Be CAREFUL this shiesty dealership. They will oversell the Presidential package and then not inform you that there is a time limit to use the services. You walk out feeling like your oil changes and other services are covered but that’s not true. WATCH OUT. THEY ARE CRUDDY!!

Brought my car into the dealership (purchased elsewhere) for what I though was an issue with my transmission. Ashely in the service department was awesome in explaining the process, gave me a loaner car for a few days, and kept me up to date on the progress. She was knowledgeable and really awesome to deal with! I will for sure be back for all my service needs!

Over the last 3 years, I have had the best experience with Land Rover in West Columbia. I purchased a Range Rover back in 2018 and have had nothing but first class service. Ashley Matthews is an an absolute rockstar customer service professional! She is always responsive, courteous, and pays attention to detail. Would have loved to give this dealership 5 stars...but, Buyer Beware! I bought a 2017 Toyota 4Runner at this location. I was told that it was accident free. In all of the excitement of the day, I did not notice a small dent under the right taillight. I get the vehicle home and my husband of course points it out. The rear bumper had been hit and rigged to look ok. I immediately contacted our salesperson and did not receive any response. And of course I signed all of the damn papers, so what can you do anyway. I just got an estimate to fix it. The shoddy work that was done on it will now cost me $1200 to repair.

The service department staff are amazing people. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, and they are willing to put in the effort to solve any problems the customer may have. Additionally, they are honest when issues arise even if the manufacturer is at fault, but they will do everything they can to make it right. Highly recommend them!!!
