Before I bought my car, the sales person, Bernie, told me I could trade it in in a year. The year was up and I spoke to Bernie who turned around and said i wouldn't be able to trade it in until a year and 6 months. A year and a half came and Bernie then told me I had to wait 2 years after I bought the car. What crock of xxxx is that? Then he asks for the info on the car and doesn't contact me for 2 months even though I left him several messages. I still didn't get any info on the trade-in or as a buy back. He is a lying sack of xxxx! The office staff are rude and cut you off before you can even finish talking & don't even let you talk to the manager. They are liars and they are rude and they don't care about anything but making a sale. I give them ZERO STARS. They're not worth the rating!
