Our whole family have been customers of JO Williams for decades. I would not buy or get service and repairs anywhere else. We even drive over 100 miles to come to JO.

My Fusion started losing power on a Sunday afternoon, the car would be running but pushing the gas pedal didn't make any increase in speed...I limped home. I called Dash Williams the next morning, asked if I could bring it in and if he happened to have a loaner I could use while it's in the shop. He said, I'll go you one better, I'll come bring you the loaner and get your car. What a relief, I didn't have to leave work OR drive a malfunctioning car. And I work quite a ways from the dealership! My car was fixed THAT day, I only drove the loaner to go pick UP my car. Dash waited for me after the dealership was closed. What an easy, low hassle, low stress transaction. Any car can have a problem, it's how the dealership handles it that makes it an 'ok' thing or a horrible thing. JO Williams makes it an easy thing. I'll never buy a car from anyone else.

I love this truck. It's everything it was advised to be, and since I drove almost 400 miles to buy it, that's very important. Dash was a very down to earth guy, and his finance guy was a good ole Texas guy.This is the first Used vehicle I have bought in the last 20 years, and I have received several complements on the truck. I have a 2012 Fiesta, and the service at J. O. Williams Ford in Gladewater, Texas is EXCELLENT in every way. I am PERFECTLY satisfied with my Fiesta, and as always, give the credit to Glenn, their Shop Foreman, for running such a Top Rate operation. Also, they are in a tremendous remodling project, and it really looks BEAUTIFUL. Big improvement for our small town.

The service was performed in a prompt and professional manner. I am not certain whether or not the tire pressures were checked. I am disabled and can no longer do those sorts of things so it is an important item to me. I have always been treated very well at J. O. Williams Ford and will continue to do business with them.

I absolutely loved the experience. Jimmy, Mason, and Jim all made the experience so easy, and by far the best price I found anywhere (and I live in Dallas, so there are plenty of choices). They are very attentive to detail, they did their due diligence to help me find the perfect car for me, and my wife (and our baby we are expecting). Huge "Thank You" to the J.O. This is the best dealership, I've found, to buy a new Ford. The sales staff doesn't have to talk to the sales manager tor a final price. There's no "wheeler dealing". They stand behind what they say. The service dept. is great. I've purchased 3 new Ford trucks from them and won't hesitate to buy my next Ford from them.

I was a long-distance internet shopper, but the dealership was very helpful. They did everything that they said they would. Although I found what I considered a better deal for me much closer to home, I would have felt very comfortable purchasing from this dealership.
