key. He advised us he would try to track it down. On May 24, 2014, I emailed Vince and he told me he could not find a second key. I would have not taken the car off the lot if he had told us we would not get a second key. A second key was quoted at over $400 from the local Lexus dealer. Emails to the Salesman and the Sales Manager went unanswered. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they attempted to contract the dealership via mail and phone and could not get a response from the dealership. Problem appears to be in the process of being resolved.Shortly after my review Mr. Hume from Wyler's contacted me and advised he was just informed of my problem and is in the process of trying to resolve issues.

Online scheduling is great! It was easy and I was able to schedule it while driving back from vacation. When I dropped my car off, I was greeted by Ric the Service Manager. He was very helpful and got my car checked in quickly. Picking my car up was just as quick. I wasn't pressured into purchasing additional services and they even washed my car for me. Richard in Finance, took care to explain every piece of paperwork I needed to sign. Samir was very thorough in explaining all of the new navigation, driver assistance, keyless ignition/entry and other options that I didn't have before. And I still didn't feel rushed, even though it was the end of a busy day for all of them. I would highly recommend this dealership to new car buyers. I felt like I could trust them, and believe they will follow through with what I'll need throughout the ownership of this car.

I stopped by Kings Nissan to ask about a used car they had listed on the internet, but didn't have pictures for. The problem started when I pulled into the lot. I had asked my wife to meet me at the dealership, and she arrived a few minutes before I did. When I pulled in, there were 3 sales people standing about 15 feet behind my wife's car, waiting for her to get out.When I arrived, I parked next to her and when I got out of my car, one of them had approached me before I could even get over to her car to say hi. I told them we'd need a minute and he backed off. My wife put her window down, said she didn't feel comfortable getting out of the car until I got there, as they had come out and stood there as soon as she parked.After we said our pleasantries, I approached the sales person who had approached me, Isaac, and I told him I was there about a car that I saw online. After giving him the details, I was told the car was purchased at an auction out of state and would not actually arrive at the dealership for another 4 days. No big deal, I gave my name and phone number to the sales person, Isaac, and asked him to call me when the car arrived.Over the next week, I received daily calls from either Isaac or the used car sales manager (whose name I didn't catch), trying to get me to come in and look at other cars, including ones that were thousands of dollars over what I had told them my price range was. When the car I had originally inquired about arrived, he called me and told me that it was different than what was advertised, a lower model, but they were going to be pricing it higher than the price was listed on the internet when they put it on the lot. I was told that if I came in "that day," I could get it for the price it had been listed online, but if not, it would be on their lot for $2,000 more.As the car was a step down from what was listed online and still the same price (or higher if I waited), I was no longer interested, and I told Isaac so, and he understood. The next day, however, the calls resumed about other cars.I ended up finding a car at another dealership and finally told Isaac to stop calling, I had already purchased a car from another dealer (Beechmont Subaru, great dealership, you can look for my review of them as well). Speaking of which, the car I ended up buying was the same make/model/trim as the one at Kings Nissan, but 2 years newer and I got it for the same price Kings wanted for theirs if I came in "That Day" not the $2,000 mark up price they tried to push on me.I've never felt so hounded in my life. I will never purchase from, or even look at, a Wyler dealership again, I've never had a good experience, either at Kings or at their Eastgate location. Why do they make it feel like your swimming with piranhas when you get out of your car at their dealership?

My husband and I were just looking at new vehicles and never thought that we would buy a Nissan. We were greeted by a sales rep within minutes of pulling into the lot. Our sales rep was very friendly. He was not pushy like most sales reps are. We finally found a car that we liked and our rep found it in the color we wanted and had it at the dealership the next business day since the color we wanted was not on the lot. The price negotiation process went smooth. Actually, a lot of the work was done over the phone and not at the dealership, and we all know how much time you can spend at a dealership from start to finish. Once returning to the dealership, our paperwork was ready for signature. The lady in the finance department spent time with us to make sure we understood what we were signing.The car was washed and the gas tank was full. Our rep spent time with us in showing us how to use the features of the car. He called us the next day to make sure everything was ok. On April 22, nothing was further from my mind than buying a new car. Then I opened the mail to find a flyer from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan with an amazing Key for Key Exchange offer--my Saturn Aura for a brand new Nissan. Yeah, right. It seemed to offer the moon and stars, and I knew there had to be some catch. I had driven Saturns for 24 years. Loved the cars, loved the Saturn concept. The price was the price. No jerking the customer around. Bought the one I was leasing when the Saturn brand was killed. I figured considering this deal would take me back to the old "bait-and-switch" car-buying experience. I was sooo wrong! I called and spoke with Rob. He put me so much at ease that I decided to go in and check things out. I was a very wary customer, but Rob patiently answered all my questions, took me on a great test drive, and dispelled my fears of being bullied into a deal I wasn't ready to make. Working through all aspects of the offer was time-consuming, but not the ordeal I expected. They brought me a Coke. They checked my car out and agreed to take it in trade. They found me a great interest rate. Brian joined Rob and me during this process, and I learned a lot. I wasn't willing to make the deal without sleeping on it. They let me take the car overnight. The next day, I went in to seal the deal. Rob turned me over to Kelly to take me through all the paperwork. She was very good at what she does. The whole experience at Jeff Wyler was great. Nothing like I had feared. The dealership itself is very attractive, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend this dealership, these sales people, and this great little Sentra to anyone.

I walked in to see if it would be beneficial to buy my leased Pathfinder to bring down my monthly payments. I still had 15 months on my lease. Mr Samir Abuyaghi came up to me immediately & asked if he could help me. He was very friendly and worked with me for over an hour to get what I needed. Mr Wyler was actually in the dealership at that time and stopped by, Mr Abuyaghi introduced me and my daughter and he was very personable. Mr Abuyaghi continued to work with me along with one of the gentlemen at the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name). Between the two of them, I walked out satisfied with the deal they had worked so hard to get for me.Kelli, who did all the paper work was great, very friendly, funny and efficient.Everyone made this a very stressless encounter and I felt like they were working for me to get what I needed. From start to finish, the team at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan exceeded my expectation of service. I had found the car I wanted online, and had emailed with the internet team a couple of times. When I came in for a test drive, Joe was very welcoming and accommodating. He was patient with me through all of my questions and through an extended test drive. I never felt pressured or like he was just trying to make a sale. He was honest, very knowledgeable and personable, and made the whole process very enjoyable.When it came time for the purchase, Ritch was great to work with. It turned into a pretty long process, and it was getting late on a Friday night, but neither Joe or Ritch made me feel rushed. They both truly went above and beyond what I would have expected, and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Had dealt with numerous dealerships in the days prior to our visit to Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. None were pleasant experiences. We were becoming exasperated with the entire car shopping process. We were, that is, until we talked to Christian Penafiel on the phone and asked about a particular car we saw on their website. He said he had it and would have it ready for us to look at. so we hopped in the car. On the way down, we talked about the uncomfortable incidents at our last few dealerships and we were not sure that we could take any more disappointments. We need not have worried. Christian was the most professional, likable, and trusting salesperson we had come in contact with during our quest to find a new car. We immediately felt at ease. He answered every question that we had and not once did we ever feel pressured. Needless to say, we bought a new Nissan Rogue from him. It was the easiest and least stressful car purchase that we have ever made. And Ritch Greco was professional and easy going while walking us through the financial paperwork. I just recently purchased my first new car. I purchased my vehicle from Franco at Nissan at Kings Automall and he was awesome!!! Franco helped me significantly, showed me all the features, and provided me a hassle-free enviroment. He was super helpful. They did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot (features and color) and Franco contacted many dealers and finally found the car I wanted in West Virginia. It took a few days but Franco updated me everyday on the status of my vehicle. It was exactly what I wanted and love my new car. I would definitely buy a car from Nissan again and would definitely suggest shopping with Franco if you're looking to buy a Nissan!!

My initial purchase had to be brought back to the dealer because of engine trouble, the dealership made a great effort to find a comparable car to replace it with. It took some time, which was a little discouraging, but they came through for me and I ended up getting a great replacement for my daughter. Samir Abuyaghi wasn't my initial sales person, but I am glad he was the one to assist us all the way to the end.

Third time buying from this dealer. Second time buying from Christian. Great to have him remember my needs from the last purchase and make the experience quick and accurate. His price was lowest in the area for a 2014 model, although I was surprised at the lack of better Nissan deals for past buyers on the 2015 models. Since I traveled over 100 miles each way to make the purchase it was important that the car I requested was ready to pick up, the closing of the sale was quick and everything was in place for me to head home with minimal delay.Christian made it all happen smoothly! Rich was fun to deal with as a finance guy and kept the pace of completing the required information moving quickly and provided me an overall good understanding of the total lease cost. Just waiting now to buy the next Nissan from Christian. Hope he is still with Wyler-Kings Nissan in 3 years!

As a first time buyer, I came in because I received a letter saying I was pre-qualified auto loan. The salesman Bryant was a great listener. He showed my girlfriend and I a few cars we were interested in and when the one we wanted was out of our price range he told us which if the cars we liked were within our budget. He worked hard to get us a fair monthly payment. My girlfriend loved how he listened and took into consideration everything she said. I easily give him a 10 out of 10 and would recommend this dealership and specific salesman to anyone.

I am super impressed with Isaac Williams at Kings Nissan! He is very professional, friendly, and knew exactly what I was looking for in my new 2015 Sentra. My prior car was the 2012 Sentra, and he showed me all the changes and upgrades the Sentra has gone through since then. I test drove with him and he made me feel relaxed and comfortable, despite the snow and my inability to follow direction at times. I was ready for a new Murano having had my first one for 10 years. The plan was to purchase Fall of 2014 with the launch of the new style. As time went on and the 2015's were delayed, I was concerned that I might have to settle. We reached out to several dealerships to be "posted" on their status. Kings kept up with us and when the first one rolled on to the lot, we got the call. While there was still a learning curve for all its features, I was able to test drive this one. I was sold and Dexter helped us figure out how to "drive away" with it that day.

I was new to the car buying experience and really didn't expect it to be a "walk in the park". when I arrived I was approached by a friendly and well informed sales man, Issac. we spoke for a few minutes and he put some thought into it and said you know what, I may have something perfect for you. he and his management team worked over 3 hrs to get just the right payment and gap protection option for me. By the end of the day I was not expecting to leave with a vehicle, truly expected I'd be waiting on some red tape, some paperwork delay-but NO! I was greeted by Issac with a temp tag and a surprising question, "you ready to drive home your new car"? I just couldn't hardly believe I had hit the lot, test drove a new car, had a credit score run, got financed, completed my paperwork and drove home my new car ALL in one day. Never felt pressure to buy anything that day but was given a great deal on a new rouge. We had just started our search for a small-medium sized SUV when we met Samir at the Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan location. I liked him instantly. We walked around the lot as he showed us the different options. He knew all of the inventory including the different tech packages included with each vehicle. I thought that a Rogue would best fit our price range but those don't last very long on the lot. Samir listened to our wish list of wants and needs and did not push any vehicles that we expressed zero interest in. We ended up test driving a fully loaded Nissan Murano. Fell in love with it! My favorite part is the heated steering wheel. We went inside to talk numbers and the Murano ended up being the same payment that I anticipated for a Rogue! I am VERY hesitant when it comes to big decisions (especially when it comes to finances) and Samir was very patient and understanding. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and suggest that you work with Samir if you are in the market for a Nissan.

We drove to Cincinnati to purchase a Nissan NV passenger Van. All of the information and negotiation was completed over the phone. We had our reservations about business transactions over long distances. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was exactly as described over the phone. The van was perfect and everything we wanted. Samir was a joy to work with. He was reasonable and honest and followed up on all of our questions. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied, even after the sale. We love our new van and will refer all of our friends to Samir in the future:)

When my wife and I set out to buy our second Nissan car of the year, I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. When we bought the Nissan Altima, the dealership wasn't Jeff Wyler yet but we did get a great deal. Knowing not what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised with the willingness of the Nissan dealership to work with me to help me purchase my new vehicle. John Powell was extremely courteous and ever cheerful in showing us the new Nissan Rogue's features and test drive even with inclement weather. Once we decided on the trim and color, John and Rich (Sales Manager) patiently worked with me to land on a price that was on par if not beating most dealership prices for the car. More than the price, it was the willingness of John and Rich to work with me to find a happy medium that I found most impressive. Post purchase, John and Jeff Wyler dealership in general has been extremely prudent in calling me and ensuring that everything is going well with my car. Such after sale relationship is something I am not accustomed to and it certainly brings a smile. I am sure they will keep up such great relationship which will only encourage buyers to keep going back to them again and again. Kudos!

At Kings Auto Mall there are many dealers to choose from. In my search for another vehicle, I visited numerous dealerships there over the course of a week. I first stopped in the Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan dealership on Monday 12/8 and met Isaac Williams. Isaac was helpful, listened to my preferences and assisted me in beginning my search for a vehicle within my price range. I met one of the managers on duty, left my contact information with Isaac (whod indicated that he would follow up with me the next week) and decided to continue visiting some of the other dealers. After some off-putting experiences with apathetic and overly aggressive salesmen at other dealerships within the mall, I decided to pause my search until I could bring along a coworker & family friend who is a car enthusiast.I wish I could say that the aforementioned experiences were the last of the negative things I encountered at Kings Auto Mall, but they werent. Another salesman within the mall was rude and simply left a bad taste in my mouth. I had pretty much decided that I would not be purchasing my vehicle from within the Auto mall, but decided to stop in one last time to the Nissan dealership. Isaac was working on 12/14 and was able to provide assistance again. I test drove an SUV I was considering and I met another manager who also assisted and directed my attention towards a vehicle I really hadnt considered yet. Turns out that that was the one for me! My purchase was finalized today and I can definitely say that I had a positive experience with every employee I encountered at Nissan, beginning with Isaac (my first point of contact and the reason I was willing to go back). Each one that I met ( from sales, to finance and managerial staff) was kind. I did not feel pressured to make a deal. Based on my experiences at Kings Auto Mall, Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan is one of the only two dealerships I would recommend there. Hope this review helps someone else make a decision!

Travis and Samir treated us very well even though I'm sure they had a long day, They treated us as though we were their first customer of the day. They were friendly, courteous and listened to our needs. They were willing to give us a great deal we couldnt refuse. We were not planning to buy that night but they made the negotiating effortless. The car was for our daughter and Samir included her in the decision; making sure she was comfortable with the car choice. My process began with visiting 4 other dealerships, and I was actually giving up for the day when I was approached by Rich who offered to help me! After getting a few details, he handed me over into the capable hands of Issac to finish the process. This could not have been more stress-free! I purchased my xterra from Kings Nissan in July. When I purchased the vehicle. I was promised free oil changes good at any dealer. I took it to wyler in Eastgate in September for one of my "free" oil changes. Cost me $36. I was told that my plan required me to get the first one done at kings nissan to actovate the plan. Brought my xterra to Kings Nissan today 11/17 to be told that Jeff Wyler bought this dealership. And there was no record of any contract for me. The service advisor remembered the conversation from September. But said he would give me a free oul change today but in the future I needed to make an appointment. I said the sign says express sercice. And was told it is not offered atthis location. I asked to speak to the General Manager. The SERVICE manager cam and told me they would get me a bronze service contract. Bit the General Manager would not be meeting with me because he was getting on a conference call. I wanted to speak withthe GM. Not just have someone else try to smooth it over. If you want service, this is NOT the dealership for you. They are not interested in listening, only it giving you something that they THINK will shut you up and get you out the door. If you're smart. You will stay away from Jeff Wyler. UPDATE 1/29/15Took my XTerra to Wyler in Eastgate for service after being told from the last experience that the promised service contract would be entered. It was not, so I drove back to Wyler Kings to talk with the General Manager Chuck about the issue. I wanted to have a discussion about this and The GM said the Nissan had not approved their ability to write service contracts. Is this not a HUGE Red Flag for this dealership?The GM had an attitude and wanted to simply schedule an appointment for me for service and leave. Had a big chip on his shoulder and attitude. I live about two hours away and having to come back for a service appointment when it should have never gotten this far is not acceptable. The service people did grab somebody to change the oil and rotate the tires. But the whole attitude is acidic. Bottom line is that I regret buying this vehicle from them. I would counsel others to stay away as well.

Having spent the day looking for cars we were not thrilled with anything we saw or anyone we spoke to. It was as if other dealers really didn't seem to care. Our last stop was Kings. What a difference. So happy we had Dexter help us. It was at the end of the day, cold, rainy, windy. Told him we were interested in an Altima. He went over all of the models with on the lot from the base model to the 3.5SL, which we test drove. That was it. The Altima 3.5 SL is a great car. Loaded and a great price. Dexter spent as much time as we needed and ended up leaving well past closing. Highly recommend Dexter and Kings. Everyone we dealt with was great.

I schedule my online appointment 8/12 for 2pm on 8/13 - finished time at around 4pm. I was immediate told that my appointment did not print out on his schedule sheet and another person was ahead of me. Mathew explained what was done but forgot to tell me about the vision check for the drive belt that was checked in red. I knew my car was finished when the guy that washed it brought me the key.

I had bought my first Nissan in 2009 from Nissan North due to difficulties at Kings Automall. In pursing another vehicle I thought I would try again locally. I had been in the week before and the salesman had argued with me about the Frontier not coming equipped with a "slider window" which of course he was wrong. Not good when your sales people don't know their own product. I came back the following week and although I have never worked with a saleswoman before I had Genevieve who was wonderful. Not only in her approach but also in her attention to detail. Very quick response to my questions and inquiries, fulfilling each and every request promptly and efficiently. The rest of the staff was also fabulous, the change is a wonderful improvement from previous years. You did yourself proud Nissan staff. Had I worked solely with Mike, I would've given 5's across the board. I was nervous about car shopping because the pushy-aggressive salesman stereotype made me anxious. Mike was the exact opposite. He didn't mind when I asked a million questions as My husband and I truly know very little about cars. I came in with the intention of purchasing either the Murano or the Xterra. I had no interest in the Rogue. Mike asked me to reconsider, and I'm glad I did. He really understood what I was looking for and knew this car would be perfect for me.Zach was a little intimidating when talking to is about pricing. He didn't have the general ease and friendliness that Mike had. But, he was very straightforward, answered all of our questions, and provided and itemized bill explaining all the costs and fees to two new car buyers. He also searched nearby dealerships for the lowest prices car model I had requested, and got back to is/arranged everything within a few days!I LOVE my Rogue and would highly recommend Mike to any car shopper!

We worked with Bradford on investigating the purchase of a new Rogue. Previously, Bradford sold us an Altima. We really liked the Rogue and it was our second choice as we are leaning towards the Jeep Cherokee due to the engine (6 cylinder versus 4). However, Bradford was the best sales person we dealt with compared to the others at the other dealers. We looked at a Honda CRV, Toyota Rav4, Subaru Forrester, Ford Escape, Jeep Cherokee, and the Rogue. Bradford's product knowledge was by far superior to any of the other dealer's sales peoples' product knowledge. Bradford knew every feature on the Rogue and its benefit and use. At the other dealers the sales persons' knowledge of their product was not nearly as complete as Bradford's knowledge on the Rogue. Unfortunately, he could not control the engine (acceleration, ride, etc.) that is in the Rogue, although he did try to up-sell to the Murano when learning of our engine/ride concern. If Nissan gave an engine choice in the Rogue I think they could increase sales - then again that might be the Murano. Also, since we live in N.KY the location of the dealer is an issue Bradford can't control. I used to work in Blue Ash so dealing with the Altima (service) was manageable but I now work downtown so it is a larger issue. In a few years we will be back in the car market and we will give Bradford a call at that time as we will probably consider a Nissan vehicle.Thank you,Howard Saresky

I stopped by Kings Nissan a few weeks back while getting my old car's oil change done at another dealer in the auto mall. Since I had time to kill, I wanted to test drive a '14 Nissan Frontier 4x4. Upon walking into the showroom I was introduced to Matt McCormick. He was very courteous and took the time to answer all of the questions I had about the vehicle and then we took the test drive. Matt is not one of those old, sketchy salesman that you sometimes affiliate with the auto sales industry. He was professional and friendly. After the test drive I realized that as much as I liked that Frontier, it was really my wife's turn for a new car. A couple of weeks later I brought my wife to Kings NIssan and she had a positive experience with Matt as well. Suffice it to say we went home with a '14 Nissan Rogue SL and smiles all around. Matt is a true credit to the dealership and the auto sales industry as a whole. It's his type that can break the negative stereotypes of the car buying process. We are very happy with our experience and are already recommending him (and Kings Nissan) to out friends and families. Not to be left out, I wanted to say thanks to Ric Young in service as well. He took care of us when we brought the Rogue back to Kings Nissan for the Polysteel treatment. Ric was also very professional and kind. I should probably say thanks to Travis Andrews as well for helping us work out some of the details for our sales transaction. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.. financing was especially helpful and explained things in simple terms so I could understand them. I do however, feel pretty taken advantage of on the price. It was my first time buying a car on my own so I think they took advantage of this. I asked them to lower the price to get my monthly payment lower, they told me they did, but then I found out once I got to the financing room that they extended my loan terms to get to that price. Pretty shady on their part, but also naive on my part. If you know what you're doing and are a good negotiator, this is an awesome dealership. If you are young and don't know what you are doing... they will recognize that and take advantage. They pressured me to sign before seeing the exact car and told me it had a package on it that it did not have when I actually saw it. I had also planned to get financing through a bank to get a good rate.. they talked me into financing through them with the promise of a very low rate... also did not get that. Again I can't 100% blame them... I didn't know what to look for and just ended up overwhelmed in a high pressure situation. I do love my new car though and I think Nissan makes great quality cars. I can't say enough about the friendliness and enthusiasm of the entire staff. Had I known what I was doing, I think it would have been an awesome experience.

From the first moment my husband and I walked on this lot every single person that saw us asked if they could help and were very friendly. Christian was just awesome and ultimately got me a great used car at a fair price. He is the most genuinely nice, friendly car salesman I have ever met! I returned a couple of times soon after my purchase with little things like getting my blue tooth set up again after I got a new phone. Each time he is so happy to help me with whatever I need. I've had my car serviced twice now and the prices are very reasonable and the service is always friendly and professional. No matter where in this dealership I am - whether it's sitting in the waiting room or standing outside, each person who sees you comes up to ask if you need anything. I have already recommended this dealership to many of my friends! Keep up the good work!

We came into Kings Auto Mall looking for a specific car which was actually not at the Nissan dealership. Matt was very helpful and took time with us. He looked up the car we came to look at and told us where it was. He was worried about the price that it was listed at and pulled up a carfax and told us about it. Wanting a new car that hadn't been in an accident he showed us a few cars on the lot. We fell in love with one of the cars and even though we already had financing set up we agreed to see what Nissan could do for us. We actually liked the options better from the dealership. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional and welcoming. We drove over a hour because the dealerships around our area are pushy and they hound you, we didn't want that. It was a great experience and I would recommend Kings Auto Mall Nissan to anyone buying a new car.

Although Andrew is probably the youngest - or at least one of the youngest - sales associates, he approached his job professionally and as someone who was experienced at what he does. My first impression of him was less than a minute of coming into the door for the first time - he greeted me with a smile and handshake and seemed genuinely interested in meeting my needs. He asked a lot of good questions and was a good listener. He was knowledgeable about the Rogue (which I ended up buying) and set me up with a test drive right away. I worked with Andrew and his manager on my trade (07 Altima) regarding price --- they were flexible and willing to give me a little more than the assessed value but ultimately I sold the car to a friend who lives in my neighborhood. Andrew was accommodating in locating and delivering the Rogue I wanted which was not on the Kings Nissan lot. He kept me up to speed on the progress and helped work with the service department to get me the proper floor mats, which the previous dealership evidently confiscated. Kudos, also, to the Service Department which was persistent in making sure my floor mats were delivered. Special recognition should be given to Andrew who performed professionally despite a family tragedy which occurred during the course of work together. I was very satisfied with my experience at Kings and will recommend the dealership to anyone.

I had to have my 2002 Pathfinder's ECM reprogrammed and took it to Kings Nissan.In the beginning,there was a small communication breakdown between myself and the service department. Matt Watson went out of his way to get to the bottom of the issue. He made sure the work was done and also helped by getting me a rental car so that I could go about my business until my car was fixed. He had excellent customer service all the while being pulled in many different directions on a very busy Saturday. I appreciated his efforts and do not want it to go unnoticed. We went to the Auto show with certain cars on our list to check out. The Pathfinder was not high on our list but after seeing the car at the show and meeting Brad, the car moved up on the list. Brad was one of the best salesmans we have ever delt with. He was not pushy and he listened to exactly what we wanted. Helped us find what we were looking for and even though we kept changing the color and the options we wanted he stayed positive and always had a smile on his face. We have told other friends about him and we will always use Brad to make future purchases.

This buying experience was beyond what I expected from it. Isaac was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, but also personable, making it feel like we weren't just another set of customers. Not one time did Isaac pressure us into buying the car or getting a more expensive car. Travis Andrews didn't pull any punches, simply asking what needed to happen in order for us to buy the car, and then he made it happen! There was no hassle at all, it was amazing! In buying experiences in the past, finance isn't very personable, and it is simply sign and get on with your day. Travis Martin was different, asking about our lives and joking around with us while doing our paper work so that we didn't feel like just another set of bodies in his office. It was really a pleasure to work with everyone at this dealership, and I will make sure to recommend Isaac to anyone I come into contact with looking to find an excellent, affordable car. :)

From the moment I walked on the lot, I was greeted, not smothered by a car salesman. Tyler introduced himself and from that moment, I knew this was going to be a good experience. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the Nissan line of cars. After some conversation he directed me to exactly what he thought I would like. There was no need for me to walk God's green earth to find something that I would like. He led me right to the Altima SV. After the test drive with Tyler he let me go on my own to get a feel for the car. I was in love. The Altima was a perfect fit !!! After the negotiations, we settled and I was directed to John ... great guy ... and a great sense of humor to boot. I was very pleased with the whole experience and I have no reservations about telling others where I got this great car !!!

I called Kings Nissan looking for a price on the 2013 Murano, my call was transferred to Christian Penafiel. His voice on the phone was extremely courteous and friendly. He was not pushy but very informative and his greatest talent, is that he listens patiently to what the customer wants. I explained what I was looking for and he proceeded to show me everything about the Nissan Murano. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and the way he went about explaining the different parts and the functionality of the Murano. He let me drive the Murano and experience it before I decided. At all times Christian was very helpful and not pushy. He fully programmed my phone and seats in the car. We walked into Kings Nissan looking at new cars. We were greated by Christian Penafiel. What we liked about him most was that he was not pushy but very informative. We told him the type of car we were looking for and he directed us to those types of SUV's. He proceeded to show us everything about the Nissan Rogue. We were very impressed with his knowledge and the way he went about explaining the different parts of the SUV. He let us drive the Rogue and explained to us everything and how it worked and had great knowledge about every part of the SUV. We also had an SUV we wanted to trade in. Christian was very helpful with having it appraised. As we were waiting for the appraisal Christian got out some books on the Nissan Rogue and was going thru them with us. At all times Christian was very helpful but not pushy. When we got the appraisal on our used car he sat down with us and came up with some figures to let us know what we could get the car for. He was very helpful on what rebates were available and what type of financing was available. We also were looking for a certain color and he found one for us and even went and picked it up the next day at another dealership. We were able to work some figures out with Christian and walked out of the dealership with a new Nissan Rogue. When we came and picked up the Rogue he took the time to explain every part of the SUV to us again. He even put our cell numbers in the bluetooth to show us how it worked. He explained to us how to set up appointments to get the Rogue serviced and set up our first appointment for us. He also explained the procedure on how to get the car washed anytime we wanted too. We have bought many cars over the years and Christian is by far the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. I came into Kings Nissan on Saturday 8/10/13. I was warmly greeted By Tom. He was very friendly and kind. I had no clue as to what I wanted to buy. I just knew I needed a new dependable car that has a minimum of 4 doors and could accommodate 2 child car seats for my two lil guys.Tom took his time with me and showed me a few cars. He let me drive a Nissan Altima and he knew right away that I was not comfortable in it. He apologized for having me drive the car. There was no need to do that because How would either of us know if I would be comfortable. It was a little bigger than what I wanted. He then showed me the Sentra and took me out in it. I fell in love with the sentra right away. When we got back he offered to show me another style but I knew the Sentra was for me so I declined. We went in and he offered me some water or coffee and we got to work on paper right away. My Credit was a challenge for a few different reasons. Since it was a saturday we weren't able to find a bank for financing. Tom was as disappointed as I was but he apologized to me and kindly walked me out.I was resigned to the idea of not being able to drive the car I fell in love with. I went to another dealer and was financed for my 2 nd choice vehicle. I took the car and went to work on Monday 8/12/13. When I pulled into my parking spot I received a call from Zack a finance guy there at Nissan. He told me that they were able to find a financial institution to finance me for the Nissan. My heart quickly sank. I had settled for a car I didn't want. I explained to Zack that I had picked up another car. After a few minuets he asked me if I had signed any paperwork. I had not. The printer at the 2nd place was broken so I was supposed to go back that evening after work. Zack told me that since I didn't sign anything that I had not technically bought the car and that I could take it back.Zack then informed me that if I really wanted the Sentra that I could bring the car I had to Nissan and they would take it back to the other dealer and pick up my trade in for me!My husband and I met at Kings Nissan after work and we signed the papers for the Sentra and the guys Tom, Zack, and John took extremely good care of us! I will defiantly will make sure we fo to these guys again for our future vehicle needs! This is the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thanks guys!

I would start with saying that customer service at Kings Nissan was way beyond my imagination. I felt like i was at home, I didn't fell i was at some dealership where i am just another customer. From starting till ending it was real smooth experience. I went first day ans met Shane and talked to him what i was looking for. He went ahead and show me not just one but 2 car based on what i was looking for. He made sure to explain me each and every aspect of the car. Also he made sure i could test drive to check handling of car. When we came back i got quote and they were very friendly. I told them i wanted to show car to my wife, they offered me to drive car to home if wanted to show her. But told them that i wanted to take time to talk to my wife and discuss. Next day i was curious to go to dealership with my wife to have look at car. We went there without appointment but still we we greeted very nicely and they made sure we were attended to what we needed. Travis and John worked with Shane and made sure to look into what they could do with our offer for car. They made us feel we were at home while they worked out deal for us. They all stayed even after dealership was close to work out deal with us and i didnt felt at anytime that they were eager to leave. And after when finalized the deal and bought the car, Shane stayed to explain us each and every feature of car and made sure to go through every button on car. I am really happy that i bought car for Kings Nissan, i will always recommend anyone i know to Kings Nissan. And on top of all i really love free car wash for life :). There was really not even single thing that i can say i was upset with. Thank you guys (Shane, Travis and John)

I went to Look at the 2013 Nissan Altima S. Then we went in to work on the credit. Well here comes the so called manager and tells me that there is nothing on my credit and he cant do anything. So I went to jeff Wyler Honda and I got the 2013 Accord sport with my bad credit according to kings Nissan for 375 a month whit out a dollar down. This place sucks WONT RECCOMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christian did a great job closing the deal, which was fair for both parties. He coordinated several of the fixes and I am very satisfied. This is my third car from this dealer and I will return when I need another car. Service department did a great job on the fixes (Ric Young).

I have been going to Nissan since I bought my car for the oil changes I have never had a problem until today with Jennifer at the front desk. I assume she acted the way she did because I'm a young mother. My son saw the popcorn machine this morning and remembered it. I asked Jennifer if we could make some popcorn she said no because it would get stale and that they usually do not make it until 11. I walked away she then was saying there were cookies by it which I knew already and could clearly see as well as my 2 year old son could. I pay 400 a month on a car from this location and pay for insurance to keep a car from this company and Jennifer was too lazy or didn't want to waste one bag of popcorn when my son was excited about it . She even continued to tell me there was a vending machine. A vending machine, really?! So I can go pay for something when you are too lazy to make popcorn that's suppose to be there for valued customers for free? Absolutely ridiculous. Manager will be hearing from me, I do not feel "valued" at all as a customer and things like this definitely make me rethink if I would recommend the store to anyone else..

This was by far the worst experiance I have ever had at a dealer. I go in to buy a Van have the sales guy promise me a price then tried to back out of that price. The van was priced at 5900 at the deal the guy went down to 4200 then the boss said that was to chep to sell it for after the sales guy already said that he would sell it to us for 4200. He flat out lied to us. Then come to find out find the same van on there web sight for 4900. So looks like they were just trying to rip us off. I am so glad we did not get the van who knows what is wrong with it if they can't even keep there numbers strait. Will not be shopping there ever again.

Kings Nissan sold me a car that they knew had a problem that they had refused to fix before I purchased the vehicle. In less the 24 hours of driving my car off their lot, it started overheating according to the temperature gauge. I threatened to cancel the contract and bring the car back. Then, they admitted that the service report showed there was a problem with the temperature gauge and that they had reset it and apparently that didn't work. They told me I could bring the car back in and they would take a look at it. They had my car for four days and said they took it to Borcherding Buick for an estimate and that it was a sensor that would cost $800 that they were not willing to pay. They suggested I take it to my mechanic for a cheaper estimate and they may be willing to pay that. My mechanic said it was the instrument cluster, not a sensor. It cost me $375 for the repair. Kings Nissan would not reimburse this cost. I contacted Borcherding Buick to see why there was a discrepancy between the cost of repair and determined problem. Come to find out, they didn't recently take my car to them when I had brought it to them; they had actually taken it to them WEEKS BEFORE I PURCHASED the car and they declined the repair. I had Borcherding Buick fax me that estimate. I assume they thought I would pay $800 and they could pocket the extra money. Do not buy from this dealership that scams hard working individuals and conducts fraudulent business acts. In addition, they have no morals or values! I purchased this car while accompanied by my three young girls. We were all so excited to be purchasing our first newer used car :) You have been warned.

when i purchased my car, everyone was nice and helpful until after the purchase, i found out, they did not transfer my tags as agreed. I drovetwo weeks on bad plates until title came. They told me , use this title to get plates for my new car. I had traded a malibu in . lucky i did not get ticket. I parked car until i could get tags. I called dealer, spoke to Chris, sales manager, also to store GM, total waste of time. They keep my money for transfer, but did not provide service. I will never return ,or, reccomendthis dealer to anyone!!!!!

We would like to commend Jon Griffin for giving us such a delightful introduction to the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. Even though Jon knew we were not ready to buy, he gave us a complete review of the 2013 model. He said the model we tested was brand new to the dealership, and even though he said he was not thoroughly familiar with all its features, we thought he was very thorough. Unprofessional, lying, he showed me car with back camera and Boss stereo, we negotiated car with chipper stereo, I asked is camera stays? Answer was "yes", but it did not, I got car with no camera. But this is small thing. After down payment and manthly payments was negotiated he charged me plus for first month, after talking with manager and fiance adviser they refunded this money, first month already included in down payment! I brought in a Nissan coupon on $ 2500 and asked, how can I use it. Azim says it can be used toward paying off my previous lease up to 5 left over payments I had one payment left. They did not pay nothing, I got bill from Volkswagen. Tried contact Kings Nissan over phone, nobody call back, on my visit manager Nick promised check my papers and pay, I left email... nothing, no payments, no explanation. If you buying from them, do not trust a word, check everything, make copes.

While the sales people were friendly, it was an extremely slow process in buying the new car. They didn't want me to leave and to work with me, but it literally took hours, then had to wait to talk financing. Once I did they wanted to rush me through, barely felt like I had time to read\understand the financials, plus after being there hours I just wanted out. Painful process

i went to kings nissan looking for a new altima and dealt with the salesman and we could not reach a deal. then there general sales manager jack rosen tried to help out and this guy had no clue what he was talking about he must be new or something he treated me like a dog around the showroom trying to show me cheaper cars so he could sell them at sticker. I told him to just let me leave and then he laughed and said no one will take that deal anywhere and guess what Jack they did. Faulhaber Nissan did. i highly recommend them, not so much kings nissan. I probably would have bought if jack was not there that day. My salesman was good. Some advice jack stay away from your customers.

Don gave us all the info and pricing upfront and when we got to Kings Nissan all we had to do was drive the maxima and sign paperwork with the finance manager(Adrian)who was awesome also.We will definitely be buying more cars from Kings Nissan and use their Service department as well.

STAY AWAY FROM KINGS NISSAN!!! This guys used the old trick of througing a bait at us reeled us in and they gave us some dealer jumbo mumbo and wanted to charge us over $2,000 more for the car we have negotiated over the phone!! Shameless and totally inconsiderate wasting our time. We went to our next best offer and they totally honored the price we had agreed over the phone! Net the management at Kings Nissan is not to be trusted! Stay away and do not let them lure you in!

Kings Nissan has zero customer integrity or even cares about their customers. Maybe I should have heed the warning when I heard that the GM is new and their sales people as well. Their tactics of baiting and switching their prices from the internet to retail and back and forth are confusing. They do not explain a thing and leave it very vague. Even after a purchase of a used car the GM (who called me back late) made no attempt to please a customer in any fashion (not even a car wash). PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KINGS NISSAN.

Our experience with Kings Nissan has been very negative. I just found this website, otherwise I would have written this review last year when we purchased our car from there. We should've left the day we went there to buy a car. The salesman we had was slow, confused and added an extra hour or two to our day by messing up the contract multiple times while he pecked at the keyboard. On top of that, they provided us with two separate estimates (one from the salesman and one from the sales manager that differed and they argued right in front of us). That should've been our sign to walk away. But sadly we didn't. We ended up purchasing a Rogue from Kings and while we love the car, it has no reflection on how we feel about this dealership. We have taken the car back to Kings MULTIPLE times for check ups and each time we've asked them to fix the rear window on the passenger side b/c it would stick and left some sort of permanent smear. We were told repeatedly that it was just some loose oil and it would fix itself... it NEVER did. It wasn't until we called and raised serious hell that they actually listened to us. Once we brought it in, they told us they'd need to order a part in... so we brought the car home and didn't hear anything for a couple weeks. It wasn't until we contacted them asking for any updates that they told us the part had already come in (thanks for the heads up, Kings) and we scheduled to come back in and have the window fixed. When we got the car back yes the window is fixed but now there is a warning light on in our car that says our tire pressure is too low- we've checked it multiple times but that's not the case.. they must've tripped some wires while repairing the window and we, yet again, have to bring our car back in to have it checked. If our car wasn't still under warranty there, believe me, we'd be going elsewhere to have our car repaired. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO KINGS NISSAN IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A NISSAN. THERE ARE SERVERAL OTHER NISSAN DEALERSHIPS IN THE AREA THAT ARE MUCH BETTER- TRUST US!

We were looking for a new car and wanted to test drive an altima. We sattled on a 2 door altima and worked with the salesman Kelly to find one in our color and options. Meanwhile I had them look at our trade-in. We knew what our trade was worth from NADA and KBB and what their invoice would be by using our laptop and NADA. When they showed me their deal I couldn't believe it. There trade in value was $5000 under KBB and NADA and wanted us to pay $9000 with trade-in for the car. When I asked how they arrived at that price they brought up KBB on their computer. When I pointed out that they had left off that my truck was a diesel and according to KBB thats a $5000 increase, they would only raise the trade-in up $3000, Which still meant that with the $1000 rebate I would still owe them $6000 with my trade-in. Their price was full MSRP, taxes, and title minus trade-in and $1000 rebate. I explained to the manager that two other dealers had offered me full value for my trade that day and he occused me of lying.We got so pissed off that we left. We rechecked all our information, printed it out, and went to a different dealer the next morning! Castrucci Nissan at Dayton Automall.We showed Paul [manager] the information we had, told him what we would need for our trade-in and test drove a lot car while he worked up a deal and checked our trade-in.Working with Paul and Scott they found our car [same as Kings], worked up a deal for full value on our trade, $1500 rebate [$500 extra that Kings didn't know about or hid!], and dealer invoice price. This price was $7300 less then Kings first offer, and $4300 under Kings second offer! We bought the car and will highly reccomend their dealership. We will be going back to Kings Nissan [and taking car with us to show them] to talk to the head manager Belinda and letting her know how unhappy we are with their way of treating customers. We can't remember the manager we dealt with but they'll figure it out. WE HIGHLY RECCOMEND STAYING AWAY FROM kINGS NISSAN!!!!
