I recently took my Subaru in for service and while I was there I asked about trading it in for a newer, smaller model. Josh Risch helped me through the process and I left with a new Subaru Crosstrek. I've been very happy with the service that Subaru has provided over the years and Josh made the transition between cars go very well. If you're looking for a new car, I can't recommend Josh and the Jim Keras Subaru team enough.

Tim, David, and Mark are exceptionally helpful and kind. Everyone in the dealership that I dealt with was pleasant and professional. Excellent trade-in offer for existing car. New vehicle arrived from factory several days earlier than expected. Was by far the easiest/best experience I've had at an automobile dealership!!

Awesome experience from beginning to end. I cannot praise Alex enough for being INCREDIBLY helpful and patient with me as I had some difficult requirements to fill for a vehicle. He found the perfect car for me and worked with my schedule and idiosyncrasies. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful through the entire process. I had a great experience shopping with Jim Keras Subaru. Caleb and Tyler were very helpful. I came in with a range of used cars in mind, and they helped find me a number of options. The car I ended up purchasing was in very good condition and at a very reasonable price. I hope to return for a new Subaru down the line!

This is the 4th car I have bought from this dealership, and from Dave Fleming. Everyone is very helpful and attentive. Regardless of how busy they are, all the employees go out of their way to make you feel like you are the most important person there. The deals on the cars are fair and up-front, too. They put all the important numbers in a format you can see and understand. I send everyone I know to this dealership. I also get my cars serviced there, and the service department is just as attentive and friendly as the sales department.

Good selection of new and used cars, no pressure, staff was informative and easy to talk with to get answers to my questions. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had and I am 63 years old so I have had plenty of previous experiences. All this on a day where it rained the entire day. I would recommend visiting this dealership when car shopping and judge for yourself! My intention was to buy a new car but I found a 2013 with twenty five thousand miles on it that fit my needs and budget better. Clean inside and out, even the engine.

I have purchased cars at many different dealerships in my lifetime, and I've never been treated better than at Jim Keras Subaru. My salesman was Chris Hitching and he was never pushy - I hate pushy salespeople! His primary concern was to make sure that I bought the car that was best suited to my needs - even if it wasn't a Subaru! I ended up buying a new Legacy sedan, and I love it! Mr. Hitching was clearly well-educated about his product, he taught me many things about the car that I didn't expect, and his enthusiasm for all things Subaru was infectious. Hopefully this Legacy will last for years and years, so I won't be in the market for a while, but I can recommend Chris Hitching and the Jim Keras Subaru dealership without reservation.

I was dealing the salesman Chris Hitching on purchasing a used 2013 Subaru Outback. I did not purchase it when I first contacted Mr Hitching because I wanted to talk it over with my wife before making a decision. Mr Hitching called me on Saturday afternoon and inquired where I was in the buying process and to offer me a lower purchase price. After talking with him a few minutes, I accepted his purchase price. Mr Hitching then told me since it was late in the day could I complete the transaction on Monday. Mr Hitching then told me he was going on an Alaskan cruise vacation starting Monday and his manager Dave Ellison would handle the paperwork on my Outback. Mr Hitching told me he was going to put a sold notice in my car and inform Mr Ellison about coming in and signing the paperwork on Monday. I called Mr Ellison on Monday morning to set an appointment to complete the paperwork and Mr Ellision said he sold the Outback that morning. I told him that I actually agreed to purchase it on Saturday and I was to call him today to set schedule a time to do the paperwork. Mr Ellison then told me he had sold it to someone else because Chris Hitching had failed to notify him that I was purchasing it. He said it probably just "slipped his mind" since he was anxiously awaiting his Alaskan vacation.I told Mr Ellison that was a poor way to do business and a sure way to lose me as a customer. Mr Ellison said he was going to talk to Mr Hitching when he returned from vacation and give me a call. I am still awaiting the return phone call.Jim Keras Subaru claims to be the Mayor of CP. Based on my dealing with this dealership they are lower than the Dog Catcher of CP and they will never earn my business! Hopefully with me sharing my experience another Subaru buyer will not experience what I did.

We called Mr. Godfrey from our home in Texas because we found a crz at his dealership that was less expensive than anywhere in the country. Brian picked me up at the airport when I flew in got me in and out with his finance manager in less that 20 minutes and even took me to lunch afterwards. Brian and his manager David treated me fairly and I never felt hassled or uncomfortable. I will be looking to them when we buy our lexus!!! Jeff McCollum

I worked with the "bald guy" also known as Brian Godfrey on the purchase of our used Kia Sorento. Not only was he a pleasure to deal with on the phone, he made sure we were in and out in under 30 minutes. He even called us later to make sure we made it home safe as it was storming outside. I will certainly deal with team Jim Keras again and if you want an easy experience grab their used car guru the bald guy.

So I live about 110 miles from this dealer and I called and talked to vinnie and he gave me a rough estimate on a trade in for my vehicle and he finally talked me into driving up there so when I got there they haggled around for about 2 hours then finally came and said well the down payment is way away from what u wanted to put down. So I look at how much they allowed me for trade in was a rediculous blue book value and he assured me it would be over that but in the end he lied just to get us up there and I won't ever even attempted to do bussiness there ever again

I am extremely disappointed in the ability to have my vehicle repaired at Jim Keras Suburu in Memphis Tn. I have a fuel pump failure at only 43,000 miles. The vehicle was at their service department by 330 pm on 16 Apr and I was told the fuel pump would not be to Suburu till Fri!?! That is UNACCEPTABLE customer service in todays day and age. You can tell me all you want that it is about my warranty, etc BUT to not have a fuel pump on hand and not be willing to have it overnighted is a failure on your part. I do love my car and the service department personnel there are good but they said their hands were tied by Suburu USA. They need to rectify this situation. I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the lack of quality service at Suburu and they should, at a minimum, look to other companies. My son's recommendation is Hyundai. It is truly unfortunate this was not taken care of on the lowest level and please get back to me.

Mr. Horner was a wonderful person to work with. However, his managers that are responsible for negotiations are scam artists. I looked at a car they had priced at $18,480 the day before I went on vacation for a week. This was at the Jim Keras Nissan lot. I told them I'd be back in a week and wanted to make an offer. I got back and they moved it to the subaru lot, and told me it was $19,900. Little did they know, I printed out the vehicle before I left and was watching it all week at that price. I called to check on it the day before to make sure it was still available. Apparently overnight they jacked the price up and tried to sell it to me the next day. I have pictures of my documents to prove they tried to rip me off. I would absolutely buy a car from Mr. Horner, if he was at another dealership.

We purchased a Subaru Outback. Went back for a service/oil change. I left the car for the day. When I returned that afternoon the oil and service had not been completed. I asked them what was taking so long and the customer service agent danced around the subject. I turned around and they were driving my car on to the oil rack. Jim Keras should lose the Subaru end of the Dealership. They are unprofesional and the only Subaru dealership in Memphis. Stay away from these people.

The care and sincere concern of Dave Ellison is the reason that I was swayed more to buy my new Subaru Outback. He treated me more like family than a customer. He made sure to find answers to all of my questions and was honest with me even when he did not know the answers. The comfort I felt with him made me feel easier about purchasing my car because I knew he would take my disappoint personally.

While I was shopping for a used car a gentleman named Rodney Tatum helped me review several options, I noticed the new Altima, I really liked it, Rodney introduced me to Mr Larson at Jim Keras Nissan, Mr Larson was most helpful and easy to work with, as was Ms. Binder processing the paperwork.

lots of add on charges not requested or explained(customer service fee $169, processing $369, and 3 local taxes and we live in AL) No warrenty although they did fix an oil leak 300miles driven.
