UPDATE: We leased 2 more vehicles and once again, had a great experience each time. John Shell is the BEST! I've purchased or leased 7 vehicles from Jim Causley Buick GMC Truck over the last 20 years. I've always had great experiences with the dealership, the service team and with my two favorite salesmen Willard Shell and John Shell. The service department is awesome - they're quick with oil changes! They call me to schedule an appointment when our vehicles are due for oil changes or if there is a recall repair needed. I've also had some work done at the body shop. Professional, quality work done when expected or sooner.

Tammy was very helpful. She was professional, and considerate. And she is detailed oriented. Her care of my needs and my state of mind, after just losing my husband, made turning in my lease and picking up a new lease, during this time, easier. I appreciate her so much and will be recommending her to everyone I know. I have been with her for 6 years and she treats me like family. Jim Causley Buick is a wonderful dealership. And even better with Tammy in it. I will never go anywhere else.

Tammy Conley was the one who helped me getting my new lease car. She was AMAZING!!! I am so grateful for her, for her help in doing anything she could to get me the car I wanted and helping me staying in budget, which was very important to me… She went the extra mile for me! This is a great dealership. Always honest and always fair. I leased a Terrain for my daughter last summer and most recently a Canyon for my son. I've been going to this dealership ever since I bought my first car when I graduated from college in 1988. I'm usually in the dealership at least once a year and without fail either my salesman or even the owner himself will greet me and ask if I'm getting looked after ok and if there's anything they can do for me. When you go into the service area or the showroom you will see several awards for customer satisfaction and it's easy to understand how they always win them. You really cannot find a better dealership than Jim Causley.

Went in to have regular maintenance on my leased Encore. Jason was efficient as always. Service was fast and friendly. My lease is almost up, went into the dealership to speak with Adam who helped me last time. I get my new leased vehicle on Tuesday! Everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and very helpful. I won't go anywhere else!
