Over the years I have owned a number of fun, exotic cars, and have not once encountered a dealership that handles business as poorly JLD Auto Group does. I have purchased most of my cars through a local dealership that I have a great relationship with. My local dealership has sourced a number of hard to find cars for me, and has always made the process super easy. I recently told them that I wanted to find a newer Ford GT500 for my collection. They went to work scouring the country trying to find one for me, and came across one here at JLD Auto Group. My local dealership told me that they had worked with the dealership to secure the car for me. I was not asked for a deposit and was told that everything would be squared away/finalized tomorrow. However, a short time after receiving the verbal commitment for the vehicle, JLD Auto Group backed out of the agreement and stated that they took a deposit from someone else to sell them the car. Had they called me to say that someone else was interested in purchasing the vehicle and that I would need to place a deposit to lock the car down I would have gladly given them a deposit since I had already spent a number of hours working with them. They stated that someone put a deposit down on the car using their website, but I haven't seen anywhere on their website where it has an option to place a deposit online, so I know that's not true. My experience working with dealerships that sell higher end vehicles has always been positive, so JLD Auto Group deciding to go back on their word, and try to get more money for a vehicle at the expense of an existing buyer, triggered a lot of red flags that made me decide to share my experience with others. I was already working on the arrangements to pick up the car from my local dealership, so to have things fall through is extremely disappointing, to say the least. This has been a complete waste of time, and I can only hope that others will save themselves the time that I and my local dealership wasted, by purchasing elsewhere. There's a fine line between profit and greed, and JLD crossed that line and showed greed over their desire to uphold their reputation and provide good customer service.

These guys have been super easy to work with and have made it a pleasure! I’ve done business with them multiple times and plan on doing it again. The open ended communication makes the entire process so easy and I really appreciate it again guys!

I've been looking all over for a 50th anniversary corvette. I found one in great condition at JLD auto group. Nice people down. Thanks guys and gal.

Do not buy a vehicle from JLD Auto. They assured me their mechanic inspected the vehicle in detail and said everything is in great shape. This is a lie. 1. On my way home from picking up the vehicle my driver door popped open on the interstate. The door mechanism was totally worn down and defective. 2. Within 45 days of buying the car the water pump and starter went bad. I understand the potential issues of buying an older used car. DO NOT LIE THAT YOU COMPLETED A DETAIL INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE AND ITS IN GREAT SHAPE! In your reply you claim that you were not aware of the door opening as I was driving home from picking up the car from your dealership however you were the first call when I pulled over. You were also my first call after I spoke to your mechanic Enrique advising you about the issue. You chose not to do anything. You continue to choose to not do anything. This is typical behavior of a shady and untrustworthy business.

Juliano and Heidi were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and made the purchase of my 1965 Backdraft Cobra including shipping to another state a seamless experience. Will definitely consider JLD for my next exotic car purchase.
