I wouldn't recommend this dealer to any one, they sell cars with problems and won't even tell you the problems. Tell you they will look into the issues and never will. They play to much games til the moment you can't return the car.

I worked with Carlos he was awesome. They really try to work with you. They don't force any vehicle on you just to get money or a sale. They try to help you get what best for you in terms of what really fits you financially. They where very patience and their willing to work with you. The car I purchased was great and so far I have no problems.

Drove up there from South Jersey, came to look at a scion and it was nothing like the pictures they showed on the site. It was missing the mat for the trunk and instead had tools and wires with no spare tire. It also still had the wires from the pervious owner that had a stereo system in it up front just hanging out. They weren't very friendly at first and it seemed like they didn't speak english right away.

I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and went on the internet to do some research and I came across Joanka Auto Sales. I live in Brooklyn, NY and did not drive to Newark, NJ to be disappointed but I didnt need to worry. What was surprising is that even though Joanka isnt a big franchise dealer, they are just as accommodating as the other guys. Its been 4 months and I am very happy with my Jeep. Its safe to say that financing the car with the folks at Joanka was easy and I took delivery the same day Thanks Joanka!!
