We purchased a new Ford Ranger Tremor on Saturday and had a great experience. Our salesmen Kenny and William were great. They were very knowledgeable and explained the vehicle and all the safety features well. I highly recommend both Kenny & William if you need a new car. Neither one were pushy and let us make up our own minds. Also, the sales manager, Rick Pool, was extremely helpful in getting us into the truck. The finance guy, Aaron White, was great and very efficient. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

I came to J&W Dealership to request an appointment to complete a NHTSB Recall. Jeb scheduled me an appointment at my requested time, I was reminded of my appoint by text. When I returned at the appointment time I was met by Mike who accepted my vehicle scheduled the recall repair. When the repair was complete I received a message that it was accomplished and I could pick up my vehicle at my convenience.

I was received very quickly and courteously as I drove into the service bay. The gentleman directed me to George's service desk. George promptly and courteously wrote up my service request, he then directed me to the most comfortable waiting area where I was offered coffee or cold drinks. While I was there several J & W employees whom I have know over the years walked through and we had some nice short visits. It was very enjoyable time waiting. It's always nice to be recognized and several times I was recognized by employees who I had met while at J & W before and during the time of my purchase of the F-150. I also met another customer that I have known for several years. We had a nice conversation.

I had done a great deal of research on the Fusion Energi and was hoping to see one and ask some questions about it. I was very pleased with the service. The gentle man (name unknown) who helped me process my service was very friendly and helpful. He even came and found me on the playground with my child when the service was complete. The female(Nisha) was also very helpful and friendly when returning my keys and car to me. She removed the tag band informed me my car was vacuumed and washed which was nice. Great service.

The service performed on my car was excellent. The one issue I encountered was being addressed as "Hun" by the lady service rep. Addressing a customer with a intimate greeting is inappropriate unless of course you have a personel relationship with them. The appropriate way to address a customer/stranger would be mam, sir, Mr. or Mrs. Smith, or by the individual's first name. I asked her not to address me as Hun, and did not have another problem with her.

Jessica Burkhart in service took my call on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015. I told her I was traveling through Clarksville and noticed my steering column vibrating when I applied the brakes. She told me to come into shop and the service department would check it out. I did and within a short time, she informed me that the routers needed to be ground down. She pointed out to me it was probably due to the amount of driving we do. She also told me that my oil cap was missing. We were in Clarksville visiting our son who is stationed at Ft. Campbell and who has just returned from Afghanistan. She told me that we could pick up the car whenever we needed that when the work was done, the keys would be locked in the car and the car would be parked on the side of the building. Her concern for the vehicle and our needs to spend time with our son, are highly commendable. The way I was treated at your dealership, especially by Jessica, would make me a forever customer; however, we live part-time in New York and part-time in Arizona. Was trying to compare their cars on 3rd party sites but couldn't find their inventory so I emailed them. I was told they would be happy to email me the window sticker of any vehicle I wanted to compare...I don't think they got it. My wife and I stopped by to look at used F-150s. We had no real intention of making a purchase, just to get an idea of what was available and prices. After a couple of test drives, including a new F-150, we decided to purchase a 2011 model. We love the truck, and the entire staff were more than helpful. Came in for routine oil change and brake inspection. They were able to complete both but had to come back to have the heat shield tightened due to a metal sounding rubbing noise. Lauren and crew were very helpful with everything.

The only problem I had was when I got in my car to come to my appointment at J&W Ford, my battery was dead. (The battery was purchased on 12/23/2013.) I called the car service department and was given a number to call. Knowing what I know about J&W Ford, I figured I was calling either a different department of the J&W Ford dealer or a business that works with J&W and will come out for free. After I got the jump 2 hours later, I was charged $30. The J&W Service Department did not say I would be charged. The person who answered the phone did not tell me there would be a charge. This $30 charge came as a complete shock. If I had known, I would have called a friend over for free. But once I got the J&W, everything almost went smoothly. When I went to the cashier window to pay, she told me the price ($173 something) and I said no! I was told it would be $97 plus taxes. So I had to get them to fix this. Other then the jump charge (and the 2 hour wait) and the added charge to the bill for some unknown reason, I would say J&W is good.

This is a great team, I took in a trade and spoke with Shaun and Gerald. They arranged a car for me to drive for the weekend with no pressure of buying. I test drove it and decided I wanted a Focus ST, which at the time they did not have any used. But dealing with the new car team, Rocky, Mrs. Kim, and Aaron and Brandon were all a great team, they take the time to talk to you for a few minutes and do a great job of getting you into a vehicle. Overall the experience took me about 6 hours to complete and I'm never in a hurry when making a decision on something I'll have to pay on for years. but I know this is different for everyone. The biggest thing is the consistency between the teams. Everyone is on the same page and that is making sure the customer has a great car buying experience.

Blew out a tire on my recently purchased tires from them. After I got the spare on I called them and they told me to bring it in right away. When I got there I saw Jessica (she is the best) and she had already checked to make sure they had one in stock. I was in and out within 45 minutes and that was with a car wash! Jessica handled all the warranty info for me (didn't cost me anything) and they even put all the spare, jack, and wrench back where it goes. Love, love, love this service department!

The staff is always polite & knowledgeable. Doesn't matter whether it is the sales dept, body shop, service dept, finance dept...if they have Jenkins & Wynne on their name badge they ARE helpful.

Loren was awesome as usual. Very friendly and helpful in every way. He was even willing to send someone to get me if the storms were strong and I could not walk from the university to the dealership to pick up my car.

I called and told Larry Bryant that my car was not starting good and asked if my battery might still be under warranty. He asked how many miles I had and told me to bring it in and let him check it. He checked it out and said I had a defective battery and replaced the battery.

My husband & I recently purchased our new 2014 Honda Pilot and traded our 2010 Honda Accord (2 door coupe) as we needed a vehicle with more room. I went in to have my car's oil changed. When I left from the dealer approximately 30 mins later my check engine light came on. I contacted the dealer to let them know what the issue was and inquired as to whether or not they may have left something loose when under the hood. Initially I was told that I would have to pay an additional $90+ for them to run a diagnostic to see why the light was on. Once I arrived back at the dealership they informed me that it was a hose that had been left disconnected when they did the earlier service. They apologized for the inconvenience and oversight on their part. No additional charges on my end. I can say that up until this time over the last 9 years, I have never had any issues with this particular dealership. They have a comfortable waiting room with snacks, wi-fi, and cable television to accomodate their customers along with a children's play area.

I have been taking my Civic in for service for the past couple of years and each time they impress me more. The service advisers are very knowledgeable and friendly. There has never been the typical 'this is what's wrong and below is how many arms and legs it will cost you'! A couple of days after service someone from internet team contacts me to ensure the highest quality was received.
