Daniel Callahan was absolutely AMAZING. He made my decision to purchase a Blue 2020 Outback Limited very easy and trade up to a Black 2021 Outback Touring 14 months later. Again he took the time to explain my options and every feature the car has. I know I am in the safest and BEST car on the market. I absolutely LOVE both cars. I felt SPECIAL and knew I was making the right decision. The entire process was fast and easy. I want to thank Josh in Finance as well. Daniel you now have a Subaru owner for life. All the employees we encountered were pleasant, professional and willing to help in any way they could. We especially appreciated Scott Alexander who walked us through the entire car-buying experience. His knowledge of the cars and the procedures along with his ability to answer all our questions was extremely valuable. The facility is extremely well-kept and the employees appearances were appropriate. The employees are knowledgeable regarding their respective duties. We didn't feel pressured or forced to do anything we didn't feel comfortable doing. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Jim Keras Subaru. I purchased a 2021 Outback Limited and I love it. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Alonzo was my sales associate and he was just as friendly and genuine as could be. He was new to the dealership, but it was clear that he had done his homework and gave me a thorough tour of both the Outback and the Forrester pointing out the similarities and differences so that I could make an informed decision as to which vehicle was the right one for me. I highly recommend him. I also had a great experience with Jason who was assisting Alonzo to make sure all bases were covered and I had everything I needed. He really made sure all my questions were answered and all my needs were met. Finally, Josh handled the financial aspect of the purchase smoothly and quickly. The entire process was pleasant and all of the associates were warm and friendly.

The guys at Jim Keras Subaru Hacks Cross are wonderful! From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. Terry was excellent in helping me finalize my car purchase. Allen was also wonderful and worked with me. "on the numbers". If you need a car see these guys!

Everyone with whom I was introduced was kind, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in my car buying experience. Clint Devlin was the sales person from whom I purchased my vehicle. He was very prompt in all communication, was thorough with the test driving experience, and continued to answer all my questions, no matter how silly they may have been! This is my first Subaru purchase, and now I know why people love Subaru. It was definitely worth the drive to the Hacks Cross dealership, and I will be sending family and colleagues there to experience this much improved, actually enjoyable, car-buying experience!
