Just purchased a vehicle with the fresh start program. I applied online and the next day I was surprised when Jim Butler was eager to earn my business. I dealt with Shane Boyer, a very upfront and brass tacks kinda guy. He asked what I was looking for and was quick to meet all of my needs. With my credit in repair I was just amazed I was able to deal with a dealership rather than a place like Car Mart, AND that they were so willing to meet my needs. As soon as I had my down payment in hand Shane took care of everything and I'm now in my new vehicle. Thank you Jim Butler and especially Shane for helping get me on the road, and making me feel like my credit wasn't a hendrence.

They were not very helpful or at all interested in helping with what we wanted. All the salesman wanted to do was sell us an equinox and wouldn't even attempt to show us anything else. We ended up going down the road and left the other car lot with what we wanted that day.

Not sure why the dealership is not listed here for review, but I'll drop a line for the outstanding customer service in sales. John L. went out of his way to find a truck for me and I appreciate his help. Fix the missing dealership here (chevy) Google or JB. Great professionals here.

We went up there to buy a car. I was expecting to not be approved but they were able to get me approved and I chose a car I just loved!!! Can not say enough good things about this place. They are amazing!!!! My car had brand new tires on it, detailed and full tank of gas.

Jim Butler Linn Chevrolet is a great place to buy a truck. Dan Weible did a very good job and they had the best deal around. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there.
