I bought a CPO from them in 2016. This year I decided to buy a brand new car through them again. I worked with Hussein and Karl on my new purchase. They were both AMAZING! I now live in a different state but I've had such good customer service every time I've worked with them. Everything was very seamless and they made it very easy to purchase my cars. I would definitely recommend purchasing a VW through Jim Ellis.

Rich and Isaac were great. They were both personable and professional. I was able to get a replacement for my totaled car. I felt welcomed and like they were willing to help. Thank you so much to both of these great men. I’ll be back again.

Wonderful experience dealing with Jessica Atkins. My car was purchased through my company so Jessica had additional levels of communication to deal with in addition to just helping me find the right car. She was extremely responsive to all parties throughout the process. After the sale was complete, she took extra time with me to ensure I understood all the features/options on the car I had purchased before leaving the lot. Would strongly recommend her as a representative of Jim Ellis Volkswagen/Chamblee when looking for a new vehicle.

Our service rep Jessica Atkins was amazing! She was very thorough detailed when going thru all the steps with my daughter and myself. It was also nice that everything was ready to go when we got there and weren't spending hours wrapping up the paperwork! Customer service from start to finish was great! Highly recommend the dealership and definitely ask for Jessica as your sales rep, she was awesome!

My husband and I decided to purchase a new car and called the dealership. Our salesman, Rich, answered the phone and I had a great feeling about him before we even arrived! Once we arrived on-site, a bit later than expected, our prior feelings were confirmed. Rich was professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. We ended up having to stay well after the dealership closed in order to finalize all of the paperwork with Rich and the finance manager, Isaac. They were both incredibly helpful and insightful.
