I have been wanting to upgrade to a better vehicle for a while, when I came by to look at some of the used vehicles yesterday I met Sterling and through her, Sonny. They both helped me out a lot with Sterling setting up a convenient appointment and detailing everything I would need to make a purchase. Honestly going into the appointment with Sonny I had no intention of leaving Jenkins Acura with a new car, but I did. Not because I felt I had no option but because I was given the best option. Now I am the happy owner of 2011 Chevy Impala and feel like a balla! Thanks again for Sterling's invaluable advice and Sonny's commitment. Jason is awesome! We were out just to look at a new vehicle. We also were going to look at the Toyota's. Chose these dealers because we are both older and did NOT want to drive to Orlando for service. We only made it as far as Jenkins Acura because we loved the SUV that we drove and the salesperson we were dealing with. Honda has such a good reputation that we were almost sure we would be more than happy with a new Acura! The price and trade in seemed fair so we were sold and ended up buying the new Acura RDX! Love it!

Karl Dejean exemplified what an extraordinary Sales and Leasing Consultant should. He was articulate,caring and most informative . Karl was always most concerned that we were knowledgable about our selection and how to use all the "bells and whistles" associated with the car. Karl even took the time to travel to our home in the evening to connect our garage door opener. We are truly delighted to have him as our consultant and know he will be there if a question arises. The process of buying a car is a very long and time-consuming. Jenkins Acura should put thought into streamlining this process...one way is by flow charting the car buying process at Jenkins Acura. This is the second Acura RDX my wife and I purchased from Jenkins with both process' taking the better part of five hours.

Purchased another car from Jenkins Acura in Ocala. The purchase process was great, no hard sell, very competitive price. Once you've made the decision they handle everything. Sales person is Sonny, ask for him and you will be happy with your buying experience. I've had previous cars serviced there and always thought the service was first class.

We purchased our 2nd Basque Red RDX. We love the 2016 and the changes to the exterior and the interior including the upgrades to the navigation and radio controls. It makes everything easier. I am still not a fan of touch screens but I am learning to deal with it. We like the blind spot safety feature also. We have always been treated with great respect by the service department and Bob the shuttle man. The sales transaction by Steve and Mark was very professional and we received a fair deal.

I purchased a new TL in March and while they were more than willing to waste my time but as soon as I bought the car they couldn't wait to get me out the door. Never explained the car's technology to me. When I've been back for service, they've kept me waiting forever-3 and a half hours for an oil change. Finally, after 8 months they call and ask what's wrong. Their answer was to give me a free oil change. I've had Lexus and BMW and trust me they're better. In addition, they're denying a warranty issue on my transmission.

I took in a used Acura, originally bought from this dealer, because the light for the airbag system stayed on, indicating a fault. I was told that there was an intermittent fault code which would require replacement of a sensor for about $1200. I was charged $100 for the 5 min job of plugging in the 'sensor'. When I drove away, having declined the service, the light went out as it should. My local garage plugged in for no charge and showed no fault codes.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my 4th Acura last week. John Culbreath and Rob Evertt exemplified what a salesperson should be. Both John and Rob treated my purchase with the same importance that I did. They listened to what I wanted and did not make promises they couldn't deliver on but also delivered on the promises they made. Car buying is one of those "must do" situations that many of us dread because we often are pressured to make deals that don't really fit our needs. I bought an Acura NSX from a private party. Every time I have gone into Jenkins Acura I have had a very positive experience. It doesn't matter if I'm in buying a new light bulb or having major work done, everyone has been great. Jeremy Farr in Parts has gone out of his way to be helpful, Bobby Craft in Service has always made sure everything was satisfactory, Jeff in the back has done excellent work and never minds questions, even David Jenkins himself is always there and has something nice to say.
