Best experience I've ever had getting service at a dealership. Appointment was only a couple days out, problem was fixed and explained quickly, and they completed some other maintenance items suggested that I had put off before. Then I was able to pay for it via text so someone else could pick up my car. Pretty impressed!

Highly recommend! I have worked with this dealership for years and don't plan on going anywhere else for my Hyundai vehicles. Between me and my family we are purchased six vehicles from Jim Click Hyundai Eastside.

We bought a brand new car from them. Our sales guy Carlyle, was super awesome, he was out of town dealing with family matters and was still helping us. He stayed in touch with us as we live 3 hrs from Tucson. He was patient with us and answered every question we had. I personally recommend this place mainly for Carlyle, this guy was awesome. They gave us the deal we were looking for in our price range

I was visiting family in Tucson, and the Service Department was able to fit me in last minute to install a spare tire. Rafael and Linda helped me, as well as the service manager. I appreciate the good customer service!

Update: They contacted me about the issues that arrived and were very apologetic for the issues that happened. They made it right and fixed the SCC. Thank you for being professional and contacting those who had a poor experience. Actually it wasn't very good. It wasn't all their fault, but their phone and internet were down all day. I took my car in at 8:30 and was given a ride home, which was fine. But then their phone and internet died. Now if they would of communicated that with the customers that would of been good customer service. But instead they didn't contact us, nor did they even try to tell anyone what was going on. They have our number, and if they say "we couldn't call you because our phones are down" I can guarantee you every employee there has a cell phone. If they are worried about privacy, they can dial *69 (phone number) to hide it. I didn't get a hold of them till 4pm at which time they said they would be done by 5. I got there at 5 and they hadn't started. Mind you it is a 30 minute update. So am I satisfied? No. Could it of been avoided if they would of just called and told us what was happening? Yes. Communication is very important and when I expect my car to be in there for 1-2 hours, and 8 hours later not hear from them, I was a little more then upset.
