Had an amazing experience! Cole was my salesman. He was so nice and walked me through every step of the way. My parents about a week ago bought a car off of Cole as well and they also said how nice everyone was! I also want to give a shout out to Verna. She was so nice & helped me along the way as well. Thank you both so much! I LOVE my new 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross!

Chris Runner is AMAZING !! Seriously, if you go in specifically ask for him. We couldn't find the car we wanted on our first stop in, but we let Chris know what we were looking for and once something he thought we would like came in, he reached out and it was EXACTLY what we wanted. He never tried to force us into something we didn't want, and that was one of the things we liked about him most. We even waited a few weeks until something we liked showed up at Jim Shorkey because we were only going to deal with Chris. He is the only person we will be going with for all of our future car purchases as well!

Very friendly. Every thing he would tell he would literally come back and it would change. It started out very promising, but you have to be consistent and give people the correct information and not whatever they wanna hear at that time.

My experience was the best car buying experience ever!! I have purchased alot of vehicles and it's always stressful but not this time. Chris took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and made sure to not try to oversell me. The finance manager, Ben was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I will refer everyone to Jim Shorkey!!!

Today I received some not so good service from the service department at Jim Shorkey Uniontown Kia. I’ll start out by saying that between my wife and I we have bought 3 vehicles from Jim Shorkey Uniontown Kia. We have always had good service from the salesmen every time. Today I had to take my wife’s car in to get the windshield replaced. Afterwards I stopped at Jim Shorkey Uniontown Kia to see about getting the inspection sticker back on. At this point I didn’t have an appointment. So I made one to come back at 1:00PM. At one point the gentleman sitting at the service desk to the left “He needs to come back when he are not busy.” I thought that was kind of rude. So I left and had to call back to reschedule my appointment for 3:30pm for reasons involving my two kids. So I show up for my 3:30pm appointment and when I arrived the power was out to the dealership. Understandably they were not able to call me due to the computer system being down. I proceeded to ask them to make me an appointment for the morning of July 8, 2021. Both gentlemen proceeded to tell me that they can’t make any appointments because the systems are down. So I ask if they can write it down. Again both proceeded to tell me that they can’t get into the system to see how busy they are in the morning. The gentlemen sitting at the service desk to the right said “We are better in the afternoons.” The gentlemen sitting at the service desk to the left said “We can sit here and write stuff down all day.” At this point I feel that they should have provided customer satisfaction and just gave me an appointment for in the morning. I feel that this was unprofessional customer service. When it is time for us to buy a new car this visit will be remembered about Jim Shorkey Uniontown Kia service department.
