I will never be back! Your salesman Robert Bly I believe? Was a horrible salesman and very un-professional! We never got any serious answers from him and he didn't really help us with anything. He made everything seem like a big joke and never took us seriously once while we were there. Not to mention he was supposed to meet us at 9:00 a.m. and he didn't show up until 11:00 a.m. and his excuse was that he was cooking breakfast. Are you serious? That right there tells me he doesn't take like seriously or his job. You should be fired sir.

I wouldn't buy a used vehicle anywhere else! Browsing their inventory, they have the best gently used cars in the area. The sales staff was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and very forthcoming of any prior history for the vehicles I was looking at. They also gave me top dollar for my trade-in. The financing was a quick and easy and I was offered several extended coverages for my vehicle, which I was very thankful for. From the moment I drove into the lot, to the time I left, I received nothing but respect from each person there at the dealership. Thank you Jerry's for making the stressful car buying process a true breeze!

Be sure to inspect the vehicle before you purchase. I made that mistake. Day of purchase I had no windshield washer fluid, not a big deal but I chuckled thinking how the fluids were not topped off. The oil indicator change light wasnt turned off either. Again, nothing. Just little things that was missed. Two days later I got a check engine light and a good rattle on the front passenger side of the vehicle. Emailed them and no warranty on vehicles above 70k miles. So, time to put some money into a vehicle and time that I just purchased 2 weeks ago. The sales person was absolutely amazing though, I would purchase another vehicle from him. Just would avoid the dealership though. Not good, but not terrible. 3 stars at most. I just expected them to stand behind their vehicles a bit more. I find it pretty frustrating they don't offer any type of 30 day warranty on all their vehicles. **update** service guy friendly. Sales person was great, said they will pay for it all if a cheap fix or half if its a bit more. They offered to pay half of the quote of $250 for repairs on the strut and check engine light. I thought that was cheap already but I guess not. I wasn't satisfied with that but went ahead anyways and said do it. After all I to take time and drive it to my shop and do it myself will cost nearly the same and my time is worth more than a few buck savings. They got me in right away, got it apart and the part they got wasn't new. No fault of their own, I've been around mechanic shops enough to know that happens, and i appreciated they didn't put it in anyways. Well today the total was 426 and I paid 213. I paid it and left and won't be back again. Again, the service guy and sales person was great. Both I'd deal with again, but the dealership absolutely not. If your dealership took responsibility for a vehicle they sold and fixed it without headache i would've been a 5 star customer. I've been in Customer Service and Sales and there is always a chance for a second impression, being cheap wasn't a good second impression (on top of a higher bill for repairs).

i dont have the best credit at all but jerrys is being awesome about getting me into something safe for my growing family! they are easy to work with and have a prompt response without the harrassing phone calls like other dealers. jerrys sees me as a person and not just a number or a liability. thank you!

I found a car I was interested in online and filled out the credit application prior to looking at the vehicle. My credit is by no means perfect and when I went to the dealership I was expecting to hear that I would need a cosigner or to pay 22% interest. Neither of those happened and I drove away with the car I wanted. Kudos to Jerry's!

They are the best, plain and simple. Everyone on the staff at both dealerships were super helpful. Totally worth the 8 hour drive from Minot, ND. I won't even say how bad they beat out other dealers here in North Dakota but you can figure it out if it's worth an 8 hour drive. Quick, easy, and didn't even have to fight. They gave us what we wanted right up front. If you're going to buy a car in the upper-Midwest, buy it from Jerry's.

Was treated poorly because of my credit. My questions and concerns were greeted with contempt and impatience. Acted as though they were doing me a favor by allowing me to aquire a few grand in debt through thier dealership. I will be telling those around me about this unpleasent experience.

I had a great experience buying a car with Jerry's in Lennox. The process was simple and convenient, and I was offered a fair value for my trade-in. The people were extremely nice, and I got a great deal on my new car. Our salesman was friendly and straight forward with me. I would recommend Jerry's.

Was looking for used vehicle in the price range of about $10,000- $13,000 based upon my budget. The sales rep was more worried about finding a vehicle out of my price range. The buying process was not smooth at all, eventually left stating I will keep looking. Very disappointed.

I was looking to trade my 2008 Impala for a 2011. The staff at Jerry's made it as easy as it could be. From the moment I was on the lot I was completely at ease with my salesman. Everything was explained to me in an easy to understand manner, and they were very up front about the vehicles I was looking at. Once I chose a vehicle, they gave me a fair price on my trade, and made the financing process easier than the car buying experience. I've bought 3 vehicles at Jerry's and I don't anticpate having to go to another dealer again for another vehicle. You guys were great!

I had a 2004 Minivan and I assumed I was looking at another minivan. The salesman took the time to listen to what it was I needed and recommended a Traverse, which I had never considered. After driving the Traverse I was hooked. They made trading in my Montana very easy, and the finance process was just what I was looking for, low pressure and plenty of options. I have recommended Jerry's to several of my friends and will definately buy from them again.

Stay away. Misled on a car where I traveled over 200 miles round trip. Car that I looked at several problems (hail damage, interior flaws, smoked in, internal / external was in very poor condition, did not start on first try). Had three separate phone calls wanting specifics on vehicle to make sure car was worth looking at knowing the distance. Car was not disclosed properly. No return call to sales management after messages left, had to call owner to get resolution to experience and those calls faded with no resolution.

Was driving an 03 Silverado and was not going to trade but found a 2010 Silverado and took it for a test drive and absolutely loved it, they gave me a trade number and a price on the truck that I could not refuse and traded for it that day!! The salesman I had was very knowledgeable on the trucks and the Finance guy was very up beat and helpful! I will keep going back to Jerry's because of my experience and how I was treated!!

My husband and I recently purchased a truck from Jerry's. The description online was exactly what we were looking for. When we arrived at the dealership all of the staff was very helpful. From the test drive to the financing, the process was quick and painless. I have told others to go to Jerry's and we will definetly be going back for our next vehicle.

Wow...I wished I had read the other review regarding the 2008 Mazda CX-9. We live almost 4 hours away and had our loan secured and were about to leave town when the salesperson finally relented and mentioned their advertisement online was wrong: the vehicle DID NOT HAVE LEATHER SEATS! After my time, my wife's time, our banker's time, our insurance agent's time and the multiple people at Jerry's Auto & RV's time wasted, one would think they would change their online listing after they went through this dilemma three weeks ago (with Unhappy customer from Omaha...). Unless, of course, they utilize this method as a ploy to get customers onsite. Either way, albeit unscrupulous or lazy, they will not have my business. I look forward to writing a positive review once I find the proper dealer and vehicle.

I found an MX 9 online that we were interested in buying. We live 180 miles away so I was very specific about what I was looking for when asking questions to the salesman. Needless to say, when I arrived I was not pleased. The ad and the salesman said that the Mazda was black and that it had leather seats. In reality, it was plum/purple, and it had cloth seats. My wife's two dealbreakers were that it had to be black and leather. After telling the salesman that the ad said the Mazda had leather and that it was black, he claimed that that I was incorrect. We went into his office and pulled it up online which proved I was correct. Needless to say I drove off the lot and wasted about 5 1/2 hours of a Saturday. The only thing I will give them credit for is filling up my car with gas for the drive home.

I have just recently purchased a vehicle from Jerrys Auto Sales and would like to express my happiness with my new vehicle and the customer service I recieved with everyone. My salesman, showed me the inspection the car went through, and what they had fixed, a complete car fax, and I did much research and found it priced very competively. I had a small issue with some wind noice, they picked my car up at my work and left me a free loaner and dropped my car back off! I couldnt believe the service! The dealership I felt was very honest and had extremely clean cars. It was a tough choice to pick out my new Malibu! Thanks Again Jerrys, and I will pass the word and be back again!!

I bought a Tahoe from Jerry's a few months ago. Good over all purchase experience. Email and phone responses very good with salesman that I had. Finance guy was in and did the usual things for warranty. The only disappointment was not much for negotiating on the pricing. They would not go down only few hundred dollars on a 20,000 purchase. But it was the one we wanted.

I went to Jerry's to look at an Equinox I had seen on the Internet. The salesman that had e-mailed with me was not in, so someone else helped me. I test drove 3 different vehicles & was impressed with one of them. The finance person was not in, so I was told he would call me the next morning to get my information & he did. I did not hear anything further from them. I e-mailed the salesman on the business card I rec'd & did not hear from him either. I did not receive anything in the mail saying my credit was denied, so I'm not sure what happened. Seems like they should have called me if they were interested in doing business with me. I just assumed they were not interested.
