I worked with Chris Nobles. Great to work with. Straight forward, helpful, and all indications are honest as well. Made purchasing from Pensacola, 2-1/2 hours away, very easy on us the buyer. Would recommend checking with them before buying, even if 100 miles away. Only issue was Joe Bullard Ford applies a high non-negotiable doc fee that was not divulged until final sale.

They must be desperate. Been texting me and I live two hours from them. I have zero interest in a company that lacks basic concern for people's private phone numbers and peace. Even if I didn't live two hours away which one more reason I wouldn't do business with these people the unsolicited texting is a sure giveaway for the harassment that awaits a trip to their dealership. Why are car dealerships still living in the 60's when they monopolized the car market.

I had to take my 09 Ford Edge in because my sunroof would not close all the way. The mechanic did not give up until he got it. He, the service guy and parts guy they were all super nice. I have no complaints on the service I got from this Ford dealership. They got me in and out quickly also. Thanks guys

Debbie at Joe Bullard Ford made my truck purchase extremely easy. She was able to inspect, facilitate price negotiation, and set up extremely quick delivery. Once my truck arrived it was just as advertised. Very happy with the purchase and would buy with confidence from them again.
