Overall a great experience working with Jim and Pete at Lexus of Toledo. I traded my vehicle and purchased a Lexus IS300 working with Jim entirely over the phone. I drove from Fort Wayne, Indiana and the trip was entirely worth it. The paperwork was ready when I was there and it was a quick easy process. Throughout this whole process, Jim never pressured me or made me feel like I was negotiating. I told him a realistic payment I was looking for, and he worked with Pete and had the payment I was looking for in 24 hours. Deal done just like that. I’ll be back. Go see Jim - he’s a long time veteran in the business!

I have had many great experiences with service on my old car, and now with the purchase of a previously owned vehicle at Lexus of Toledo. I cannot say enough about the customer service and care from everyone involved in the process. Each member of the team makes you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Tim was able to find a car tailored to my needs. Jason and Kyle helped me with my purchase and the process of getting my new car, and Tommy did an excellent job working with me in service. The building is getting remodeled. It will be nice when done. I got charged $25 for 4 lights because the lock key for lugs was missing from the spare was. I should have been offered replacement for free, not get charged for something I never had to look for in the beginning of purchasing the vehicle.

At my first visit 3 years ago, James Schenk was the first one getting out of the building in the cold winter to show me the vehicles of my interest. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Before I finally bought the car I liked, James kept contact with me for the past 3 years, updating me his inventory. My family has confidence in Jim White Lexus thanks to James' effort in his work.

We went into Jim White Lexus to look at one vehicle after doing some online research and after a test drive decided to change our search to something very fuel efficient. Normally this would mean days of added research and time I just don't have to figure out what would best suit our family's needs. However, the salesman and the manager were incredibly helpful and we were able to narrow down our search quickly with some guidance. We never felt rushed, even when we were there at closing time. So professional and kind from start to finish, I am very happy to have stopped in--I have something that meets my needs perfectly and was able to still have my weekend to enjoy the family instead of going back and forth to other dealerships or haggling on price. Seriously the best price in town, combined with fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend stopping in, even if you are not looking for a Lexus, they have so many great vehicles.

I traded in a BMW and I leased a new Lexus IS from them. It was easy. Price was fair. Didn't take all day to get What I wanted. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help me and be there. I would recommend and buy again.

One of the worst Lexus dealer. Bought a 2010 Lexus GX 460, and brakes failed within 15 days < 500 miles. Called Jim White Lexus of Toledo, and they told me that its not their problem. My car mechanic told me that the brakes caliper were worn out, and your dealer must know about this. This would show up in any inspection. These guys are xxxxx! Stay away!

Brought in Lexus vehicle for dash indicator light. Car in warranty with 9600+ miles and one year old. Service agent refused to evaluate my vehicle unless I paid $35-50 for the initial evaluation. This is a vehicle that is under warranty! He told me to get vehicle evaluated where I purchased it and not with Lexus of Toledo. Further chastised and insulted me by stating since I live in the area, I should have supported this Lexus dealer and purchased it here. Took vehicle to Yark Jeep/Dodge and work done for no charge to me or warranty. Based on the treatment I received, I would never purchase any vehicle from Lexus of Toledo
