I was looking for a trustworthy used car dealership in and around Buffalo area. I am happy that I found Jim Whites on google and bought my first ever car from them. I was very pleased with the service I received when purchasing a used car. Rich was an up-front salesman that told everything like it is, no run-around like other used car salespeople. The folks at Jim White's even allowed me to take the car to my family mechanic to get his approval. I highly recommend dealing with Jim White's for your used car needs. They stand by every car they put on the lot and are honest, trustworthy individuals.

Owner Rich and his wife Kathy run one of the most trusted dealerships you can find. I bought a Chevy Malibu from them and the process was quick and simple! Any follow-up service after the sale was just as easy! Even after the car was totalled Rich's excellent customer service continued. He helped me with the insurance company, tow company, and the adjusters to make sure I was being treated fairly. Unfortunately Rich didn't have the new car I was looking for, but he continued his honesty and steered me towards where I could find what I needed. I have recommended Rich to several friends in the past, and I will continue to do so moving forward!
