On a road trip when my truck died a couple times near town. Went in just to get the check engine codes read which they were able to quickly squeeze me in even when obviously busy. Realized it was likely a camshaft sensor which they had in stock and replaced under a factory recall all in about 30 minutes! Great customer service that I didn’t know existed at dealerships anymore. Wish I lived closer.

I really enjoyed my experience at Jess Ford.and thought they did a great job making sure I knew as much as possible about my vehicle. It had functions on there I didn't even know existed. I would definitely go back.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. I worked with Garrett Jess who was professional and friendly. He helped my family and I get the car that we wanted. They didn't have one on their lot, but he tracked one down for me within a week. I was a bit nervous about the whole care buying experience and didn't want to be taken advantage of. Garrett went above an beyond what I expected and feel great about recommending him to anyone. I will definitely go back to Jess Ford to get my next car.
