After a terrible experience with a dealership earlier that day, we found what we were looking for at Jim Hardman. Bob Sierra was very responsive and made sure we got the car we wanted. Chris Bennett helped us with the financing process and everything went somewhat smoothly. Nevertheless, It would have been nice if we could have been made more aware of the fact, that we ended up getting additional warranty on the vehicle. We were given the option to finance for either 60 or 72 months. Not only did the 72 month option gave us a better rate, it supposedly also came with an additional warranty. However, it was glossed over how much that warranty would actually cost us extra, which ended up a bit misleading. At the end, we did sign the paperwork and we hope that the additional warranty will help us out at the end.

Very disappointed with Jim Hardman Buick GMC....I would not recommend this dealership. I called inquiring about purchasing a new vehicle and was told by Dennis that he would not sell me a truck because I live out of state and he needed to take care of his regular people..I was born and raised in Georgia, My whole family is still in Georgia and referred me to this dealership. Not that it should make a difference. It must be nice to pick and chose your customers based on where they reside.. Fortunately there are plenty of other dealers that want to sell trucks.

Brought my car in for service. From the start had a rude and impatient customer service rep. He called later that day and stated everything but one item that needed to be fixed had nothing wrong with it. One of the items that had “nothing wrong” with it was my front tire. I picked it up and my tire was flat. Tried to talk to guy who brought my car around about the flat tire and he had nothing to say. Just walked away. Very unprofessional and will not be back.

Good morning, my sales person was okay, but could have been a more attentive and knowledge when it came to me asking questions about the vehicle that I purchase without me asking. Also Chris, who wrote the paperwork up could have been more interesting of helping me more with changing the title from my name to my business name. Without given me excuse that the title of the truck was already sent. It was not a good effort for him to change it. I almost changed my mind to buy the truck because of this lack of afford. Outstanding customer service. Jose handled all my problems and the service department did a great job fixing what needed to be done. Also I was given a vehicle to drive while mine was waiting on parts so my schedules weren't in any conflicts because I Ididn't have a car. I will recommend Jim Hardman service department to everyone. The facilities were excellent also while I waited for my car to be checked over and evaluated. A very friendly staff and environment. I'm very satisfied with my experience at Jim hardman GMC dealership and service department.

Prompt handling of request. Thorough explanation of problem, possible solution and time required.Transport to my residence provided. Service call and stated requirement to hold car overnight. Service called promptly the next morning, and transport was provided to pick up the vehicle.

I set up an appointment for a recall software correction on my Sierra 2500 HD with Jim Hardman GMC. Upon arrival--Two service advisors Welcomed me, Chris got me checked in and 20 minutes later I was on my way! I chose Hardman GMC due to numerous sales and service issues at another GMC dealership on Mall of GA Rd. So glad I did. I will use and recommend service done at Jim Hardman GMC Buick from now on.

If you despise the thought of going to a dealership, spending the day being haggled and harassed, well you are not alone.Jim Hardman is the dealership that will make you question if your experience is real. The prices are the best period, the Sales, Finance, and Management are superb. I will never recommend another dealership. I bought the vehicle of my choice, which I searched for several months, in several States, until I came across one of their advertisements. I drove 50 miles and would do it over and over again. The savings advertised were real and some , much better in person. If you end up going to a big dealership who advertises they will not be beat. Don't waste your time. Jim Hardman has them beat when you walk through the door. I bought a 2500 Denali from Jim Harman and it was the best experience. Super fast and friendly. No haggle or tricks up their sleeves! Thank you everyone , especially Bob Sierra and Mark Passmore.

I had a great experience using Jim Hardman for my recent vehicle purchase! My grandfather always thought highly of the dealership and I thought I would give them a try. Was not pressured in anyway. Was given pay-off for my trade-in (and this was given before we even knew what my pay-off was). Tom C. was my salesman and stayed late to finish the deal, even on his early day. Bobby (Sales Mgr.) and Mark (Finance) were both great to work with and made the transaction less painful and quick! I have never driven a GMC before now. My father retired from General Motors and has since passed away. He would be happy to know I am driving a GMC vehicle now. Tom told me I would be happy and I must say he was right! I ran into a couple at a local store and they said they hoped I was enjoying my new vehicle. They had hoped to purchase it, but I beat them to it. Made me smile and also feel like I had some rare "gem" that others were after.

My wife and I drove up to Jim Hardman to look at a new 2016 GMC Canyon. We were very pleased with the sales department and how helpful they were. It was not a typical dealership where they were pressuring you into buying something. They let us take our own time to look and test drive the truck. We were very interested in the truck and asked to have our trade in looked at and get a bottom line out the door price for the new truck. Unlike other dealerships who were not willing to do that until we actually were ready to sit down and sign papers. The sales manager Mark sat down with us and went over everything and even gave us a detailed out the door price to take home and look over. It was the best experience we have ever have in purchasing a new vehicle. We would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to have a stress free experience when making a big decision on a new purchase.

Recently moved to N Ga. and this was my first visit to Jim Hardman. I needed a service appointment for a warranty recall notice received in the mail. I called the dealership and was able to quickly get to a scheduler and make an appointment that fit my schedule for the following week. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted promptly and within one hour, as advised, my car was ready to go and I was on my way. My overall experience was excellent and will be going back to this dealership for future maintenance and any warranty work needed.

I am so pleased with the Acadia we purchased. It is just what I wanted and the best folks work there. I never felt pressured to buy anything. We even brought a Buick Lacrosse home overnight and , we loved it, but it was just too small for us. We went back the next day and looked at and drove the GMC Acadia and I was thinking they would be mad for changing our minds. But they were nice as could be and assured us they wanted us to be happy! We are very happy with our vehicle and with the service at Jim Hardman.

When I go to gym Hardman I'm welcomed with a smile and a friendly good morning they take my truck in as soon as possible service it and while I'm waiting I talk to the ladies at the desk look at the new cars or trucks and have a cup of coffee and a cigarette it is always a pleasant experience. To go there they don't try to sell you stuff they let you wander around and then at your leisure they're not pushy but very friendly.

I made an appointment to have them do some warranty work on my wife's car that they said would take "4, maybe 5 days" and they've had it for over 3 weeks now! In that time they've told me they'd call right back with an update 10 times and have never once called me back, ever. They refuse to give me a loaner car because "they are all in use right now" and we have been getting by with one car for 2 weeks longer than expected thus far. I've spoken to 5 different people there, and left a message for the service manager who has also not called me back and they still have my car! They are the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with and I've run across some doozies before! I would highly NOT recommend ever using them for anything!

I communicated the driver heated seat was not working intermittently. Work order revealed the passenger seat was diagnosed as working properly. Thie diagnosis was for a problem not described and will require an additional trip to get resolved if not two.

I went on tues. to buy this car. We worked out finance, but it was late and the car needed charged. We talked to the sale rep. To come back thur. Only to find out the car was sold out from under us .my credit score also dropped 74 pts due to the three hard Inquiries done. Now when I do find a reputable dealership my Interest rate will be higher. Please avoid this place and save your credit and head aches. Also absolutely nothing was done to help make it right at all.

Service was performed in a timely manner. Staff was friendly, and gave paperwork to me at end of visit which detailed the overall condition of my car's engine. Waiting room was comfortable and clean.

I bought my 2009 GMC Acadia from Jim Hardman Buick GMC and I was very pleased with my sales rep and I have had it serviced there many times. I get the same great service everytime I go there. When time comes again for me to trade I will be doing my business with them. I also intend to keep letting them service my vehicle. I also had them align the front end on my jeep wrangler and I am really pleased with that work also. I would definetly recommend Jim Hardman Buick GMC for purchase of a vehichle or service and repairs to a vehichle.

Everyone at Jim Hardman made sure that everything was to my satisfaction from the time I walked in the door until the time I left with my new vehicle. All were helpful, kind, pleasant and very informative about the different vehicles. I purchased my previously owned 2006 Lucerne from Jim Hardman and will return for any future auto purchases.

I spoke to the dealer twice before going to see the car! I also, called 30 minutes before driving to see the car and, the dealer tells me that another co-worker is in the process of trying to get someone approved for the car! Why? wasn't I notified before he let me drive all the way out their..and, waste gas and, time! And, why? did he still want me to look at the car..and, than tell me it has been in (one accident)! So, So, unprofessional...I just walked away..fast!
