I chose Jim Juliani Motors for the purchase of my 2004 Acura RSX. The service was amazing! Rob Renna, the sales manager at Jim Juliana Motors made sure I was 100% satisfied with the vehicle. I currently bought a vehicle from Jim Juliani's motorcars it was a 1997 Chevy Corvette. My salesman name was Bobby he was a great guy he assured me on the test drive that the AC compressor would be fixed on delivery he also assured me that the left motor for the headlight would be fixed because the headlight did not go up upon delivery Bobby went over the car with me he showed me that he put a new AC compressor also not only did he change one motor for the headlight but he noticed that the motor was not his strong on the right side so he ended up changing both motors for the headlights which would've save me more money down the road. I sure will recommend this dealer to my friends what a beautiful store they have inside really makes you feel at home finance lady was great experience with finance. Again I would like to think Bobby for all you did

My wife and I had been to quite a few car dealerships before your company. We had trouble finding a car that suited us and was not being given the great customer we received with Robert Renna at Jim Juliani Motor Cars. Not only did Robert Renna provide wonderful customer service but it was insightful too, making our purchase hassel free. I would recommend your company in high regards to anyone seeking a vehicle.

Rob Rena showed us a few cars. He was not pushy at all. He is a friendly man who genuinely seems to be concerned about the customer's best interest. When we decided to purchase the car, he promised to put two new tires on the rear of the car. When we came to pick up the car it had four new tires. That was over and above what we had expected. We are completely satisfied and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We worked with Rob and right from the first phone call he was prompt, courteous, responsive, and forthright. He accurately described the car and we never felt pressured. Our car was delivered when promised and an issue with the CT DMV was promptly resolved so we could get back on the road for the long (but fun!) drive home! We would definitely recommend Rob and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used car!

My name is Ricky and I recently bought a BMW X3 from this dealership my salesmen was Bobby he not your typical salesmen he wasn't aggressive like most salesmen are he explained to me how his store operated and assured me if there anything wrong with the truck they would take care of it I got to tell ya he didn't pressure me at all like most salesmen he was really a nice guy the AC was blowing warm on test drive and Bobby assured me on delivery it would be ice cold and it was I hate buying cars but I have to say I was very impressed with this store and there team I will be recommending jim juliani store to all my friends and tell them to go see Bobby

Even though I purchased the car "as is", the service and appreciation they show when I just pop in to ask questions is just outstanding. They fixed everything immediately at no charge. Me being alone really means alot when you have to depend on people. They were GREAT.

We recently drove from ny to look at a car we saw online at a different dealership in the area and the car was nothing like the pictures and they gave us an embarrassing offer on our trade in. We left there unhappy and saw a car on our way back at Jim Juliani's that turned out to be a better vehicle at a better price and they gave us more than we were asking for on our trade in. They turned our wasted trip into one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. Right from the start the staff was friendly and Bobby our salesman was very helpful and honest. I would make the drive again when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle.

they go out of their way to make the customer very happy. they are very wonderful people especially ROBERT and JIM,the MD. They gave me a good car for a good price and a very good after sales service even though i still have issues but i think that overall they gave me a good deal. i would gladly buy from them again and again. thanks guys for a smooth,easy and fast transaction.

When did you ever enjoy buying a used car? Probably never but you never had the pleasure of buying a car from Dave Juliani!!! I found the dealership that had the car I wanted and then I called and got Dave on the phone. I was out of state and needed the weekend to get up to see and drive the car. No problem. The car was waiting for me days later and I took it for a drive with Dave. Dave knows cars and he was very comfortable telling me that I would enjoy this one and that it was in good condition. There was no hard sell, just answers to my questions. I bought the car that Saturday, wired funds on Monday and picked the car up last night. Everything was in perfect order exactly as promised. The paperwork was all prepared in advance and all I had to do was sign and drive away but not before thanking Dave. The car is perfect and I am glad to have done business with Dave and his staff. All nice, courteous and knowledgeable people. This is the first time I ever wrote a review on line. I just had to do it because this was great. Thanks Dave!

Bought a beautiful, 1 owner car. Worked with David on a Sunday and there was absolutely no pressure. Fair trade in value for my 06 Dodge Caravan and David had 4 new tires installed. Financing and paperwork was very smooth. There is a problem with the suspension, but scheduled for assesment/repairs. I'm confident that will go as smooth. Reserving rating of Quality of repairs till after suspension is.looked at. :-)

Having searched the internet intensively I was able to find the car I was looking for and talked to the salesman, Rob. I explained to him that I was interested in the car and that I was a serious buyer, but that the price had to be in the ball park for me to drive 5 hours to test drive the vehicle. Rob assured me that the vehicle was in great condition. I decided to purchase the vechicle site unseen once we neotiated a price. Rob was absolutely correct in his analysis and decription of the vechicle once seen and test driven. I have to say that Rob is a very good used car salesman and the dealership is a great place to buy a used car.

I've been shopping around at several local dealerships. I stopped in at Juliani motors to check out there inventory and the first thing i noticed was there great pricing. I was assisted by Dave. He was very friendly. The dealership was comfortable. I was offered a bottle of water. They have a full service shop for when i need a oil change. Comfortable customer lounge and the staff was very knowledgeable when it came to answer all of my questions.

Purchased a 2004 Jeep Liberty in 2013. Was promised their mechanic looked over the car and it was very reliable. A couple months after I purchased the vehicle it broke down on the highway and needed $1400 worth of repairs. There was a bad oil leak, a busted water pump, a filters that were more yellow, belts that needed replacing, the 4WD was in desperate need of service. By far the worst used car experience of my life. And the most expensive considering a couple months after I purchased the vehicle I had to put $1400 back into it.

Researched the heck out of Jeeps before finding this Liberty at Juliani Motors. I went in expecting to "browse" and struck up a conversation with Rob Renna who unexpectedly I found out he could get me the financing I was looking for. I was in my "new" Jeep within two days! I hate buying cars! Working with Dave and the staff was wonderful. I am a customer for life. No pressure to buy. They know their cars and their value. Dave went above and beyond what I asked for. Test drove a car that did not quite meet my expectations, but Dave told me he would find what I was looking for. In less then 2 weeks he found me exactaly what I was looking for. Right model, right color, right miles, right price! It happen to have snow tires on it so he put brand new Goodyears on it and gave me the snowtires at no charge. Now that exceeded my expectations.

2004 Subaru, one owner, very honest dealer, they put new Rotors and pads on all four wheels the day before we picked it up. Great car. Four hour ride to get the car, worth the ride. No pressure sale. No tricks.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer back in October. Was promised that this vehicle was fully inspected and serviced. Promised it was reliable. Three months out it broke down on me and required $1400.00 worth of repairs. Turns out this so called "inspected" and "reliable" vehicle was actually truly neglected.

This past December I was in the market to purchase a used vehicle for myself. Being a Waterbury native I knew of Juliani Motors. Trying to find the right vehicle to fit my limited budget Dave assisted me in picking out the perfect car that was a good fit for what I was looking for. The Office staff was courteous and efficient with getting everything together for me to make my purchase go smoothly . After purchasing my Acura within less than a month with the icy winter conditions there were damages done to the drive train this could have cost me quite a bit of money and could have been a very bad situation for me (financially) that I couldn't afford. After speaking with Dave said he would have the car towed to the dealership and Jim will help with the repairs. My car was fixed no cost to me in no time. I would highly recommend them to friends and family I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I continue to be a Happy and Appreciative Customer.

My experience at Jim Juliani Motor cars was one of the best I have ever had at a car dealership! I would like to thank my salesman Gary DiDomenico for helping me find the perfect car. I am happy to have gone there and recremend them to everyone. They have great cars, great sales people, and were helpful and polite. No pressuring or pushing me into my purchase. Unfortunate for me my experiemce with Jim Juliani Motors was pleasent and I'm not a pleased customer. I recently bought the truck of my dreams ( so i thought) only to brig it back the next day for repairs. Upon trying to figure out what wasn't done to the vehicle before purcvhase i spoken to Rob who was VERY rude to me when trying to get this repairing problem fixed, they also DO NOT supply loaner cars cause they only have one dealer plate( I NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT BEFORE WITH A DEALER) that was a big inconveince being that that was my only means of transportation! That wasnt the only problem, I asked for an oil change and transmission fluid changed which i found out later that NOTHING was done,oh did i forget to tell you there was a crack in the windshield that now has spreaded all thw way done the entire front windshield! oh yeah ROB started being rude after he got my downpayment...! I shouldve stuck with my first instinct and that was NOT to purchase from there.I still have my truckwhich i love the space) but i have to pay for repairs that shoud"ve been done upon picking up after purchase.

Rob had helped us get the Audi we wanted. He came in on his day off and he had us in the car we wanted and had us in and out in less than an hour. Everyone at Jim julianis is a great place everyone was so helpful and friendly. I would definetly suggest this dealership to everyone. Thanks Rob. The Audi is our new space ship.

Excellent service! Sales person was great! The processing of all documentation was very fast. Everyone at Juliani moters were very personable and not pushy at all. I was very comfortable with the transactions. I will defintely come back in the future and make another purchase with them.

I never met Jim before but he is fantastic to work with. He is a straight-shooter and goes the extra mile to help make you happy. I sell insurance all day and I trust Jim, period.
