In the last 10 years I have purchased 5 vehicles from Jensen Ford. Usually, when I come in I am asking for something very specific. What I want may not be on the lo,t but I have had a salesperson search and find what I wanted from other dealers' inventory and have had a different sales person call me as soon as they had what I thought I wanted in their inventory (thank you, Angel). Both times were very easy and the paperwork and financing werel quick and complete (thank you, Joe). The dealership took the time to know me and what I was after. Each time I have bought from Jensen I have been able to get what I wanted at a price I was comfortable paying. The service department is greatly improved in recent years. I can get accurate estimates and relatively quick repairs done right. The service managers have also been proactive in reaching me with known issues and recalls on vehicles I have purchased.

I had an excellent buying experience at Jenson. I dealt with Angel Thurston and she was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. Great service with a personal touch. I would highly recommend both Jenson Ford and Angel when shopping for a new or used vehicle.

angel Thurston was very helpful in finding the right car we were looking for . angel was also very .knowledgeable of all .the bells and whistles .that was ..available at the price we was looking . angel is a very great asset to jenson ford.

I came in with a 17-year old Ford Taurus and I was needing a new reliable car. I had searched online for 2015 cars and a nice selection from Jensen Ford popped up. I came in to the dealership with one car in mind and that car was here. That car was what I left with: a 2015 Ford Taurus. The serviceman, Josh Alvarez, was very knowledgeable about the working of the car. Extremely helpful not having to read the manual and instead had the service person walk me through. He helped with everything from syncing my phone to the car to telling me how to put gas in this funky cap-less gas tank. They were not pushy. They were willing to help me with all of my car needs. Josh followed up a week later and answered questions over the phone and offered to answer any questions any time. I stopped by Jensen Ford a week later to ask about special features of the car and what each button did. Josh was patient, informative, and willing to do extra research.

We bought our first vehicle at Jensen's 6 years ago, so when we were looking to upgrade, it was the first place we went. We knew what we were looking for, but the staff was helpful in answering all of our questions. It was great that we were able to have the same salesperson as our first visit!

Angel placed a cold call to me and it was her lucky day! While I did not have to trade, I had kind of been looking for a nice Dodge truck. She checked the inventory at Jensen Ford and they had just what we had been looking for! She was patient enough to wait for us to get up there on Saturday to look at and possibly test drive the truck. It was love at first sight! We needed running boards installed and that was handled right away, once we decided to trade. What I liked is the fact that there was never a high pressure situation. Even after driving the truck on Saturday, we did not decide to trade until Monday night, when we went back up there. Prior to talking to Angel, we had looked on the lot at a dealership that was closer to us and told the sales person exactly what we wanted. I left the gentleman my business card and never heard from him again!

We purchased 2 of our last 3 vehicles at Jensen and plan on purchasing future vehicles there as well. We have always felt welcome at both the purchase and maintenance areas. I have never felt like a bother to anyone there and they are genuinely interested in making your experience a positive one. Any repairs we have had on our vehicles through Jensen have held up just fine and the service staff have always answered my questions completely.

I bought a vehicle there.. after the sale..the customer service was very poor. And all repairs are even worse.. estimates are 25 to 50% below the final bill.. they would charge you to use the bathroom if they could get away with it. Go anywhere else.. dont buy here. . Dont repair here.

I was in the market for a lightly used VW Jetta and through Cars.com found precisely what I was looking for 250 miles away from my hometown. Through a series of phone calls I made an offer on the vehicle at Jensen Ford and completed a 5 hour drive a few days later to retrieve the vehicle. I am a customer service junkie...Jeff and Joe at Jensen Ford went far out of their way to make the buying process efficient. I could not believe how honest and genuinely nice these two gentlemen were. I do not like the hard sell or pushy tactics. This dealership helped me make my goal a reality. I would drive back to buy another car from them in a minute. Buying cars online is anxiety causes for some...rest assured the process will be smooth with Jensen.
