To say that this business has great customer service would be an understatement. Working with Justine was a breath of fresh air - Amazing interpersonal skills from start to finish! It was pouring down rain when my husband and I came in, and she brought the car into the garage so that we could look at it before our test drive. She and the team made the car buying/trade-in process comfortable and seamless, as they were willing to work with us to come up with the numbers. I would definitely recommend this dealership, as well as Justine’s assistance, to anyone looking for their next car.

I had a great experience with Jake and the team. Had an appointment and my goal was to find a better Jeep (2014 patriot) and I left with a 2020 Jeep renegade! The customer service was amazing from the entire staff. Me being a female and not knowing the best things about vehicles, they were patient, explained it over, clarified when asked. I didn’t feel pressured or confused! I really appreciate them assisting me with this big purchase! Jake has a great personality.

From buying my car to service I needed done they are amazing! Cody and pat were incredible with the buying process in October. Made sure I got what I wanted and worked to get me the best deal possible. Didn’t pressure one bit made the process easy and quick. Marshall (I believe his name) in the service department was so great with updating me and not leaving me in the dark at all when my car was taken in for a tire replacement and oil change. Would definitely recommend to others.

Having purchased from the Shorkey Auto group in the past, this was my first time dealing with the North Hills location. My past experiences were always great so I had high expectations but also tried to keep in mind that every dealership is different. Well, I have to say hats off to the Shorkey Auto group... I found a consistent buying experience between the two locations. Old time hold you hostage all day until you give in arms purchase the vehicle. He kept going back to get us a better deal and would not give me my key back. I know I paid more then I should have but my bed was spinning and my wife, who is on chemotherapy, said let’s just buy it and get the heck out of here. Also went to Cochran and another dealer. Quick and easy to get lease price.
