All i can say in the past 32 years i have been buying cars,this was the most and best experience i ever had.Mike and Matt were awsume! You walk in tell them what you want and and they find it right away. Dealing with Jim Murphy and specifically Mike Evens on the sales side was a dream come true. We were looking for a new car and Mike found it right away. In fact it was in Penn and they brought it up here. All the paper work associated with DMV, etc. They took care of without one hitch. Flawless. We were SO IMPRESSED that we were looking for an SUV to update for a trailer/hitch scenario. Once again with in 24 hours they had it here, prior to us even looking at it and all detailed and inspected out. So in a matter of 1 1/2 weeks we have two vehicles from Jim Murphy. Mike Evens (but really all the staff and ownership outstanding). If the finances are right, we are even thinking of buying a third car and trading in the last one. What can we say but the word that fits the staff and Mike Evans as... OUTSTANDING. That really sums it up.

We went over to this dealership just to see what the new 2016 Cruze looked liked as I knew they had at least one there. We met Mike Evans and he showed us the car. I told him what we were looking for in a vehicle. We went in to his office and visited for a bit. After talking to his boss they gave us a trade in value for our car and it was right on the money what I thought it should be. We them priced out the car that I would be interested in, the model, color and options. As they did not have a vehicle like that, he said they would go looking a other dealers. They found one in Pennsylvania and brought it to Springville on Friday and we picked it up on Saturday. If you are looking for a small town dealer which we were than this is the place for you to go. They will absolutely bend over backwards trying to help you. Mike Evans is a very good salesman. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend you give these guys a look.

I highly recommend Jim Murphy's Dealership to everyone reading this. I have been around the proverbial block in my near 60 years, and never have been treated so well. Matt Verel and Guy Gabbey Jr. were amazing. What a pleasure to deal with two young men so respectful, and courteous. I was apprehensive about shopping for a vehicle because in times past the salesmen had a very condescending attitude toward me because I am a woman. These two gentlemen were so attentive and kind and patient, and never once talked down to me. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and actually listened! Their advice was spot on, and I am so pleased with the vehicle they recommended. We will be back for all of our future purchases. I think they both deserve a raise, they were excellent in every sense of the word.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. From the time I arrived at the lot, until I drove my new vehicle home, it was a pleasurable experience. Matt Verel and Guy Gabbey were with me every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help me get the right vehicle for me. I never felt like I was being pressured, that's one thing I was nervous about. Guy even checked in with me a couple of days later to see if I needed anything. Thank you so much. We just bought a used Chevy Equinox as our second vehicle. From the moment we walked in, the salesman Guy Gabbey was very helpful without being pushy. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to match the perfect vehicle. Well, everything we wanted except the heated seats which are being added to the vehicle to close the deal. Guy spent a considerable amount of time with us going over lots of options: we considered leasing a new vehicle vs. buying the used one; we priced out 2 different trade- ins or no trade- in. We took the Equinox home for an overnight test drive. After we finally made our deal, Guy spent more time going through all the car's technology features - even setting up our phones and the onstar (that was new to us). We are very satisfied with our car buying experience at Jim Murphy Chevrolet.

This is the first time I have gone to a car dealer to purchase a car on my own. From the minute I walked in Jim Murphy, I was welcomed with open arms.....and not in a pushy get in my face kind of way. The dealer I worked with was Mike Evans and I cannot say enough about how pleasurable he made the buying process. He never made me feel stupid about questions I asked and had the answer to all my questions. Doing this on my own for the first time, I was a nervous wreck....but Mike made me feel comfortable right away. He walked me through the process and I never felt pressured, or rushed, or like I was being taken advantage of...being a first time buyer and a woman. I cannot say enough about my experience....so happy with it all, in 3 days my 2 kids and I bought 2 cars and leased 1. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Mike and Mark!!!

What can I say about Jim Murphy? Just that they have an amazing and wonderful team up there! From the Salespeople to the auto techs they are all AWESOME! I have never bought a car form a dealer before and was so terrified. Mike, the salesman that helped my husband and I out was nothing short of fantastic! He makes you feel like nothing will go wrong, and if by chance something does happen he works so hard with you to correct it!! He fought so hard for me, they were fantastic about working with in our budget and for that I will be so grateful. Thanks to Mike and the team up at Jim Murphy I now own a safe, reliable 2012 car that I can be proud of and not worry when the kids are in it! I will never go anywhere else but Jim Murphy to buy a vehicle! Highly recommend them!!

When it came time to end my current lease I knew I wanted to lease a Chevy. My salesperson, Mike Evans, helped me in deciding what vehicle was right for me. He always made sure I was comfortable in and with the vehicle before I left the lot for a test drive. He went over the necessary features and showed me all of the great features a Chevy had to offer. When it came down to deciding what features I wanted in my Equinox, Mike, was super patient. They all sounded great, but I was indecisive! Mike just went through each one until we were able to "build" an Equinox I would love driving for the next few years. Then came color and I, of course, would pick the most difficult one to find, but Mike searched and searched and he got me the blue I wanted! He was great and this was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience ever!! Mike Evans got me into the car I wanted and it was all at a great price!

I was checking out prices on new trucks when Mike greeted me and asked if I considered a used truck. He showed me the truck and even though it was 4 wheel drive I could not pass it up for the price. I got a good price for my trade and had a good time buying the truck. Not too often do I have a good time at car dealer.

Guy wasn't high pressure today when I bought my new Colorado. The process was fast and easy. He showed me everything that I wanted to see, and didn't overwhelm me with too much information. I was able to take home my new truck today, the same day that we came to a deal. The service department was helpful in answering the mechanical questions that I had as well. This is a great dealership, and I will be back for everything I need on this truck.

We have been looking to lease a new car since September 2014. Usually we dread looking for a new car but this time was different. We worked with Mike Evans. He was great! He went out of his way to make this a pleasent experience for us. Everything was ready and on time when we got there to pick up our new car. Mike took the time to explain all the features and set us up with the "On Star" and bluetooth. The detailing of the car looked great. They did a nice job! I will be back to buy our next car. This is a small town dealership with small town values. The one salesman, Guy, was very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted for a price that was in my budget. They didn't waste my time, I went in there ready to buy, and they made it happen quickly and easily. The facility was very clean and comfortable.
