I was most appreciative with the service Mr. Lancaster provided. Bringing the car to Taylor was extremely helpful. I have a teaching position and getting to Camden was a bit of a problem. Papers filled out ahead of time saved me valuable time. This is the second car that I have purchased from Jim Golden and I would buy again. Jim Golden Ford is a respectable place to do business. I purchased my F150 in 2014 from owner, Jim Golden. He searched and found me 'Just What I Wanted'! I enjoy visiting the service department. Joyce and Jerry know me by name and always welcome me and help me out. They are knowledgeable and go 'Up and Beyond' to get my truck fixed quickly for a reasonable price!! I get my truck's oil changed every 5,000 miles at JG's Quick Lube. I am usually there early, 6:00a, for they are always busy, because they do such thorough work at a reasonable price! I have enjoyed watching and getting to know Payne, who is new to the Quick Lube. He is learning to run the QL and desk and doing a Great Job!! Last but Not Least...I ♥️ just stopping by to say HI to my good friend, Krissy Bassetti and friend and Car Salesman, Ricky. They are always welcoming with a Smile and seem so happy at JG Ford. Krissy is Always up to visiting w me for 30 minutes or so! Everyone at Jim Golden Ford are Friendly, Know You By Name, Qualified and Go 'Up and Beyond' for me! Went to get a key cut for my car and everyone was nice until I started to talk to this one lady let's call her Joyce. She was very rude and continued to tell what information I needed to get the key made which I told her I had as if it wasn't my vehicle. I'm so sick of dealing with people like this and being humble about it at the same time. This is ridiculous!!!
