Christian Flores was one of the nicest sales persons I have worked with, he worked hard to get me in a truck I am extremely happy with and he worked hard with making a deal to help get me out of my upside down vehicle, so that I could start on even ground again. He is super nice, and I felt actually cared, and was not just wanting the sale. No pressure tactics etc...he listened to what I was looking for and didn't try and put me in something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Highly recommend asking for him.

Buying a car from here was easy and they made sure I got a great rate. I just had my first service and the entire service team was phenomenal from start to finish. I was in and out quickly and they really took care of me. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase their new Toyota!

I had an oil change scheduled and upon getting there realized I need to get my clear coat protector fixed as well. The service tech promptly assisted me and was able to get me in and out within an hour. Thanks so much for fixing the clear coat although I failed to schedule it. Great customer service and great facility to wait in while your car is being serviced. Highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota.

Dishonest. My wife and I went in shopping for a 4Runner. We worked with Dexter for about 4 hours there. We were ready to buy. I have a good credit score and a good income. Filled out credit app. They came back that I can't be approved at the rate and term I wanted. At this point we were talking to Dexter and who I'm assuming was the UCM there. The reason was because I was "a first time buyer." I have good credit, a good income, and I never had to buy a car because I drove a company car. Didn't make a whole lot of sense. Said they would "try" to get me approved in the morning. Dexter called the next morning very excited that he got me approved and garbage rate and a 72 month loan when I specifically asked for 60. I then realized they were trying to just take advantage of me. Which I get is their job to make money but it felt very dishonest. I left and got my own financing at my bank a great rate with the term I wanted and went to Bob Moore Ford. Don't trust them. I should have been an easy sale but the greed took over and they tried to get more. I hate giving 1 star reviews but I feel like I am doing a disservice by not sharing my experience.

Ryan greeted me right away and took charge. He found me later in the waiting area to inform me that I did not need a new cabin air filter I had asked for, and deducted it from the bill. My 65K service plus wheel alignment were done in a very reasonable time, and I was out the door in less than 2 hours.
