First new car in 17 years. The buying experience was totally not what I expected. Honest, up front, and no games. The service has been impeccable and caring, since our purchase. Oil changes, washing the car, tire rotations - Just a wonderful experience at Jet Chevrolet. We think our sales person was wonderful and listened to us and our needs. I've already referred my son to Jet, and he purchased a Colorado from our sales person too. Now, I am just waiting for the $100 referral fee. I am coming back in the fall to purchase another new vehicle.

Recently purchased a Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck and was contacted by the service department that there was factory recall that the needed to be taken care of. We set a date and time to get it accomplished and it was done in a very short visit and I am a very satisfied customer.

He worked with us to find what we wanted and was very patient when we had to cancel a couple of appointments. Our experience was excellent. We had a few previous bad experiences, however, Jet Chevrolet was great. They were kind and respectful given our recent financial situation and we never felt less than any other person that maybe didn't have the financial difficulties we did. Eli was great and very friendly, accommodating. We did a lot of things over the phone before coming out there. I have a busy work schedule and he was great enough to work around it while giving us what met our needs.

I was unable to locate a truck to meet my needs on this side of the state. Michael Cady helped me find a truck and stayed in contact with me until I was able to make it over to the West side. After the sale he managed the process to get the truck set up for a slide in camper and some custom fabrication while I vacationed with my family at the coast. When I came to pick up the truck, it was all set up and ready to go. However, it was discovered that the previous owner had removed a leaf spring from each side. Michael and Jet Chevrolet arranged to have the spring set replaced with new heavier springs that now haul the camper even more efficiently. The people at Jet all worked together to make the truck right and I am a very satisfied customer as a result. Go see Michael Cady at Jet Chevrolet. He will take care of you.

I was unable to locate the truck I needed on my side of the state and purchased a used 2014 Silverado from Jet Chevrolet. My salesman, Michael Cady, went the extra mile to stay in touch with me through the whole process. He went the extra mile to get the truck set up for a slide in camper and some custom welding work. When I came in to pick up the truck it was discovered that the previous owner had removed leaf springs from the truck. Jet made it right, replacing the entire spring set with an even stronger set than the stock springs. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Jet Chevrolet.

One day it seem to happen to us all, your vehicle is out of service and all you can think of is how are you going to get things done ? Well my truck was towed to Jet Chevrolet Service, Dean called me and explained the issues and the fixes that would need to be done. He ordered the parts and said he would have a loaner car for me until it was fixed. The next day was the day it was scheduled to be done and if it was not done by 5 pm I would need a loaner car. Dean had it all set up as a back up plan if work was delayed. Well no worries... work is done by 4: 30 and I am back in my truck and on my way ! Thanks to everyone in the Jet Service Department.

Thought that the loud squeaking noise from my left front wheel would not only be expensive but time consuming. Turns out it was a rock lodged up in the caliper. Not only did they not charge me, but I was back in the road in less than an hour.

When our car died on Good Friday (what a coincidence), we decided we don't want anymore car repair expenses. I remembered that I had a pre-approved auto loan notice that partnered with Jet Chevrolet in Federal Way. I talked to Allison on the phone and set up an appointment for Saturday. Michael Cady followed up on Saturday morning over the phone. When we came to the dealership to see him, he was very accommodating. He listened first and answered our questions without being condescending. He would then make suggestions without being overbearing or pushy. He was able to get us a brand spanking new Chevy Malibu fully loaded. WHAAAAT??? With our credit situation, we never even dreamed of owning a car like this. Thanks Michael !!! (and to Allison who was very pleasant and Marc Johnson who was very professional but still friendly)

I was not planning on buying a new car when I came in, due to some credit issues the most I was hoping for was a good used car with a low payment. Preston went ABOVE and BEYOND to explain the benefits of owning a new car and did everything possible to help me. I left the first day to think about it and called him later that evening to tell him that I would come in the next day to discuss it in more detail. Preston was very considerate, professional, and made me feel very welcome. He took extra time to go over all the details of my new car and I left the dealership knowing I made the right decision. We went in to jet chevrolet to low our interest rate and hoped to maybe get into a used car. We have had not so good credit in the past so we didnt hold out much hope. Michael made us feel comfortable right away. He not only got us a lower rate but put us in a brand new car! I had an excellent experience at Jet Chevrolet. They had the exact used Mazda Miata I was looking for and the pricing was terrific. My salesman, Bill, was very friendly and helpful and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. I'm thankful that Jet Chevrolet chose to advertise their vehicles on-line as otherwise I never would have found the car I was looking for in a "gently used" model. It was most definitely worth the trip from Gresham, Oregon to visit them.

We were in the market for used Grand Cherokee Overland. This dealer had one. From the initial arrival there was no pressure to buy like other dealers I have visited previously. The deal was we wanted a Jeep and we needed to get rid of Kia Soul with seven months still left on the lease and trade in a used motorcycle. They agreed to completely pay off my Kia and gave me more for the bike that I would get by trying to sell it myself. They were even flexible on the Jeep's price. From start to finish this was absolutely the best buying experience of our, bar none. We were completely relaxed and comfortable. No hidden agendas, no pushing of extras, it's almost like you were buying a car from a good friend. This dealership also has a nostalgic feel to them, like good old 1950's. Besides all the money I saved on the deal they got me a new set of tires, alignment, complete detailing, and a removal of the RV's towing package, all for free. Since I had to leave my new Jeep for few days, they gladly provided me with the loaner, and no, it wasn't a Chevy Aveo but Chevy Tahoe, fully loaded and twice as expensive as the Jeep. That kind of customer service is very hard to find these days. This is also the kind of service that makes you their customer for life which we now are. We live all the way north in Briar but will be coming down for service and such. When it will be time to buy next car we will be buying it from them without a hesitation. Our greatest thank you mast be sent to Rob Williams for all the hard work he did not only selling us a car but providing an exceptional customer care during and after the sale. Another person that deserves our deepest thanks is manager Mike Brown. Any kinks were quickly ironed out by him completely taking care of us. When you shop here you are not just a walking dollar sign to them but rather long term friend. Don't hesitate, give them a chance even if you have to drive a bit to get there. You will not be disappointed.

We have purchased 7 vehicles from Jet Chevrolet. We live in Mill Creek and drive past other Chevrolet dealers because we enjoy the family atmosphere and the fact that Jet Chevrolet is not a "typical" car dealership. (our kids love the popcorn) They are very straight forward with pricing and trade in values. Our newest vehicle is a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse - I was very specific with options and colors - Jet went to great lengths to find a vehicle that met me demands. We've gotten to know the owners JIm and Dan and can count of them if we ever have a question or issue.

I originally went to Jet Chevrolet to lease a Chevy Volt since i saw the good offers out right now. I wejt to Jet where Samantha had the car waiting and warmed up. They matched the deal they had offered me throuh email correspondance, with no haggling. Unfortunately, my current situation made it impossible to get the deal approved. Samantha kept working wih me and got.me into a mustang that exceeded my expectations, and went the extra mile to make sure I left the dealership happy. Had a computer problem on a 2008 corvette. The vehicle was towed to Jet Chevrolet. Dean in service took immediate action on the problem - working with GM to solve the issue (sat control module). Man-oh man, I was all fired up about this vehicle. It has everything I want in a vehicle except...they want me to pay to view the carfax report. No, not gonna happen. 99% of the dealers I have seen on this site and another web site will have a FREE carfax report attached to their vehicles. I am able to view this report and make a batter decision to buy based on the info I read. Transparency when buying a vehicle should be a mandatory requirement for ALL auto dealers, no exceptions.

Got a quote by phone on a Trailblazer I was purchasing for my wife. Knowing about car salesmen "ethics" I called back and confirmed for a second time the price, year, and millage with the manager before embarking on a 50 mile drive. Once there, the salesperson changed everything and after speaking with the manager found he too was in on the scam! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!

I purchased a 2008 Corvette from Jet Chevrolet and was satisfied with the process. Dan the salseperson was knowledgable enough with Corvettes to answer all my questions. He also went out of his way to take care of some minor issues with the car that I hadn't even noticed during the test drive but he had picked up on. The management and finance staff were also friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to someone looking for a new or used Chevrolet.
