I was online looking for different dealerships and what inventory they had. Came across Jo-Dan and they happen to have a truck that I was looking for. Figured I would give them a call to see if the truck I was interested in was still available then realized it was 5 minutes before they closed. Figured I would just listen to the ring and have no one pick up that late on a Saturday. Mike answered the phone and didn’t make me feel like I was a hassle when I knew I was being one. Listened to my trade details and took note and gave me information on the truck I was looking at. Woke up Monday morning and waited for the sales people to show up. Sebastian was the first to greet me at the dealership. Took the truck for a ride and ended up loving it so we made a deal that worked for both of us and I was out of the dealership with the truck in my name before 1 o clock. Great people all over the place at the dealership. Friendly family feel while I was there and even received a text message thanking me for the purchase later that day. Little stuff like that goes a long way. 10/10

Recently purchased a new Buick from Jo-Dan in Moosic. Couldn't have had a much easier transaction. I worked with Matt on the sale of the new SUV and he was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone I spoke and dealt with were also very nice....John, Nick, Mike, etc. They were all very friendly and welcoming. My wife also commented on how nice everyone was and how we didn't feel pressured like we have at other dealerships. I look forward to working with this dealership in the years to come and they will be at the top of my list when it comes to another automobile purchase. Thanks!

John Melnick was awesome to deal with. Made the entire experience stress free. When I was looking at a new vehicle I had inquired another dealership. The day I was supposed to test drive they had informed me that the vehicle was sold. Dad quickly found the listing for the Acadia at Jo-Dan's so I contacted the dealership and spoke with John. He kindly put a hold on the vehicle until I was able to make it up to check it out. The service was awesome. The finance manager for his part, made things quick and painless. I'll definitely be recommending Jo-Dan's for anyone out there looking for a quality vehicle and top notch customer service. Thanks again.

JoDan GMC was amazing to deal with. Matt provided exceptional and professional service. They made sure to have everything ready when I arrived so I didn’t have to be in the dealership for too long. They completed my airbag recall on my gmc truck. Even though I’m not a regular customer it was no hassle at all to get it scheduled and done. Dropped the truck off at night and it was done the following day. Made it an easy experience.
