Asked the manager to repair the driver door before purchase. He claims the part was replaced but the problem returned just a couple months later with very little use. (we weren't able to use it because of problems with paperwork) Finance dept completed paperwork with major mistakes, and we weren't able to get registered until a new title was ordered and delivered. We purchased in December and couldn't drive it until March. Unacceptable.

Tim Evans did everything he could to make my experience amazing! He was in contact with me by phone days before the trade and he answered every question I had quickly. When I showed up for the car they had it cleaned and shining and paper work ready to go!! Quick and painless. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you I love my SUV and will be back if I ever need something else!

Looked in the car lot for 15 mins. Noone asked if I needed any help then went inside to get help and still Noone helped me after hanging out inside for 10 mins. Seen 3 guys 1 of which walked in past us. Another looked up and smiled Guess they don't need any business.. what a joke

Recently purchased an SUV from this dealership in late November 2013. It has been my worst car buying experience. I have had things go wrong with the SUV and trying to get them to repair them has been horrible. They also promised me a $50 because my car was not detailed upon picking it up and they have never sent me the money. I have followed up numerous times with them but get the run around stating that they are sending it now, but the money never comes. I give up now and am just absolutely frustrated with the whole process. I would not purchase from this dealership again nor would I recommend any of my friends to buy a car from them.
