Bought a Saturn Sky that Jim was up front with me about the fact it had a rebuilt title. Showed me the pics, it was really not serious damage. Good competitive price on the car, low mileage and had it delivered to my front door across the state after my brother took it for a test drive for me. Had it checked by our mechanic and he found nothing wrong with the vehicle. It's like new inside and out. Jim made purchase and shipping painless. Would recommend. I appreciate honesty above all. I was looking at a car on another lot before i went to see jim and he also had the same car with less miles and more options and all around in better shape then the other one and he even dropped the price a little more to help me out. Jimmy is a very honest and VERY helpful and down to earth man. I will be returning to Jim's for every car or truck i buy for now on. I highly recommend Jim

Only met Jim, the owner briefly, as he runs the Getty St. location mostly, though he seemed like a decent guy. we dealt with Chuck who is at the Holton/Whitelake Rd. location was great. very nice, honest and forthcoming. looked at a few cars for my son, found one we really liked. noticed it needed work on the starter, Chuck was all over it, had it replaced right away, stayed late to facilitate the sale on short notice before i had to leave town. even told us to come back in a week for a check-up on it and really seems to stand behind everything. We were quite impressed with what we expected to be a miserable process but were pleasantly surprised.

This dealership was the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. I had spent several months looking at cars and I thought I had found the perfect car. All of their paperwork claimed things worked that did not, There were thing that were listed but not included.
