Johnathan was very patient and kind with me. I was looking for a new car and couldn't make up my mind it turned into a very long day for both him and Eric. If I were them I would have surrendered but they stayed with me and were very understanding of a very trying situation. Thanks to both of them I left in a beautiful new car that I love. My sales person Alfred Collymore couldn’t have been more pleasant, professional, courteous and helpful. He didn’t push me into buying a car I didn’t want. Mike, in the commercial truck department, . was very helpful - and worked to accommodate my needs. He is a great guy, very helpful, and I would highly recommend him - and your dealership. My vehicle was worked on and delivered within the promised time frame. Mike worked to ensure my vehicle’s warranty covered the repairs and helped out greatly …especially since I travelled from Coraopolis to get my vehicle serviced. It was well worth the trip!

Went for a routine oil replacement and tire rotation. Two weeks later I found that the oil cap was never put back on because my truck wouldn't start due to oil on the battery. They picked it up to resolve the issue. They washed my car, but was dirtier than when I handed it to them. Oil hand marks on the hood and driver door and handle. Never received my complimentary interior cleaning, second time. Engine wasn't cleaned or wiped down. Also found a scuff mark/scratch on the driver side above the tire well that was not there before they picked up my vehicle. Had to pick up even though they said they would drop off. Service with a smile, but not true to their word.
