I'm ONLY reviewing the service center, as I did not purchase my car from here. Engine failed on my Optima due to a recall, and Diana was very helpful and thorough and provided courtesy updates throughout the process. It took around a week and a half total (ahead of scheduled time) to get the car fixed and get a new engine, and I was in a rental from Enterprise 5 days later, which was a bit slow. She also recommended some other services my car needed, but their prices are pretty stiff so I got them done elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend this service center.

I have visited this dealership a few times and each experience has been super pleasant. Camille in the service department goes above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer.She is very informative which helps me to trust that I am getting the best possible service possible on my car. She is also very friendly. Unlike most dealerships Im not sitting and wondering how long I will be there. She respects my business and my time. Actually all of the team members are friendly and respectful. It's always a warm experience. Since my first visit there I haven't taken my car anywhere else.

Lisa was excellent! She was very helpful in setting up appointment for the services I needed. The service was great and charges were very reasonable. I had four tires changed, alignment, and oil change. They provided me with free rides, so that I can get some shopping done while waiting for my car. They helped to unload and load my stuff. Lisa and others at this dealership are so gracious and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Haleigh and Katy were such a great help. They helped me find a great car with everything I wanted. Everything went so smooth and the car looked even better picking it up. With the hard times of finding a new car and a car shortage. Jim Ellis made everything amazingly easier. Thanks again!

I came to the showroom just for the random test drives. Who knew this would be the day I'll get a perfect car under my budget! All thanks to the generous staff especially Brett, who understood all my requirements and showed me the options patiently. It has been two weeks since I got my Kia Optima 2016, everything is going smoothly so far and up to the expectations.
