Jake is very thorough and friendly. Every visit never disappoints me. Got a free car wash too. Love having the shuttle to kill some time. He is also awesome. Didn't get his name tho.

This was my first time getting my car serviced here at Jim Falk Nissan. I was not disappointed that I chose to come here. I was mis diagnosed at another car service location for services that would have cost $1,000 more. Zach was so great at keeping me informed as to what was going on with my car. I had my 2 year old with me so Peter dropped us off at the mall while the car was serviced and picked me up after. They were great in every aspect of service. Car is running great!

I bought a car in March and there were electronic items that went wrong with it. I had a 90 warranty for saftey items. I had to leave out of town and Manny drove me to the airport =- they fixed my car while I was out of town and picked me up at the airport. Manny also went the extra mile and had the manufacturer fix the a/c (non safety)item that saved me close to $1000.00. I would not recommend the used car salesman Larry or his boss Ivan - I had to wrestle with Ivan to get the electronics worked on - but once it was ok'd and Mark and Manny took over - it was unbelievable service. I would go back to them in on hot second.

If you don't mind paying 4-5k over retail this is the place for you, also service center sucks so be prepared to dance if you have any issues with your new purchase. Kevin was EXCELLENT! I have never felt so comfortable and stress free when purchasing a new car. He gave us options and assisted us to meet our financial obstacles. I will definitely refer family and friends to Kevin. Another excellent team player was Mike. He took his valuable time to really explain our situation and get us the best loan possible.They have a really outstanding team. Everyone was friendly and Alex even went out of his way to entertain my daughter while we were finalizing our deal. They got a new customer for life!
