Went in to buy a 2014 Toyota Hybrid this past Saturday.The 1.5 hr drive from home was worth it. Chad Mcginnes was a pleasure to work with. Was on a test drive minutes after getting to the dealership.The negotiation process was easy too. I just named my price and after a fewto and fros, got the price I wanted. No pressure, stress or drama. No pressure to buy any extras. Just like I would want it.The price was great and so was the experience. Would heartily recommend

Recently purchased a pre-owned Toyota from Jerry Durant Toyota in Granbury.Not only did Aaron assist me with buying my vehicle over the phone, went above and beyond to send me a bunch of photos before I drove the 80+ miles from North Dallas.Aaron was fantastic, no high pressure and a straight shooter. You would think that all Toyota dealerships are exactly the same. Absolutely not. In fact, being in customer service oriented retail, you look for the quality customer service you give. Although I love in weatherfor, I Will forever reccomend the Granbury Durant Toyota. It's worth the drive. They deffinitly treat you like family and create a welcoming, warm environment that feels like home. The salesman Hal and manager David overcame so many obsticals to get me into a safe car, as my cars health was declining rapidly. I know it must have been very difficult and been very time consuming. I know I was probably "THAT CUSTOMER"! However, they made a personal commitment to me and a lasting impression. If you want to experience customer service that creates a lasting impression make the trip. You won't regret it.

I've been in the market for a preowned Toyota truck and have been researching online and ended up finding a 2015 Tocoma at Jerry Durant Toyota in Granbury, TX. The team at the dealership from start to finish was friendly and professional and I could tell that they loved working at the dealership. Aron Jones the Internet Mgr. went above and beyond and paid close attention to every detail throughout the process to make sure I was completely satisfied to the point that I would certainly recommend working with him to my family, friends, and my employees. I met the Finance manager Steve who was excellent and punctuated the friendly experience. Also, the customer service manager Melissa introduced herself and helped me out on a minor tweak to my truck. I will drive the extra 60 miles out of the DFW metroplex to Granbury to work with them again and would recommend the same to anyone interested in a new or preowned vehicle. This was one of the easiest salesmen and finance men that I have dealt with. I went in knowing what I wanted but also knowing I didn't have to buy. They were easy to work with and never made me have to get upset or mad. Aaron makes buying a car not only easy but fun and it never felt like I was having to deal with someone that thought I didn't know what I was talking about, as usually happens since I am a woman. The salesman who helped us was Mike Brown and he was outstanding and extremely helpful. He put no pressure on us about buying or not buying a car and seemed to understand exactly what our situation was. I guy named James (forget his last name) also got involved and he too was helpful.Jerry Durant employees are simply better than most of those in other dealerships. We have been using Jerry Durant service for about a year and a half, they always take care of you in a professional manner without constantly trying to stick you with something you don't need.

I felt as though I was being welcomed home by family when I stopped at the Jerry Durant Toyota dealership in Granbury, Texas the morning I bought my new car. It was my first stop of what I intended to be many dealerships. I planned to go several places & see what was offered. Their salesman, Aaron Jones, & everyone else involved made me comfortable with my decision to purchase my new car that morning. I was patiently guided with such respect & never once felt pressured as is sometimes the case when car shopping. The salesman, Aaron Jones, was not only knowledgeable about their Toyotas, but could rattle off everything about other car brands as well. I was needing to determine if a Tundra would fit in my garage. A few dealers I had talked to denied me the opportunity to "stray" from a preset test drive route. Aaron Jones arranged it (within seconds) to allow me to take the truck. Shortly after that, The General Manager also volunteered to save me a 45 mile trip (one way) and bring the truck to me. AM I THAT IMPORTANT? 2 days later I was at the desk negotiating a price. Aaron actually was helping ME in the negotiations and assisted me in getting a great Tundra at a great price. . (this is not my first rodeo and I was NOT being played) Every contact I had at Jerry Durant/Granbury was great and Aaron Jones was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I will be back.

I contacted Aaron Jones concerning a vehicle listed for sale on the Internet. I explained that my foremost concern was whether the vehicle would fit in my garage. Within a few minutes, I was offered the opportunity to take the vehicle to my house (40 miles away) with absolutely NO guarantee that I would buy it. At that point the GM volunteered to bring it to me in order to save me 160 miles of driving. It fit just fine. Aaron spent time trying to set up a vehicle and a deal.. in a very timely fashion, he put together a truck and a deal that was truly incredible. He worked diligently and dedicated as if I and this deal were the absolute most important thing going. All for a reduced priced, used truck. I can't imagine how Aaron would treat someone who was going to buy a regular vehicle. I cannot say enough about the way he treated me and how hard he worked for me and the excellent deal he helped me get in spite of what it did to his commission. ,The entire dealership should be applauded. Since Toyota Dealerships near my house in Plano are very much misleading, I decided to go to Jerry Durant Toyota in Granbury TX. I found the hard to find used late model Avalon Hybrid at this dealership through Cars.com. The sales person Hal Norman is great and very friendly, I think I got a fair price for our trade in Toyota Camry too. I would definitely refer this dealership to my friends and relatives.

I had planned on going in with my foot down and make my demands to get what I thought was fair for my trade in, and to get the 2012 Kia Forte Koup at a reasonable price, but after meeting Aaron, I felt like he put his foot down for me. Very impressed with this dealership! This was the best car buying experience we have had in 30 years. We didnt feel like we were walking into the usual, pushy dealership we have dealt with in the past. We went to look at a vehicle we found online and had the great pleasure of meeting Aaron Jones. Our goal was to get out of our high priced vehicle for an inexpensive car. We had significant negative equity in our Kia and it was looking pretty hopeless. The manager took the time to explain to us how we needed the right vehicle to absorb the deficit. We left completely assured by Aaron that he would work very hard to find us that car and told me the day and time he would get back with me. Sure enough, on the dot, he came through with his promise. He had an offer for us and found us a better car than the one we originally looked at. Everything fell into place better than we expected. Aaron is an amazing salesman with integrity and tenacity!! Aaron made sure that I understood he would not pressure me to make a purchase I wasn't sure about. He let me know that he would find a deal that was best for me and he would work it until he found the right one! He was extremely knowledgeable about his work and made me feel comfortable. I cannot express the how extremely difficult our situation was when we needed a new to us car. When you think "car salesman" do characteristics like rude, pushy, money hungry, and possibly even moral lacking come to mind? Well, those are things that I normally would have thought as well, until now... Aaron Jones is the rare exception to the general labels put on car salesman. From the start he was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. Made me feel like he genuinely cared about my level of concern in making sure it was a smart buy. Not once did I feel I was pressured into a buy because he makes you feel as if you're just talking with a friend. I was pleasantly suprised with the comfort I felt throughout the entire process and I would not for a single second hesitate to recommend Aaron to any and everybody!!

I live in Louisiana and actually found an online listing at jerry durant after not finding what I wanted for the price I wanted here in la. I contacted Aaron jones at Jerry durant and he immediately went to work putting together a deal for me. They got the price where I needed it to be and I flew in the next day. Even though the airport was an hour and a half away they were there waiting for me when I landed. Got to the dealership and had everything ready to go. Drove the car signed the papers and headed off to our hotel. Including the flight and ride and time at the dealership it was still less time than I have spent on some local purchases at home. Not only was it COMPLETELY hassle free but our salesman Aaron was knowledgeable about the product completely helpful,respectful,and courteous. I will likely consider them for all of my future purchases as long as they have what I need there. I'm sure they will or can get it.

I enjoyed dealing with Denise Bone. She knew the product and it's capabilities. Explained all of the car's features and how they worked and answered all my questions. We travelled 4 hours and 20 minutes round trip for our purchase. Our experience began over the phone and online where we were able to accomplish much of the paperwork to speed up our purchase. The people that we dealt with were very helpful and did everything needed to answer all questions we had. We left with the feeling that we will be able to call them at anytime with any questions or concerns that we may have about our new vehicle.

I received world class attention and much more than I came in for. I was shopping for a used Toyota and ended up leaving with a brand new Tacoma. The service department is horrible. I took a RAV4 in for a basic oil change. They try to upsale on items you don't need. I took their "concerns" with my vehicle to my reputable mechanic. Turned out my car was just fine. They also did not check the tire pressure or fill the coolant as I requested. Do yourself a favor and go to Fort Worth. A much better service department there!

I bought this truck before it was even cleaned up. There is a few minor things to be taken care of when I return to get my new tags. My sales person was Denise Bone and she was wonderful. I had previously totaled my vehicle and needed one asap. With that being said I thought I was going to get some crappy deal because I was vulnerable. Carmen made my car buying experience painless, easy and I walked away feeling like a got a good deal. Carmen listened to what I wanted and never tried to push me into a car that what above my ideal budget. She was also patient in the fact that I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted. I will be buying cars from Carmen in the future.

Shopping for an SUV was a pleasant experience with Carmen. The experience started with a phone call about the vehicle we eventually ended up buying. Carmen worked with us from the beginning of the sale to the finalization of our purchase. It was a distance transaction at first and we drove from Mesquite Texas to Granbury on a very cold evening to check the vehicle and close the deal. She was professional, courteous and helpful. Even suggested a very good hamburger joint in Granbury for us. I wish all sales persons were as great to deal with as Carmen was for us.

Told the dealership several times our criteria for buying a 4runner and it needed to be certified before we bought a vehicle. We were told yes it can be certified. We live 2.5 hrs away, made the drive, and Darrel Marriott, the finance manager, said the SUV was certified. Then sold us a extended warranty (SecureNet) for $1750 and said it was a extension through toyota because our SUV was certified and that was the only reason he could offer the extended warranty. After asking if the extended warranty was through toyota and Darrell saying that yes it was "backed" by toyota we purchased because of our faith in the toyota certified program. When we get home at 12:30a.m. I look up the toyota certified program and found out that our vehicle was NOT certified. There is a very thorough process for certification that Darrell did not go through with us. The vehicle had scratches, a dent, interior had wear spots, and made a loud humming noise over 60 mph. All of which are on the 160 point checklist that a tech, sales manager, customer, and sales are supposed to sign. Toyota has it's own extended warranty (gold and platinum) which was never mentioned by Darrell because he couldn't because,once again, the SUV was NOT certified. Throughout the financial process Darrell mentioned how he wouldn't lie to us, even though the whole process was a lie! I texted our salesman at 12:30 a.m. that night to let him know I had found out about this scam. The following business day the sales manager, David Emmitte, called and said that it should be okay because we bought a extended warranty. He didn't try to fix this problem just implied we should be happy with the deal and stated if we wanted to bring the SUV back. Being totally frustrated, and feeling scammed, we said yes. So we drive, once again, 2.5 hours to drop off the SUV. When I told David Emmitte that we would be contacting toyota financial about Jerry Durants abuse of the program he said that they did NOTHING wrong and he's satisfied with how the deal went! Crazy! Now, I understand that a dealership is a business and they need to make money, but they are blatantly abusing the Certified program name in order to sell cars. Complete unethical lies! I will be contacting toyota about this and spread the word to stay away from this store. Your business is much more appreciated elsewhere and you will be treated with much more respect at any place other than JerryDurant toyota! Don't go there.

I have a bad habit of purchasing a lot of cars, so I have a lot of experience in dealing with used car salesmen. My strategy is to negotiate the main terms of the purchase (vehicle price, trade-in, other additional items I would like to get) via email. There are not a lot of dealerships that take folks seriously via email, due to the internet age and general tire kickers.I emailed Jerry Durant Toyota about a used Maxima and Juan promptly emailed me within 15 minutes of my inquiry. He was professional, friendly, and we started a great dialogue with me telling him my interest in this Maxima. At the same time I was working with another dealership that will remain nameless, and it was much closer to my home than Jerry Durant Toyota. I expressed to Juan that I live about 90 miles away from his dealer, and that if we can come to terms on the price/trade-in, I will make the hike over to his location and pending my inspection of the car, I would purchase it.Right off the bat, which is very unusual for trade-in's, they offered me a fair price for my car. Most dealerships will insult you with the offer of your trade-in, which I immediately either walk out on, or delete the email thread. Juan and his management were up front, and willing to work with me. We agreed on the trade-in value one counter later, and I went to purchase the car.Upon my arrival at the dealer, the car I was buying was right outside under the awning, cleaned up very well and I met Juan inside. He was personable, pleasant and easy to deal with. I was in & out of the dealer in no time. Their finance manager was very personable as well and not annoyingly over-pressuring with the additional items they ask if you may want. (GAP, ext warranty, tire warranty, etc).As I mentioned with my bad habit of changing vehicles often, my experience with Juan and Jerry Durant has hands down been the best transaction I have ever done. From start to finish, these guys are the best dealer to buy a car from. It's too bad I don't live closer, or have any friends/family in their area, but I will recommend all of them to at least check Jerry Durant's inventory and ask for Juan because they will be just as happy with the experience as I was.Thanks again Juan, you tha' man!

But I needed leather and heated seats to make it what I wanted. They offered to have them installed at a huge discount and then DELIVERED my car when it was done! They made sure the car was like new before it was delivered. Super happy and confident that I bought a quality vehicle from a professional Toyota Dealership.

In the past year, I've traveled around the Dallas area looking for a vehicle and received an attitude of "I don't care if we sale you a vehicle or not." At Jerry Durant, the attitude was "we're getting you what you want today." You don't find very many dealerships where everyone shakes your hand and you're top priority as soon as you walk in the door.

A+ experience at Toyota of Granbury. A definite recommendation to friends and family for a vehicle purchase used or new. My questions were answered immediately. The price of the vehicle we chose was negotiated well from both ends, competitive and fair when it came to the bottom dollar. Trade in value was more than acceptable. Our sales rep was very detail oriented in explaining the use of features for everything we test drove. When it came time to agree on pricing, the sales manager and finance team did an excellent job on meeting our financial needs and was more than willing to work with keeping the numbers in our favor. The only setback was the wait time from start to finish that could potentially be excused due to the fact that it was the last day of the year and was busier than normal. And the waiting area did lack a child friendly environment as far assisting in keeping children busy while we conducted business. Overall process was good. Will definitely make another purchase here. Our patience had been stretched by the antics and sales-speak of DFW metroplex car dealers. It had been a game of deception so far: What you see is not what you get (trade value, discount or financing). After leaving the metroplex, we first stopped at Jerry Durant Toyota of Granbury. It was our final stop, too. We were treated honestly and without misleading jargon of market adjustments, so called best-price deals, compounded by incongruent rebates and discounts (did not match advertised specials) and ridiculous dealer-added options. Our experience at Jerry's: Trading, buying and closing the deal with Amy, David and Darrell was fast and accomplished with no surprises. The straightforward, no nonsense approach will bring me back to the dealership for future purchases.

I have had a great service department experience each time I've taken in my Prius V. The staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining what needs to be done. However, I'm a little disappointed in the Prius V because, with less than 7,000 miles, rear brake pads had to be replaced!!! What?? Of course, it's still under warranty so there was no charge - just the inconvenience of a 60 mile round trip.

Juan made the pricing negotiation easy, also he answered my questions and calls quickly and concisely. I hate buying cars due to the haggling and back and forth. Not so with Jerry Durant. I had been working a deal with a dealership out of town and it was a hassle and more expensive. I got a good deal in Granbury and it all was done quickly. Additionally, Matt in finance made things go smoothly and quickly. Matt suggested I buy the tire warranty which I was opposed to buy did anyway. 3 days later I got a nail in my new tire and they replaced it with no issue and in no time and washed my car. Great experience all the way around.

I recently had repairs done on the drive system of my Land Cruiser. The failure of one of the parts (not that fault of the mechanic or service department) required a return visit for another repair. Eddie provided me with a new Tundra to drive while the part was being shipped. In less than 24 hours the vehicle was repaired, washed, and ready to go. The entire service department and the facility is top notch and very clean. It doesn't matter who greets you (Melissa, Eddie, or Josh), the service is always excellent. Overall we had a very good experience buying our car at Jerry Durant's. I do though have some complaints. -I resent being told how to rate the dealer at the end of the process. I find the speech about "either rate us as truly outstanding or we fail" off putting and making the whole survey process meaningless. This is the reason I am coming on this site. - My second concern is with the financing of our car. The predictable hard sell of additional coverages is exhausting. -The use of ridiculously over copied difficult to read child like charts to illustrate the added coverage is insulting when everything else in the dealership is impressively designed. -The actual Toyota Coverage was minimized and not honestly discussed especially in relation to the added coverage being aggressively pushed. - One can't help but feel as if you where just sold a bill of goods when you left the financing dept.Again I have nothing but praise for Denise, she was accommodating, professional and I would recommend her in a minute. Matt was very friendly but sadly predictable in the world of car financing in his methods and motives.

I was really excited about having a new car but a little nervous about the process. I am in sales and have also had bad experiences before with car salesmen/people but David Emmitte and his team at Jerry Durant made the experience a pleasant one. I drove about 6 vehicles and never felt rushed or pressured. I felt like more than just a commission, like they actually cared that I got the right vehicle for the right price. My salesman, Keith Fabian, was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me make an informed decision about my purchase. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly. I have not used the service department yet but did get a tour and information about the cost of basic maintenance and was very pleasantly surprised that they are in line with what I have been paying. I love my new (slightly used) car/mini SUV and it came with a full tank of gas and the first oil change is also free. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to buy all my future vehicles from them.

I have been buying cars for 40 years and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. They didn't hold me hostage. Just took car of business. Presented me with the deal and had things ready when I got there. Denise was patient and stuck with me even though we had emailed for a month. Considering that we drove an hour to get there at the end of the day...... Both Denise and the financial agent were pleasant and truly didn't act like they minded staying after hours to take finish the deal. We will come back and send friends to do business with your dealership.

I have been contacted by this dealership at least one time per week by the sales person and also by what appeared to be someone working in the internet sales office, asking to further understand my needs and issues related to my initial call. Once we determine I have not found what I am looking for, they are very helpful to offer up any assistance on recent trade-ins that have arrived. What I like about their calls is that they don't try to sell over the phone, just asking for the opportunity to stay in touch. It's a dealership that is about 50 miles from my home but one that I will certainly consider when time to make the selection on the car.

Finding ourselves in need of another vehicle when you least expect it is not fun and stressful. Trying to find the right car at a great price is usually difficult and definitely not fun under this type of stress. That is what I was expecting, after visiting two other dealerships prior to coming to Jerry Durant Toyota in Granbury. Just to set the stage, we pulled into the parking lot about 6:30pm, not realizing that the dealership closed at 7pm. Our salesman, Richard Taylor, was so genuinely friendly, helpful and thoughtful, that I almost could not think of him as "car salesman". He is amazing, it is like being with a good friend that actually cares about you. He was insightful, knowledgeable and relaxed. Even though we kept him at the dealership until 9pm, he never made it seem like anything but a great time to help us find the right vehicle for our needs. I would send anyone to this dealership. There wasn't any issue with the entire process, all the staff were professional and very friendly. Can not begin to express the positive experience with this purchase. Next car we need, we will stop here first.

Arrived on time for my scheduled maintenance & was immediately greeted by a pleasant young man. We talked about a couple of things I needed done in addition to the scheduled things & he told me that it would be approximately a one hour wait. One hour later he told me my car was ready. Everything was done that I'd asked about and even a free car wash! There's a very comfortable waiting area and nice clean restrooms. Although it's a 45 minute drive to Granbury, I'll not be going anywhere else for service. Thank you.

I recently purchased a used car from Durant in Weaterford, Texas.I purchased this car for my 16 year old daughter. Her one concern was that it did not smell like cigarette smoke.I live in Austin, Texas and was buying this car over the internet. In this situation you have to have faith that the people you are dealing with are good honest people.My daughters one concern was communicated to Mr. Ross prior to purchasing the car.I caught a bus to Dallas, and caught a ride to Weatherford to pick up the car.When I got to Weatherford and got in the car, there was clearly a smell. Mr. Ross assured me that there was a slight "animal urine smell" previously, so he had them do some type of "ionizing treatment". What I was smelling was the "nuetral" smell from the "treatment".My daughter as elated to see the car, but I saw her disappointment when she got in the car. I experienced excellent customer service regarding a missing clip on the bumper of my Toyota Corolla. Eddie was able to repair the clip with a $30 device that Durant Toyota had in stock. The damage was discovered on a trip back from Houston. Two other dealers on the road home had quoted me a price for the repair of about $250.. The buying process was very professional. Juan Munoz showed us the Tacoma as I had requested. After 2 test drives of the Tacoma we realized this may be a little small for our intended use. Juan then showed us the Tundra Platinum. The ride and the amenities was exactly what we had been looking for. Juan ask what I wanted for my trade in? The folks at Jerry Durant in Granbury not only met my deal but made an offer I simply could not refuse. I commute from Cleburne to downtown Fort Worth every day. The trip is now so enjoyable and I am averaging 15.9 mpg in my new Tundra. At the 5000 mile mark the "Reqd Maintenance" light came on. The following day I took the truck in to Jerry Durant Toyota where in less than 45 minutes the oil was changed, the tires were rotated, and the 24 point inspection was completed, all at no charge. WOW.

Periodic maintenance cost less than I expected. Took less time than I estimated. Very courteous and competent service. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need - unlike wife's Pilot dealership. That other dealership is always trying to sell additional maintenance.

I was recently involved in a serious accident and as a result was left with no vehicle after mine was totaled out. This was just 2 months after getting my car back from having extensive repairds due to the spring hailstorm and tornado here in Granbury and just a week after putting on new tires and brakes. I needed a car and needed one quickly. I knew exactly what model and make I would go with and set out on a search. We found just what we were looking for immediately but did not go through with any deals because the dealerships that we dealt with tacked on so many additional fees, were not fully honest with us and had us feeling like we were doing them a favor by even coming in. I decided to just stop by and take a look at a used Rav4 I'd seen on the lot at Jerry Durant in passing and Juan was the gentleman who greeted me and answered my initial questions and let me take the car for a drive. At that point I explained my situation and made very clear that I wanted a no hassle, no haggle situation. I did like the vehicle, although I was initally looking for a completely different make and model, but what brought me back to make my purchase at Jerry Durant was Juan's excellent customer service and empathy for the position I was in. We had purchased a new vehicle from Jerry Durant awhile ago and had a good experience but this time I was making this decision by myself and was nervous, especially since I was considering the Rav4 which wasn't really what I'd set out looking for in the first place. As I said, Juan was remarkable during this process...no pressure, he went out of his way to come in on his day off just to let met drive the Rav4 again and ultimately I'd say 75% of why I went through with this purchase was the treatment I received at the dealership by everyone I encountered, in addiition to Juan and about 25% was based on my desire for that particular vehicle. When the process was complete, I drove away happier than I could have imagined, in a car I TRULY love and more than anything, will go to sleep tonight feeling peace of mind which is worth everything. I will recommend Jerry Durant to anyone who will listen and will point anyone looking to buy in Juan's direction!

I had a battery that I purchased at Durant Granbury over 2 years ago, go bad. I called April the Service Manager and explained my personal situation. She explained that I didn't need to charge my battery at home, that they, Durant, would bring a battery to my home, test all the appropriate systems and have me on my way....all at my convenience. I called when I was back in town after some personal emergency issues had been handled and spoke with George, the Maintenance Foreman, and arranged for him to personally assist with the transaction this past Saturday morning. Both George and April have ALWAYS been tops in professionalism and customer service. I'm very thankful for their kindness and understanding during a difficult situation. My loyalty to Durant is unwavering and I will both service both my cars and purchase my future cars from Durant Granbury because of these two indivduals.

Everyone I saw at the dealership was very friendly and looked happy to be there. Clean, spacious dealership with great waiting area for service department. We purchased a 2013 Highlander from Carmen Scott at Jerry Durant Toyota on August 10, 2013. We traded in a 2005 Highlander so that we could get more features and have a new car. Because our 2005 did not have navigation, Bluetooth, satellite radio, etc, Carmen took the time to explain all the features. She even set up our individual cell phones to be compatible with the car systems. She worked with us from 8:30 am to 11:30 am to make sure that we had at least a basic familiarity with the new car. In addition, she was a pleasure personally to work with.

Right from the beginning, Denise was pleasant to work with. We had about a 10 week wait before we could purchase a new vehicle. During this time, she kept in contact with us. She answered our questions, if she didn't know, she would find out. At all times leading up to our purchase, she was always honest with us. My wife and I felt that she understood the situation, having MDS cancer, and the need to make a purchase that fit our needs perfectly.Darrell Marriott, our finance coordinator, was straight forward on Mr Durants goals and mission statement. Again honest answers and help in making an affordable deal, that we both could live with. He helped us save about $1500 in finance charges to help us meet our budgeted goal.In my trip to the service department to get the inspection completed, they were done in less than 20 minutes, even though I had no appointment. I was having trouble with the blue tooth connection, and Melissa from service spent extra time with me. She made sure she answered all my questions about my new vehicle. I have bought over 35 new cars in the last 50 years, and I must admit this is one of my best car buying experiences that I have had. In my car buying quest I visited 7 other dealerships. Almost all of them were not completely honest with us. They lied about little things, and did not respect our wishes, about credit inquiries. After hearing about Prius deals on Ed Wallace's talk show, we were interested in looking at the Prius. We stopped by Jerry Durant in Granbury and were greeted by Carmen Scott. She was extremely friendly and was very familiar with the Prius. She answered all questions we asked without hesitation. We took a test drive last night and returned to pick up our new car this morning. The entire process was easy. I would recommend Carmen to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Juan Munoz was well informed and answered all our questions. We considered and test drove the Tacoma but decided it was too small, so we were headed to another dealership to compare the Chevy or Ford. Juan suggested we test drive the Tundra Platinum so we did so. The deal was just as smooth as the test drive. We honestly felt we had no reason to look any further. Darrell Marriott was very professional and explained the contract fully, there was absolutly no pressure at any point. You may be aware that Cleburne and Granbury had a F3 tornado a couple of days later. We were the lucky ones with minimum damage to our home. Juan took the time to call us "just cheking to see if we were ok and needed any help" I was truly a pleasure doing business with Jerry Durant Toyota and I intend to enjoy my Tundra for a long time.

Denise was very easy to work with. She was professional and sweet. When we needed to involve the Sales Manager, David was quite nice to deal with as well. I feel like the entire experience was good and I walked away appreciating the dealership rather than despising them as is so common with car sales. My only critique would be to speed up the 'closing' process. It's just ridiculous to mill around 1.5 hours waiting to sign a few papers. I had called the dealership on Saturday (4/20/2013) to inquire about a used Tacoma and was transferred to Nicholas. He answered all of my questions and we set up a meeting on Monday (4/22/2013). After looking and driving the vehicle I decided that I'd be driving the truck home. The whole transaction from when I arrived to leaving was about 2 and a half hours. Not only was Nicholas knowledgeable about the vehicle he offered to drive the truck to my house and had his wife pick him up. He left his truck at the dealership just to help me out because I was in my company truck. In my book that kind of service is very commendable. Not only will I recommend Jerry Durant in Granbury, but will refer potential buyers to Nicholas Jimenez.

Excellent Salesperson. Listened to what we wanted and found it. Salesperson came with us while we checked to see if Avalon would go in our garage, but do not intend to buy that day. Returned to dealership and ended up purchasing Avalon, which I love!!!! Enjoyable experience. New car - no reduction in price, but, gave us what we wanted for old car. We are now a three Toyota family and very happy with our purchases.Later, I had a minor issue with car. Called salesperson, she asked I bring the car in immediately and she was waiting on me. She took the car and had it checked out and while service was looking at it, she stayed and visited with me. When it was ready, she walked me to car and explained to not hesitate calling her if there were problems. Once again, a very nice experience. I would definitely purchase from her again and am highly recommending her to my friends.

She is knowledgeable of automobiles and pairing customer needs with the correct vehicle. Denise was knowledgeable of the Toyota that I purchased. She instructed me on both safety features and comfort details before I left the dealership. Denise took the time to demonstrate use of the blue-tooth capability of the car and modeled how to select a radio station in addition to seat adjustment, dashboard readings, and user manuals. About 6-7 months ago I found an amazing deal on my ford edge on the granbury website. As soon as I inquired about it I was contacted by Daryl Clay. He was very respectful and patient with me for I live a good distance and have a little one whih makes it hard to go test drive several cars. He answered all of my questions and he didn't just tell me the things he wanted me to know he was very honest and upfront with me about my edge. I finally got time to make the drive and see it. It was just as great as he made it out to be. We made the trade signed the papers and I was on my way. I still to this day love my ford edge. Plus my husband started looking for a truck a few weeks ago an my first thought was to email Daryl Clay. We emailed for sometime and he was so patient as we changed our budget and wants many times. He did not want us to drive all that way because he felt that he didn't have anything on his lot that would fit what we wanted but he didi put us in contact with mr.garza at the weatherford lot and surprise surprise we bought a truck yesterday. My husband loves the Turck and the buying experience was great we drove it loved it went to the finance office they chatted about football signed ppw and we were on our way. Daryl Clay has never done us wrong and we will continue to use him and Jerry Durant dealerships in the future. He will be my first call/email when we decide to get another vehicle.

They sold me a used Toyota without a jack and tool kit?!?! Seriously?!?! I've purchased many used vehicles over the years and this is the first time this has ever happened. Not something you'd expect at a Toyota dealership selling a used Toyota. We drove 50+ miles to buy the car and had to go back for a repair - not going back again. Over all experience was average but I'm glad I noticed the missing parts before my daughter left for college in the vehicle. No response to an email regarding the problem. Not wasting anymore time on this. I found replacements at a junk yard for $20 so not interested in driving to Granbury again.

I have bought multiple automobiles over the internet in the past and have always had positive experiences with other dealerships that list their inventory on cars.com. However, these guys are an absolute joke as far as "internet sales" are concerned. Consider the following scenario: 1) I contact the dealership about a vehicle in which I am quite interested (ready to buy, in fact). 2) I am directed to Daryl, the nternet sales manager I tell him up-front that I live roughly 350 miles from the dealership (one of the reasons I am shopping online, obviously). I tell him which vehicle I am interested in and he proceeds to confirm that it is available and to provide me with an over-the-phone vehicle walk around. 3) At this point, I inform him that I have my financing all setup through my local credit union and I am ready to make a deal. I tell him that the asking price is fine by me and to write up the deal sheet and I will be glad to put a deposit on the vehicle until I can get to the dealership on Saturday (this is on a Thursday). He informs me that they do not utilize the deposit process. So I tell him that is fine, just write-up the deal sheet and fax it to my credit union and I will be by on Saturday to pick up the vehicle. Sounds like the easiest sale in history right?au contraire4) At this juncture, Daryl informs me that they o not do business that wayand I will need to come by at my earliest convenience (once again, I live 350 miles away, and I obviously have to work 5 days a week, so that I can make the payments on the car!). He then proceeds to tell me that when I get there I will need to sit down with their finance manager and be presented with various financing scenarios, which I can ake or leaveand that the closing process will be the moothest and easiestI have ever been through. This simply will not work for me, as the only time I could make it to the dealership would obviously be on a Saturday, when my credit union is closed. Also, why on earth do I want to waste hours of my time (5 1/2 hours from home) talking to a finance manager, when I already have the financing I want in hand? Clearly, the shtick with the nternet sales departmentat this dealership is to try and steer you to their in-house financing. That is all fine, but why on earth would you turn down a full price offer from a willing, able and ready buyer who has financing in hand? It would have been the easiest car deal in historyut I guess that ust not how they do business

In the past I used Weatherford Toyota to purchase my automobiles and for the service department. I purchased my Toyota Tundra from the Granbury dealership and this dealership's service department is more accesible for me at this time. April has met me at the door of service the last few visits I brought my truck or my daughters Corolla in for service. She always makes me feel welcome and she knows I am always in a hurry. I have always been satisfied with the quick and friendly service in the past. But last week April outdid herself. She was awesome. I brought my daughtrs Corolla in for new ties. I got in a loaner and went to work, returing at the end of the day to pick up the car. April had new tires put on, the car was aligned, the oil was changed and the state inspection sticker was updated. I know April found me the best possible price she could, it was amazing. Because of this most recent experience when April gave me amazing service at an amazing low price, it has solidified me as a loyal customer to this service department (as long as April is there). She did an outstanding job for me as I am sure she does for all her customers. She is an asset to the service department and I truly appreciate all she does. Thank you.

I've been dealing with Durant since 2007, before they opened in Granbury. I was very fortunate to have George as my mechanic to work on my vehicle in Weatherford.When Granbury location came into existence, I was lucky to have George transfer to Granbury and eventually have Kevin become the Service Manager and build a team of Assistant Managers, like April and Melissa. My last visit was this past Monday to have my normal 5,000 mile service done on my 2005 4 Runner, when George brought to my attention a possible serious situation with front end axle boot that had been leaking and could lead to further damage to the front axle and 4 wheel drive function. I left the car in VERY capable hands knowing George would take great care of the mechanical side of the needed service. He also has an excellent customer understanding and skill to listen and construe what the customer concerns are and address them in an understanding manner, while explaining what the pro's and cons might be if the repair(if detrimental to the car or passengers) is not remedied.He's the best!!!While I was pondering my next step, Kevin, knowing they had no loaners available at the present moment, did everything he could to secure me a car. Any by golly within 10 minutes, I had a loaner available. His understanding of a customers time, possible frustration with the car repair(bill)etc, made the experience very bearable.He's been a great asset in dealing with customer service issues and a definite positive for Durant Toyota!!!Melissa, was super busy(since April was on vacation), but you wouldn't know it! She greeted not only me, as if I was the only one there, but I noticed she treated all the other customers with the utmost respect and courtesy, while scurring to be certain all services were being attended to for those who had cars in service.My hats off to Kim in parts, even though I had no occasion to buy parts this day, she always has a smile and a greeting of welcome. I purchased a 2008 Lexus 350 last year (used) from Denise. My purchase with them was top rated. Last month my wife drove up on a tree stump in a parking lot doing over 7,000 dollars of front damage. I took it to the recommended place my Ins. company suggested, Terry Durant body shop in Weatherford,Tx. Cody, met us at the door said everything would be like new when they finished. Great service there. A week or so later I took the car into the shop in Granbury (Jerry Durant) for an oil change. I had just put new tires on and wanted the Nitrogen instead of air. Kevin was looking the the repair work and noticed the fan blade rubbing one of the lines near the radiator. He suggested I leave the car and take a loaner so they could repair the blade. After having it home for two days, I noticed a pool of liquid under the car. I called Kevin told him what I had found and he asked that I bring It by the so they could have a look. They found the radiator to be defective at one of the connections and replaced it with a new one. Long story short Our trip to California was coming up soon and if kevin and his team had not been so thorough in their work I Could see my Wife and me out in the lonely part of the panhandle stranded. The greatest auto service I have ever enjoyed in a dealership, and I have bought many cars in my day, is the Jerry Durant Toyota in Granbury with Kevin Williams and his associates, April Kitching and Melissa Cates. Its all about service with a smile and really caring about their work for their customers, Almost makes you want to break down again so you can go back!!. BOB W. HORTON...............

I noticed a wheel baring on my 2002 Prius going bad and took it in to JERRY DURANT TOYOTA to have it serviced. April Kitching the service manager informed me that I was right and a wheel baring was going bad. They did not have one in stock and would have to keep the car for a day or two. They would give me a loner while they kept mine. They didn't have a Prius loner. While I was waiting I went and looker at the new Prius-es and met Denise Bone. She took me out on a demo drive in a new 2012 Prius and we talked about trading in my 2002 Prius. I couldn't afford a new one. Then she mentioned the had a 2010 that had been traded in. I didn't think I could afford it ether but she and Will Green set it up for me to take it home as the loner while my car was being worked on and allow me to check my finances. When I came back Will was able to get me a financier with good interest rates and more for my trade in. Denise got me the CARFAX and some personal history on the 2010 Prius. This all condensed my that I should go ahead and buy the 2010 Prius. Denise and Will both went above the normal in helping me make the decision to buy the car. April Kitching was very good at informing me about the service needed on my (2002 Prius) car. All in all it was well above average car buying experience.

My toyota tundra was vandalized while at work on a friday afternoon. Kevin assisted me over the phone to determine what was wrong with my truck. He then found a wrecker service for me. Three hours later I arrived at Durant Toyota where Kevin had a loaner car ready and available for me to drive. April was great, as always, in working with the insurance adjuster and having my truck repaired in a timely manner. I felt very safe and confident about having my truck towed and leaving it with them to be repaired. Derek and Cari went out of their way to assist me with an antenna and with paperwork for my insurance company. The whole experience with Durant Toyota was friendly, and I feel I could trust these people with more than just my vehicle if I had to. I'm 52 and this was the easiest, smoothest, and fastest I've ever bought a car. Hal is an excellent salesman and the finance office was courteous, fast and extremely accomodating. From the time we walked on to the lot til we left with the 2003 T-Bird, we were treated with respect and we felt no pressure what so ever. I bought my Rav4 at the Brownwood dealership, an hours drive away from me, in 2001. After a brief struggle over my trade-in value, I left the lot with my new car and free oil changes for the life of the car. That dealership was sold after a couple of years, and the quality of service went into a steep nose dive. Two years ago, they damaged my car when I brought it in for service and claimed it was like that when I brought it in. After calling me a liar and a scam artist wanting free repair, I vowed never to step into a Toyota dealership again. That all changed when I noticed a new Toyota dealership being built in Granbury, a 45 minute drive the other way. I decided to take a chance with them and couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. The waiting room is like someone's cozy family room. And everyone is happy and smiling. And instead of waiting 3 hours for my oil change, it was a less than an hour. Jerry Durant's dealership should be a model for all service centers everywhere.

Denise Bone is the reason I became a Durant customer for life. She either answered the phone when I called or called me back soon thereafter. She is still providing service after the sale with an occasional call to make sure that any question I may have gets answered. She introduced me to several of her co-workers in different departments with whom I would have occasion to see again, all of whom were equally attentive and showed genuine interest in providing me with a higher level of customer service than I have ever imagined possible. My own job requires that I provide a high level of customer service and I learned some new things from Denise and others at the dealership.I have no need of shopping around the next time I buy a car because it would be a waste of my time to try to find a better dealership or better people within a dealership. Nobody tried to over-sell me anything, rather they clearly presented what various options were available and let me decide on my own with no pressure whatsoever. The car I traded-in was in a nearby body shop being repaired from colliding with a deer and Denise and others evaluated my car at that shop in its state of disrepair and still gave me a good trade-in. This is the first car-buying experience I have ever had in forty years of buying cars that I felt so good during and after the process. Just bought our third new car from this dealer, which makes the second one from Denise Bone, who does internet sales. Denise is a wonderful salesperson to deal with. She works very hard to find the vehicle that you want, and then get it brought into the dealership. Pricing is "no nonsense". She lays the invoice on the table which eliminates most all of the haggling. You can then focus on what options you want on a vehicle. She has never been high pressure nor pushy. Denise stays on top of the deal throughout the process to ensure customer satisfaction. She is there for the buyer after the sale!Doyle Maynard, the Sales Manager, is a first class individual to deal with also. He supports Denise to get the deal done. In my case, this involved some problem solving with the other dealer who they were trading vehicles with to get the one we wanted. Working with Denise and Doyle is nothing like what buying a car used to be like. They function as customer advocates, not advisaries, what a pleasant change!Service at Durant is top flight. April is a very straight shooter and does a great job of explaining service options and looking for the most efficient use of your money. Mike in sales was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Although I bought my Prius from another dealership, I brought it for service at this dealership for the past couple years. April in Service Dept was always very pleasant and helpful, and all service completely taken care. This dealership has great follow-up and also responds back quickly to any inquires.

No high pressure which we appreciated, but Mike followed up with us after our first visit, then when we went back to test drive the car, he was very friendly and helpful. Worked with management to get to where we needed to be in order to buy the car. Followed up with us more than once after the sale, and answered questions we had on syncing the garage door opener. Eddie was very informative, friendly, and funny.

Clay Estes greeted me on the parking on November 4, 2011, when I whizzed in to take a quick look at a new Toyota Tacoma. I was driving a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was fairly late in the evening, but Clay went ahead and showed me a couple of trucks. I went back on Saturday, November 5, and he showed me a couple of new trucks and a 2010 Lexus RX350. It was a tough decision to pass up the red Toyota Tacoma, but I decided the Lexus would be better on my back, which had been giving me some grief. Clay was a great salesman and entertained all my ideas about cars and trucks, helping me make a well-suited selection that meets my needs physically and emotionally. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. He got me a good deal, a good trade price for my car, and also worked with Eddie Bermea and had no problem getting Eddie to treat me right. Both guys are top in my book! Another potential buyer had "first dibs" on it, but we ended up with it. We were very satisfied with the way they met our price when finalizing the deal, including the value of the trade-in. I was looking for a good used Toyota Tundra. Hal told me that they had a local trade-in from an elderly gentleman who had his vehicle serviced at the dealership and decided to trade it in. The vehicle was incredibly clean and well maintained. The mileage was below average and tires, batteries, and brakes were new. Doyle Maynard pulled the service history and brought it out to me. He got every answer to questions I asked about the truck. Doyle and Hal make the vehicle buying experience pleasurable and they want you as a customer to be satisfied with every aspect of the deal. We just moved back for the Houston/Austin area and are very impressed with a dealership that actually cares about customer satisfaction. This is very hard to find in the area we moved from. Jerry Durant Toyota is worth the drive from anywhere in Texas.

I visited Jerry Durant Toyota because my vehicle was consuming motor oil at a quart every week. I also was due for my regular oil change and had a problem with the rubber pad on my parking brake pedal falling off.I was told come get my vehicle because it was ready.I showed up and was told the drain plug was loose and that was the problem. I then told April Lane that it does not leave any spots in the garage and I have had a few oil changes since I noticed the problem so that could not be the case.I asked to speak with the mechanic so he could tell me what he found "Kale Ogden" came inside and said the Drain Plug was loose and that was the problem. I told him why I was sure that was not the cause for the oil consumption and that I had noticed a wet spot on the under carriage. He agreed to put the vehicle back on the lift so we could take a look. I went to the garage and showed him the wet spot and he then told me it was the transmission leaking. I asked why no one bothered to mention I had a transmission leak and he said it appeared to be a small leak and it should not matter. He then told me that he had just assumed that I was either exaggerating or did not know what I was looking at on the dip stick and that is why he had assumed it was leaking at the drain plug.I then told him how much oil it was loosing and that I believed the motor was actually burning the oil. He walked to the rear of my vehicle and shined a light in the tail pipe then told me to come take a look.The inside was wet and black with a very greasy residue and he agreed oil was making its way out through the tailpipe. I then asked about warranty coverage for both the oil consumption and transmission leak because I payed for extra coverage. He said we needed to talk with April Lane about getting a Claims Adjuster to come out because replacing the motor would be costly for them to do.She came out and told me that I needed to keep an eye on the oil level and report how much I was needing to add so they could have the data for an oil consumption test.I then asked Kale how much oil he had put in the motor he told me 5.5 Quarts.I told him it has a capacity with filter of only 5 quarts and I didn't appreciate them deliberately over filing it in an attempt to hide the problem longer. Especially when they assigned me homework of monitoring oil levels. When you pull the dip stick its well over the max line thanks to Kale April promised to call me back in a few hours with news from the warranty company. I went outside to my car and found what looked like a repaired rubber cover on my parking brake pedal. I touched it and it fell off. they had simply put the broken part back on and did not mention it to me. I found April again and asked her why it was still broken and she told me that was not covered by the warranty. I only said I needed it fixed and had no implied that I expected it to be a free repair. I then left and waited for a call.....7 days later I called her back she told me she was still waiting on the warranty department and that's why she had not called even to give me an update and she would call againShe called me back and said that I would have to drive 1000 miles before coming back so they could see how much oil it had used (which wont be an accurate test with an over filled motor) and I will have used 1000 miles of my warranty to do diagnostic work.She then told me that if they took the motor apart only certain things are covered and After internal examination I may get stuck with the entire bill.These warranties sound like they cover everything when they want your money, Then when you need to use it they tell you it may not cover of all things the motor??What is a Powertrain Warranty For? Maybe my oil burning motor and Leaking transmission??

We were greeted at the dealership by a slaesman who was very nice, but we requested Clay Estes. He got Mr. Estes for us and we told him why we were there and asked for assistance to see the particular vehicle. After test driving that particular vehicle we asked to see a larger vehicle that we had seen on the show room floor. He did not argue or give us a thousand questions he just said if you think you like it better I will get one for you to see. He did and the rest of the story was that we bought the 2nd vehicle and are very proud we did. Clay treated us as though we were family and did anything and all possible to make us feel comfortable and satisfied with going to Jerry Durant Toyota Dealership. We do not buy new cars very often and we dreaded this trip, but never again if I can get service this good.

Just went to the Granbury Toyota to look and see if I even wanted a Toyota. I had a Lexus previously. I really did like the Highlander after driving it. Doyle made a workable trade in deal and I was able to get the Highlander for the price I wanted. Clay was really easy to work with (not pushy) and stayed late to help us out, and so did Doyle. Nice people to work with, both of them. I had been to this dealership before to get my oil changed in my Lexus and everyone was always so nice.

Initially, I dreaded the process of car buying as I began the search for my teenage son's first car because past experiences have not been great. Several metroplex dealers we've recently visited have been just plain scary for a variety of reasons. What a surprise it was when I found the perfect car in my "own backyard" at Jerry Durant Toyota in my neighboring town of Granbury (I live in nearby Tolar). The atmosphere was easygoing, and Hal kindly babysat me throughout the process. What a nice man. I felt completely at ease with him as my salesman. Eddie was funny, helpful and personable on the finance/credit end of it. Both gentlemen could not have been nicer, and they are definitely an asset to the dealership. I have never had a better car-buying experience, and I would highly recommend Jerry Durant Toyota to anyone, near or far, who is considering a car purchase.

I had been working with Denise over a six month period of time. We drove 4 hours round trip to deal with Denise. We were not rushed and felt that Denise listened to our concerns and needs. We would deal with her again. Eddie was very friendly and I appreciated working with him. I did feel very rushed as it was closing time. I also got a call on Monday, as there were questions regarding our interest rate. I felt that this should have been resolved when we left the dealership because I had applied for the loan prior to going to the dealership. I liked this dealership better tghan our local dealership. In August, 2010, we purchased what we thought was a great vehicle from a very thoughtful and caring sales person, Winn Parr. We had no issue with the sales portion of our experience. It all went down hill when we tried to purchase an add on, an XM Satelite receiver. The service department damaged the interior of the vehicle which caused several rattles and was asked to replace the damaged parts ie, dash, bent or broken plastic covers, torn weather strip, damaged console, and more. They replaced the dash with one of the wrong color. It had to be replaced, again. The plastic covers on the door jams were damaged and had to be replaced. The driver's seat had bad foam and needed to be replaced. When we got the car back, the plastic on the door and the post were scratched, again and the leather on the seat was torn. Another replacement was seat cover ordered. When we got the car back there was more damage caused by the service department. This type of service went on for an entire year and was never resolved. After we received the car from service the last time, there was more damaged caused by the incompetent service technicians. Fed up we contacted Toyota. Toyota contacted the dealership which stated that they have done all they could and would not do anymore.We are not complainers and we do not have unreasonable demands. However the damage to our vehicle, we believe, was so blatant that it was intentional.The dealership won. Our last word was to purchase another vehicle from Winn Parr. However, he now works at the Ford dealership. We love our new Explorer.We will never own another Toyota and will discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership.

JANET HURST showed my son and I a 2003 mustang mach1(we loved it).We went through all the paperwork(it was very simple),and I drove it home that night.Three days later,I returned with the car having A/C and BATTERY problems.Janet had the mechanics inspect the vehicle and report their findings.I simply couldn't afford to pay to have it fixed.She offered to replace the battery herself but,that still wasn't enough money off the total balance for me to be able to get it fixed(and be reliable)so,I could drive my son back to Foster,OK.(where he and his mother live).I would need to rent a vehicle from Enterprise Car Rental just to get him home.She spoke with her sales manager and was given the go ahead to give me a "loaner".She gave me the most AWSOME news. I have bought several new cars throughout my (long) life and Darrell was the nicest, friendliest, honest, and sincerest sales person I have ever worked with. He was also courteous and mostly he was very informative. He knew the products extremely well and his continous follow up throughout the process and communication was excellent! I was looking at several car dealer ships in the area, but bought from Jerry Durant because of the customer service following the sale and Darrell - yes, he was that good! Everyone I met at the dealer ship was wonderful including Janet Hurst who helped me out when Darrell was not available. This car-buying experience was one of the best we've ever had! We did not feel pressured in any way, yet Gio was both helpful and informative when necessary. Eddie was great to work with as well. Sometimes the process of buying a car can be long, confusing, and exhausting. Not so in this instance, in fact on Saturday, the entire process was only an hour or so and very pain-free. We are extremely satisfied customers who appreciate the experience of working with down-to-earth, friendly sales associates and finance personnel. We will gladly return to this dealership in the future the next time we are seeking to purchase a vehicle.

Our experience at Durant of Granbury was superior to 3 other dealerships we had contacted when searching for a good used Tundra for our son. Noel was friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to help in any way to make a great deal and trade. There was never any feeling of high pressure sales or a rush to make a decision. Doyle and Andrew were very gracious in discussing pricing and trade in value while Eddie worked hard to find the best finance rates. Since our son was a first time buyer it was most important to find a place that offered a great value and product as well as integrity and service. Kevin in the service department even took time to answer questions about the truck and warranty details. From the first time we called Derek he was so nice and gave us all the information about the FJ Cruiser. We came from McKinney, Texas about 100 miles away. If Derek had not being great we would have not gone to see the car and then bought it. Eddie help us with all the finance and he too has great. We will always be thankful, for the service give to us.

The salesman Noel Rivera meet me on the lot as I was looking at trucks. We went thru the truck. We looked at the interior and went over the exterior and opened the hood checked out the motor. went over horse power, drive train and gear ratios. The power train was important to me. The type truck they had worked for me. We got a fair trade in and fair price was given to us on the new truck. They had the color my wife wanted. The sales manager and Noel did a very good job to fit our needs for a truck and the right price. Was going to look at fords next but there was no need for it. I was very happy this truck was built in Tx. by Texans that is not a union factory.

It was a pleasure to deal with Noel when I was looking for another vehicle to drive. I first met him on a Sunday night after the dealership was already closed. At that time, I was looking at a used 4 runner, and even though they were already closed, Noel went and got the keys to let me look at the vehicle. I ended up buying a used Tundra, and dealing with Noel was great. I really appreciated his honesty and not being overly "pushy" while I was still trying to decide what I wanted to buy. I was also going to go and look at another Tundra from another dealership. Noel asked me what it would take to buy the one he had. I told him what I wanted, and he made it happen. There was no back-and-forth haggling and a deal was made right on the spot. I agreed to buy it without even seeing the other Tundra.It truly was one of the most stress-free experiences I have ever had when buying a vehicle. When I need to buy another vehicle, I'm going to find Noel first.

At Jerry Durant Toyota there was no pressure. I have been to some dealerships that sworm you like flies, this was not the case at Jerry Durants. I went in on a Tuesday and told Noel that I would come back on Saturday. I recieved one nice email thanking me for coming in. Thier whole team was very professional. Noel was able to answer all of my questions. I look forward to doing more business with them.

Very friendly service and no high pressure sales tactics like I experienced at Toyota of Grapevine.Denise showed me the car, let me drive it, did not try and sell me on extras and sat and visited with me until the finance guy Eddie was finished with a previous customer. Eddie once again did not try and sell me anything and gave me a low interest rate right off then handed me off to Carl to explain all the features of the car I purchased.

Larry Molenburg was very good to us. He understood what we were looking for and brought the cars to us. I had a problem with the car and within 48 hours Larry and Danny Coonrad were able to help me out. These gentlemen didnt have to do what they did because it was a AS IS deal but they help me out and for that I am happy with my experience with your dealership. The longest wait I had was waiting for my finance company to send the blank check to Larry which was my fault because I misspelled his email address. We were in, test drove the cars, and out. It wasnt the dreadful waiting at the dealership experience. The car had an air conditioning issue before I got home 85 mile away. Larry and Danny help me out and the car was fixed at the repair facility in Weatherford TX. I had a loaner car that was newer then the one I purchased it was nice. Overall these guys are awesome and did more than they had to to help me. I will buy again for this dealership and these gentlemen if not used then new. A week later I am still happy : )

On a day when the wind was blowing 40 mph, I was surprised when Matt came out on the lot to assist me. I really appreciated him being available to answer my windblown questions. When it became apparent that what I was looking for was not in the local inventory, Matt and Carl worked very hard to find a vehicle which fit my requirements. Once a vehicle was located, Carl made the contacts and arrangements to have it in my hands within two business days. Matt then went over all the functions with me in great detail. This is my second Toyota FJ purchase from this dealership. I have always been happy with their service, friendliness, etc, which is why I am a return customer. When I totaled my special edition,customized 2007 Toyota FJ in 2009 I did not realize that it was one of a kind. When I got ready to purchase again in 2011 I found that I could not get the same special edition in a 2011 model. After having a really bad experience at a local dealership I decided to call Jerry Durant Toyota after seeing an ad in the newspaper. I was lucky to have found a great dealership with a great sales person- Darrell Marriott. It wasn't like the big citysales people pushing a car on you he listened and obviously understood exactly what I was lookin for. It took me a while to decide on exactly what car I wanted but he did keep in touch with me and was never ever pushy. He came in on his day off to make sure my new (used)car was gased up and ready to go when I got there. I would definately recommend anyone looking for a new car or a used car to visit Darrell or one of the other sales people at Jerry Durant Toyota in Grandbury. Love my car.

We wanted to look at a new mid-sized Toyota and were shown some to consider. The salesman knew enough about the features to lead us to the one just right for us. The staff was friendly and helpful answering our questions, the dealership was spotless with appealing decor, and the service department was modern and clean. Even though we might have found a better deal elsewhere, we wanted to buy at home to be close for service.

I have purchased (4) Toyota's over the past years from Durant an have always had them serviced with Durant ,first in Weatherford and now in Granbury. Recently I rec'd a recall notice on my 2011 Sienna and upon bringing it in for the fix, I was met by April a recent addition to the service staff. She was most professional and was fully aware of the recall and why it was necessary to fix it. I had not made an appointment but also needed an oil change in addition to recall. She had me in and out in less than hour complete with a wash job. Jerry's got themselves a real service rep. with this young lady, a real people person, who knows her business

I am pleased with the results of the sale with regards to finance rate, warranty, monthly payments. I was not pleased with the way the information was presented. I do not like canned packages. I like straight forward info about rates, price, ttl. I never once say the computer screen when the finance person was doing the calculations. It felt a little pressured in respects to what was going to be negotiated in the contract.

My wife and I came to Durant Toyota looking for an economical car, and met Darrell Marriott. This young man was verry friendly and extremly polite. He knew alote about the cars and helped us to get more car than we expected. We were looking at carolla's and he found one with more fetures and a chepper price than we expected. Even with a test drive we were in and out in about 2 hours or less. This was the best car buing experience my wife and I have ever had. I would recomend Durant toyota and Darrell Marriott to everyone and he even recomended a great place to go eat at while we were in Grandbury, Babe's chicken try it you'll love it.

Darrell Marriott was the sales associate who worked with my senior citizen mother to find a vehicle that she would be comfortable driving. He was extremely patient with her and and after trying out several new models, worked with her to find a previously owed model that was comfortable and also better financially for her. He was knowledgeable about the products, and if he did not know the answer, was very quick to say so and immediately researched and found it. He provided me with all the necessary information I needed to assist Mom in making a decision while at the dealership and via phone calls and e-mail as I live in Fort Worth. We had been at the dealership before lunch and after deciding on a car to buy, it was early afternoon as they were getting it ready to drive home. Without asking, Darrell loaned us a car and bought us lunch while they finished. Mom is a diabetic and really appreciated the extra service and consideration. Retired now, I spent several years working with dealerships from the manufacturing side across the country. I would not hesitate to recommend Durant Toyota of Granbury and particularly, Darrell Marriott, as the place to buy your next Toyota. Everyone, including the Sales Manager, F/I, and receptionist were helpful and professional in every way. It was a good buying experience and Darrell will most likely get fruit cake cookies this Christmas.

I have been purchasing new automobiles since 1972 and have never experienced a more pleasant sales experience than at Jerry Durant Toyota in Granbury Texas. Any other dealership I dread going into, always presure to buy a vehicle even if you are there only for service. Jerry Durant Toyota gives you a fair deal, which is still profitable for the dealership, but sitll very attractive to the consumer as well. It has always been a "win/win" deal for me. I have purchase a 2010 Sienna van and 2011 Tacoma pickup truck through Jerry Durant Toyota of Granbury. I have been well responded to by both Sales ( Carl Turney Sales ) and every one else who services the customer thanks to the oversight of Chad Page. If you are need of routine Toyota service, you can not beat the service As far as I am concerned there is no other dealership to purchase a new Toyota than Jerry Durant of Granbury.

Have been to this dealership several times for parts and service. They have always been very friendly and willing to help. When my wife and I were considering a down sizing in vehicles, our sales guy, Eddie, was very patient with us as we looked at different vehicles. When we decided on a Prius, we told him we would have to wait a day to pick it up because we have a large item to pick up out of town and we did not believe it would fit. Eddie asked us to go ahead and stop by the dealership and gave us a truck to use for the night. The over all experience was great and we will be back if we are ever in the market for another vehicle.

Denise called me at home and also sent emails to help me replace a used vehicle that had been totaled in a recent accident. She was friendly, helpful, but not pushy. I enjoyed working with her. She hunted some vehicles for me and then located one I found online. when I came to test drive it she had it waiting by the door. Since it was a used Ford, she even took it to the Ford dealership to have an extra key made at no cost to me. I think she went beyond expectations, too, as we got in to drive off after the sale when she said she had the gas tank filled up, too!! Thanks, Denise for extra special service. I was still a little in shock from the accident, and Denise made buying a replacement car easy. I am extremely happy with my used car purchase. It looks, smells, and drives like brand new.

Denise was very responsive to calls and inquiries. She provided me with the answers I needed without giving me more than I needed or wanted. I had a small window to complete the transaction due to other appts, and Denise made it all happen. It was early in the morning, but she got everything together quickly with very little advanced notice. She represents the dealership very well. If I need to buy another car, I will definitely look at Jerry Durant Toyota, and I will ask for Denise.

1.very refreshing in that they tried to determine what we were and were not interested in as far as options, color, etc.,rather than trying to sell us what they showed us or what they had on the lot. we knew we wanted a tundra. they found almost the exact truck including color that we wanted at another dealership and obtained it for us, even though they had to go half way across the state. 2. they were very friendly and personable. 3. there was a noticable lack of b.s. and treating you as if you didn't have a clue about a vehicle or buying one. don't get me wrong, there was some, but not much. 4. they negotiated a very good price. 5. most importantly, since the truck had to brought in, we closed the deal then and picked up the truck the next week and it did not have the tires we agreed on. they showed great integrity in the way they handled that by obtaining the correct tires and swapping them out. 6. it was a very pleasant experience in buying a vehicle and i have no qualms about recommending their dealership. sincerely jb abilene,tx

The time i spent looking for a truck took alot of my time untill i found Jerry Durant toyota in grandbury. Many delerships i went to simply dint give me the time of day or really seem to care if i bought a truck from them or not. Denise and Chad were very friendly and helpful. Also they were extraordinarily accommodating. When I discovered I had no check on me, Chad allowed me to put the down payment on my credit card. He found ways to make the price what I needed it to be. I was even allowed to take the car to my mechanic some 45 minutes away to check it over for me. After the car was made ready, Denise even offered to deliver the car to me to ease the pick up situation. It was so worth my drive out of the metroplex to trade with them. I did not get put in a room and be forced to wait for manager approval of my offer. It was all straightforward and quickly dealt. It was the way all car transactions should go. I felt honored and not badly treated as at too many other dealerships. Also, the building was new and quite nice and comfortable for my elderly mother to wait for me.

my wife and i started the buying process through the internet ... she was talking to 'durant' while i was talking w/vandergriff ... not here to bash 'vandergriff', but to praise jerry durant's folks ... the are in granbury and so are we ... we were greeted by denise gentry and expressed our desires to her ... we wanted a high trade in on our 2007 toyota 4-runner and a great price on a new won ... we drove the 4-runner ... the my wife looked at me and saw that i was looking intently at a 'tricked-up', venza' ... she said, i think that car is calling your name ... so we did a test drive on a venza ... we are a 4 time 4-runner owner and switched to the venza ... the price was amazing ... we told denise which 'venza we wanted ... we filled out a minimal amoumt of paper work ... then waited a very short time for the manager to accept/reject our offer and for the trade in value on our 2007 4-runner ... the trade in value was more than acceptable and the sales price was about as good as one could ever hope for ... now about denise and eddie bermea ... denise was A+ from begging to end of this deal ... carole and i both felt at home and in good hands ... both she and eddie were most personable ... the fiancial end of the deal was w/eddie ... great personality, smart and well, geez dare i say it ... 'honest' ... truly felt he had out best interests at hearts ... at the end of the day, we bought the 'venza', great interest rate, great price, good trade in, ... auto had every bell and whistle available ...i not only would recommend 'durant' to friends, but to my family ... just about the highest regard i could give to anyone ... many thxrick case

I enjoyed talkinjg to him and when we came to drive the car, he trusted us to drive it and make a decision. When I traded in my car and was waiting for the new car to arrive, he provided me with a loaner car to get to and from work and helped me htrought he entire process. He has set up a time to go through all the highlights of the new car with me and will sync my phone to the bluetooth in the new car. My entire buying experience at Jerry Durant was great. Nothing makes me madder than games most dealerships play during the buying process but at Jerrys there was none of that. I contacted the dealership via web chat on their website and just told them what I wanted to trade and where I wanted to be on payments on a new Tundra. Within an hour the sales manager (Chad) called me back and said he believes they can make the deal so I made appointment with them that night. When I arrived at the dealership the salesman (Darrell) met me at the truck which was already pulled up to the front with the keys in hand for that truck and another he wanted me to look at. After looking both trucks over we when inside to work a deal but to my surprise they didnt try to get more for the truck I picked even though it cost a little more than the one we spoke about on the phone. They also gave me the high side of what Black Book said my vehicle was worth and discounted the new vehicle substantially to be able to make the deal. There was not haggling involved at the end to get the payment to what they said they could do over the phone which I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. Eddie in financing went over all the paperwork thoroughly and gave great insight to all of the added coverages available but didnt try to force any of the additional coverages onto the deal. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour & half with my new truck and I didnt have to sit there and do the usual back and forth with the manager for hours. The staff at Jerry Durant is honest and to the point (No Games). Just call them up and tell them what you want and where you need to be and they will let you know up front if they can make the deal.

Matt has gone above and beyond a typical "sales" transaction! He even goes so far as to make sure that my car stays clean! Now THAT'S service! The dealership is clean, organized and VERY professional! I felt no pressure to make a decision and felt as if I had made the right decision after I had shopped around.

Our sales rep, Denise, was efficient and professional. We tried to work with dealers in our home city of Fort Worth, but had a much better experience at Jerry Durant. I felt like Denise was able to view things from our perspective as buyers, and that made us much more comfortable.

After emailing the dealership, Denise called right away and set up an appointment for a test drive. Upon arrival, the truck was out front and ready. Denise was courteuos and professional,answering my questions. She made sure we were comfortable. The financing was quick and easy. This was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.

Bob Robb was very friendly and worked very hard to please us.I bought a Camry for my wife on Christmas Eve. I travel with my job and I decided to buy a Tacoma that I found on the internet last week. Bob helped me with all of the sales details on the phone with me or my wife. He had all of the information he needed from me so on my way home from the airport I stopped and drove the truck and purchased it also. My time at home is very valuable to me and it only took about a hour to do all of the sales and paperwork. He had it detailed the next morning at 9:00 I picked it up.If I buy another car I surely will look Bob up at Jerry Durant Toyota.Also another associate at the dealership helped me hook up my phone to the Blue tooth. We recently bought a 2010 Toyota Sienna from Jerry Durant. Michelle was our salesperson and Will was the finance guy. They were both on the ball and paid attention to what we wanted. They were quick to get back to us and answer all of our questions. Will abd Michelle worked hard to get us in the van for exactly what we wanted. While waiting, the service manager came out and introduced himself. After the deal was done Michelle called to check in and make sure we were still pleased and that we didnt have any questions. We are very happy with our experience and will recomend them to everyone.

We initially preferred a Camry but still looked at Hondas, Fords, and Buicks. The Camry had the features we wanted. The main one: the power passenger seat with the cloth seat (not leather). The sales rep was patient with us; he didn't try to hurry us.

The friendliness of everyone at Jerry's is wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you are being taken care of. I am new to using Blue Tooth capable equipment. I was very impressed with their patience in going over how to use it. Also their patience in showing me how to use the radio.

Found the last 2010 tacoma TRD double cab they had online, we traveled to Granbury from Tyler, tx. (168 mi). our sales assoc. Carl Turney was very nice, easy to work with, no gimmicks. just straight forward, nice , courteous salesman. great price, very nice, new dealership. the only reason my wife and i would travel that far to purchase a new truck. it was a great buying experience. financing was quick & easy. great people to work with. I love this dealership. I bought my daughter a car there about 2 years ago and was very happy then. I decided I needed something a little bit bigger than what I was driving and they were the only dealership I considered even though I had moved from the area. It was well worth the trip. Their staff goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers including staying open much later while I explored my options. With the large selection it was hard to choose. On this occasion I worked with Darrell Marriot and Will Green who are very courteous, answered all my questions, and were very kind and patient with me. I have met other staff there on other occasions while having my daughter's car maintence service done and they are all exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. There service department is one of the best I've ever been in.

My experience with Durant Toyota was by far the best I have ever had with ANY dealership. From the first conversation I had with Darrell, my salesman, I knew I was at the right place and would be taken care of 100 percent. I was right! Darrell & I were looking at the inventory when the sales manager, Chad, went out of his way to greet me and be sure I was being taken care of. I never once felt like I was being pressured to buy something I didn't want, & I didn't have to haggle back and forth to get a good honest price; it was just right already! It more than surprised me when I received follow up calls from both Darrell & Chad making sure I was happy with my purchase. Even in finance with Will, I can only say great things. I've definitely found the dealership with the best staff, service, quality & quantity of inventory, and the list goes on. I will never look any further than Jerry Durant for all my future car & truck buying needs. I contacted several local dealerships online and requested a price on my new Toyota Tacoma. Jerry Durant Toyota made the purchase so easy and smooth! After receiving a price, I called and spoke to them on the phone. They made an appointment for me to come in the next day to pick up my new truck. When I arrived, the truck was clean,full of gas and ready to go. The paperwork was ready to sign and I was treated with the utmost courtesy. The process was quick and easy. The staff was knowedgeable and friendly. And best of all, I got a GREAT truck at a GREAT price! Well worth the drive to Granbury!

We were promptly greeted by Hal Norman when we arrived at the dealership. We took a test drive on a 2010 Toyota Camry and came back to his office to continue talking about buying this car that we test drove and really liked. Hal was very patient and friendly with us in letting us know what our options were and what else they dealership could do in helping us but a cat from them. We liked the offer that they gave us and decided to go ahead and buy the 2010 Toyota Camry. We then waited about 15-20 minutes to sit down and talk with the business manager, Will Green and he was also very friendly and patient with us and letting us what out options were and how much it would cost to buy the car. My wife and I never felt any pressure from them the whole time that we were there and that is something that I look for when I am buying a car. We were treated like we were like family and not just another customer. They did everyting that they said they would do with regards to buying a car from them and there were no changes or surprises as we went through the buying process.This dealership went above and beyond what one would normally expect when it comes to buying a car. Durant Toyota has gained another loyal customer and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future and will let my friends, co-workers, and anybody else know that they will find what they are looking for when it comes to buying a car and will also become a customer for life.

My husband & I were shopping new cars on the internet which led us to Jerry Durant Toyota in Granbury. We called and spoke with Carl on the phone & felt that he was very informative, but also encouraged us to come to the dealership and that he would make sure we received a good deal. Carl was all about customer service and treated us with the upmost respect. He was very friendly and my husband and I felt very comfortable the entire time we were at the dealership. Carl was upfront with us about our tradein and we had a lot of respect for him. When meeting the sales manager chad he was also very up front with us and showed us the deal that had been worked out. Everyone was very informative, but also very caring about their clients. I will definitely send referrals their way. I have never been treated so well at a dealership, and I would like to thank Carl, Chad, and Will for such a great experience.

When I asked for a price, Chad came up with a deal that met my expectations. Kevin made buying a car so easy and enjoyable. My husband and I were going to be traveling over 5 hours to make the purchase and Kevin made it so easy. Everything was prenegotiated so it took no time at all. I really appreciate that Kevin wanted to get me in the right car and not push anything on me. This is third unit I have bought from Durant, however it is the first one since they opened the new store in Granbury. Thankfully they stocked it with folks from the weatherford dealership. The sales team is helpfull to the customer and professional in all aspects of buyer needs. The service dept. is second to none, I have always used them, and are very accommodating in scheduling maintenance issues. congrats to a first class organiztion.

Dealer was more than 50 miles from my home in Denton Tx. I knew what I wanted and knew what I was willing to pay plus I knew the value of my trade in. It was a matter of finding sone dealer willing to offer a fair deal.
