Everyone is thrilled about getting a new car, and a dealership will always bend over backwards to make sure they get the sale, but it's equally important to MAINTAIN the same high level of care and service after the purchase of a vehicle. Dilan was certainly attentive when it came time to make the sale, but when we had an issue after the sale of the car (we were due a refund check), he completely dropped the ball. I then reached out to Allen, who assured me he would take care of the matter...to no avail. Needless to say, we purchased a lease in MAY and the issue wasn't resolved until the third week of AUGUST. My heartfelt thanks to Daryl for doing what no one else at the dealership was able --- or cared -- to do. Word of mouth is Incredibly important, and when you fail to make current customers happy, you run the risk of not only failing to get a positive referral, but getting a negative one. Take the time to give equal attention to both new and existing customers and you'll enjoy a better client base that keeps coming back time after time. I know car sales are hot right now, but there will be a time when they're not and you'll be sorry you didn't take the time to take good care of your customers. Thanks again to Daryl for handling our issue within a few days. You're great at what you do...now pass the word onto others at the dealership so they can learn from your good example. :)

Went to just look and came out with a vehicle. Didn't spend all day there. This was the quickest auto purchase ever. My salesman was very informative and staff members greeted me with pleasantries. It was awesome.
