This is the first time I have gone to a car dealer to purchase a car on my own. From the minute I walked in Jim Murphy, I was welcomed with open arms.....and not in a pushy get in my face kind of way. The dealer I worked with was Mike Evans and I cannot say enough about how pleasurable he made the buying process. He never made me feel stupid about questions I asked and had the answer to all my questions. Doing this on my own for the first time, I was a nervous wreck....but Mike made me feel comfortable right away. He walked me through the process and I never felt pressured, or rushed, or like I was being taken advantage of...being a first time buyer and a woman. I cannot say enough about my experience....so happy with it all, in 3 days my 2 kids and I bought 2 cars and leased 1. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Mike and Mark!!!

What can I say about Jim Murphy? Just that they have an amazing and wonderful team up there! From the Salespeople to the auto techs they are all AWESOME! I have never bought a car form a dealer before and was so terrified. Mike, the salesman that helped my husband and I out was nothing short of fantastic! He makes you feel like nothing will go wrong, and if by chance something does happen he works so hard with you to correct it!! He fought so hard for me, they were fantastic about working with in our budget and for that I will be so grateful. Thanks to Mike and the team up at Jim Murphy I now own a safe, reliable 2012 car that I can be proud of and not worry when the kids are in it! I will never go anywhere else but Jim Murphy to buy a vehicle! Highly recommend them!!

When it came time to end my current lease I knew I wanted to lease a Chevy. My salesperson, Mike Evans, helped me in deciding what vehicle was right for me. He always made sure I was comfortable in and with the vehicle before I left the lot for a test drive. He went over the necessary features and showed me all of the great features a Chevy had to offer. When it came down to deciding what features I wanted in my Equinox, Mike, was super patient. They all sounded great, but I was indecisive! Mike just went through each one until we were able to "build" an Equinox I would love driving for the next few years. Then came color and I, of course, would pick the most difficult one to find, but Mike searched and searched and he got me the blue I wanted! He was great and this was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience ever!! Mike Evans got me into the car I wanted and it was all at a great price!

I was checking out prices on new trucks when Mike greeted me and asked if I considered a used truck. He showed me the truck and even though it was 4 wheel drive I could not pass it up for the price. I got a good price for my trade and had a good time buying the truck. Not too often do I have a good time at car dealer.

We have been looking to lease a new car since September 2014. Usually we dread looking for a new car but this time was different. We worked with Mike Evans. He was great! He went out of his way to make this a pleasent experience for us. Everything was ready and on time when we got there to pick up our new car. Mike took the time to explain all the features and set us up with the "On Star" and bluetooth. The detailing of the car looked great. They did a nice job! I will be back to buy our next car. Guy wasn't high pressure today when I bought my new Colorado. The process was fast and easy. He showed me everything that I wanted to see, and didn't overwhelm me with too much information. I was able to take home my new truck today, the same day that we came to a deal. The service department was helpful in answering the mechanical questions that I had as well. This is a great dealership, and I will be back for everything I need on this truck.

This is a small town dealership with small town values. The one salesman, Guy, was very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted for a price that was in my budget. They didn't waste my time, I went in there ready to buy, and they made it happen quickly and easily. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend them to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle!
