I took my 2012 Altma in for oil and filter change and was told my power steering rack was leaking power steering fluid. I asked if they had refilled it and the guy said "probably". Came home found the reservoir and it was almost empty. Called back and told them this was unacceptable and when I finally got an answer it was "why fill it when it was leaking anyway." I almost went on a 1200 mile trip and I feel they did not care about my safety at all.

I went into Lake Nissan yesterday because my battery on my recently purchased 2014 Nissan Sentra was acting up. Turns out, the previous owner had switched the battery out for one not covered by my warranty. They didn't have to help me at this point, but I walked out with a new battery in my car at no charge. This dealership went above and beyond, and the manager and staff were extremely helpful.

My wife and I went and looked at a new vehicle based on an advertised online price. When we arrived we looked at the vehicle, took it for a test drive, and then sat down to do the pricing. At that point, we were informed that the price of the vehicleI was actually over $12,000 higher than the price on the online ad. When I asked about it, I was told I must have not seen all the disclaimers. If you are looking for a Nissan, look for a more ethical dealership than this one.

I bought a 2014 Silverado from lake nissian then I was told Jenkins was buying them out, I was treated exlent by lake Nissan sales and finance the deal was closed more or less and was given the truck took it home had it a week had the contract pmt amount and pmt date then was called by someone from Jenkins and was told they needed to go over the contract, went inn the next day and was treated so rudely no one wanted to talk to me asked severial times what was up 45 min later they tell me they want $9,000 down they couldn't get it fineanced when they promised me when I took the truck that it was a done deal asked for my tradein back had to wait onother 30 min for that then had to waited onother 30 mkin for somdodey tov cfind screws for my licence plate. this is toatly in acceptable and no way to run a busininessthey didn't want to honner lake nissans deals they should never have sold the truck. I never got any of the paper work back or the check for down pmt back either. I will never buy anything that has Jenkins on it and will tell every body about how rotten Jenkins treats there custermors and be for I'm done I will find someone in main office of Nissan to tell this to I have never been treated so rudely in my intire life!!! The negotiation at the end of purchasing a vehicle is always a bit distasteful for me; on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being most positive and very little frustrating 'back and forth' haggling'), I would rate it an '8'. Love my crossover: bottom line is I would purchase from Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg again.

On the day of my scheduled car service appointment I was greeted promptly. The ServiceAssociate was friendly & listened carefully to my requests (Danny).The waiting area was comfortable & clean. I appreciated the offer of beverages.The service to my vehicle was completed quickly & explained to me.I had hoped to renew my 'maintenance agreement', but the wait for someone from Finance wastoo long so I'll check into that later.The Service Associate was kind enough to have my car parked inside so I didn't have to goout into the rain storm!Thanks for the good service!

Excellent customer service! My 2007 Sentra was still under the extended warranty on my transmission. Not only did they replace it without any complaints, they gave me a beautiful loaner car to drive! The only complaint I have is that my car was pretty dirty on the outside when I picked it up, grease marks I'm sure from the mechanics. Didn't notice it until I got home, but I'm sure if I called them they would have asked me to bring it back for a good cleaning. But other than that, I am extremely happy with this dealership. Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend it!

We arrived without an appointment but were welcomed. It was a little longer than usual wait for the oil change, but it was very crowded that day. The lounge was comfortable - cool and plenty of seating. Also, there was popcorn, donuts, coffee and soft drinks available. The tech was very clear in her explanation of services rendered and a condition to watch. Overall, it was quite pleasant..

Have dealt with Lake/Jenkins Nissan for over two years. I was totally impressed with Lake Nissan Mentioned many times Lake Nissan was the first New Car Dealer I enjoyed doing business with. I am new to Jenkins Nissan and will form an opinion in the near future. I spoke to a sales tech. about a used Nissan Pickup. The sales rep and I came to an agreement but it was turned down by his superior.

We found a car online we wanted to look at, but when we arrived, it was already sold. But the excellent sales team found us a comparable car that they had just taken in as a trade. It hadn't been prepped for sale, so it wan't added to their online inventory. They sold us the car, kept it overnight to certify it, and it was ready to drive away the next morning. I could not be happier with the whole experience!

most of it was perfect service, wouldve done the overall as a 5 star but heres why i didnt, they said the car would be ready by 1pm the next day and it wasnt fully ready till about 5:30. granted they was making sure it was fully ready before i drove it off the lot but wasnt happy that it took longer then what was quoted. the sales person was awesome and so was the manager that i spoke too. when we go for another car yeah i will go back there because the staff was awesome.

Great service. I went in for a regular oil change. I did notice a change in the waiting area. Instead of the usual variety of snacks, a popcorn machine had been installed. Not a fan of popcorn, but that's just me. I realize the dealership is under new ownership, but luckily, they kept pretty much the same personnel. That's important to me.

Customer service was awesome, there was a mix up in my appointment time but I should have asked if it was am or pm. Everyone is super friendly and helpful Tim Provau was an excellent sales consultant, he was not pushy and was very easy to talk to and understanding, I just feel bad that he could have been helping someone who might have been able to purchase, but if a Nissan is what you want ask for Tim. He went more than that extra mile to try to upgrade my Versa as it has a VERY LOUD ROAD NOISE from outside to where you cannot even hear the radio, but it was not his fault I had no money to put down and still owed too much on Versa, I only say no to recommending the Versa, not the dealership; the Sentra I drove was great,, I only wish Nissan would have took the incentive to make it right, as I am now paying for a car I am very unhappy with.. But everyone at Jenkins Nissan was awesome they really tried, someone told me once Jenkins took over they could not work with people like before, I hope this is not true. I work very hard for my money and am debating letting the car go back as I hate driving it anymore. So just beware of the vehicle you purchase.

I bought my car Nov. 2015 and the maintenance tire light came on. So I took it in to find out why it was on. The Service Mgr. said the tires needed to be rotated. It took about 20 min. and I was out of there.

I agreed upon on Pathfinder and when I went to pick up the car they had conveniently switched to a more expensive car and acted clueless. I was much younger and inexperienced so I guess I was a good target. I ended up buying the car I initially didn't pick and at a higher price. I learned from this mistake.

After looking for weeks for the car I wanted, and having done my test drives and due dilligence on prices I came in to the dealership and they had the car I wanted, and we negotiated the price. NO need for test drive, explaining anything, just lets get to the bottom line. The sales rep and manager had me sign a paper stating I would pick up the car that Monday, with $5,000 down and finance with them the remainder of the agreed upon price. When I got there Monday, with my check, I sat with the F&I woman, and all of a sudden the car was $4,000 more than we agreed. Why you might ask? Well, evidently when they say "finance through us", they mean ONLY Nissan Credit, not any of the other 12 banks they use. Now I was without a vehicle as I sold mine the day before. I spent the next 3 hours dealing with many different people walking in and out of this office to keep me from walking but not giving me exactly what was promised. They finally agreed to "lower" the price $2,000, which was still $2,000 more than agreed. I will NEVER recommend Lake Nissan to anyone looking for honesty in a dealership. Don't let the smiles and platitudes fool you. they are the same as any lowlife car dealership you can find all across this nation.

Not one for writing reviews for anything, but my experience at Lake Nissan was truly exceptional. We looked at their inventory online first and saw they had plenty Altimas in stock so we called and told them what we were looking for and to expect us. When we had arrived they were ready to show us options. Btw, this dealership is almost two hours drive from where we live, past several Nissan dealerships along the way but we decided to go to this one due to the remarkable up-talk from our neighbors/good friends. They bought two new Nissans, and in short so did we. You can expect great customer service here as well as a great straight forward deal with no shady shifty sales people.

My husband and I had a leased vehicle we wanted to trade in. We met with a woman salesperson and a male sales manager. After explaining to the manager what I told the manager which car I was interested in and what types of cars I have owned in the past. He looked at my husband and said "You spoil her" -- implying what that my husband is my "sugar daddy"? I was very insulted by this, since my husband did not BUY me any of my cars. I selected them and purchased them on my own. I do not need a man to "spoil" me. I did tell the manager that his statement could result in a "non-sale", but decided to overlook it.We test drove a Nissan Maxima, which I have owned in the past. I loved it and was willing to purchase it, but my husband wanted to continue looking at other makes and models. The Maxima was still first choice. We gave the salesperson our card and asked that they write up a quote and give us a call. We thought they would call that evening, but they did not. The next day we went to look at the Kia Optima and really loved it after the test drive. We were able to make a deal that day and picked up the vehicle at our request the following day. The Optima Limited has more options than the Maxima and may have been cheaper, but we'll never know. The salesperson spoke directly to me and even asked if I would like to have my name first on the title, which had never even occurred to me. We never had to deal with the sales manager, so we never had that felling of being overpowered. It was a great experience as car sales go. I would not have even rated Lake Nissan except that I just received a call from the salesperson. She said she wanted to give us a couple of days and did we decide on which vehicle to buy. Obviously, neither she nor the manager had been listening. I told her that since we hadn't heard from them with a quote we purchased another vehicle. Nissan should consider sending their staff to Kia for better interpersonal skills. Not only did Nissan lose a sale, but it was a CASH deal.

Terrific experience! I had been researching Altima's for some time and sent inquiries to numerous dealerships. Lake Nissan was the first dealer to actually provide me with the information I had requested, everyone else just sent me canned responses. I set up my appointment with Kade and he greeted me with very warmly when I arrived. His partner Brian showed me the vehicle that I was looking for, went over the features, etc. He really knew his Nissans. What really impressed me was the price didn't change from the original quote I was given, in fact they saved me a few dollars more. While I was there they introduced me to the service staff and arranged for my windows to be deep tinted too. All in all, this is a very nice dealership, everyone there was helpful and made me feel at home. Definitely recommend.

After doing research on the internet, I knew I wanted to buy a Nissan Rogue. A friend told me to try Lake Nissan. I did and I was not disappointed. Kathi greeted me when i walked in the door and made me feel at home. I was very comfortable from the start and she was easy to work with, no high pressure sales. I went to Lake Nissan to purchase my used 2004 titan and it was a smooth sale, also the place was clean and I got to meet the entire staff which treated me like I had ownership in the place, I had almost bought a Ford F150, but after going to the Ford dealership I had made up my mind went with Lake Nissan, Staff and how your treated is very important to me, they won my business and I will continue to go there, and recommend Lake Nissan to all my friends.

Lake Nissan will not return your phone calls. I have called many times, left many messages with many different people, and cant seem to get anyone to call back. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. It has taken them over a month to process something for me. They people working the the service department are extremely rude, They lady answering phones cares more about her texting life than her job and customers. The sales men are liars, they will try to tell you things are not broken that are, and that the car has more features than it does. They also try to tell you other companies are responsible for things that they are actually responsible for!!!! It would be worth the drive to go else where!! Trust me! Worst experience EVER!
