I was searching for chevy corvette z06, with the options I wanted. I'm from virginia and finally found the color and options at Jim Ellis. I was so happy to see there was a 10,000 rebate as well. I felt I was pretty lucky to find this and talked with an employee who promised it was saved for me, took my credit card for $1,000 hold. That was friday and I was prepared to fly down to Atlanta sunday to purchase and take possession. Saturday they called to say it was not available, was sold 3 days prior. I was upset and asked them to help me find another similar model and a few times they said they would, but never got back to me. If I were you, I would not buy from them whether I was local or out of town. They never assumed any responsibility and never tried to make it right.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Decided this time that I would do my own oil change. The drain plug bolt was almost impossible to get off because of the mount of torque that was used on it. Same with the oil filter was nearly impossible to get off because of the amount of torque. Then today, I attempted to do a tire ratation, struggled with the first two tires having to use a pipe on the end of the lug nut wrench and barely got the lug nuts to budge. When I got to the third tire, it was way over torqued, tried to loosen up the Lugnut only to have the bolt snap in half because of the amount of torque that was used. Thank God this happen in my carport rather then on a lonely stretch of highway at 3 o'clock in the morning if I have gotten a flat. I paid this company to perform a service on my vehicle only to have them perform very unsatisfactory work. I will take my business elsewhere as no one should have to deal with this kind of poor workmanship.

My family has purchased FOUR vehicles (both new and used) from Jim Ellis Chevrolet in the last 12 months! You walk in and they are so attentive. It's not awkward. They're great! They have consistently beaten any price out there. ANNNNND...the follow up and attention to customer service has been unbelievable. Management doesn't stay hidden behind office doors. They're out there interacting with customers too and thanking us for our business. They're really special people that look like they're having fun doing what they do.

Bought from Jim Ellis and process was quick and painless ! Had first oil change and I went to wrong location (Chevy instead of their oil change express facility) but Vladimir was wonderful and got us in and out quickly. He explained everything and even tho we bought a GMC we will take back to Vladimir for oil changes.

On April 4, 2016 I took my 2014 Chevy Silverado in for service ( tire rotation and balance). That afternoon, the service CSR, Tony, called and told me my truck was ready for pick up. After I signed the paperwork and got my keys, I walk out to my truck to leave. However, I noticed the tires had not been rotated ( as they should have been), so I called the CSR back out to my truck and said " my tires have not been rotated".....CSR said " I can assure you the work has been done" . I said " really" because I marked the tires and the tires were never taken off the truck to rotate. They immediately noticed the tires had not been rotated. In a panic, they took my truck. I told them to fix the mistake and do the balance also. They did! After the tires were rotated and balanced, I picked the truck back up. I noticed right away the front-end was vibrating when I reached speeds above 68 mph. I wasn't able to take the truck back in, but called the dealership and they told me to bring it back when I'm able. I ended up taking it to another dealership and they told me the balance would have to be done by the original dealership that did the work. As such, I tried to call and make an appointment on several occasions, but the dealers schedule and my schedule didn't work. Finally, on Friday, August 19th I was able to bring the truck back into the service department to have them look at the vibration in the front-end. The CSR, Tony, called me back and said " you need (4) four new tires, total cost $1000" I told him, I only want you to give me the balance because it was NEVER correct from the beginning. Tony told me he spoke to his manager, Mark Frost, and they would not do anything because of the mileage on the vehicle. Again, I explained the reason for the gap in time bringing the vehicle into service. They were rude and would not do anything. I went to pick up my truck after my conversation with Tony. As I got into my truck, I noticed the mileage was exactly the same as when I dropped the truck off. Therefore, they NEVER drove the truck to diagnose the front-end vibration. I immediately called Mark Frost and explained the truck wasn't even driven and how can they diagnose the front-end vibration problem? He said " it's outside of your mileage and we cannot do anything for you" . I told him this was NOT a warranty for mileage issue. It's a lying issue because your service department told me they drove the truck and diagnosed that I need (4) four new tires, but my question again is " how can tell a customer what needs to be done on your vehicle, if you never took the truck for ride? for all you know, the front-end could have major problems. He wouldn't do anything and tried to explain how many years he's been doing this. Bottom line - I'm taking my truck to another dealership to have the front-end looked at. BE WARNED!

Im a loyal GM customer. I warn everyone to avoid bringing their car here for service. If I could give a "0" score I would. My car was only taken to Jim Ellis as it happened to be the closest dealership to the Mechanic doing my brakek job who found that there was a gas leak. The car had a cracked fuel pump/suppy which was covered under a Special GM Warranty. They supposed preformed a multi point inspection (standard protocol for any vehicle in any GM service center), diagnostics inspection to verify the problem and make the warranty repair. When the car comes out of the Service center, not only is the oil level dangerously low (less than 2 quarts in the car, I had to add 3 quarts to feel safe to drive the car!)that was not mentioned nor indicated on multi point inspection sheet, but the gas gages where not working properly. Told I would need to bring the car back in to be checked as it was possible the fuel pump that was replaced was faulty. They "examine" the car and determine that it is now the secondary fuel pump that is the issue and quote me at $620+tax to repair. Finally they agree on a discount for the repairs. Go to get the car yesterday and they also replaced the primary fuel pump again, it had "fallen apart" while the mechanic was replacing the secondary. Tried to discuss the oil levels low from when I picked it up Friday night, and basically got the brush off, a "we are sorry" and we will have to investigate. Then I go to leave and find a cigarette butt in my floor board! I do not smoke nor have I ever allowed anyone to smoke in my car! They "apologize" and say they will investigate!?! WTH?? I left beyond angry off (my staying to discuss the matter would not have ended well) and to make it worse my car reaks of cigarettes now!I called the manager and she offered to have my car detailed. Like I would ever let them near my car again! They are supposed to have someone higher in their dealership call me....we will see!I had concerns bringing my car here in the first place because of other people I know having not great experiences, but now I know I will NEVER let them touch my car again.

Im a loyal GM customer and in my opinion this is a horrible dealership. I warn everyone to avoid bringing their car here for service. If I could give a "0" score I would. How do I know policies, because my grandfather was a Manufacturer's Rep from the GM plant in Doraville. He taught me about cars and GM. My car was only taken to Jim Ellis as it happened to be the closest dealership to the Mechanic doing my brakek job who found that there was a gas leak. They "examine" the car and determine that it is now the secondary fuel pump that is the issue and quote me at $620+tax to repair. Things just keep getting fishy! Finally they agree on a discount for the repairs. This comes mostly from GM. Go to get the car and they also replaced the primary fuel pump again, it had "fallen apart" while the mechanic was replacing the secondary. (Fishy.) Tried to discuss the oil levels low from when I picked it up Friday night, and basically got the brush off, a "we are sorry" and we will have to investigate. Like I would ever let them near my car again! She claimed a Mark C. Will call me to discuss. I had concerns bringing my car here in the first place because of other people I know having not great experiences, but now I know I will NEVER let them touch my car again.Update: Nearly a week has gone by, still no call from Mark C.

I had a problem with my car almost stopping. I had it repaired, but the problem came back. I took the day off to get the car fixed. I had made an appointment so I was sure that I could get it resolved on my day off. I took the car in and was called later in the morning and was told that because of the schedule, they would not be able to check on my car until Monday. When I explained to John Anderson that I had taken the day off to get this fixed and didn't have any other transportation to get to work on Monday, he was able to get my car in to be seen. After looking at my problem he said he was concerned that there was an electrical problem and that the car was not safe to drive. He said that he would make a arrangements for a rental car and pick me up to take me to get the rental car so I could get to work on time. Jim Ellis was able to fix my car on Monday and I picked it up and was told that the part they fixed initially was defective and because it was defective they made sure that my car's electrical system wasn't the cause of the replacement part becoming defective for me. I appreciate's John going the extra mile for me on that Friday. Dorothy Waits

Mr Mike Champness was a gentlman to work with. He did his very best to make the process smooth and successful. We feel very blessed as this was an out of state purchase. We have nothing but good things to say about Jim Elllis Chevrolet in Atlanta Georgia. It has been a good experience as we purchased our Suburban.

While I know there are people out there who enjoy the 'challenge' of buying a new car, I am not one of them. It's not something I look forward to. Having said that, the people I dealt with at Jim Ellis, especially Dino Hill and Tony Brown, made it the best experience I've had at a car dealership to date. I started looking at a new Chevy Silverado in March of 2016. I made my purchase near the end of July of '16. Unlike other dealerships I have done business with in the past I never felt any pressure whatsoever from my salesman, Dino, or anyone else, to 'BUY NOW.' Once I decided to make the purchase, Dino and also Tony were very good and helpful at getting my new truck accessorized the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new car, or truck, to go to Jim Ellis Chevrolet.

Reggie Stagmaier and Jim Ellis made the buying process incredibly easy. The price was better than anyone in a 500 mile radius. These are the reasons I continue to buy from them even though I live in another state. Reggie is the definition of a quality professional in the automotive industry!

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life! Quick breakdown: 1st service advisor - Cortez Heath. Courteous and professional, did what he had to do to get answers. Set reasonable expectations and did follow up when he said he would. Overall, great at managing the customer relationship. 2nd service advisor - Sean Lange. Seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and didn't understand my frustration. Refused to take ownership of tire balance issues because "he wasn't part of that", when though he works for the same entity. Did not follow up when he said he would multiple times. Set false expectations and was defensive when asked about it, further, he said "he can only tell me what he's told". Overall, poor performance as a customer relations manager and the sole reason I likely will never visit this dealership again and make share my experience for others to evaluate where they take their business. 1. May 1st - flat tire replaced with new one, they balanced the tires (I wasn't aware they balanced them, apparently it's standard for a new tire relacement) 2. May 12th - another visit because of vibrations when I'm driving, they said it needed a balance, paid for a balance 3. June 8th - 3 errors pop up in dash related to brake assist, stabilitrack and power steering 3. June 9th - dropped off for an 8am appointment, advised it would take the whole day. Revisited 3pm, they hadn't started and said it would be Saturday and they would call at noon to advise of status. 4. June 10th-14th - no call (I was out of town and patiently waiting). Advised he called both numbers Monday but no missed calls or voicemails are showing. 5. June 15th - I call them; they call back and advise they finished diagnostics and the rim is bent (the same rim they installed the new tire on last month mind you...) after spending a mere 5 hours on the truck (remember that my appt was made for 8am on June 9th) and advised further that there's no way to balance the tires (before he realized they had already "balanced" then twice). 6. June 17th - just picked up. They credited the previous tire balances although it appears from the receipt that they moved the hours over from customer pay to the warranty portion and will attempt to recover from warranty administrator. (NOTE: the customer complaints related to the vehicle and errors I was receiving isn't accurate (I showed him pics of the errors) so I'm unsure they were diagnosing the right code in the shop?) My truck in the exact same condition (less a sensor in steering wheel) I dropped it off in and they tried to charge me for diagnostics AGAIN. It was credited before I left this morning and I did not come out of pocket.

I knew exactly the car I wanted and Dino Hill searched until he found it. I would certainly recommend Dino and Jim Ellis Chevrolet to anyone searching for a new car. He certainly goes the extra mile to provide a great car-buying experience.

I took my 2016 Camaro SS in for repeated low tire pressure light, only 2,100 miles. I was advised by my service advisor John Anderson that I had a picture in my tire and it needed to be replaced. I advised I needed my car sooner than the 3 days it would take to get the tires in so I went to. Goodyear store and purchased the same Tires. I was advised and it was written on my receipt that there was no puncture found after investigation. I was tricked by dealership. Besides Chevrolet's warranty states that the tires are covered under the bumper to bumper warranty but my inquiry was not, training issue at dealership...I was given the run around and showed the dealership the warranty information. I was advised because the service advisor did not write up the work order correctly I would loose out on my $1,100.00 tire replacement. Then to add insult to injury I answered a survey that I received from General Motors and gave the dealership a failing score. I was contacted by the dealership and advised that I could no longer receive loaner cars for work on my 2016 camaro SS.

I presented to the service department on April 19th for an issue with my 2014 Chevy Malibu. I explained to the technician that I had received a diagnostic reading from my local auto parts store and gave him the codes that I received. I was informed that I had to pay for a dealer diagnostic test which determined that the "computer system" needed to be reset and that would fix my issue. My total at that point was $206. So I proceeded to allow the service department to fix my car. After driving my car for about a week out of the shop, I noticed that the car began to give me the same issues so I called the service department to notify them of my findings. I spoke to a representative and he informed me to bring my car back in and that they would take another look at it. I was notified by someone from the company that the original problem that they discovered was not the issue (resetting the car) however, something else needed to be fixed and that it would be done at no cost to me. That issue ended up being one of the codes that the auto part store had originally read. The issue reoccurred shortly after receipt of my car from the service department and I was forced to contact them for the THIRD time stating my grievance. Once again, I was instructed to bring my car in and this time it was another issue that required an additional $250(this was the second code that was read from the auto parts store) I was livid because at this point I was asked to pay even more money to fix yet another perceived problem and was humiliated by the representative that I spoke with when he stated that they couldn't do the work for free as if I was looking for a free service. I'm a hardworking, paying customer that trusted my car to its original dealer only to discover that they couldn't fix it or didn't really know what the issue was. Reluctantly, I trusted them once again and allowed them to attempt to fix my car. After a review of the service bill, I noticed that the credit that was supposed to be placed on my account for the original payment was not posted as promised by the service manager and that I was owed a refund. I called and left several unreturned messages. This brings me to present day, after driving my car for yet another week, the problem returned and this time I reached out to the GM of Jim Ellis service department, who spoke to me in such an offensive tone as if I was pestering the company when all I wanted was for my car to be fixed. I asked to speak to someone above him as he spoke with a nonchalant and unconcerned tone, he arrogantly chuckled and stated that he was over all managers of each service site. Here I am a month and 3 service visits later with the same issues with my car, I'm very disappointed as this company does not live up to its reputation for their superb work ethic and expectation customer service. These people lack integrity and could care less about meeting the customers needs, we are just numbers to them.

Dino Hill, GM Product Specialist, is the "must go-to, guy" to purchase a car from. If you want the best car buying experience, he will make sure that you leave grateful regardless of your decision. I financed a 2016 Chevy Silverado on Memorial Day and it was great! This was my first time going into a car buying experience and I am very thankful Dino was there to make it all happen. I am very happy with my decision and I live on with no regrets. Thank you Jim Ellis for that best car buying experience! I will definitely be going back to this place when i get ready to upgrade or purchase another vehicle.

Visited the Used car lot on Peachtree in Doraville. I had been looking for a good deal on a used Chrysler 200. They had on on the Internet. Went to look at it late at night. Don't ever look at a used car at Night. It looked good from what i could see. A lot of damage from a previous wreck that was not reported. The rims were very bad, but they fixed. Tires bad, need alignment, No key fob, Damage to door where they had to break in, All this stuff not seen at night. Tried to call back next day. No answer from Sam the Finance guy. Seymour did answer and said see what he can do. Lip service. The loan jacked up to "buy down the Interest". The dealer is all about "GET MONEY" and screw the buyer. I was a bad loan that will most likely be defaulted. The only way to never get taken by this dealer is to NEVER VISIT or PAY CASH.ALL CALLS NEVER RETURNED AFTER THE DEAL WAS INKED. I will cancel all the extra contracts that was sold to "HELP ME" get the interest down. At least this will help on the back side of the loan.

We purchased a Suburban and felt like we got a great deal! Dino and the rest of the team were so accommodating all the way to the finance director. I usually hate the process and negotiations when it comes to purchasing a new car but they really made it enjoyable. I will definitely send them lots of referrals.

Jim Ellis Chevrolet made things right for us! They got us out of a vehicle we had previously purchased and they got us in a brand new Suburban! It has everything on it that we wanted. We are so happy with this deal. They literally bent over backwards to make sure we were happy! I don't know many dealerships that would do what they did for their customers!Everyone we worked with was awesome and always friendly. We love Dino!~Sarah

This had to be the best car buying experience of my life. Jim Banks at Jim Ellis Buick was fantastic to work with. I would enthusiastically recommend Jim to anyone in need of a new or used car. He doesn't use any high-pressure tactics. He's very low key. He just lays out the options for you and honestly and directly answers any questions you have. Jim Banks is the man!

Knowing what we know now, we would never have done business with Jim Ellis. If anyone decides to purchase a vehicle from one of their dealerships make sure to do your research and read all their reviews. Be sure to get everything in writing, and never ever believe what they say without confirming it for yourself. Not only did they fail to live up to the Jim Ellis Promise, but they also did not respect us as human beings. They did not rectify their mistakes to our satisfaction and we, their customers, paid for their mistakes with our hard earned money. They repeatedly told us about the awards they have won and how respectable they really are. However, like President Franklin D. Roosevelt once said, "repetition does not transform a lie into a truth."At the dealership, we told them that the purpose of the truck was to tow a travel trailer, and they verbally confirmed the information listed on their website and on CarGuru. After purchasing the truck we found out that it had the lowest tow rating. We immediately brought this to their attention. Yet, it still took them over two months to locate us a replacement vehicle. During this process we were lied to, ignored, and kept in the dark. They were not professional and remained unsympathetic about the predicament they put us in. We had to eventually contact the General Manager and the VP of Operations just to get things rolling. After two long months of having a new truck we could not drive for fear of damaging it before the swap, we were cornered into a bad deal. They initially expected us to pay $10,000 extra for the replacement vehicle. Ironically, they kept trying to convince us that we were getting a great deal. This whole ordeal was extremely mentally and emotionally exhausting and required multiple visits to the dealership as well as countless emails. When we told them that we would take them to court and pursuit other legal actions, they threatened to make it much more difficult than it has to be if we followed through with our plans. In the end they refused to compensate us for the loan payments we had already made and stated that they could not make anymore concessions. We paid nearly $5,000 extra for a new truck that we never asked for, we only wished to get what we were promised and originally paid for.We wrote an email to the President of Jim Ellis hoping for an intervention, but instead the email was forwarded to the VP. This is the same VP that has been monitoring the situation and responded by saying, I believe we have fulfilled the Jim Ellis Promise and done our best to resolve the issue. In the last communication, rather than apologizing for the loss of time and money, they told us that their biggest failure in this was not being able to convince us that we really did in the end get a great deal. We guess this was slightly better than before when they told us that mistakes happen and apologized that it had to be you folks this time. Did they honestly think that those words would make us feel better and magically compensate us for everything? In life as well as in business we must not forget that circumstances reveal the man. Anyhow, thank you for reading and consider yourself warned!

We had the best car buying experience we've ever had at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. We purchased a Malibu from Dino and he was amazing. Kudos to Reggie as well for helping me initially over the phone and passing us off to Dino so we wouldn't have to wait. Dino was by far the best salesperson we've ever come across. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the process so easy. Thank you so much Dino (and Reggie) for all your help! We will certainly see you again in the future!Bryan

I said, "Thank you again and the General Manager said, "Don't worry about it...we're family." I became so overwhelmed with all of the kindness from Jim Ellis employees that I sent a text message to everyone in my cellphone to come see my new cousins at Jim Ellis.Irene, my Finance Manager, worked really hard on my deal to obtain the lowest interest rate possible. She explained the sales contract to me in detail and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. And again when I said, "Thank you" she said, "Don't worry about it...we're family." Since Jim Ellis owns Posche, Masterati, KIA, and a plethora of other dealerships, I will be back to purchase the vehicle of my dreams and I know that my extended family will obtain the best deal for me and my family.

Husband and I were shopping for a new truck. Dino Hill has been our car sale representative for the last three trucks we have purchased and as usual he provided the best service. Dino was great, He kept us posted on everything throughout the process. Irene was just as great as Dino with finalizing the sale. We will definitely be visiting Jim Ellis for vehicle purchases in the future. Thank you guys.

Purchase a used vehicle on 2/22/2016 at this dealership. My sale representative was very attentive and knew more about the used car (Toyota Avalon) than both my husband and I. We were impressed with the knowledge and how professional he was during the entire sales transaction. After visiting other dealerships in the area (Jim Ellis) sales representative Melvin Sandlin made us feel comfortable with out the normal sale hassle. Thank you Melvin for representing Jim Ellis with poise. My family is enjoying our spacious car.Johnson Family, McDonough, GA

Showed up at the dealership on a busy day but Dino Hill was able to assist me and very patiently worked to find the cars I was interested in. He was able to find the vehicle that had all the features that I was looking for. He did an excellent job of explaining the features and operation and ensured that I knew he was available if I had questions or issues. I rode away satisfied with my automobile and experience.

Overall Great experience with the processChevy may need to provide Check list in order to help Customer and Sales personcover all items since so many conveniences on vehicles these daysI realize the items are on the Sales receipt I think there should be disclosure and explanation on items as $400 to talk to DinoIs this a consulting fee? The paperwork Individual almost forgot the Scotchguard PaperworkPayment of $8 Also had incorrect miles to start as 150 An explanation of the Additional 500 miles would have been a nice courtesy was this a car used by the dealership in Savanna? As noted the process went very smooth and this was the second time Dino had spent with me not being able to complete the process earlier in the yearThanks Dino and crew Dennis

Louis Riviere provided excellent customer service. He was very patient and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. He got me in the car I wanted with ease. After having bad experiences at other dealerships I was pleasantly surprised to have such a great salesmen. I drove off in a brand new car fully loaded, that was a great price and exceeded my expectations.

I would like to thank Mr. Louis Riviere at Jim Ellis Chevrolet for his professionalism and vast knowledge regarding vehicles he offers. I was surprised how honest and sincere Louis was when introducing the products he sells. One should ask for Loius if you visit Jim Ellis Chevrolet and you won't be disppointed! All of my best wishes to all of you and your family for a happy, healthy, and peaceful new year!!!

I'm a repeat Jim Ellis Chevrolet customer. Doing business with the sales department is always professional and fair, and I'm treated with respect. The service department keeps me coming back. I would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a car. I receive personalized service and trust my sales professional, Reggie Stagmaier. His customers tend to be loyal, repeat customers because of the attention he gives. I also really appreciated the personal attention from Sales Manager, Terrance Liddell, and the honest knowledge and efficiency of Mustafa Abdul-Kariem in Finance.

I have been scouring the internet looking for a very specific used car. I found exactly the car I was looking for at Jim Ellis Chevrolet... I called the next morning when they opened, put down a deposit and rearranged my schedule (and my wife's) to make a 2.5hr drive to pick the car up 3 days later. I got a call from a sales associate as I'm standing in line at the bank to get a cashiers check to pick up the car the following day... The dealership sold the car to someone else, despite my deposit holding the car. That sales associate (who'd name I've forgotten) informed me that the deposit only "holds" the sale price of the vehicle. Disgusted, I called back 10mins later and manager (Jamie) told me it was a "mix-up" and typically this doesn't happen. Since the car is gone, all they could say was "sorry".I'd have a hard time giving business to a dealership that doesn't understand/acknowledge the concept of a deposit.

Reggie Terrance and Brandon worked very hard to get my family into our new 2016 Silverado this weekend. Reggie took the time to work with my wife and I to zero in on the right vehicle, to be able to take advantage of all of the rebates and incentives that are available. I am very happy with the results of their hard work. Terrance and Brandon handled the financials and were able to get us the best terms to fit my budget. Tony is setting up the follow up appointment for the spray in bed-liner scheduled for Monday. Mr. Frost you have a very good team and I will surly let anyone who asks me where I purchased my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado that they need to come and see your team at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Thank-You

This is the third car I have bought from Jim Ellis, and each time I bought from Reggie Stagmaier. He treated my wife and I like family and we have gotten to know this dealership very well. My first car I bought from him was right out of college, didnt have the best credit but they worked with me and got me into an Impala. I really wanted a truck so I worked on my credit and finally last week my wife and I went in and he got us into a brand new 2015 Silverado. We love the truck and really reccomend going to see Reggie!

Jim Ellis Chevy was by far the best car buying experience I ever had and I had a lot of them, and the reason for that is the salesman Bill. he made me feel relaxed the moment I started talking to him. and when I went into the finance office it was the same with Irene. I got a quote from TrueCar. A man from the dealership called me and made a promise on my trade in. I called him when I was on the way to make sure he'd know. I get there and he was too busy to take me and threw me to someone else. Nobody else knew about the promise and I was kept there for 4 HOURS while they tried to replicate it. They never came close. Waste of my time and fuel.

I had a fantastic car buying experience recently at Jim Ellis Chevrolet in Atlanta! I purchased a 2015 Camaro LT Coupe from them on November 1st. My salesman was Jeovani Nava and he was absolutely amazing. I called in ahead of time to make sure this specific Camaro was still available, which it was. Jeovani set up a time for me to come in and had it reserved for me. It was a quick, smooth, and easy process. They treated me like I was the only person in the dealership (which they were actually extremely busy) and I felt like they really cared about earning my business. He was very attentive to my needs and all questions on the Camaro that I had. He made sure I did not leave the dealership without feeling I knew how to operate everything in the vehicle. I am definitely a Jim Ellis customer for life and will purchase my next vehicle form them!

I came in Jim Ellis looking for a car...TODAY!! I'm talking emergency situation and was taken care of/treated as if I was royalty. Mankalo Brantley is the best car salesmen Hands Down! Unfortunately, before I knew it I was right back in a situation. I went back to Kalo at Jim Ellis and that same day I was blessed with an EVEN BETTER car than the first time around. It wasn't just about selling me a car. There was a connection made and help on how my future decisions can not only help with car dealings but life dealings. They have a customer for life with me. I don't see any other place taking care of me or blessing me the way they did.

We bought a car at Jim Ellis on 10/17/2015. Dino Hill was our salesperson. We highly recommend working with Dino! It was a great experience! The team took all the anxiety out of buying a car and really made us feel at home. We'll be back for our next purchase.

We purchased a 2007 jeep wrangler for $17000 cash. In less than 10 days we had to purchase spray to reseal the rag top. The first time it rained the rag top leaked and soaked both front seats. Then less than 2 weeks later the clutch went out. When we did the test drive we let them know that the clutch felt soft. We were assured that they would inspect it and there was nothing to worry about. Now we are having to purchase the clutch pressure plate, throw out bearing, and slave cylinder. We are less than 30 days into owning this vehicle and now we are another $1000 into this vehicle. I called and talked to the salesman that sold us the vehicle. He spoke with his supervisor and the supervisor called back and said it was sold as is so they would do nothing. The lemon law only applies to new vehicles so there is nothing we can do. I would never suggest anyone purchasing anything from this company or any of their sister companies. I drove 2 1/2 hours to this dealership and wish now I had never been there.

I purchased a car from Jim Ellis Chevrolet on 10/15/15. I can tell you that I dread the car buying process. But this experience was different. I had an amazing sale professional named Reggie Stagmaier. He was extremely knowledgeable about their products and was quite simply the nicest/low pressure car salesman I ever met. At all times, I felt like the process was about me and what I wanted. The entire dealership bent over backwards to make the deal happen and I left extremely happy. I can't give this dealership and strong enough recommendation. Quite simply, this place is amazing. So if you are in the market for a car in the greater Atlanta area, start here first!!

After registering at True car I was contacted and put in touch with Dino Hill. Made an appointment to come in and look at the Silverado 1500 I was interested in purchasing. The dealer didn't have the color I wanted and I told Dino that was a deal breaker as I didn't have to buy a truck. He went to work and located the truck with the right color and accessories I was looking for. He kept me informed and got me a fair price for my trade in. After the delivery he took the time to go over the different features in the vehicle. I would definitely buy a vehicle again from Dino Hill. He has a great personality and is a people person.

I wanted to take a moment to write this letter on behalf of Mustafa, who has been our service advisor on several occasions at your dealership. He is always pleasant to speak with, and goes out of his way to provide us with top-notch service! We first met Mustafa from Rick Hendricks where we bought several automobiles. When we decided to trade our Silverado 1500 truck, we went back to Rick Hendricks and discovered Mustafa was no longer there. We searched for him and found he had transferred to Jim Ellis. Needless to say again Mustafa went out of his way to help us purchase our 2014 Buick. A few months later, we went back to Mustafa to purchase our next automobile and again the service was impeccable! From the time we walk into the door from the time we left, everyone was great, and Jim Ellis is my place to purchase my automobiles. I will certainly tell my family and friends the great service I received and let them know this is the place to go for their next purchase. I hope you appreciate having Mustafa as one of your best employees. He is a valuable asset to your dealership. Mustafa thanks for taking the time to go the extra mile for us. Your Patience and Kindness has not gone un noticed. Thank you for making this experience a good one Warmest Regards, Timothy and Stephanie O

Jerry Ventre and Erik Johnson were outstanding; hi marks for both. They kept me informed and up-to-date with every detail of the work done on my 2014 Chevy Spark EV. Eighty-two days worth! I am supremely satisfied with the work done on the car. It purrs like a kitten and performs better than I thought possible! My only complaint is that Chevrolet failed to offer me any compensation for the time my car was in the shop. Thus, my complaint is not with the Service Dept. at Ellis Chevrolet; rather, it is with GM Corporate, who did not live up to their mission statement of customer satisfaction. I am disappointed that I am forced to seek legal counsel for arbitration in order to "make me whole".

Great Experience all around My Wife decided she wanted a Buick Enclave we were accustomed to buying Chevrolets from Reggie our Sales expert at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. He said no problem I can help you and He contacted the Manager at the Buick Place, JIM Ellis Buick on Peachtree Industrial Tom Culp. Reggie and Tom Worked together to make sure we got exactly what we wanted at a great price. They let us keep the car an extra day so my wife could make sure it was what she wanted. They worked late (till 930) to finish the deal for us. We now have a great comfortable car at a great price and the Used Car center gave us a very good price on our trade in. They are upholding the tradition that Jim Ellis started with me more than a decade ago when he thanked me for my business and asked if there was anything his organization could do to help to let him know. Mark and Terrence and the whole team are continuing his fine tradition Another Sales Guy not involved in the deal was super helpful also e.g. got us an umbrella and greeted us with a warm welcome

Had the car we were looking for and we wanted and he had great communication so no issues left unsaid before making the trip. I submitted an inquiry using the Make Me A Deal Tool. After we agreed on a price and value for my trade in, I was sure there would be a different story once I went to the dealership. The person I dealt with wasn't there so I worked with Ricardo Shands and I only wanted to look at the vehicle. He assured me several times that what I had agreed to online wouldn't change and I could go bring the trade in back and he would have everything ready. He stuck to his word and everything worked out great.

Reggie Stagmaier is the most honest, hard-working individual I've ever had the opportunity to meet and from whom I've had the pleasure of purchasing a new car. He got me an outstanding price on my vehicle and never attempted to up-sell me once I declined an option. He kept me informed and, despite being busy 12 hours each day, was always available to address my inquiries. One of the nicest people I've ever met. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Jim Ellis over the past 2 years for me and my family. I recently traded a truck for a used Mercedes Benz CLK350 that I had been looking at on their website for over a week. Dino Hill and I had been discussing deal arrangements and he was giving me information without any pressure. He contacted me on a Friday to let me know the car was still on the lot. I went out on Saturday, negotiated the price and trade-in amount to just the right amount and drove home in my CLK350 that afternoon. Dino is a top-notch guy and I have always felt like I left that dealership with a good deal. I will continue to do business there and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a used car or truck or a new one. I am not affiliated with them nor am I paid to write this review. By the way, they also always did the service on my Silverado and I never had any issues with service either. If they couldn't get to me right away, they provided a loaner for my new truck every time.

Reggie S went above and beyond to accommodate our interest in the 2015 Malibu starting with seeing us Saturday evening 30 minutes after closing hours even though the front doors were still open. He allowed me to call him on Sunday afternoon, his day off, to confirm my decision to go forward with my purchase. We bought the car on Monday and Reggie coached me through every step, including the excellent pricing on the vehicle! Reggie also sold us my wife's 2012 Cruze in January, 2012 and that experience was why we went back to Jim Ellis and sought out Reggie. By the way, I saw the great deal on Malibus on Jim Ellis' website earlier that Saturday evening. It was well laid out and provided the information I was seeking in order to get over to the dealership as soon as I could as the sale was ending soon.

My first time coming to Jim Ellis was in March, I was not sure what to expect, I have three words to say about Danon Henton. He was excellent, excellent and excellent. He went above and beyond my expectations! Because of him you can expect me to return and refer others, even if it is just for an oil change, I use to go somewhere else, because of not anymore. Danon was very professional, showed empathy about my previous service experience elsewhere. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all and also followed up with me twice after my service visit to make sure everything was ok.. I wish I could have done GM survey that he talked to me about but I never received one. I hope the public can see this post and for anyone whom owns a GM vehicle , see Danon Henton!!!Jerri Hatcher

The technician commented that the faulty exhaust sensor item had been "glued on" by a previous technician. However, the last place the car was worked on was Jim Ellis Chevrolet. The car has 61k miles and has only had two service visits other than regular oil changes. This repair resulted in a much larger bill than expected. While that can be disputed, when I got home last night the car is rattling while in idle. This should have been caught by Jim Ellis Chevrolet before releasing the vehicle to me yesterday.I called today and spoke to Nicole at the service desk. She promised they would help find an appointment to have it looked at, and would call me back in 15 minutes. Six hours later, no call back. I'm hoping there is a different authorized Saturn service provider that I can use.Stay away from these people.

I just bought a Suburban last December and brought it in for its first free maintenance. I didn't know you all stopped doing oil changes at three on Sunday's. I got there at 3:15 with my wife and you all took the vehicle with a smile, did the oil change and tire rotation in about 30 minutes, maybe less. On the face of it, its great customer service, but what you don't know [because i didn't have to explain it to anyone] I was on my way out of town heading to California for a week business trip. I didn't want the bride to have to deal with the maintenance on the Suburban while i was gone which is why we came Sunday. So, bottom line, you guys took some stress off my family and didn't even know it. Further, we have 9 kids, so its critical that the Suburban be available and operational. Way to go Jim Ellis Chevrolet. You have customer for life.

Best service experience I've had in a long time. Brought my 2005 Equinox into Jim Ellis on Thursday March 26th for hatch latch problem (would not open, period) and vibration issue during braking. Danon was extremely professional and friendly. When he thought we may have to wait on a part from Charlotte, he began making arrangements for me to have a loaner car to drive over the weekend. As it turned out the part was found locally and the repair was able to be made the next day (on Friday). I asked if it was possible to have the repairs completed by 2pm on Friday to help me with arranging for a ride to the dealership. He said he would take care of it, no problem. Danon called me the next day (on Friday) at 10:30am to let me know the car was all ready for pickup. I was able to pick up my car around noon, and not only were the repairs completed but my car was washed and looked great (better than when I brought it in). The hatch opened perfectly. Then the true test - would the shaking/vibration braking be truly fixed? After things I had read on the internet, I had my doubts. It was totally fixed. The car drives as good as it did brand new - braking, steering, acceleration - everything works perfectly.Thank you to Jim Ellis and special thanks to my service consultant, Danon Henton. He did a great job.

We were searching for a specific make/model and mileage level on a Honda Pilot. Saw this dealership had a few on the lot and called to come in. We were greeted at the door by our sales person (Welcome Mr. And Mrs.!) and our car was ready to view. We had our baby daughter with us so had to test drive separately due to her car seat. Kya was extremely accommodating with everything and we agreed on a price shortly after driving the car. There were no typical sales tactics and we got a great deal on a great vehicle. If you are buying a used car, check out Jim Ellis Chevy and ask for Kya!

Seen the truck I wanted on internet and called asked could we get deal done today as I was going on vacation the next morning. The answer was sure we can I had my doubts as I live 2 hours away. Didn't get there till about 6 pm but was off on vacation the next morning in my avalanche. The guys stayed late and did what it took. Everyone was very courteous even an hour after closing time when i know they wanted to be at home. If you need a vehicle I would highly recommend you see Dino Hill at Jim Ellis Chevrolet he is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to explain all the features of the avalanche when he should have been headed home. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Guys

The entire team worked to restore our beloved HHR to like new performance, when it sadly needed extensive repair due to advanced miles. My husband was even convinced to look at a new car purchase from the same Jim Ellis Chevrolet, to meet our growing family needs.

Just purchased a certified pre-owned Buick Enclave from Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Alan Cavell was my salesperson. Excellent service all the way around. Car was fairly priced, the work performed excellent (leather interior installed) and we are enjoying the vehicle. I'd use Alan and this dealer in the future for a car purchase.

My Experience: Had faulty rear ride control/suspension compressor, leaking air bladder(s) and shocks on my 2005 GMC Yukon Denali replaced. Wasn't an inexpensive service visit -- over $2300. That said, Jim Ellis service department is huge and they are extremely efficient. I had my truck back the same day. My service writer, Rick G. was great. He kept my informed and worked with me to make sure the needed repairs stayed within my maximum limit (hey, it was just a couple of days after Christmas). Thankfully, I have only had to take it Jim Ellis 5 or 6 times in the 8+years that I have owned my GMC -- but they always treat you as if you were frequent visitor. Jim Ellis Service shines as an example of "..your get what you pay for.."

You wonder why people don't want to use dealerships for service. Here's why. I went for a simple headlight replacement .The service writer (Ken) was very kind to offer to change it out when he learned that I was on my way to Florida and needed to have it done quickly. He advised me to purchase the part at a cost of about $30.00 and he would replace it while I waited. As it turned out, it required removing the grill. He quoted me $57.80 in labor to have the service department do it. I left the dealership and received a call about two hours later that that they had installed it on the wrong side. I was then told I would have to purchase another bulb, charged another $57.80. So it went from an original quote of about $30.00 to $134.00. My service bill indicates "customer supplied new GM headlamp bulb asked to have it installed in the RH side." In fact, I turned the lights on for them to see which side it was on, although I said I THOUGHT it was the passenger side. So, I haven't brought it to the attention of the service manager yet, but I plan to. Really--who does the work without checking to see if the part needs to be replaced? Not only did the mechanic not check it before starting the project, after the grill was removed and light replaced, he/she reassembled the grill without checking to see if it worked. In their minds-I had to pay for a second removal. That was the stupid thing. I'm feel like I"m paying for the mechanic's mistake.

My situation involved buying a car our daughter found on the Jim Ellis Chevrolet website. Although the car was more than 700 miles from our home, the advertised price was good and it was the car our daughter wanted. After agreeing on a price, and inquiring about their finance rates, the salesman advised I fill out their on-line loan application. That done, I was contacted by their F & I person who advised she could not match my local credit union rate. She also advised my salesman would call me back in one hour to take a credit card down-payment so that I could close the deal without any problems at 9 AM Monday morning. Not hearing from the salesman in the 1 hour time frame, I called and left him 2 messages. I also left him email & text messages. Instead on that Saturday afternoon at 5:51PM, the salesman left me the following text message: "the Regal has been sold". No big deal right???? Wrong!!!!! This morning, Kevin their sales manager called me and inquired as to what time I was going to show up for the previously agreed upon Monday 9AM closing as they were still holding the car for me. I advised I had planned to drive to Atlanta on Sunday, but due to the salesman's text, I was still in Chicago. At this point, Kevin offered to find me "another comparable Buick, but probably not at the great price of the one I agreed to purchase". Bait & Switch? We'll never know. I do know that every time I get together with my many friends in Atlanta, I'll be sure to share my experience.

The car and the price were great. The finance person said "I am going to extend your warranty" and then slipped a purchased extended warranty into the paperwork. Probably not illegal but certainly unethical. Be careful with them when you get to that part of the process.

I visited Jim Ellis in response to an ad for a used Chevy Camaro. Fortunately, the car had been sold so I spoke with Daimein Solomon about what I wanted. I knew exactly the trim package, color etc I wanted and would accept nothing else. He located what I wanted in Alabama and we started talking numbers. I met with Cherise, the finance manager, and the great experience continued. I'm very happy with the deal and ecstatic with my 2013 black on black 2LT with the RS package beautiful Camaro! When people find out I bought the car from Jim Ellis, heads start nodding about how great they are. I have to agree!

I was looking for a Chevrolet SSR and came across one at Jim Ellis Chevrolet in Atlanta. My first contact was with Denise Silva she was very pleasant to work with and we talked on several occasions. After we were able to confirm a deal over the phone she put me in the hands of a salesman (Jahanna, sorry I cant spell his name), he was thorough and I appreciate the time he spent with me in negotiating a price. Terrence was professional during our negociations. I would recommend to my friends.

The vehicle is consuming oil due to AFM system. This is a know and fully documented issue with this model truck. The problem started at ~40K miles. Step-one service was authorized and performed. The service adviser explained the ongoing oil consumption measurement procedure which I followed for the next 25K miles. Now at 65K miles oil consumption is as bad as initially seen. Yesterday, this same service adviser now says I had not followed the procedure and I probably didn't matter anyway since the vehicle is out of warranty. He mentioned that the although the problem occurred well within the warranty, GM would probably not cover any more repairs no matter how bad the problem got. From his mixed words and overall attitude he was basically indicating he would not go out of his way to help me resolve this issue. Throughout the last 2 years he lead me to believe I would be taken care of he would help make me whole. Now he has decided to get rid of me and my issue. He has definitely done that effectively. When you spend over $40,000 on a vehicle, you'd expect more than 40K miles without major oil consumption issues. It is also reasonable to expect that the dealership I purchased the vehicle from should help me resolve this issue with the factory. I hope to never have to deal with Jim Ellis again. Chances are, I will never purchase a GM product again.

This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever been to. I bought a brand new truck from jim ellis, it was in the shop nine times in the first six months I had it. It had a major rattle in the dash that their so called mechanics couldn't fix it. What they did to try to fix it was UNBELIEVABLE the shoved napkins under my dash to try to fix it! I spoke with mr ellis assistant very rude, and also with mr ellis himself. He doesn't care about his customers AT ALL!! I will never go back there or ever recommend that place to ANYONE!! I eventually had to trade my truck for something else. I thought buying a new truck would be a great experience but no. After everything I lost major money because of this business!!!!

My brand new truck had a rattle that was in the shop 9 times to be fixed. The mechanis folded napkins up and shoved in the dash to try to resolve the problem. Instead of replacing parts they just kept trying to fix the defective part. Horrible experience will never send anyone to Jim ellis for a vehicle. Mr ellis the owner doesn't care at all about his customers!!!

"Vladimir Kochubey is one of the best service reps I have ever run into. He does an excellent job of ascertaining just what the problem is that I'm there for and he has never disappointed me with when my vehicle will be ready for pickup.-- Jerry Tobias"Over the last three years we have visited the Jim Ellis dealership three or four time to resolve issues we have experienced with our 2010 Traverse and our 2007 Corvette. We have not had a bad experience and in fact we have been treated with respect by each and every Jim Ellis employee that we've encountered including the person that oversees the coffee area. One of our visits was to repair front end damages to our 2010 Traverse after a collision. Their collision shop handled everything for us and returned our vehicle as good as new. While I can't remember the service rep. that handled our case I can say that he was excellent, keeping us informed as to progress, right up to and including our picking up our Traverse. If you are looking for dealerships that are customer focused, try going to one of Jim Ellis's and that includes his collision shop. You won't be disappointed.

Don't trust the advertisements from them that you see online. They will not honor things they write on the ad. My Camaro's seller's notes stated "NEW ARRIVAL! PARKING SENSORS, BLUETOOTH, LEATHER SEATS, HEATED FRONT SEATS, AND PREMIUM SOUND SYSTEM." Salesman also said it had every option except heads up display. It was around 8PM so I couldn't really go through every single option and double check that it had it. Especially since it was already dark outside. Two days after purchasing, I tried reverse parking and realized the parking sensors are not even installed on the vehicle. When I contacted the salesman he said there's nothing he can do about a misprint. The used sales manager said he would contact me after 24 hours to try and figure something out. He avoided my calls, messages, and e-mails for 5 days so I just decided to drive 20 miles on my day off to ask him what's going on. He said they can only offer me a discount on parts and labor. Check all of the options even if the salesman says it has it and the ad is clearly typed out saying it has it. They will not care about what happens after you sign the papers and leave the dealership.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Jim Ellis, both have been GMC vehicles. Jason Bankston sold us our Sierra in 2009 and he was the F&I manager when we bought the Acadia. Both experiences were exceptional. Also, Barry did a great job of educating us about the Acadia and helping my wife pick out the vehicle she wanted. You have a very good team and business model. --Logan Butler

My car buying experience was a breeze at Jim Ellis of Atlanta. It was low stress and low pressure...exactly as it should be. There is nothing worse then when you are trying to make a decision about spending ALOT of money on a new car for the sales rep to be standing over your shoulder pressuring you to "buy now!". My sales rep, Bob Tschappat, and his boss, Sam Manji, were a pleasure to work with. Bob was very knowledgable about the Acadias and was able to throughly answer any and all questions I had on the vehicle. Sam was able to make me a deal that I couldn't get anywhere else...trust me, I did my homework and called around to a number of dealerships in the state of GA and all of them told me that I would be crazy if I didn't take that deal because they couldn't come even close to matching it or beating it. I decided that I couldn't pass it up either. This is my first GMC and hopefully I will be pleased enough with how it holds up to purchase again in the future. I will definitely bring my business back to Jim Ellis of Atlanta. Thanks guys! You're the best!

I had been looking for a used Ford Expedition for about 3 months. One popped up and looked pretty clean from the ad. They were in touch with me right away and when I asked to have them send photos and a CarFax, they did that night! So, I scheduled a time to go and look at this SUV...not the right color but it was very clean! The price was pretty good and they even gave me $$ for my old beat up van. I drove the Expedition home that night with paper tags on it for the weekend and returned on Monday to finalize the paperwork. Amazing they did this ;-) I asked them to check on the grime, or whatever it was on the top of the steering wheel. Whatever it was it was nasty! When I came out of the finance office he took me to where they had parked it...and whalla! A brand new leather cover was put over the original leather steering wheel! They did not have to do that. Also, it came with 4 brand new tires, new brakes and some other little stuff that they had done. I do not hesitate to recommend Jim Ellis Chevrolet in Atlanta for either a new or a used vehicle. Expect to be treated fairly and with respect...and a fair deal!!! Can't ask for much more than that. M. Wood

I live in Buckhead and had been shopping for vehicles at several Cobb Parkway dealerships. I wanted a dealership close to my home. I was prepared to purchase my new Enclave from another dealer on Saturday, but I heard the Jim Ellis commercial on KICKS 101.5 on the Wednesday prior and decided to go to the dealership on Friday. I'm glad I went! Jim Ellis was giving a $5,000 discount that the other dealership was not giving. After meeting the salesman Jim Banks and working with him, it made my decision to purchase from Jim Ellis a no brainer. And Jim told me about the service department ratings, so I plan to bring my Enclave to Jim Ellis. Aimee Anderson

I talked to a sales person back in December about purchasing a new Camaro Convertible 2LT. I asked for their best price and when they called back the next day, I was quoted a price of $1 off MSRP. When I inquired about the price, the salesperson said they got their price from their manager and had no control over pricing. A very poor way to do business and I never heard from them again. I felt they did not want to sell to an educated consumer.

I recently purchased a used 2010 Corvette Grand Sport from Jim Ellis that was advertised here on Cars.com. The car's quality was as advertised. The salesman and used car manager were very professional and straight forward. I didn't receive any of the usual used car salesman high pressure tactics that everyone hates. No offers and counter offers for hours on end and no schemes to convenience you you should buy something you neither needed nor wanted. When I originally found the car online I submitted my car's information for an online trade-in estimate. As expected the estimate came back with a very broad range in value. In the past I have found that the dealership's cars were worth a whole bunch and my car was worth nothing until they own it. Then it becomes most valuable. Thus, I took the estimation with me when I visited the dealership, because I just knew I would have to fight to get top dollar for my car and I was NOT going to deal with them if I couldn't get a decent price for my vehicle. I must say I was shocked when the manager's initial offer for my car was significantly more money than the online estimate's best price had been. Overall, I must say that this was probably the best & easiest car buying experience I have in a VERY long time.
